Jennifer Adams has a love and passion for the wedding and beauty industry. She had her start in pageants but quickly grew in her love for brides. They are excited and eager LOVE that! I love sitting down with a bride and hearing what her beauty vision is. Some ladies don't have any idea what they want. That's ok! That's where my expertise comes in. And others have every detail planned, every color mapped out, and have been wearing primer and mascara since they were 13 years old. No matter which bride you are - the key is this: we are here to listen to what you want!

Formal Faces did AMAZING at making every single girl feel confident, beautiful, and themselves! Leading up to the wedding, Emily was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Emily and Delaney not only did fantastic with hair and make up, but they were so personable and just all around fun to be with. I would also like to point out that if you have a flower girl you’re looking to get her hair and make up done, DO IT! Delaney with very sweet and patient and made our Flower Girls time so special. She even had Frozen themed lip glosses for her to pick from and keep. Very thoughtful and intentional!

I cannot recommend Formal Faces enough! Emily Ashman did both my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I felt absolutely stunning all day. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I still looked like me—just the most polished, radiant version. She was calm, professional, and such a lovely presence to hang out with on the morning of my big day. Everything held up perfectly through happy tears, hugs, and lots of dancing. Rianna and Emily are amazing hair and make up artists. They are absolute professionals, organized, and timely. They listened to my concerns and made perfect adjustments. I have both used Formal Faces for my wedding and been a bridesmaid in a wedding that used them and have been so impressed. They might be a bit more expensive than some but they are definitely worth it! I feel like my assigned HAMU artists really listened to what everyone was looking for and everyone loved their work. Emily who did my makeup was such a rockstar! Getting to work with her from the trial through the wedding was lovely. Our moms both had Madi and loved their hair and makeup too! Everyone was on time, great communicators, and just wonderful artists.

I could not speak more highly of the formal faces team! They did such an incredible job on my wedding day! My lead artist was Heidi Freeland and she was INCREDIBLE. She kept everyone on schedule and all of my bridal parties hair and makeup was finished on time for pictures. I have been in many weddings and that has never happened! I was a bit nervous about booking formal faces for two reasons. 1) I am black and it can be hard for some people to do my hair and makeup if they don't specialize in it and 2) I have never a team where each person does both hair and makeup. Needless to say, I had nothing to worry about! Heidi did such a great job matching my skin tone and doing my hair. I did a practice session with her and ended up changing my plan for both hair and makeup and she was able to pivot and effortlessly deliver on the day of the wedding. I was so pleased with my look! Additionally, all of my wedding party was so happy with the rest of the teams makeup and hair. I feel like that never happens. I was so please with the Heidi and working with the rest of the team. I could not speak more highly of them!!! Book them now!

I absolutely loved these ladies!! We had 3 makeups and 7 hairstyles, all of which turned out exactly as we wanted. I don't wear makeup ever so I was worried it would be too much but Heidi walked through every option with me and I looked stunning. One of my bridesmaids who got makeup done said Heidi did exactly what she wanted to the point that she might need to hire Heidi to do all her makeup it the future. All my ladies brought pictures of different styles they wanted and Heidi and hollyn perfectly copied the look they wanted. They were on time, and got everything done when we needed (in fact they were a little early). Very professional and extremely nice! I would recommend them to anyone getting married in the atlanta area

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Heidi, Ali, and Hollyn for the most incredible hair and makeup for me and my entire wedding party on my wedding day. She allowed me to trial different hair styles and make up styles during my trial and even took time to practice with my mom's hair (which is incredibly thick!). She the added on extra time to our day to allow for extra time to help her. I had Heidi for my hair and makeup for my small wedding. She came to the house and did a handful of girls hair and makeup. She helped me pick the right extensions to purchase for my day. Was kind and informative in the best way possible during my trial. She made me feel calm and look exactly as I had imagined. Makeup and hair lasted beautifully all night. I kept hearing compliments regarding the other girls Heidi worked on as well. She did beautiful work on each different person and their individual style. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. There were a few glitches in the beginning with emails and confirmations and that sort of thing,,,,, but, that was handled well after it was sorted out. Things happen and it did not mess with my scheduling in the least. Everything moved very quickly and smoothly once the glitch was sorted. (and completely separate from the services provided by Heidi). It was a busy and exciting day and Heidi snuck out a side door I believe as I was being bustled another way. I didnt get the chance to thank her personally after she completed my look. So Heidi, if you see this, thank you for making me look exactly how I imagined. you are a master at your craft. I appreciate you and the patience you had with the other people in the room that day. Thank you.

