Coming from the hospitality background & me being the person that I am, I love to get things done myself or at least think I can get them done myself.. We hired Katlynn and her team for the 2 month before planning package. That was right at the time where my mom & I were going insane and getting so stressed out. Hiring her was the best decision. It was a breath of fresh air. Katlynn right away stepped in and took things over. It definitely gave me a sense of peace. She was so quick to respond on every little thing I had. Come wedding day, I had the most fun, relaxed day knowing that she had everything handled. The day was absolutely PERFECT. Everything ran so smoothly all because of her. Not only was she so on tops of things, but she was so friendly & personable & that made it so much better! Would definitely recommend Forever Blushing!

Katlynn was AMAZING!!! My daughter hired her to help with her wedding in Texas! She even drove all the way to meet with us in person at the venue in the beginning!!! Katlynn was extremely knowledgeable on all planning and scheduling and really took charge when needed. We were extremely impressed with the job she did!!! The wedding was perfect!! Would absolutely recommend her and her team for your wedding planning needs!!

Katlynn was a literal LIFESAVER. Not only did she and her team make our wedding day special, but also saved my sanity. She stepped in and took charge of a very chaotic situation, and was nothing but consoling and helpful. We unfortunately had to let our first planner go, but Katlynn took charge and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was a night and day difference from our first experience and I’m still kicking myself in the butt for not finding her first! She is extremely communicative, organized, efficient, she didn’t let me get sidetracked (which happens often), and is an incredible problem solver. Once we hired her I didn’t have to lift a finger. Because of Thai wonderful woman and her team I was able to enjoy our big day without stress or anxiety. There’s genuinely nothing she can’t do. 12/10 would recommend!

Forever Blushing was the best thing to happen to my daughter and I during the whole wedding process! Katlynn and her girls were so knowledgeable and never hesitated to help me, my family members, my daughter, and I with anything that was needed on the day of my wedding or to step in an answer any questions we had. The girls were there from start to finish and took care of every single thing we needed on the day of - from set up to tear down! We were able to sit back, relax, and enjoy our day with the FB team took care of everything for us! Katlynn and her team were kind and so attentive to every detail! They were so polite in giving directions and helped keep us on perfect schedule and coordinated everything perfectly will all of our vendors! Leading up to the wedding, we had meetings and gained so much insightful information from Katlynn and her team while planning the wedding and booking the vendors! My daughter's wedding was an absolute success thanks to the wonderful women of Forever Blushing, I will never run out of amazing things to say about them and I am so thankful we hired them to take care of the big day!

Katlynn and her team are so on top of it! Ive attended many weddings as a guest where they planned and coordinated the wedding and im always impressed! They are quick and efficient, pay attention to details, and are so good with guests and communication! Ive heard nothing but good things from other guests and clients!

This wedding planner at Forever Blushing Planning and Design was an absolute nightmare. We had a Horrible experience and had to fire her with only 5 weeks until wedding. The wedding had to be moved across the US to a place that could facilitate and have a wedding planned in just 5 weeks. We truly hope no one else ever has to go through the same experience with a wedding planner.

Katlynn & the forever blushing team are truly the best of the best! My mom and I are not the best at making decisions, so we really needed someone during the planning process that could help us make those hard decisions and Katlynn was absolutely the girl for the job. She attended every meeting and answered any questions or concerns we had. She also has great relationships with all of the local wedding vendors, which was extremely helpful. She had so many fun ideas, and helped us execute it all perfectly. By the time my wedding rolled around we all felt like Katlynn was apart of our family. She really cares about all of her brides, grooms, and their families! She goes above and beyond, and has the most loving and fun personality. On the day of the wedding my husband and I didn’t have to think about anything because she was on top of everything. Katlynn’s and her team took care of set up and tear down, and were right there if we had any questions or needed help with anything. We love Katlynn and would hire her a million times over!!

