Michelle is an outstanding wedding and event planner!
I initially retained Michelle for day-of wedding planning services, then quickly realized I was in over my head with planning and upgraded to month-of planning.
Throughout the full month leading up to our wedding, Michelle worked tirelessly to pull all of our wedding logistics and details together. She also relentlessly advocated for us and our wedding party to our venue, which had a number of onerous rules and restrictions.
Michelle helped us with deadline management, vendor management, menu planning, cost control, and wedding details to bring everything together to create a beautiful and memorable wedding for our families. She communicated effectively with vendors and the venue to ensure that our wedding came off seamlessly - and we did not make it easy on her! For example, I found out on the day of my wedding that I had booked the wrong lawn for my ceremony, and not the one I had envisioned. Michelle worked with the hotel to get it switched last minute to the lawn I had envisioned. Also, our wedding day was a 14-hour affair with 2 ceremonies and 2 receptions in one day, and Michelle worked tirelessly from day to night to ensure the entire event was perfect. She is a champ!
In addition to being highly professional and an extremely hard worker, Michelle is also genuinely kind and a pleasure to interact with. Our families loved her! Finally, Michelle’s pricing was very reasonable, especially for all of the value she provided. I highly highly recommend her!
Michelle was such a calming force in our two-day wedding. She has great contacts/vendors for everything and was always available to answer my questions (I had a lot!). We got married in Malibu on a very hot day and Michelle brought her own personal umbrellas to shade our guests and went above and beyond for us. She was a great problem solver (we ran out of soda half way through) and so nice to work with.
I don't even know where to begin. I did a ton of research before hiring a coordinator and after my first call with Michelle, I knew she was the one! I originally booked her for day of, but soon realized I would need more help so we upgraded to month of coordinator.
Michelle went above and beyond. She answered every single email, coordinated with all of my vendors, assisted with rentals, stayed on top of updating the timeline with every little change (and there were a lot!), ran our rehearsal and so much more!
The morning of the wedding, I felt myself starting to get a little tense but the minute Michelle walked in, she immediately put me at ease. I think she asked me maybe 3 questions while I was getting hair and makeup done but otherwise, she took control and did her thing! I used to be in the events industry so I usually control everything but knowing Michelle was on top of everything, I felt absolutely ZERO stress and just enjoyed the getting ready process.
My florist dropped off the florals before rentals had arrived and Michelle and her team happily set everything out. They truly made the venue look gorgeous with floral placements, signage and other displays. I couldn't have ever imagined it would like so amazing.
You often hear that the bride and groom forget to eat but Michelle made it a point to pull us to make sure we ate which I really appreciate.
All of my guests were even telling me how amazing Michelle and her team was and noticed how in control of the night she was.

Of all of the tough decisions to make in the months leading up to your wedding, choosing Flyte44 is not one of them. Michelle and Angel were the absolute dream team for our wedding, turning chaos into calm.
Heavy rain unexpectedly swept through the night before and during the morning of the wedding, flooding the intended ceremony location. Not only did they arrange an alternate place, but they flexed their creative muscles and even found a way to make the the altar flowers fit the new setup.
"Above and beyond" doesn't even come close to what Flyte44 delivers!
Michelle and her team were so attuned to our wedding planning needs and gave us a lot of helpful feedback and insight. We feel they went above and beyond to make sure we got the celebration we wanted. We're eager to refer friends and family to Michelle's team- we know their wedding would be in good hands.
Michelle was the single best choice we made in our wedding planning process!! Our only regret is that we did not find her first in our planning process and tried so hard to have a go at it by ourselves. Initially we had intended to plan the entire thing and simply hire her for day-of coordination. Navigating the wedding industry, reviewing contracts, and identifying red flags when it came to vendor communication/professionalism proved difficult (How do you know you're not getting scammed? What is reasonable in terms of price and contract terms? Who can you trust? Not to mention the fatigue from reading every last review on every "popular" vendor that comes up on Google...) and that's when we signed on for Michelle's assistance.
