I could not have had a wedding without Forever & Always Event planning. We had a smaller ceremony and bigger reception on two different dates, and having Brooke with us for both was an absolute life saver. She gathered vendor quotes for us in the beginning, handled the conversations while keeping us on track timeline wise, and was ESSENTIAL on both days. She had to think quickly and calmly on the wedding way when our bus driver was 30 minutes late. She kept her cool, rearranged our transportation within minutes, and we all arrived on time. I couldn't have paid attention to all of the details without Brooke, she's the absolute best!

Brooke, Becca, and Abigail were fantastic! From the initial call, I could tell that Brooke and her team were going to help me bring my vision to life and that they cared about making my and my husband’s day the best it could be. They offered advice where needed and the use of Aisle Planner was a total lifesaver throughout the planning process. Becca was our day of coordinator and ran our rehearsal. She was bubbly, efficient, and overall fantastic to work with. Even though we had the day of coordination package, F&A’s help spanned the whole planning process. They helped with making sure I was on track with planning, and helped coordinate transportation for wedding day through the shuttle service I booked. We also used their rental shed which was super easy as well and helped with the decor that we didn't want to buy ourselves. Above and beyond is an too small of a phrase for Brooke and her team!

Brooke is hands down fantastic! We would not have had such a perfect beautiful day without her help! Every step of the way she was professional, helpful, and so easy to talk to! From planning, to communicating with vendors, decorating, and all those little things that we sometimes don't think about, she had everything covered! I can't thank brooke enough for all she did for us and I'm so greatful she was by my side for the biggest day of my life!

Brooke is the best! We would not have had the best day ever if it wasn't for Brooke. Initially we thought we could tackle our big day on our own. That was not true, once we got Brooke she had a great organization around making our day the best. Things she brought up were not even thought of during our initial trial without a coordinator. Day of, Brooke and her team made it go by so smoothly, i had no stress. She had someone there every step of the way making sure things went off according to plan. Her Timeline, wow! We would have missed so much if we didn't have that. Someone there to get photos lined up, setting up the venue deco's, making sure the DJ was there, getting the cupcakes set up, the list went on and on and Brooke made sure it was all done and we could just enjoy our big day together. If you are looking for a sign to book Forever & Always.. HERE IT IS!! Brooke and her team made my wedding planning process and actual day an absolute dream. From the first moment I requested a quote she never tried to upsell me and helped me identify exactly what type of help I needed. Once the planning process began her custom website had everything: guest list, budget, contact list, table arrangements and other tips/tricks. Our meetings were also productive and she was brilliant in her observations and collaborations. On the actual wedding day her involvement felt essential - I truly would not have had the most perfect wedding without her. Brooke personally printed our timelines and handed it to each vendor and bridal party so all the key individuals knew where to be and when. She was able to set up all my decor exactly as I pictured and handled it all with exceptional care. She even helped take it down and re-pack without interrupting us while we were dancing the night away! My guests and family could not stop talking about how well she handled herself and got things done! There truly are no words to express my gratitude for Brooke and Abby on my day. From my very first meeting with Brooke, we knew we were in great hands! She was professional, organized and extremely detail-oriented which made the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the entire journey, Brooke & her team were always on top of every detail, from coordinating with vendors to ensuring our timeline was perfectly aligned. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask! Nichole was absolutely amazing at helping us run through our rehearsal and making us feel confident and ready for the next day. On our wedding day, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing Marissa was taking care of everything behind the scenes. Where do I even begin!! Brooke & her team were absolutely INCREDIBLE. Brooke is so kind, professional, organized and made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process all the way through our wedding day. Our day went so smoothly and all the small details were accounted for without us having to think about it day of. Beyond handling SO many details, vendor comms, day of decor and setup, making sure we kept to the timeline, had enough food/drink, and everything in between, she also found time to capture so many photos and moments for us during the rehearsal and wedding day so we didn't have to worry about any point of our special weekend not being documented (especially as we wait for our photographer photos), which was so appreciated & unexpected!! As a bride who was a type A planner, Brooke was a girl's best friend throughout everything. 🤍 Whether you're someone who likes to be involved in all the preparation for the wedding or want someone to hand it all over to, Brooke and her team are your people!! Brooke and her team made planning our wedding in MI from FL a breeze! They helped us with the planning, communicating with our bridal party and vendors, and ensured everything on our big day went off without a hitch. Marissa was there for our rehearsal and wedding day and was able to bring our vision to life exactly how we wanted it. BEST INVESTMENT! We hired Forever & Always, originally, just for day of setup (centerpiece decorations, various signage, etc) but realized we also wanted the day-of coordination. It was the best decision, and investment, for our day. Brooke and her staff were on top of everything; setting up, keeping the events on track, being so helpful through each phase of the wedding day. Not only the coordination of the day-of, but Brooke and team helped with timeline confirmation and answering questions, from us and from each vendor. They were professional, precise, and absolute problem solvers. I would recommend Forever & Always to any couple getting married!