Emily Ashman was the BEST. I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal hair and makeup artist for my big day. It literally felt like I had one of my good friends doing my hair and makeup for me. Heidi did an amazing job on everyone's hair and makeup. Everyone was done on time and my hair held up through my whole wedding. Everybody felt like she gave them exactly what they wanted. My only hiccup was initially starting up and not realizing how many BIC I would get and couldn't get another, but we got it resolved and everything went great.

I have never felt more beautiful before in my entire life! We booked Formal Faces for our October 26 wedding, and they did an amazing job. Tori was my lead HMUA, and I loved her from the moment I met her! She was very communicative, understood my vision completely, and is so talented and funny (which is an important trait to have considering how much time we spent together on my wedding day!). Tori and Madi arrived on location on time and stayed on schedule, which was impressive considering there were nine of us! My bridesmaids were also blown away by how gorgeous they all looked. Let me just say WOW. Sara exceeded all my expectations. I was probably most nervous about picking a hair and makeup vendor, but just got a good feeling when I contacted Formal Faces. At my trial, Sarah made me look like a princess and gave me some ideas on how we could enhance the look even more (which I took her up on). The day of my wedding she outdid herself. Heidi and Tori truly did an amazing job on my wedding day! Heidi was so welcoming and easy to talk to during my trial. Emily Willis and Madi were AMAZING to work with! All of our hair and makeup looked absolutely fabulous! Emily was super accommodating and was happy to schedule a second trial for me when I decided I wanted to change up my look a bit. I felt gorgeous on my wedding day!! Thank you Formal Faces! I don't think i have ever had such perfect makeup. My hair was also amazing. I went for a full updo and it stayed the entire night without issue! The Formal Faces team was amazing and fun to work with. The only issue I had was that we finished a little later than planned which caused some stress but in the grand scheme of the day, it was not a big deal. If you are searching for H&MU, you should hire Formal Faces immediately! They were one of the easiest vendors I worked with through the whole wedding planning process. To start, Jennifer is great with communication which is so great for a bride planning a wedding!!! I had Tori as my lead consultant and she was amazing. She was SO flexible when scheduling my practice session. On wedding day, she truly brought my vision to life and I have never felt more beautiful! The team was a calming presence on wedding day. Ali and Bethany were also there to help with the bridesmaids and mothers and they did an excellent job as well. 10/10 would recommend hiring Formal Faces!!!

I could not have been more pleased with all of my experience using formal faces! When Heidi did my trial I was immediately put at ease because she was so easy and fun to chat with. She took her time to make sure we got everything how I wanted it and she even went the extra mile preparing ahead of time for all my bridesmaids by making sure girls with thicker/longer hair had an additional 15 min allotted. On my wedding day Heidi and Maddie did a phenomenal job on everyone. I felt beautiful and confident and like she truly enhanced my face rather than just caking stuff on. Each of my bridesmaids looked stunning and hair held and makeup lasted all night! Also, I was in a wedding not long after, and was reminded how much I was thankful to have used formal faces for my wedding because I did not love what this other artist did with my makeup. The whole experience was amazing and I highly recommend them for your wedding day!!!

Do yourself a favor, and book a Formal Faces! They were responsive, accommodating, flexible, and had us looking flawless. Not to mention QUICK!! they were on time and some how finished early! Heidi, Hollyn and Mary did an absolutely outstanding job making every single one of my girls, and the moms, look and feel beautiful. Heidi did both my hair and makeup for my trial and my wedding day and it was absolute perfection. Heidi was so kind, and accomadating and wanted to make sure I was loved everything about my hair and makeup every step of the way. I was a little stressed about the 4.5 hour timeline to get hair and makeup done for 11 women but these ladies absolutely crushed it. Thrilled! I contacted Jennifer and she was super quick on getting all of the information to me and she answered my questions so quickly. They worked around my schedule so well to get me to my trial a little early so I could try on my dress with my hair and make up done. Throughout the planning process, they were super responsive and that was so nice for an anxious bride. My artist was Heidi and she is INCREDIBLE. I could talk to her all day. She was so sweet, she took her time to understand what I did and didn't like and she just made me feel at ease. AND HER WORK!! I typically don't like the way others do my hair but Heidi captured exactly what I had dreamed of. My hair was perfect and my make up looked flawless. She took such good care of me at the trial and on my wedding day and made sure everything was perfect. She also did some of my bridesmaids' and my mom's hair and make up. They all looked stunning. One of bridesmaids even said, "I wish she had done my hair and make up on my wedding day!" Booking with Formal Faces was a great decision. You couldn't go wrong choosing them- they are excellent!

