I was originally on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because I wast sure if it was necessary. It absolutely was necessary and thank goodness I ended up hiring Kristin because she was the best money spent! She gave us different suggestions to help make the day run smoother and replied to all of my emails within a day. I felt zero stress the whole wedding day because she handled everything and my whole bridal party and family also had nothing but positive things to say about her! You can tell she has been doing this for a long time and she knows what she is doing. I can't even imagine what our wedding day would've looked like without her and I would recommend her to anyone searching for a coordinator!

Kris is absolutely incredible. We had a larger wedding with a lot of time concerns and I was so sure we’d be behind schedule, but we ended up ahead of schedule most of the night. Everything went so smoothly and we were able to fully enjoy our day without stressing about a thing. I 10000% recommend her and if you are getting married at the Packard Proving Grounds, hiring her will be the best decision that you ever make. I came to Kris multiple times with curveballs and changes in the guest count thinking it would be a big deal, but she handled every one of them like it was no issue at all. Kristin is an absolute rockstar. Leading up to the wedding, I was able to reach out to her several times and not once did she ever make me feel as if I was bothering her - she answered every question with enthusiasm. I will admit, I had some over-the-top elements to the wedding, and she took every single bit of it and made it more perfect than I could have dreamed. From helping plan the layout, to reaching out to vendors, to leading the rehearsal, to setting up and tearing down, she was on top of it! I couldn’t even tell you if there was a single hiccup in the day itself, she kept it running so smoothly and flawlessly. If you want your day to run smoothly, hire Kristin right now!

Kristin is absolutely amazing! She made my entire wedding day a complete breeze. She answered all of my (many) questions and concerns. My wedding venue is basically her second home and she knows it like the back of her hand, so I knew she would bring my vision to life. Highly recommend her if you need an event planner / day of coordinator.

Before we even hired her for day-of coordination, she was giving us suggestions to maximize our day, and she knew our venue (the Ford Piquette Plant) like the back of her hand. She went above and beyond, staying longer than her contracted obligations to make sure everything went smoothly, and gave us so much invaluable advice and planning help leading up to the big day, even though we had selected her day-of package. Kristin was incredible!! We were planning our wedding in Detroit from North Carolina and she hooked us up with most of our vendors, helped plan an incredible reception, and ensured everything went off smoothly. Caitlin, who was present during the reception as Kristin had another wedding, did an amazing job making sure that things went according to the timeline we'd discussed. Both Kristin and Caitlin went above and beyond coordinating with our various vendors, and we are so grateful! Thank you both so much for helping execute such an incredible wedding reception.

Kristin is my spirit animal. She's no BS, but has the talent to back it up. She keeps everything running on time, and is accommodating of every tiny, insanely bridezilla-esque request. She is an absolute hype woman, has a Rolodex that's miles long, and would have given me her shoes if mine were even the slightest bit uncomfortable. There's no one else I would have trusted to handle our day besides her.

Book Kristin!!! She is AMAZING! She helped coordinate our wedding from before COVID-19 and through all our changes. She made our day go so smoothly, kept me on track, dealt with concerns I had, made the best recommendations and truly made our day the beautiful day it was!!! Kristin was a complete godsend. After our wedding plans were interrupted by the pandemic she provided so much encouragement and support. She really went above and beyond what was expected of her services. She really took care of us, and not just the day of the event. I could not be more thankful for her and her incredible interpersonal skills. She lead us to a new venue when our initial booking fell through. Our event ended up being more beautiful than we imagined and she made that happen.

Kris was phenomenal. She knew our venue and the people who worked there inside and out, and she thought of everything. We did most of the planning ourselves and mainly hired Kris as a day-of-coordinator, but we would have been lost without her help once COVID hit - she was a true live saver. There was one little miscommunication at the reception, but overall Kris was the reason that things went so smoothly, especially with the rowdy grooms party we had. Kris had THREE weddings the weekend of my own, and it never felt like I was on the back burner. I definitely recommend her - she'll take loads off of your plate.

