During a complimentary initial consultation, you will have the opportunity learn more about our services and ask any questions you may have. Once we determine what services are needed through this consultation, a proposal will be created and customized especially to your needs.

We booked with Santina for partial planning and she was incredibly helpful, from recommending and communicating with vendors, helping us stay on track and organized, to handling all of the specifics the day of. Not only did she make everything go so smoothly, she is just so easy and fun to work with. Could not have done it without her!!
I wish I could give Santina 10/5 stars. I hired Santina as my planner under the partial package as I had a vision and knew what I wanted, but needed help staying on track and having someone take charge the final month leading up to the big day as well as the day itself. That's exactly what she did and more. We had monthly and quarterly meetings where she would listen to my brain dump and know exactly what guidance to provide. The final month she was my saving grace - taking over comms with the venue / vendor and bridal party, finalizing the timeline, while also keeping me sane. When it was time for the big day she, and her assistant Lauren, were so organized, calm and professional. Santina handled all of the logistics and prepped for things I didn't even think of. She stayed with me until the very end when the night was over and I was on the shuttle leaving. That's why it's so important to get a planner. But what makes Santina stand out is that she has an amazing, warm and bubbly personality. Not only can she execute your needs, but she's someone that you will actually enjoy having on the most important day of your life. Couldn't recommend her enough!!!

I hired Santina for my Asbury Park wedding on 05/25/24. I vetted multiple DOC’s and Santina by far stood out the most. Her professionalism, organizational skills and overall wedding knowledge trumped the competition. But what really sealed the deal is her pleasant personality and calming demeanor.
My mother passed away from cancer in the weeks leading up to my wedding. As you can imagine, I was completely broken and emotionally overwhelmed with continuing the wedding planning process. Santina swooped in and lifted the tremendous weight off my shoulders by communicating with vendors, meeting with my venue to finalize details, coordinating with the church my ceremony took place in and creating a seamless wedding day timeline. She understood the mission and would not take no for an answer on anything that would compromise my vision. All while being an emotionally supportive outlet and keeping me in positive spirits.
The day of my wedding there were multiple fires happening behind the scenes that Santina took charge of putting out with grace and finesse. I didn’t even realize these hiccups were happening, which truly highlights her strongest and most valuable skillset to the couple getting married: NO STRESS ON THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING!

Santina was absolutely incredible!! She’s calm, cool and collected which is what you want on our wedding day. We were recommended to her by our first venue which sadly closed and she was so great in keeping us up to date on venue news/ as we secured a new venue. We also lost our florist a month out and used one of her vendor contacts which turned out exquisite. We felt like we were hanging out with a super helpful friend all day. Stop looking and hire her. Would highly recommend!!
Four Seasons is phenomenal and hiring Santina was easily the best decision we made for our wedding! Without her, I have no idea how I would have been able to manager getting married in the middle of Tropical Storm Ophelia. She was calm, organized, so incredibly helpful, and frankly one of the nicest people we've ever met. She went above and beyond confirming details, setting up decor, and keeping all vendors apprised of any last minute detail changes needed due to the terrible weather. She was so critical to our day, and we 100% believe our wedding could not have happened without her. Thank you Santina!
I am truly so lucky to have been able to work with Santina for my August 2023 wedding. Santina truly went above and beyond throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. I felt so well supported and guided in the months leading up to the wedding and never felt like anything was falling through the cracks. In the two months leading up to the wedding, Santina was responsive and communicative, going back and forth with vendors and taking charge of logistics.
The day of the wedding I felt that every logistical detail was flawlessly executed. Santina anticipated my needs before I even had to articulate them and seamlessly served as a liaison between the vendors, the venue, and the bridal party. I don't know how she was able to be in so many places at once! She did it all with a huge smile and a warm, comforting presence which was noted by all family and friends in the bridal party.

