It’s so important to relate to and connect with your wedding planner and from day 1 it felt like she was my friend helping me plan my dream wedding. She really understood my vision and kept it real with me on what i could and couldn’t afford lol. Not to mention, I literally and honestly don’t know how I could have enjoyed my wedding without Heather. Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband’s signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along. She truly handled everything so that me and my husband could just have FUN and for that I am truly grateful.
Heather did an absolutely incredible job from the very beginning. I was planning a wedding from out of state while also working long hours, so I didn't have much time. Heather kept me on track while making sure every detail was taken care of. She reminded me about details I didn't even think of. Then when we had to push back our wedding a year due to COVID, Heather was so supportive.
The month before, Heather took over all communication with all of our vendors. As somebody that has a bit of a Type A personality, it was hard for me to sit back, but Heather had every detail taken care of. She communicated with all of our vendors, redid the timeline multiple times to accommodate any and all changes, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. The best gift any bride can get is to be able to enjoy their wedding day without worrying about any detail and Heather did exactly that. Our wedding ran smoothly and if anything went wrong, I still don't know about it. Heather took care of every detail and made sure everything was on time. Our wedding ran on time the whole night, which is honestly unheard of. I didn't worry about a single thing on my wedding day and if there was anything that needed to be done, Heather quickly said "I got it." Her assistant, Kari, was just as wonderful and I couldn't be more thankful. The whole night and days after our wedding guests kept raving about how incredible Heather was. I would recommend Heather and her team to everybody!
Because I'm a crazy person, I planned most of our wedding by myself while working a very full-time job, but was on the hunt for a day-of coordinator that I could trust to make sure everything ran smoothly. I found Heather on The Knot and the amount of experience she had and reviews made it seem like she was a great option so I set up a phone call with her and was blown away by how much she knew (and how much I DIDN'T know). She was going to be having a baby super close to our date though, so she recommended one of her lead assistants, Courtney, to us. I trusted that she had nothing but great things to say about her and that they'd worked together for a long time, so we took the chance and decided to go with her without even talking to her. We were NOT disappointed! Courtney was so amazing and organized everything so well for our rehearsal and day-of. She set everything up beautifully, exactly the way we wanted, and returned all of our stuff back to us just how we gave it to her. She was able to corral our giant wedding party plus our crazy families whenever we all needed to gather, and made sure that the timing of everything was going by smoothly. She was exactly what we needed and we can't thank her enough!
Worth her weight in gold! Heather made our daughter's wedding day go so smooth & seamless, as mother of the bride I was almost lost with nothing to do or worry about (lol) except to enjoy myself, this amazing family experience, and the day our only daughter was to be wed!!!! Heather is detailed to the minute, organized and thorough, AND CALM! We got so many compliments on her during & after the wedding. She kept track of the wedding rehearsal, photo schedule, video schedule, wedding time line, where all the groomsmen & bridesmaids were, cell phones, contracts, set up & clean up, bubble guns, envelopes, gifts, everything in between and of course...the Bride & Groom! She made sure they were fed, hydrated, and most importantly not stressed! At first I thought it was a lot of money to spend for a Day Of Coordinator, but afterwards I think it was the best money spent! Thank you Heather, you are excellent at your job.
I found FAWE on Yelp and decided to give it a shot after seeing some great reviews! I got married 12/29/18. After chatting with Heather, we were able to book her for the Month-Of-Coordinator, at the Ebell of Los Angeles. Coordinating the wedding meant not actually planning it for me, as I wanted to do that myself. She would be there to handle all vendor communications once the month-of-the-wedding started allowing me to focus on family during the Christmas holiday. Most of our guests were from out of town making it easier for us to host them as they arrived earlier than the wedding date.
I liked how candid Heather was during the entire process. I had ten months to plan. As the date drew closer around the 6-month mark, and three-month mark, and then each month thereafter (as needed), she would touch base to track and make sure we were completing our tasks. We also ended up booking an additional assistant (so total of two assistants) to help with the coordination of the wedding as our wedding venue and party size required it.
The day of the wedding, Heather made sure the general details of the venue followed the aesthetics of what we wanted. One thing I was disappointed about however, was the cake wasn't decorated correctly as a bright pink (not in color scheme) flower was found at the top tier which wasn't what was communicated with my florist/cakery/and herself. It was literally a minute detail most would consider obsolete, but I felt it made my cake topper disappear. Luckily my photographer was able to photoshop it out. She also followed the timeline she put together to ensure everything ran smoothly. Furthermore, she carved out time for us to actually eat and enjoy some time together as a newlywed couple before having to meet/greet our wedding party of 213 guests. Heather was attentive to specific requests and also had some relatively affordable vendor options for rentals and favors. Cleaning up at the end of the night was a bit rocky with a couple personal items missing I would have preferred to keep. I wish I had been more clear with what I wanted and when items would need to be organized before leaving the venue as I wanted to maximize my time with my guests. I would recommend her to other couples looking to find a wedding coordinator. Overall, she did a great job being there from tasting/venue walk through, to rehearsal, and then day-of-celebration. So personable and easy to work with. Book with FAWE!
