FORUM Events Center delivers amazing events from start to finish. Pricing starts at $10,000.
In regards to catering, FORUM is able to allow you flexibility in selecting who matches your personal taste and budget with a choice from five outstanding caterers that know the space and have proven their reliability and quality. We do not allow outside catering.

Our wedding planning experience at FORUM was a dream come true, largely thanks to the incredible expertise of our event coordinator, Kalissa. From the onset, she provided impeccable organization with detailed timelines and checklists, making what we expected to be a stressful process into a seamless and enjoyable journey. Her communication was always prompt and clear, ensuring that our ideas were heard. Her recommendations for vendors were spot-on, and she coordinated with them flawlessly, relieving us of any concerns.
Kalissa's attention to detail and problem-solving skills were exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of our big day was perfect. On the wedding day itself, her calm and efficient coordination allowed us and our families to fully enjoy every moment without worry. The venue's beauty combined with Kalissa's expertise made our wedding not just an event, but a cherished, stress-free experience. This venue was absolutely beautiful and we got so many compliments. They were wonderful to work with; super helpful, super communicative, and thought of all the things I didnt. Everything was absolutely perfect.
They were very flexible when I had some last minute changes and they were so helpful with getting everything reading for the wedding reception. I would highly recommend the Forum Events Center
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the FORUM with Julie and Kalissa. They were incredibly organized, professional, kind, and SO helpful on the day of the wedding. We did not hire an outside wedding planner and it worked out perfectly. Julie handled all the vendors the day of the event and got everything set up for us. She was there from start to finish to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was a beautiful space, especially for cocktail hour. They had wonderful vendor recommendations that were reasonably priced. They were also very LGBTQ friendly!
This was a top notch venue! Julianne and her staff were so considerate throughout the entire process and they stayed on top of every detail! I did not have to worry about a thing! The venue was a great size and transformed into the wedding of my dreams! The flow from the ceremony to cocktail hour and then to the reception was perfect! There are so many cool spots to take pictures and create special moments.
I would like to give a big thank you to The Forum Events Center and Julianne and her team. Our wedding reception was the most beautiful experience that i have had. The decorations were beautiful and the entire team's professionalism was nothing short of amazing. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a wow factor for any event that they are planning!!!
The Forum event manager was great from the beginning process until the end. Julianne was a pleasure to work with to bring my daughter’s vision to life. The venue provided more than enough space to hold your entire event in one place. All of their preferred vendors were a pleasure to work with and did not disappoint with presentation or service. If you want your next event to be everything you envision, I highly recommend the Forum.
They have been more than accommodating during covid and helping us reschedule our wedding. We are very lucky we picked such a great place to have our wedding
We had our wedding ceremony and reception here and could not have picked a better place. Kalissa helped us so much to make the day move smoothly. She was so attentive to all the details through every step of the process. I don't think many venues have such a hands-on and involved team like Kalissa was for us! The space was so open and beautiful, the chandelier was gorgeous, and the audio system rocked! Everything was gorgeous and amazing and for the price, we were over the moon! Thank you Forum and Kalissa for the perfect wedding!
The Forum Conference & Event Center is amazing! The location was convenient for my guests coming from Indy as well those that live farther north. But most of all the venue is beautiful and the staff is great! We had our pictures there on site with a clean and modern feel. Then the ceremony and reception were in the event center. All our guests commented that it was a wonderful space. We couldn't recommend this location highly enough! Wonderful!
We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at the Forum. Working with Sarah was a joy, she was organized, helpful, and easy to work with. We planned our wedding in a short 2 months and the Forum made everything fall into place with ease! Everything was gorgeous and the venue really transforms into a beautiful nighttime setting.