Our vision for a completely customized wedding, down to every last detail, came closer to life than we could have ever achieved without Michelle. She provided the perfect balance of allowing us to do as much as we wanted, but providing the guidance and intel we needed to make the best decisions possible. The value she provided vastly exceeded the reasonable fees she charged and without a doubt saved us a hefty sum and prevented countless snafus.
Some of the most helpful aspects of her services proved to be:
- Availability to speak to us on the phone about any and all of our concerns and issues (and there were many considering we postponed multiple times due to COVID). It was a comfort knowing we had someone on our side, with experience navigating this process successfully hundreds of times, to address whatever we needed.
- Referral of talented and trustworthy wedding vendors to meet the price point we were looking for. These are vendors we would have never possibly found otherwise, including up and coming vendors. Her local experience working with them previously added critical value here -- and saved us countless hours of searching and vetting. Consider her the ultimate replacement for Yelp when it comes to vendors.
- Knowledge of who and what to trust, as well as who/what to stay away from. She knew what was reasonable language for a contract, helped with contract negotiations, and reviewed pricing to ensure we were not being subjected to unreasonable terms or costs. This alone was worth so much to us. We already had some experience in a logistical/event planning capacity from our jobs, but wedding vendor contracts were next level complex, and this helped give us peace of mind before we made vendor commitments.
- Creative, out-of-the-box suggestions to save money. Workarounds and resources that we didn't know existed, or weren't sure were feasible. She always had so many ideas off the top of her mind for every issue.
- Keeping us on track. One of the most stressful points of wedding planning was what were we forgetting? What were we missing? What would guests be missing? She was always reassuring, confident, and calming -- kept us excited about our big day!
Michelle is absolutely amazing! We hired her as a month of coordinator for our wedding and she did a phenomenal job! First, she's the sweetest, most accommodating and thoughtful person ever so working with her was just super easy and pleasant. She definitely goes above and beyond and you can tell that she genuinely cares and loves her job. During the month before our wedding she was so helpful with coordinating everything with my vendors so that I had nothing to worry about. She made a perfect timeline for our wedding and was able to squeeze in everything that we wanted to happen on the wedding day even though we had some really tight time constraints. She's also super knowledgeable about weddings in general so it was very helpful to chat with her because she made sure we considered aspects of the wedding that we otherwise would not have thought about.
On the day of our wedding Michelle and her team made sure everything flowed effortlessly! I literally had nothing to worry about because she made sure everything was perfect. After the wedding I got so m any compliments from my guests about how organized our wedding was and I definitely attribute that to Michelle.
I really can't say enough about how amazing Michelle is! I would hire her again without hesitation if I had to do any other big event in the future!
We hired Michelle to be our month-of-wedding coordinator and she was incredibly helpful, creating a detailed timeline for each of our vendors and facilitating communication between all the different parties. We had already postponed our celebration from 2020 to 2021 when we hired her, but we ended up having some more pandemic-related last minute changes as well, such as moving dinner outside and enforcing the mask mandate for the dancing indoors. She was super helpful with these changes so they didn't end up feeling too stressful for us! The day of the wedding was so enjoyable for both of us because Michelle made sure we got to relax, EAT, and actually partake in the festivities! Angel, who she brought with her day-of was also super helpful and and so lovely to have around! He ended up securing my dress's bustle which had kept falling out so I could actually dance with ease. I can't imaging the day running half as smoothly without those two there with us.
Michelle and her team were absolutely wonderful day of coordinators for our wedding. First of all, our wedding was suppose to be happening last year, but due to Covid, we had to push the wedding. Michelle was very good about rescheduling, and it made the headache of pushing my date so easy. Although I hired Michelle and her team as a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make sure we were all set for the wedding. She was available via email with all of the questions I had, and attended a meeting with me at our venue where she was EXTREMELY professional, knew the venue inside and out, and advocated for our needs. She was so great at the rehearsal, and at the wedding she and her team made my dreams come true. Thank you so so much, I couldn't have hired a better team to make my wedding go so smoothly.