I cannot express the disappointment in having Forever Blushing coordinate an ounce of what is supposed to be a dream-come-true type of day. Words could never describe the stress and chaos due to choosing Forever Blushing. There was ZERO direction given by the coordinator on the day of, which meant the wedding party, family AND GUESTS had to coordinate the ins and outs of the entire wedding. Each time there was a small hiccup (i.e, unsure where something looked best, unsure of where we were in the schedule, unsure of which vendor was who, etc etc) the coordinator would interrupt the bride during whatever she was doing to ask for direction. As this was the bride's first wedding, she does not have the expertise as to what made more sense, that is why she hired a coordinator. The coordinator seemed to have zero clue. Everything was last minute, but that did not stop the coordinator and her assistant from leaving for a lengthy lunch on a whim. I understand it was a long day, but when you failed to adequately prepare and arrange things, leaving the bride and groom's family to work while leaving for lunch without as much as letting someone know she'd be out of pocket for X amount of time seemed unprofessional. Leaving for lunch wasn't the problem, missing out on over an hour of preparation time was the issue. Had she let us know she was leaving and given us direction on what needed to be done, things would have felt less chaotic. Multiple times throughout the day, members of the wedding party would have to go find the coordinator and assistant to instruct them on what needs to be done, what is expected, etc. Guests arrived with zero instruction on where to go or what to do. Because the day was so unorganized, many guests felt the need to step in and help coordinate because it appeared nothing was in order. The day was so chaotic that the bouquet toss and garter toss did not happen. The wedding party had to introduce themselves, the speeches given were at the direction of guests, whereas this is something the coordinator and assistant should have been helping COORDINATE. I will say, it was a relief that by the end of the night (40 minutes after the reception had ended according to the schedule Forever Blushing created) the coordinator and assistant cleaned off tables. That was the ONLY impressive thing of the entire day. NO ONE deserves to experience this level of chaotic, unnecessary stress on their wedding day. The worst part is it wasn't just the bride and groom or wedding party who felt the stress, it even trickled down to the guests.

We had another wedding coordinator fall through in the middle of our wedding planning process. Katlynn was recommended to me and when I told her our situation she immediately wanted to do anything to help. She was absolutely amazing in every way possible on our big day. She was professional, on time, and worked the wedding to make it so perfect for us. She wasn’t afraid to do her job even if others seemed frustrated by the timeline. She kept us on time and overall made our wedding experience top notch. Highly highly recommend!!

My daughter lives in OKC and I live 3 hours away from her so I was stressing a little bit about trying to plan her wedding. That is until we hired Katlynn! Katlynn was amazing from the beginning to the end. Every vendor she suggested from florals, photographer, bakery, DJ and so much more was perfect! She was quick to reply to any calls, e-mails or texts whenever we had questions. She managed the budget great and definitely got the most for our money. It was an outdoor wedding and even with a little rain delay she kept everything moving along as smoothly as possible. She and her assistant were there from setup until teardown. It was a beautiful day (despite the rain) and we couldn't have done it without her.

I was an ambitious bride who thought I could do everything myself. Don't be like me!!  I was starting to get so overwhelmed by the thought of how many things could go wrong day of and knew I couldn't be in 10 places at once! I also wanted my Mom, bridesmaids, and myself to be able to relax and actually enjoy the day! I booked Forever Blushing 4 months before my wedding for day of coordination and immediately felt a sense of relief! Kat was on top of it from the very beginning! We had a phone meeting closer to the wedding where we went over all the details and timeline! She mentioned things that I didn't even know I needed!! Day of, I didn't have to lift a finger our worry about ANYTHING! Kat and her team rolled with all the punches! I was down a bridesmaid because of covid and my food vendor changed DAY OF but you would have never known it! Everything was flawless!!! Now looking back at our wedding photos I get to see all of the little details and how everything was set up! I knew that everything had looked great but the day goes by so fast and is such a blur that you don’t take time to stop and pay attention to detail! Seeing everything Kat and her team did behind the scenes is incredible! I’m beyond thankful for Forever Blushing! My wedding day would not have been perfect without them!!!🤍✨ Budget for your wedding planner/day of coordinator and make them a priority!!