I couldn’t have had a better person for the job Heather was phenomenal, she made my wedding organized, easy , unstressed, and made my special day remarkable and memorable. She is highly recommended from me ❤️❤️
Heather really went above and beyond! She was always available for questions and advice, she also always offered to go beyond her scope of work. and was excellent at juggling family politics and vendor surprises. Heather, of Forever and Always Weddings and Events, was the day of wedding coordinator for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. There really are not enough words to say how wonderful, professional and amazing she was. First of all, day of, does not do her job justice. She was in constant communication with my daughter for months beforehand, guiding her step by step. The day of the wedding she was everywhere, handling everything, with such professionalism and grace. She managed everything from the florist, photographer, caterers, dj, and the wedding party. Because of her, everything was seamless and my daughter and I enjoyed the day to the fullest knowing everything was taken care of. She decorated the tables beforehand, and clean up at the end of the night was quick and incredible. She thinks of things you never even imagined. Like I said, there just aren't enough adjectives to describe how amazing she is and how she made the best day of my daughter's life that much better. I would wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for a consultant. It was the greatest decision we made for the wedding!
I had such an amazing experience with Heather as my day-of coordinator for my wedding on 10/28/18. I had conversations with a few different coordinators soon after my engagement, but didn't find anyone who was quite the right fit, until I talked to Heather. From the moment I met her, I knew that Heather was the kind of calm, confident and responsible person I could completely trust with my wedding day.
From our initial conversation, Heather was so full of knowledge, and always so reassuring to me when I felt overwhelmed. Her communication with me was consistent and efficient, and I never felt like any question I asked was too dumb despite her obvious expertise. She provided me with so many resources, like checklists and vendor recommendations. She recommended the DJ I ended up using, and he was amazing!
I am a first year teacher, so planning my wedding and my curriculum at the same time was often a struggle. Heather was so patient with me despite my many, many mistakes I made in the planning process.
My wedding flowed so incredibly smoothly, and I know that is all due to Heather's professionalism and skill. There was no point during that day where I was stressed or worried about a thing. So many guests raved about how well the evening flowed from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. My wedding party and family members raved specifically about Heather and how great she was at making sure everything and everyone was in place. My husband's sister has worked in wedding catering in the past and could not believe how much Heather went out of her way to help with set up and break down. It was so nice for me and for my family to be able to just enjoy the day and know that she had a handle on everything.
She is efficient while maintaining a sense of calm and friendliness. Talking with her in the months leading up to my wedding always felt like just having conversations with a friend because she is so easy to talk to. Heather is simply the best. I would never hesitate to recommend her to a friend who is in the wedding planning process.
When I was planning my wedding, I emailed many day-of coordinators for estimates, and Forever & Always (FAWE) was the quickest and friendliest response I received. My then-fiance and I met with the owner, Heather, and she is the kindest person; after that meeting, we were certain we wanted to hire Forever & Always for our wedding! Throughout my time working with FAWE, they continued to have amazing communication (responding to emails in a timely manner and making sure to email me when a deadline was coming up).
Lisa and Heather were heaven-sent, and they are both so kind and down-to-earth. Lisa was in charge the day of my wedding, and she did such a fabulous job. I hired Forever & Always for Day-Of Coordination, and their package included monthly phone calls with Lisa to check in and help me stay sane and on track (and helped tremendously with timelines!). Lisa also called all of my vendors a week or so before the wedding to confirm with them and make sure everyone was on the same page.
I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day knowing that Lisa and her team had everything covered. We had talked enough leading up to the day that I felt so comfortable with her, and I was confident that she knew my vision and what I wanted (in regards to decorations, our timelines, vendors, etc.).
FAWE made my rehearsal day go smoothly, and they allowed me (and just as importantly, my mother!) to not have to worry about anything on the day of my wedding. They were so quick and helpful with set up as well as clean up. My parents were both so surprised and pleased with all that Lisa and her team did throughout the day.