Kristin helped my son and his fiancee plan a beautiful wedding in Detroit for September of 2020; they cancelled that wedding due to CoVid concerns, but she stayed on board and helped us plan the perfect backyard wedding. She was available at all times for questions and advice, we could not have done it without her - we highly recommend Kristin!

Hiring Kristin was, by far, the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. Our venue required us to bring in all our own vendors, and it was far too much for us to organize on our own. Kristin is professional, patient, and unbelievably organized. She thought of all the small details that would not have crossed our minds, and kept everything on track. She was able to communicate with all our vendors, to make sure the day went smoothly. We could not have done it without Kristin, and were SO glad she was there with us on our wedding day!

I love to plan a great party, but as the mother-of-the-bride I realized early on that I wanted to thoroughly enjoy the day so hired Kristin. She was so friendly, encouraging, and helpful during the entire planning stage. We also had a very horrible situation happen two days before the wedding (our photographer from another country had border crossing issues!). Kristin helped us remain calm and quickly come up with a Plan B timeline for our new photography situation. The day was PERFECT. Kristin handled every detail on the day of the wedding. I left bins for decorating at the venue and let her use her creativity to make beautiful table decor. My daughter and I didn't have to worry about anything other than enjoying the day! Oh, and she also got the gravy stain out of my husband's tuxedo shirt. Thanks, Kristin! We are so grateful for your kind, organized, creative, and friendly service. Kristin was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely familiar with my venue which made my life a whole lot easier. She was quick to respond to any questions I had, and helped make sure I was on track with everything throughout the planning process. She handled all last minute questions/issues with the rest of my vendors, and ensured that my vision came to life. She even gave up her own anniversary to help make my day perfect, and I am so grateful! I would recommend Kristin over and over to anyone planning a wedding, she is the best!

Kristin was so attentive to detail throughout the planning process. She thought of things we never would have, and helped the night to run smoothly. I could not have been more impressed or satisfied with our experience working with Kristin Isenberg and her team at Forever Memories Events. We got married 6/22/19 at a relatively new, hip venue in Detroit. Kristin was very responsive and offered to do a phone call consultation before I hired her, and she blew me away with her great advice and knowledge about the industry. I worked primarily with Caitlin Cook, who was our wedding coordinator for our event. We got to meet with Caitlin at the venue a few months prior to the wedding, and she was amazingly helpful with setting up the timeline for the day, coordinating multiple vendors, making suggestions for floorplan, and creating the final floor plan for the event. She was always available by e-mail, and we also met up for the rehearsal the day before the wedding. On the day of the event, we were so impressed with Caitlin. She helped set up for the event and did a BEAUTIFUL job setting up the gift table and arranging table centerpieces with my family helpers. She coordinated all of the events from walking down the aisle to all the special dances, organizing tables to get up for the buffet dinner, etc. We had one minor hiccup related to a miscommunication with the new venue (our coffee wasn't allowed in!), and Caitlin came to me with the problem, handled it calmly, and when I told her to forfeit the coffee, she took care of the whole thing. We would have been lost without her! On top of their amazingly professional and capable service, I thought their fees were very reasonable and they were both absolutely delightful people to work with. Sweet, charming, reliable, and lovely in every way. You won't regret having them around for your metro-detroit wedding!

I hired Kristin for day of planning and I don't know what I would have done without her! She did a great job setting up my tables and put her finishing touches on the decor. Most of all she made sure the day went smoothly and kept me on schedule. She gave me the peace of mind knowing that everything was taken care of so I could sit back and enjoy my special day. Kristen was amazing from start to finish. We hired her for day of coordinating but she did so much more! She was also a great help with our two special needs boys which took a lot of worry away from us on the big day. She runs a tight ship the day of which will seem like one big blur during the moment lol but it’ll be something yout grateful for later. I’d recommend Forever Memories to everyone!