Michelle is absolutely the BEST! I don't know what I would have done without her to help me plan my wedding. From catching very important mistakes on bids to executing the day flawlessly, Michelle was there to make sure my wedding was everything I had dreamed it would be. Michelle was a fantastic wedding planner. We hired her for the day of, but had several great meetings, calls and emails with her. She was super responsive, professional, kind and made my day SO easy (which was my goal -make zero decisions all day!) I could not recommend her more!
Michelle and her whole team goes way above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and go with Flyte44! There are no words to express our gratitude for everything she and her staff did leading up to our wedding and on the day of. She put so many things on our radar that we had no idea to even think about, which were vital to planning a wonderful wedding. We had a unique location, the Mountain Mermaid, and we had to plan to bring in every single thing. Not only was she a wealth of information and resources, she guided us on ideas and had great budget-savvy tips. She went way beyond what her contract required her to do and there are no words to express our appreciation for her. As much as you can plan for prior, things go wrong the day of and her staff really stepped up, even sewing a tear down the front of my wedding dress and making it look perfect. She is really responsive to emails and a very fast communicator. Seriously, we had the most magical day, and the only reason we were able to enjoy the magic and love and go with the flow was due to her and her team.
Michelle from Flyte44 is not only an excellent, professional, and experienced planner, but she truly cares about the well being of her clients. She is extremely available and responsive - turnaround time for emails was within 24 hours, often much less. She adjusts her schedule and was able to meet with us afterhours (8PM), weekends, you name it, to the point where I wondered if she ever took time off for herself! Her years of experience are apparent, and she anticipates things we would never have thought of, taking care of them before a problem ever arose. She told us she would be the easiest to work with our of our vendors, and that proved true. She was the consummate professional, taking a venue change and two postponements (covid) in stride. She also is just a really kind person, and we felt that she was on our side throughout the whole process. When we had to postpone our wedding during the pandemic, she reached out on her own just to make sure we were doing okay. Come wedding day we were able to enjoy the entire day stress free, and it went so smoothly, better than we could have imagined. We now have these treasured memories that will last a lifetime. We definitely recommend Michelle hands down, no questions asked. She is a true gem in this industry.
I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Michelle was for us on our wedding day. My wife and I had to postpone our wedding from 2020 to 2021 due to covid and she allowed us to reschedule with her without any issues. In a nutshell, Michelle was so accommodating, gracious, and easy to work with from the start. She is well organized and has such an easy going demeanor; however, accomplishes everything in perfect detail behind the scenes. From the moment she took over planning of our wedding to the day of our wedding, she made our lives significantly easier. She was so amazing that she had guests at our wedding asking her whether she could plan their weddings as well! If I could do it all over again, my first move would be to hire Michelle first and then let all the other details fall into place. She is amazing. Look no further for your wedding planner!
We unfortunately had to reschedule our original wedding date due to Covid19 and we lost our original day of coordinator. I reached out to a few different coordinators who had good reviews and after exchanging a few emails with Michelle, we went ahead and booked her for the wedding. We were having our wedding in my parents backyard and I knew the logistics were a little different vs doing it at a venue. Michelle came to our a house a few weeks prior to the wedding to meet us and go over everything. She was so extremely detailed and brought up questions and situations that I hadn't thought about. After she had left - me, my fiance and parents all couldn't stop talking about how great she was and how happy we were that she'd be coordinating the wedding. She created a timeline for us which I had forwarded off to all of our vendors and both my photographer and videographer were gushing over how detailed and perfect the timeline was. Day of, Michelle arrived on time and ready to go with her assistant. Honestly, the day was PERFECT!! Michelle finished setting up for the wedding and making sure nothing was out of place. She kept everything on schedule and made sure the flow of the day went by seamlessly. I truly felt that I could completely trust her with everything and basically did not feel a sense of needing to do anything, I knew she had it all under control. She made sure that every single thing on our timeline and important moments happened and happened on time. Her and her assistant not only made the day beautiful but they made sure the entire backyard was basically spotless before the night was over, even cleaning the wax from the candlesticks (which they did NOT have to do). If you want to enjoy your wedding day and not feel the stress of worrying, HIRE MICHELLE NOW!! I'm so sad the wedding day is only once, i'd book Michelle a million times over. Thank you Michelle for making our day perfect!