From the moment I first contacted Heather with Forever and Always Weddings and Events (FAWE) she was exceptional. I hired her company for our “Day of Coordinator” for our wedding on September 9th 2018. I must say “day of” is not the right word choice, they were really there for me from the moment I hired them. We were assigned Courtney B. as our lead coordinator and she was a life saver with all those last minute details you never think of and helped keep me in check with timelines, vendor contact and confirmation, and checklists to make sure we had all our ducks in a row. The day of our wedding she was on top of everything, when we arrived at the venue I didn’t have to do or worry about a thing except getting dressed and starting photos. Courtney and her assistant directed and helped with guest arrival and needs, made sure the reception room and decor was set up properly and called/texted to follow up with our second photographer when she was running 45 min late! Alleviating my stress and anger that a vendor could be running so late. At the end of the wedding they managed all the organizing of our belongings, gifts, vendor rentals and clean up. The whole night ran smoothly and we had the best night of our lives. We definitely owe everything to Heather, Courtney, her assistant and the entire “FAWE” team. The best thing about FAWE and the thing I appreciate the most is after the wedding the business owner Heather reached out to me to see how things went and to check in. After talking with her she learned our flakey second photographer who was 45 minutes late and left 30 minutes early had not delivered her photos by the contracted deadline and has blocked all means of contact with my husband and I she immediately offered to help in several ways. (Forwarding all of FAWES attempts to contact the photographer days prior to the wedding, day of the wedding and even after the wedding) Unfortunately we have to pursue legal action against this photographer and FAWE has been amazing in assisting us even after our wedding. I would give 100 stars if I could and definitely recommend hiring FAWE!
Where do we even begin? From the first interview all the way until the end of the most beautiful day in our lives, we had an amazing connection with Heather! Heather was always available to listen to our concerns and special requests and find ways to make them a reality. She also would give the perfect amount of advice when she saw fit. Everything about our big day went flawlessly, and we can contribute a lot of that to Heather's abilities and professionalism throughout the 9 month planning process. Heather had an immediate presence with all of the vendors despite not having worked with any of them previously. By the end of our journey, Heather became more of a friend than a vendor. She really looked out for our best interests the whole time! We would definitely recommend Heather to future Brides and Grooms. Thanks again!!!!!!!!

During the wedding process, my husband and I were actively looking for a day of coordinator that was going to be on top of things and see our vision. I stumbled on Forever & Always on Yelp and after speaking to Heather I knew her team would be great for our wedding. She talked me through her process and brought things to my attention that I never thought of.
Our lead coordinator was Courtney and she was wonderful to work with. She checked in with me on a monthly basis and gave me a list of things I should complete. Courtney was very responsive, patient, and had good ideas to help our wedding run smooth. Heather and Courtney lead our rehearsal and made sure the wedding party knew exactly what to do on the day of. It was our parents first time meeting the team and immediately noticed that they were organized and paid attention to detail. On the wedding day, there were many moving parts and hiccups, but Courtney, Heather, and Natalie handled things. I gave Courtney a very detailed list for set up and clean up and she followed all details while adding her touch to make things look perfect. Our limo driver was giving us a hard time, but Heather handled him and made sure he didn’t ruin our day. Also, the bridal party forgot their personal belongings at the hotel and there was no way we could go back and get them. Heather offered to drive back to the hotel and drop all belongings at the reception, which was over 40 miles away in one direction. The team went over and beyond to make sure our day runs smoothly and all details were followed.
I would highly recommend Forever and Always because they love what they do and take initiative to make sure the bride and groom have the best wedding. We would have definitely lost our minds if Courtney, Heather, and Natalie were not there. :)
I had the best experience with them, from the time I booked them for our wedding they were so helpful and kind. The sent me ideas on what needs to get done and we spoke every month to catch up on everything since I booked them for day of only. The day of the wedding was crazy and they just got things done. I had the most Strick venue and I don’t know how but these amazing women made it work. I would highly highly recommend them, I promise you will be in great hands.
Heather was a lifesaver for our wedding day! She really helped us organize some last minute items to help make the day more efficient, like a detailed shot list for family photos. She made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. She was great at communicating all the necessities with our vendors and wedding party to make sure everyone was on the same page. She made sure we were well fed and hydrated! She also made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the night. Could not recommend her more to anyone looking to simplify their lives throughout the wedding process. You will thank yourself, her, and us later! ;)
My wife and I were married recently. We interviewed several planning companies, but it was Heather Brunsell at Forever & Always Weddings & Events that had the best answers and solutions to our planning issues. Heather and her team were amazing!! We had a fairly small ceremony, but there were multiple issues with the original site. Heather met me there and after a thorough examination, she agreed and immediately found us multiple other options that were available and worked well to fit our needs and time frame. The reception hosted almost 350 people they kept us organized and on track all the way to the end.... Heather anticipates every single and potential detail ahead of time and I truly don’t know what we would have done without her and her team. I know a lot of couples are on the fence about getting a planner..... Trust me, you will be so glad you did! As you work through the process and get all the way up to the big day, having a professional by your side is totally the way to go.... If FAWE is available, any couple would be lucky to have them!