I hired Santina as a day of coordinator for my wedding. Santina and her assistant Lauren were professional, organized, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I am a perfectionist and I decided to get a day of coordinator so I could enjoy the day, which was worth every penny. In the month leading up to my wedding, Santina attended the final walk through at the venue. She created and distributed a timeline to all of my vendors. On the day of, Santina and Lauren did a great job of solving all of the problems that came up.
Santina was an absolute lifesaver! I'm a type A perfectionist, but I knew I wanted to be able to hand over my brain to someone to fully enjoy my wedding. Santina was not only organized and incredibly responsive, but I felt like I could 100% rely on her my entire wedding weekend. So thankful for her.
Santina with Four Seasons Events was amazing to work with as our wedding planner! She helped us in securing key vendors including our DJ, hair & makeup, and catering; I was really impressed by her breadth of knowledge of different vendors based on the price point and vibe for our wedding. I trusted her to be our point of contact between all vendors and she did an amazing job keeping all of our key documentation in order, as well as keeping me on track with meeting certain timelines for meeting vendors, decision making, etc. On the day of our wedding, she was incredibly on top of things and had prepared a timeline of events for my wedding party and our vendors that made the day go seamlessly. It was truly such a pleasure to work with Santina and I would choose her and Four Seasons again in a heartbeat!
Santina and the Four Seasons team were superstar day of coordinators. Santina got involved just over 30 days prior to our wedding and took over every detail from that point on! My husband and I got married at the Berkeley Hotel in Asbury Park on 10/29. At first we didn’t think we would need a wedding coordinator, but we had so many issues with our venue that we needed someone to help. Santina made the last month and day of so easy for us! She communicated with our venue when we were not able to get answers from them. She is extremely detail oriented and organized. She made the whole process so seamless. We wouldn’t have gotten through the last month and day of without all of her help.
We recently worked with Santina as our coordinator for our wedding this October and she made our day run seamlessly from start to finish! Our wedding included multiple locations and Santina coordinated all of our vendors and details so that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. From the officiant, to the ceremony rentals, florist, and coordinating the venue decor set-up, she did it all! We had an outdoor ceremony and a luncheon reception and we were concerned when planning that we wouldn’t be able to put all of the pieces of the puzzle together the day of, such as vendors, decor, ceremony set-up and vendors. Hiring Santina as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was there for me in the morning during hair and make-up, helping me into my dress, until the end of the party, making sure all of our personal items were gathered and secured! For all of the brides and grooms looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further!

Santina was the best thing we did for my daughters wedding! Hiring this lady for their Wedding Planner was the BEST decision we made for their wedding. Santina was AMAZING!!! I can not say enough wonder things about how she helped to make their wedding absolutely beautiful. She literally took care of ever little detail to make the day of spectacular. On my wedding day I was able to sit back and really enjoy it as she had everything perfectly timed and handled before I even needed to think of it. I would highly recommend working with Santina and her teammate Emily—I felt like I had a very close friend there with me at all times making my day as perfect as it could be.

Santina from Four Seasons was the best vendor hire of our wedding by far! She was experienced with working with our venue in NYC (The Loeb Boathouse) and made every last-minute detail seamless. She was consistently proactive in reaching out to me and my husband, communicative, honest, friendly, and spent the entire wedding day by my side ensuring the event was perfect. I cannot recommend her enough.
We worked with Santina (who had things running behind the scenes) and Lauren (who was on-site the day of) and they were exceptional! I really wanted just someone there the day of the wedding to help keep things running smoothly, and I never had to look at a clock or a schedule once. All of my random side-quests for Lauren (like setting up an umbrella for a vendor, filming the ceremony) sent super well, and it gave me such peace of mind. Had a fantastic wedding thanks to their help!