Michelle is hands down one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She is so accommodating and her work is AMAZING. She helped me pick my wedding venue and guided me through the process of making a wedding budget. Unfortunately, she is not available on my wedding date (she's already booked a year in advance, that speaks for itself) but I would've 100% hired her if I could. Overall, it was so fun getting to know her and seeing what an absolute wedding & event pro she is.

Michelle is wonderful and fun to work with. She understood our vision and supplied us with a number of wedding vendors to make it happen. Her team handled a lot of the logistics and heavy lifting (we had to bring in absolutely everything) which made our lives much easier and alleviated some of the inevitable wedding stress. She really cares about you and your family. An example of this is during a walkthrough we mentioned in passing that my mother liked rum. She incorporated that into the timeline that we have rum available for my mother. Little details like this do not go unrecognized and made our wedding just that much better. Highly recommended!
My husband and I hired Michelle as our day off wedding coordinator but she was so much for than that! From our first conversation she was always so hands on, although we hired her as a "day of coordinator" she would frequently email me to check in, we had a free consultation with her where we got a pick her brain about our venue and things that we honestly would have missed if she didn't tell us. We had a bit scare when our caterer canceled on us a month prior to our wedding but Michelle assured me everything was going to be fine and recommended us a new cater and rental company which turned out simply amazing. Her and her team were professional the day of they made sure we my husband and I did not have to worry about anything and just enjoyed our day. I would highly recommend hiring Michelle - she is full of knowledge in the wedding industry, very fairly priced especially for all the services she provides.

Michelle was such a dream to work with! I was not a bride who enjoyed the wedding planning process. It was stressful, overwhelming, and I felt like I had so much looming over me. And that's where Michelle came in! I hired her for day-of coordination, but that didn't stop her from being a HUGE asset in the weeks leading up to the wedding. In our final meeting with the venue, she was an amazing advocate for us and brought up important details that we would not have otherwise thought of.
Michelle was the first one on site the day of the wedding and helped oversee the set up of the reception hall, set up our welcome table, and place our flower arrangements where they needed to be for the ceremony. I ordered extra greenery for decorating signage and various tables and gave her vague instructions to make things look pretty (again, I'm not good at this planning thing). She knew exactly what to do and made everything more beautiful than I ever could. When the florist failed to incorporate my favorite color in my bouquet, Michelle took it apart and reconstructed to make it exactly what I wanted. She can do just about anything, folks!
I could go on and on describing how wonderful Michelle and her assistant, Stephanie, were on our wedding day. It was honestly the best day ever. Rest assured, you will not be disappointed in hiring Michelle. I highly recommend Flyte44 Events!

Michelle was the wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding earlier this month at the Adamson House in Malibu. Not the easiest venue because everything has to be brought in.....AND removed....the day of the wedding.....and there are a lot of rules because it is an historic home. Michelle was very helpful in assisting me with selecting vendors and with coordinating all of them prior to the big event. On the day of the wedding, I actually left the small cutting cake in the trunk of my car....where it melted....and Michelle immediately had her assistant go find another white cake as a replacement. Always cool and collected, she really allowed me to enjoy my daughter's wedding. It was gorgeous and she was such a joy to work with. I would definitely hire Michelle again in the future!
