Four Oaks Country Club

The absolute best decision I made for my wedding day was choosing Four Oaks! Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, with a gorgeous location and ballroom that made for the most amazing photos and memories, but the team is truly what makes this place so special. I worked very closely with Desiree from the day I toured the venue all the way through my wedding day. I emailed her constantly with questions, updates, and notes for my big day, and I genuinely felt like I was being such an annoying bride at times! But Desiree was always so kind, responsive, and helpful, and she consistently made me feel like nothing was too much to ask. She answered every question with a smile and made sure I had everything I could possibly need leading up to the wedding. I cannot thank her enough for all the time, patience, and care she put into making our day perfect. On my wedding day, I was naturally nervous about everything that could possibly go wrong, but from the moment I walked into the venue and saw how smoothly the team was operating, I was immediately impressed and reassured. Gracie was my day-of coordinator, and she was BEYOND exceptional! She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive with my family and bridal party, and especially with my husband and me. The entire team was such a joy to work with, and I truly felt like we were in the best hands. As someone who is a complete control freak, I was especially nervous about the ceremony and reception setups. Gracie went above and beyond by taking a video of the ceremony space so I could give my final approval, and she even made it possible for me to walk through the reception space before the ceremony. I was absolutely floored by how gorgeous everything looked and felt. Seeing it all come together was such a special moment, and I am so grateful that the team took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident before the day really began. And I cannot forget to mention the FOOD! We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. It was so nice to hear our guests raving about the food and know that every part of the experience was just as wonderful as we had hoped. Everything went off without a hitch. If there were ever any issues behind the scenes, I never knew about them, and even to this day, I honestly cannot think of a single thing that went wrong. That is a true testament to how incredible this team is and how much care they put into making sure everything runs seamlessly. Thank you so much to the entire Four Oaks team, especially Desiree and Gracie, for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more! I would recommend Four Oaks to absolutely every bride without hesitation. You can trust them to take care of you, your guests, and every little detail. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and choosing Four Oaks was hands down one of the best decisions we made. We had the best experience having our wedding at Four Oaks! From the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day, the staff was wonderful and so easy to work with. A special thank you to Desiree, who was always available to answer our questions and help us along the way. Her communication, organization, and coordination truly went above and beyond. On the day of the wedding, the weather wasn’t cooperating, but Desiree (& team) reassured us that everything would be handled and that our day would still be perfect — and she delivered! She made everything feel effortless and allowed us to actually enjoy our day without worrying about the details. Everything flowed so seamlessly. The food was also amazing! We received so many compliments from our guests, and the buffet-style dinner with plated salads was a huge hit. The only part that felt a little hectic was packing everything up at the end of the night, as there was a lot to get done in a short amount of time. However, that was a small part of an otherwise amazing experience. We are so grateful to the entire Four Oaks team for helping make our wedding day so special. We would absolutely recommend Four Oaks to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an incredible team to help bring their wedding day together!
