Offer 100% unique one of a kind events. We offer gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, reduced fat & sodium menu options, as well as allergy concerns. We can address all menu requests. ious! All of the guests raved about the food. Ron, Lynn and their staff were all outstanding to work with! Price was very reasonable for a catered event. Bruce & Linda, our on-site staff, were friendly, professional and went above and beyond, even bringing out our own appetizers to the patio after the ceremony. I would highly recommend Flying Pig Roast and Creative Catering for your event! Couldn't have been any better! I'd post a picture, but this site doesn't seem to allow me to add a photo. Our guests were all raving about the flavor of the sauces to slather on the perfectly cooked pig and the AMAZING side dishes that were recommended by Chef Ron himself!!! Woah!!! Their delectable Mac and cheese is to die for…along with their signature glazed corn bread! Both are a must when you plan your menu! The staff completed their job with an efficient clean up and packaged up all the leftovers for us!! If you are looking for the BEST tasting catered food for your event… hiring Chef Ron is a must!! h no options of how to feed our guests. Most of the other caterers I reached out to quoted me ridiculously high prices for a wedding pig roast because it was so last minute. Ron worked with me to pick menu options that fit our budget and my original vision for my wedding food. He was patient and responsive and an absolute joy to work with.
The food was spectacular on the day of my wedding. The presentation of the pig with an apple in its mouth and surrounded by kale leaves is exactly what I wanted. We also got Jerk Chicken as a non pork option for guests and my Caribbean family raved about it and begged me for the recipe thinking my family must have made it for it to be that good. And don't even get me started on that bruleed cornbread. It was such a hit that I didn't even get to try a bite of it at the end of the night. I think people may have loved it even more than my wedding cake.
Working with flying pig roast was a great experience. I can't wait to have them cater my anniversary dinner next year!

f you have Flying Pig Roast cater your wedding - then the number one thing you're going to hear is "oh my gosh, that pig was AMAZING!" Every person we talked to could not stop raving about the food, and it's hard to blame them. The pig itself was delicious, and so were all of the sides and desserts we had. Ron and Lynn were easy to work with throughout, though occasionally a little slow in responses. On the day of, it was clear they knew EXACTLY what they needed to do. On a day where I still needed to coordinate occasionally with people, I barely had to say a word to them. At the end of the night, they neatly packaged all the leftovers for us in containers to take home - I'm so excited that I get to keep eating this wonderful food! Overall, our experience with them was very positive and we would recommend it to anyone looking to do something a little different with this pig roast buffet.
P.S. If you use Flying Pig Roast, you absolutely have to get the "pig candy" - your guests will obsess over it!