Michelle is the best!!! We hired her as the month-of planner for our wedding at the Upper Las Virgenes Canyon Open Space Preserve. She was hands down the best decision we made among our wedding vendors. She is so on top of it and really did everything possible to make our wedding perfect. She always had our best interest at heart, and helped us find us ways to save money wherever she could (even after our wedding was over)! She goes above and beyond and thinks of every last detail (and at Upper Las Virgenes there are always a bunch of things the average person would not think of! We had her as the month-of planner but we wish we chose full planning because of that.) She is incredibly responsive to e-mail, text, phone, etc. It was so comforting to have her running things on our wedding day!! We were so glad to have her, we knew everything would go perfectly when she was involved!
Booking Michelle was the single best decision we made about the wedding! If you are considering booking her, rest assured that she will make all the difference in making your wedding dreams a reality. Not only was she instrumental in handling the details of our wedding: set up/tear down, timeline, managing vendors, etc., but it was also pricesless to have a professional I could call for advice in the months leading up to the wedding (e.g. What kind of draping fabric should we get? How many cups do we need? Where can I get the brass/gold candlesticks I want? Do we need more lighting? What about weather concerns?). Additionally, she has such a calming presence, which really helped me manage the anxiety I had when planning my wedding.
I wanted an intimate backyard wedding for 100 people, but did not want to compromise when it came to the dreamy, romantic aesthetic I was looking for. I didn’t really know how to start in terms of turning the backyard into a venue and had a lot of anxiety about it. From the moment we met with Michelle at our initial consultation, I relaxed knowing that we were in the hands of a true professional. She thought of all the little details, such as about DIY draping to really make it feel like a wedding venue, additional rentals we would need in that type of space, etc. She really stuck to our budget, and helped us think of ways to maximize our dollars. Some of our vendors were a bit challenging in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and she wrangled them like a pro, handling all communications so we didn’t have to stress. Come the day of the wedding, I walked into the backyard and my jaw hit the floor. It was truly one of the most beautiful setups I had ever seen and all of my stress and anxiety melted away. I was able to be a guest at my wedding and had the best time, oblivious to the issues going on behind the scenes as Michelle addressed them all in stride on our behalf. Apparently, half of the lighting went out in the middle of the wedding and Michelle took care of it all! Additionally, we had a religious Jewish ceremony and Michelle was both knowledgable about and sensitive to that aspect of our wedding. Michelle made all the difference in our wedding and I will highly recommend her to friends and family! Thank you, Michelle!
Michelle and her team are fantastic. From the moment my husband and I met Michelle we felt at ease. We could not have planned our wedding without her. There are so many details that go into planning a backyard wedding that you might not have to deal with elsewhere and Michelle knows them all. My husband and I are both very controlling but we trusted Michelle with our vision so much, halfway thru planning we decided to give up control and upgrade to full planning. She was a godsend, she dealt with ridiculous requests, hundreds of changes, a couple of meltdowns. The day of went so smoothly, everything was on time, everything looked amazing. We never doubted Michelle but there were so many things that needed to come together we just weren’t sure how it was possible, but it did and she made it look easy. You can work with the vendors she recommends and be sure that you will be 100% satisfied. Do yourself a favor and use Flyte44! She is the planner you didn’t know you definitely need!
Michelle and Flyte 44 is simply the best. When we contacted Michelle 3 months before our wedding, we had accomplished nothing other than having the venue booked. At our initial call, Michelle not only listened to what we wanted and helped us refine / shape our ideas for the wedding, but also wasn’t fazed when we told her we wanted dogs to be in and attend the wedding. She provided us with checklists of what we needed to do, checked in with us to see whether we needed help, and, most importantly, reminded us the importance of taking a moment to enjoy being engaged. Her experience in wedding planning was most evident in her work with the vendors and her advice on how to save money, what guests notice, and don’t notice.