Brooke & Marissa are a real life dream team! I knew from the moment I first spoke with them that my wedding day would run seamlessly. Both are incredibly professional and personable. No matter the time of day, Brooke was always ready to send me a text back or schedule a call. I truthfully couldn't have gotten through my planning process without her! Marissa and I had two calls leading up to my wedding where she ensured that my timeline was 100% perfect, she answered questions thoroughly and was very assuring. Marissa worked tirelessly on the day of my wedding. She handled a MASSIVE hiccup by our transportation company with grace and did not allow me to stress about it. Before I even knew there was an issue, Marissa had it handled. Marissa continued to assure me that all was well leading up to the moment I walked down the aisle. Marissa made sure that my day was absolutely perfect despite the hiccup that was completely out of her control. I am so beyond grateful for both Brooke and Marissa. If you are looking for coordinators who are beyond organized, personable, professional and sweet, look no further.

Forever and Always Event Planning is the absolute best!!! Brooke is so attentive to detail and makes sure you know what to expect for wedding day. She meets with you as many times as you need before wedding day and is so quick to respond to an email if you have any questions. We paid for the 12 hour coordination package which was the best decision we made for our wedding. On our wedding day we had Marissa as our day of coordinator and Brooke made sure she was aware of all of the details that we had talked over throughout the months leading up to our wedding. Marissa was so sweet and went above and beyond on our wedding day. Our DJ ended up showing up 2 hours late and we had to change the whole timeline of our day and Marissa made sure we still were able to fit all of our plans in. She reworked our whole timeline on the spot and communicated with the vendors so that we could enjoy our day as much as possible. She was also our biggest advocate with vendors to ensure our vision still came to life and we got all of our pictures in with the time crunch. When I didn't know which decision to make at times she gave me the honesty I needed if it were her wedding day which gave me so much comfort and peace. I would recommend Brooke and Marissa to anyone that is getting married in Michigan. They truly made our day possible and we could not have done it without them. All of our guests were amazed by Marissa and her coordination skills as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Brooke and her assistant Grace were AMAZING! She went above and beyond what I pictured from a day of coordinator. She helped with timeline creation, vendor communication, communication with our huge bridal party, and large family. She helped us keep a detailed list of all of our decor to make sure nothing was forgotten on our big day. She even took care of setting up our decor so that my bridal party and family could enjoy our morning getting ready instead of stressing. I can't say enough good things about Brooke, HIRE HER!!!

Brooke was simply amazing! She was so organized throughout the whole planning process and on the wedding day, was nothing but perfect. Brooke was the best investment I made in my wedding day!! She deserves more than 5 stars! We hired Brooke last minute, as I started to realize all the tiny details that I needed help with! From the very first conversation Brooke knew what to ask and how to step in to help, even in areas I hadn’t thought of. Every time I would think of something on the wedding day, I would turn around and Brooke already had it covered! We had a couple of curve balls (as I think most weddings do) and she stepped up, stepped in and filled the gaps while staying positive and supportive. Her communication, attention to detail, ability to predict next steps and needs, and pure joy and love of her job are all top-notch!! Brooke was truly an ESSENTIAL part of our wedding planning. Her communication was amazing right from the start!