Heidi was absolutely incredible during the hair and makeup trial and throughout my wedding day. She takes the time to really ensure she is making you look exactly how you want on your big day. Heidi is incredibly sweet and just radiates happiness which kept me so calm the day of the wedding. Hollyn was our other hair and makeup consultant and she made my best girls so beautiful. Hollyn has a contagious personality and was so fun to be around! I have no doubt that other brides will have the same experience I did as long as they book with Formal Faces!

Highly recommend for bridal hair and makeup! Jennifer was so accommodating from start to end. Heidi did my hair and makeup and was so great! She was able to do my bridal trial the week of the wedding and was so attentive on what I wanted. The day of the wedding, she arrived on time to do two of my sisters hair & my mom’s makeup & hair! She did such an amazing job with them and they loved her! Heidi listened to any tweaks I wanted for my makeup and made me feel so confident in the end. My hair & makeup lasted all night! She finished in time to do touchups on everyone also! Thank you so so much to this amazing business & for making us all feel so confident on my big day!

Highly suggest Formal Faces! From the start to end, my experience with Formal Faces was great. I was easily able to book my wedding day, I chatted with Jennifer over email and she always quickly responded. Hollyn did my hair and makeup and she was amazing! She did my bridal trial and listened to exactly what I wanted. I wore the makeup/hair all day and decided to tweak a couple things and on my wedding day she went above and beyond. I would not have felt as confident on my wedding day without her! We also had Tori, who did a couple of my bridesmaid, she was also great! I also want to add that it was me, 3 bridesmaids, and my mom and we were done with more than enough time! My hair and makeup lasted all day and night (and my hair never holds a curl!) Thank you all so much!!!

I cannot express how much I loved working with Formal Faces and especially thankful to work with Heidi! She was so patient during my practice session and helped work out all the adjustments for our wedding day. I could not have felt anymore beautiful than I did and all of my bridesmaids and mom looked so great with the help of Rianna as well! Cannot say enough good things about Formal Faces! The entire experience was easy. Jennifer, the owner, is great. Heidi, who did my bridal make up and half of my bridal party was AMAZING. From our first meeting to the very end, she was so calming and helpful and talented as all get out!! She brought along Madison to finish the rest of bridal party and she was a hit as well. Every single girl on my party felt beautiful and I couldn't have asked for better hair & make up for myself. The make up stayed allllll night!

Heidi, Emily, and Formal Faces as a company were all phenomenal. As the bride, I did not want to be stressed with doing my own H&MU so I decided to leave it to the professionals. Heidi and Emily made all of us feel like absolute rockstars. Heidi was so nice and professional. They were both on time the morning of the wedding (730am is an early start) and they kept us right on schedule. I could not recommend them enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Hiring professionals is worth every penny.

I had Tori as my BIC, and I cannot recommend her enough. She is amazing at what she does, and also relatable! She made me feel so comfortable on my wedding day and during the trial. Her organization helped ease nerves and any stress I had throughout the process. Hollyn and Ali were also the two additional consultants. They were outgoing, friendly and knew how to make my bridal party gorgeous! Jennifer was always responsive and timely when I had any questions about HMU. She is great!

I would recommend Formal Faces to anyone and everyone who wants to look and feel their best on their wedding day! Hollyn was my Bridal Image Consultant and from start to finish she and the Formal Faces team made the whole process so easy and fun! I loved my wedding day look and my bridesmaids were all very happy with theirs as well! I had a summer wedding in Georgia and even with all of the humidity and sweat, our hair and makeup held up so well. I have been in several weddings and Formal Faces has been my favorite experience as far as hair and makeup vendors go. Hollyn was super easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was what I wanted! I also LOVE that I get to keep my lip color from my wedding day and now get to use it for special date nights!