In the days leading up to the wedding, she contacted all the vendors, took care of the logistics, and ensured that everything went as planned. On the day of the wedding, we had 10 dogs at the wedding and the event was executed without it feeling like a zoo/kennel. Not only did Michelle create a warm and friendly atmosphere but she worked with what was important to us. Michelle not only excels at her job but she’s easy to work with, talk to, and encourages open lines of communication. Also, she caters her team with the vibe of the couple / venue. Her assistant on the day of the wedding was a dog-lover! In a field where there are so many options, Michelle’s attention to details and easy-going personality make all the difference.
We absolutely loved working with Michelle for our wedding! We did the day of wedding coordinator package, but she was very generous with her time and helped us out a lot more than just the day of! Before the wedding, we had a few phone calls, which were really helpful in keeping us organized, then she ran our rehearsal, and kept us on track the day of. She has a great eye for decorations, set everything up the way we wanted, made great suggestions for ways of hiding a few warts at our venue, and was calm as can be. Having Michelle and her assistant Angel with us on the day of was wonderful. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Michelle even managed to fix a little snafu with my dress when part of the belt started falling off. We couldn't have been happier and highly recommend Michelle and her team.
One word to describe Michelle is, “AMAZING!” My husband and I decided to plan a wedding during an 8 month timeframe and quickly realized, we needed help! Michelle’s website gave me a feeling that she was going to be be personalized to what we wanted so we reached out. She was prompt to respond to my request and was open to meet in person (at my office) to really make sure she understood my vision. 8 months came and went and she was on it every step of the way! I cannot imagine my wedding day be the same without her. She kept all of my vendors in check(love the fierceness) and made everything so perfect! Thank you, Michelle from the bottom of our hearts!
We booked Michelle as our day of coordinator. She was super helpful with the planning process. We felt more than comfortable with her making the right decisions to make our day run as smooth as possible. She by far exceeded our expectations and was a dream to work with. My husband and I are so grateful that we found Michelle at Flyte44 Events to help coordinate our wedding. From the moment I spoke to Michelle, she immediately put me at ease about our event. It truly felt like talking to a friend even though we had just met. As our wedding day approached, Michelle kept us on track with a detailed timeline and offered advice whenever we needed it. Several of our vendors were recommended by her and we loved everyone she suggested! She was easy to reach by phone or email and was available for all vendor meetings that we had leading up to our big day even going back to our venue multiple times to show our parents around the property. Michelle handled every challenge that we had with ease and therefore made us more relaxed during a time that can be very stressful. Our wedding was at The Houdini Estate, which is a more complicated venue, and Michelle constantly gave us suggestions and offered her expertise for the best way to handle certain difficulties. We had an entire flip outside from the ceremony to the reception that she had to coordinate, and she made it look effortless even though it was very challenging! On our actual wedding day, one of the vendors didn’t deliver our dance floor, and Michelle made sure that we had one in time for our reception. While I was worried that we wouldn’t have one, she assured me that even if she had to do it herself that it would happen. I knew she meant it and that I could leave everything in good hands. She also had a wonderful support staff helping her that really cared about making sure everything was extra special. Michelle went above and beyond making our day spectacular, and we are both sad that our wedding is over because we would love to continue working with her. I am so happy that we found Michelle! We hired her as our day-of coordinator and from our first conversation over the phone, she was professional, friendly and super organized. Throughout the process, she went above and beyond to answer questions and offer encouragement. On the big day, she was so calm that people kept commenting on what a calming presence my wedding coordinator had! The banquet manager at my venue told me the next day that she had one of the best experiences working with Michelle and raved about her. Michelle is amazing! She was my wedding planner for the day of our wedding. She and her assistant wore so many hats that day and completed each task with such ease and content. She is so kind and supportive, and even though I only used her services for the day of the wedding; I felt that once we connected with her and we went forward with her services, she was always there to answer simple questions and to give her recommendations throughout the process. She’s a great resource! At the wedding, the guests adored her. She was a ninja at best (e.g. took pictures of us and our guests through the wedding event, made sure my husband and I had drinks at all times, made sure we got our appetizers and food, organized the vendors, and even helped with decorating the venue with the flowers I ordered). She also assisted with little mishaps that are sure to happen during any wedding, but she managed them patiently and promptly. I would definitely recommend Michelle. We had a magical wedding and she played an integral part in the event running smoothly.
