I trusted her to be our point of contact between all vendors and she did an amazing job keeping all of our key documentation in order, as well as keeping me on track with meeting certain timelines for meeting vendors, decision making, etc. On the day of our wedding, she was incredibly on top of things and had prepared a timeline of events for my wedding party and our vendors that made the day go seamlessly. It was truly such a pleasure to work with Santina and I would choose her and Four Seasons again in a heartbeat!

We had an outdoor ceremony and a luncheon reception and we were concerned when planning that we wouldn’t be able to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together the day of, such as vendors, decor, ceremony set-up and vendors. Hiring Santina as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was there for me in the morning during hair and make-up, helping me into my dress, until the end of the party, making sure all of our personal items were gathered and secured! She was so professional, so patient, so thorough & so calming. Everything I asked her to do she immediately handled. She ran the show completely yet listened to what we wanted & strived to make the bride happy! I would hire her in a heartbeat to take care of anyones wedding & my younger daughters wedding., as well. She was absolutely fantastic & I would highly recommend her for anyone planning on getting married. We could not have done it without her!!! I am so thankful for her & appreciative of her time, work, calls, txts, emails, meetings, video chats & in person meetings. Santina & her assistant Lauren were just so wonderful!

At one point, due to unforeseen family events, we thought we might have to postpone our wedding. Santina got on the phone with every single vendor to come up with a Plan B and then, when the wedding was back on, seamlessly made sure everything was back on track. The day of, she was right there, including literally running if something was wrong to handle it. Our guests all knew her and Lauren by name and were equally impressed. Wedding days, by nature, are so detail-oriented and can be so stressful. Having Santina and Lauren by our side made all of the difference. From being able to text her with small or big concerns, helping with so many moving parts the day of, and just being a genuinely warm-hearted person that was easy to talk to and confide in made our wedding day the beautiful and meaningful day that it was. She took some of our best photos from the day and was there for intimate moments, and I’m so glad it was her. I literally cannot say enough good things. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

g, fun friend that you can trust by your side through one of the most important events of your life. Santina and her assistant Lauren are the definition of a dream team. Believe me, every bride/groom needs them. The amount of people that told me, "You seem really chill!" on my wedding day was astounding (because usually I am not...) and my response was always, "Because of Santina and Lauren!" I knew that with them by my side on my wedding day, everything would be fine and run smoothly because they 100% know what they are doing. If you are questioning whether or not you should get a wedding coordinator, DO IT because I honestly can say I would not have been able to enjoy the day, be present in every moment, and feel confident/ relaxed without them. It was the best decision we made in the whole wedding planning process! I would recommend them to every friend, family member, stranger, anyone. Thank you times a million, Santina and Lauren! She was the primary point of contact for all my vendors during the weeks leading up to the wedding and coordinated everything with them so I didn’t have to. And when our reception hall was being difficult about drop off and set up days/times the week before our wedding, she went out of her way to handle everything. The vision that I had for our wedding was brought to life by Santina and the staff at Four Seasons Events and I cannot thank them enough! If you’re on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, you absolutely should!