Santina acted as out day-of coordinator for our September 10th wedding. She was incredibly patient, kind and communicative. I really can’t imagine what our wedding would have been without her. She made sure the most important details of our day came to fruition, that none of the various moving parts held up our timeline and somehow she kept her composure even when dealing with a late vendor, MIA bridal party members, complicated family dynamics and various mishaps throughout the day. Before we booked our venue (Art Factory in Paterson), we knew we wanted to free up our family from having to assist with coordination and setup. I talked to one other coordinator and then Santina. She blew me away with how easy she was to talk to and how quickly she understood my ideas and concerns. I could not have done this without out her and her assistant Lauren. Hiring Santina and her team was by far, the BEST DECISION WE MADE. At one point, due to unforeseen family events, we thought we might have to postpone our wedding. Santina got on the phone with every single vendor to come up with a Plan B and then, when the wedding was back on, seamlessly made sure everything was back on track. The day of, she was right there, including literally running if something was wrong to handle it. Our guests all knew her and Lauren by name and were equally impressed. Wedding days, by nature, are so detail-oriented and can be so stressful. Having Santina and Lauren by our side made all of the difference. From being able to text her with small or big concerns, helping with so many moving parts the day of, and just being a genuinely warm-hearted person that was easy to talk to and confide in made our wedding day the beautiful and meaningful day that it was. She took some of our best photos from the day and was there for intimate moments, and I’m so glad it was her. I literally cannot say enough good things. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.

Santina and Laurens did an amazing job at our wedding- from ironing out contract details amidst a venue ownership change, to handling some last minute changes the day of, to moving the after party 15 minutes before it started due to weather, we felt like we were in great hands. Santina’s wedding prep added a sense of stability, especially once we moved out of state during the planning process. Would recommend to anyone looking for an extra hand planning and executing a very customized wedding.

The first time I communicated with her online, I loved her positive energy and enthusiasm. When we met in person, we were blown away by her attention to detail, professionalism, and expert guidance.
Santina made a perfect timeline based on what we wanted out of the day and executed it smoothly. Even when unexpected things came up (from small things like a vendor being late to big things like the venue’s fire alarm going off mid-reception) she handled it with grace and took away any stress. She made the day seamless and took care of every detail so we were able to enjoy the day stress-free. Santina made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and our day was better than we could have imagined.
On top of her professional management of vendors and execution of all the details and decor, she’s also the exact person you want with you on your wedding day! She hyped everyone up and brings so much positivity and energy. Everyone who met her commented on how much they enjoyed working with her!

From the very first message and phone call with Santina, I knew she was my perfect wedding coordinator. She is the best mix of hard-working, organized, professional business woman and reliable, understanding, fun friend that you can trust by your side through one of the most important events of your life. Santina and her assistant Lauren are the definition of a dream team. Believe me, every bride/groom needs them. The amount of people that told me, "You seem really chill!" on my wedding day was astounding (because usually I am not...) and my response was always, "Because of Santina and Lauren!" I knew that with them by my side on my wedding day, everything would be fine and run smoothly because they 100% know what they are doing. If you are questioning whether or not you should get a wedding coordinator, DO IT because I honestly can say I would not have been able to enjoy the day, be present in every moment, and feel confident/ relaxed without them. Santina and Lauren were absolutely amazing!!! I hired them with only 3 weeks until my wedding and Santina was totally confident that everything would be handled! Her help and guidance made the last few weeks leading up to our wedding super stress free. Both Santina and Lauren were so professional, kind, reassuring,accommodating, and FUN throughout the entire process. We even had a major dress crisis where GREASE got all over the white lace train of my wedding dress LMAO. Santina was wonderful, invaluable. She stepped in when others dropped the ball, doing heavy lifting as well as seamless and cheerful coordinating. She made 100 champagne cocktails perfectly down to the violet sugar rim. Carried cases of liquor when the hall was difficult about drop offs. She sat with an elderly grandmother when the caretaker suddenly quit! In other words she did her job brilliantly and stepped up to do other people’s who didn’t. I couldnt recommend her more highly!