Michelle was an absolute godsend. We were planning a wedding for about 150 people at a venue where we had to bring in absolutely everything - from the chairs and silverware, to the outdoor kitchen, dumpster, and trash bags. Needless to say, there were a lot of moving pieces that needed to be pulled off within pretty precise time frames.
Michelle and her team were up to the challenge, and exceeded all expectations. Not only did she create and execute a meticulous timeline for the day of, but she went above and beyond in every way. She made herself available to our questions whenever we had them and shared with us so many invaluable pieces of wedding planning wisdom she's picked up during her extensive experience as an event planner/coordinator. She had ideas and insights that we never even considered, and even offered advice that helped us cut down on costs in several areas of our budget.
She was also our lifesaver in the weeks leading up to the event, completely managing all vendor communication and double checking our work so that we could use he time we had left to shore up all the small details and complete last minute DIY projects. The day-of flowed so wonderfully, and during the few times there were hiccups, Michelle was already in problem-solving mode by the time I noticed them.
She was also always composed and centered, and served as a calming presence for us during what could have been an otherwise very stressful day. I do not even know where to begin, Michelle Can And will Do it all. She was so patient organized and Adapted and adjusted twisted and turned to every situation for Our Wedding. With my fiancé and I being so indecisive and change back and forth from idea to times. From the start she was so nice and catered to every that needed to be done at the wedding. From helping us decide on DJ Table set up and so many other things. It was over 100 degrees literally July 8th I do not even think she broke a sweat. Whatever kind of wedding or event you’re having she will get it done. I do not write many reviews but I had to take my hat off to Michelle and her assistant's. She kept her composure at every turn. There was even a situation with the location we chose they were being difficult for some reason I look over and I see Michelle going to BAT for us and just elegantly handled the situation notified me at the right moment so I could do what needed to be done to correct the problem. If I could leave 6 stars I would. Oh wait. ****** 6 star she gets extra credit. She had all our valuables safe loaded in car I am still shook on her Efficiency. I had a bad dream that it was the day of my daughter's wedding and we all arrived to find there were no flowers, no officiant, no food, no music, no photographer because we each thought someone else had been responsible. Since the day when I first email Michelle she answered all questions I had. She is always fun and took care of all of us even days after the wedding. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle! My husband and I could not imagine our wedding day without her, she made sure EVERYTHING was perfect. She was such a pleasure to work with, she is so organized and professional and affordable! If there was any issues we never heard about them, we just enjoyed our wedding! Michelle took such good care of us, she made sure to check in on us and we always had full glasses, she made sure we ate and we loved that she was pulled us away for a minute to just be with each other and take it all in! Michelle was an indispensable support for our wedding at St Bernardine Church Catholic Church and Calamigos Ranch. Whether it was placing flowers on our cake or fighting for Polish vodka shots at the reception, Michelle tirelessly made sure that every planned detail was executed. She was also punctual, courteous, and a lot of fun to work with. Anytime we had a question she made time for us, she was completely available to help us when we needed it (she always responded within an hour). She has tons of event planning / wedding experience, and her input was essential for so many things (e.g., vendor recommendations [DJ Dave was awesome], negotiating with venues [saved us money with alcohol], and creative event ideas [ribbons for meal choices]). Michelle was respectful and supportive of our Polish cultural background, and she ensured that our vision of an ideal wedding became a reality. Especially on the wedding day she took wonderful care of us (making sure we had food and drink, organizing the vendors, wrangling family members, making announcements and even giving us a pre-ceremony pep talk).