As the Mother of the Bride, I was especially impressed with everything that Kaitlyn and her team included in the complete wedding experience from setting up vendor meetings, handling all invitations and rsvp’s, keeping the bride and groom involved and on track. Everything that they took care of on the day of the rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding day was so invaluable to us. My family and I could just enjoy the moments of the wedding festivities instead of worrying about all the details. Personally, when I thought I had misplaced the wedding rings moments before the wedding, Kaitlyn and her team never stressed, one of the girls offered to go back to the hotel to look, which thankfully was not necessary because the other girl found the rings in my purse which I had already placed in my seat for he ceremony. Forever Blushing Events was one of the very first vendors we booked for our wedding day! We purchased the "Day of Package" and I highly recommend every bride at least consider hiring a "day of coordinator" at the least! Kat was very responsive and made me comfortable and confident during the weeks leading up to the wedding day. Natalie was absolutely amazing during our rehearsal dinner and Kat & Melanie were fabulous on wedding day! I did not worry about anything! They setup everything, made sure everything flowed during the ceremony and reception and cleaned up afterwards. My family was able to really enjoy the big day and we had complete confidence that Kat and her team had everything handled. I highly recommend Forever Blushing Events for your big day.

There are not enough words to explain the gratitude I feel for Kat and her team! I am notorious for being a picky control freak and it was like Kat reached into my brain and knew exactly what I wanted. Our wedding was perfect, exactly what I wanted it to be & then some because of Katlynn & her team. They set up all of the decor, handled all the vendors, got all my childish groomsmen in check, took all the decor down & put it away for us(hello what?!? My mom was very happy about that). Let me also mention that I am the most tomboy, no plan, ‘let’s wing’ it bride there is so planning a wedding was a bit terrifying. Hiring Forever Blushing to help plan my wedding was the best decision I made (besides saying yes to my husband). They made me feel secure in my decisions & supported all of my ideas. They gave me ideas that fit in my budget & style, showed me vendors that would work best for us, put together a timeline & stuck with it. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because of these girls. I got enjoy getting ready with my girls, crying happy tears with my mom, marrying my guy because they handled EVERYTHING. They aren’t just a team that comes in, sets stuff up, & leaves. They deeply care about each & every one of their brides & that alone was enough for me. 12/10 no, 245/10, would recommend these ladies to plan your wedding. I wish I could hire them to plan my life, let’s be honest.

We had Katlynn as our Day Of Coordinator! She was not only there the day of but she also met with us a couple of times before the big day. She met with us privately the first time to discuss what we already had booked, what we needed, and give us resources/referrals to vendors she recommended. She also came to meetings with catering and our venue and would stay after to visit with us privately about details and make sure we were on track! She recommended an amazing florist that we used and loved - Medieval Garden. She also attended our rehearsal and directed that to make sure everyone knew where to be and what to do. And lastly, she and her team were at the venue on the wedding day bright and early to set everything up! All I had to do was bring my décor and set the boxes down and they took everything out and placed everything where it needed to be or where it looked best! She emailed all of my vendors ahead of time to make sure they knew what time to be there and had their schedules. She coordinated with my musician/DJ so that he knew when to announce special moments (toasts, cake cutting, first dance, grand exit). She emailed a detailed timeline so we all knew what to expect! She was paying attention to everything on that day when I was so busy having fun - she would straighten out my dress for photos, she made my husband and I our plates, I could go on and on! She and her team also tore everything down at the end of the night and helped load everything up. She definitely made the wedding day a breeze for my fiancé and I! We were able to relax on the wedding day and just enjoy and take in the special day. So important to have someone there who can take charge so that you can soak it all up - it flies by! Katlynn and her team (Natalie and Alyssa) were my saving grace on my wedding day. Anything and everything that I asked for or needed was taken care of and handled PERFECTLY. They are incredibly organized, kind, and amazing at what they do!! Can’t recommend them enough. Kat is amazing to work with. I hired her for full wedding planning/coordination and so happy I did. From the very beginning she was very hands on and spent countless hours on the phone with my mom and I to make sure every detail was perfect! She helped us find the best vendors to work with. Very professional at all our meetings (we had lots!) and always on time. The day of was absolutely a dream come true. Her and her team were amazing and I knew of no problems the whole day. I am so happy I decided to work with kat and forever blushing! ❤️

We hired Katlynn at the very beginning as of our wedding planning process because we were looking for a full service planner and she was recommended by our venue. It was by far the worst decision we made and was honestly the number one stressor throughout the entire thing. She hardly attended any meetings, gave poor vendor recommendations, and was hardly involved in any of the details of the planning process. It was as if she wasn't even there during the process. We kept thinking that she would make up for her lack of service on the day of the wedding, but even then she seemed like she didn't want to be there. Among other things, I had confused vendors asking me questions on the day of, she and her team were rude to multiple people in our family and wedding party, and they started tearing everything down way before the reception was scheduled to end and rushed through everything leaving family to finish up. I could go on and on about how disappointed we were and I genuinely hope no one else has to go through the same experience. Please beware and don't make the mistake we did and take recommendations without reading reviews first!

My wedding morning was complete & utter chaos. Unfortunately, we found Katlynn to be highly unprofessional, did not communicate well with family and friends, and fell short of contractual agreements. We used her as a day of coordinator.

Kat was the absolute best planner I could have asked for. I am so, very grateful that I chose her to plan my wedding. I was in the midst of nursing school and not able to take care of much with the wedding and she literally took over everything. She had everything handled and finished. She organized the rehearsal and I could not have dreamt of an easier planning process. As far as the day-of, my wedding was only 6 hours instead of a normal 12 hour wedding, but that didn’t stop Kat and her girls from doing everything that needed to be done. My day was absolutely perfect and I was so relaxed and stress free because of her. It looked beautiful and she made sure it was going to be the best day of my life. It was nothing short of that, I’m forever grateful for this team! If you need a wedding planner, no need to look any further!

I just got married on October 6th and used Forever Blushing Events for my wedding planning and I was beyond impressed and thankful for Katlynn and her team! From our very first meeting, I knew it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and I was so happy knowing that everything was going to be taken care of, and it was! She made everything a breeze and had so many ideas and plans for our wedding. Katlynn was so easy to get ahold of and always had and answer for me within seconds! We decided on making our own bouquets and she knew exactly how to make them and was able to show us how to make them look amazing! She also handled all of the decorating of the centerpieces, mantle, sweetheart table, guestbook table, gift table, ceremony, etc. She did it all and it looked amazing! The day of the wedding she made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be there. Everything ran so smoothly and I did not have to stress about a single thing. I was so grateful that my friends and family were able to enjoy my wedding day to the fullest and did not have to be assigned jobs to do because Katlynn has everything handled between her and her team. I highly recommend booking Forever Blushing Events for your wedding planning. It was beyond worth it and I could not imagine my day being that perfect without her.

My heart ached for our bride. We just couldn't believe the amount of times we heard "I don't know", "I'm not sure" or "We can't do that". As a participant in the wedding, I felt lost the ENTIRE day. All of us did. We had very little direction, no idea what the day would entail or where we should be at what time. We understood that the weather presented some obstacles but that was no excuse for the complete lack of communication, knowledge, guidance or professionalism. We all offered our help to get things fixed and completed before the ceremony but in the end, we had guests awkwardly arriving and waiting in the hallway while decorations and placements were being set up right in front of their eyes. We had the venue booked the day before the wedding for decorating and set up but absolutely nothing was done until the day OF the wedding . This led to an all out last minute, stressful scramble. Bridesmaids and grooms alike were running around (in front of guests) trying to get everything finalized before the ceremony. The list goes on and on with this one but I want to make one thing clear. STAY AWAY. Find someone with more experience. There is very little capability to adapt, listen to the bride or to problem solve with this team. You will hear "I don't know" all day long and in the end, have to coordinate your own wedding.

Katlynn and her team were amazing, she was incredibly professional despite my embarrassing bridezilla moment. She is sweet, creative, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