Santina was SO organized and worked so well with our families—so well my bridesmaid booked Four Seasons for her wedding! Highly highly recommend.
Santina is incredible at what she does! From the minute we signed a contract until midnight the night of the wedding, she was so incredibly helpful and supportive through the whole process. My fiancé and I never once felt overwhelmed having Santina on the team. She works seamlessly with all our other vendors as well. Cannot stress enough how thankful we were/are for her!
Santina was the planner of our dreams and it was so wonderful to have her on board! She has a great eye for aesthetic and I appreciate that she had the skills to put my vision together for our big day. It was nice to just let go the last two months and trust that everything was getting coordinated and done. She’s a good communicator and is very organized, and it allowed me to just relax and enjoy the weeks leading up to the event as well as the big day. That’s the best part!
Santina at Four Season Events was absolutely essential for our late September 2021 wedding. We had delayed twice and Santina was there for us at each step as we navigated the planning process. She was always a text, call or email away when we needed her. While we had a vision for our wedding, Santina really helped us solidify the details by double checking all of our contracts, coordinating changing COVID mandates, and last-minute logistics.
She put together a minute-by-minute schedule for the day-of, but was able to pivot quickly when the inevitable hiccup came around. She worked seamlessly with us, but all of our vendors also remarked on how easy it was to work with her as well. Her organization and attention to detail really allowed us to just enjoy the day. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made during the planning process and we highly recommend her for any couple and event!
Santina is such an INCREDIBLE planner and person I cannot stress this enough. She is the calming force that got us through the whole entire wedding process - during COVID times nonetheless! The whole wedding party was and is so very thankful to have had her around for the day of.

Four Seasons Events was incredible to work with and helped us have the wedding of our dreams! Santina was there every step of the way to provide guidance, answer questions, keep us on track and support us through all the ups and downs of wedding planning. On the day of our wedding, Santina took care of everything so we could enjoy the day. Everything went exactly how we wanted and we couldn't have done it without Four Seasons Events.
Santina is an absolute superstar. Do not hesitate, just hire her. I hired her as a day-of coordinator for my wedding in January and she completely took away the stress of my wedding and I really just got to enjoy the day. Leading up to the wedding she answered any questions that I had and was always a text away if I needed any help. We met multiple times before the wedding, including a walkthrough of the venue. The night before she organized our rehearsal with our wedding party and walked us through the ceremony very efficiently. The day-of she was meeting with all the vendors making sure they were arriving and setting up according to her timeline that she had sent out earlier that week. Her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched and because of that the whole wedding ran smoothly and was absolutely perfect. I genuinely don’t know what we would have done without her!

We just hosted my daughter’s wedding this past weekend at the Metropolitan Building in LIC and I cannot even begin to describe how invaluable Santina ‘s services were. She was organized, calm and experienced. She took all the stress away from my daughter and I so that we really enjoyed the day! She is so friendly and sweet that I felt she was a part of the family. 5 stars is not a good enough rating for this super woman! Highly recommend Four Seasons Events!!!
Santina was an absolute blessing. Out of all my vendors, Santina was our favorite. My husband and I were thrilled to have worked with such an amazing lady. I booked Santina as a day of coordinator and honestly, she went ABOVE and BEYOND! Every month prior to our wedding, she would check in to see how wedding planning was going. She helped with set up for our rehearsal brunch and ran the rehearsal. She created a timeline for all our wedding party and vendors and contacted each one. She honestly made like so much easier.
My family and wedding party was so thrilled to have worked with Santina. Even our wedding venue, Valley Regency, continued to rave about what a pleasure she was to work with. I don't even know where to start! Santina was AMAZING in every sense of the word. She went above and beyond what I ever expected from a wedding planner. I consider myself a very detail oriented person and actually worked in events myself for many years and I cannot say enough about her seamless ability to plan, coordinate and design. There were many times during our calls where I would say "I know these are little things but I want to get them right" Instead of breezing over them, she took the time to make sure we planned for those small things from the tablescape to changing the menu several times - Santina never made me feel like I was difficult - she only encouraged me to make everything just the way we wanted it. I wish I could do more justice for how great she was but I will say hiring her was definitely the best decision we made when planning our wedding.

Santina is an absolute pleasure to work with. Great with communication- always promptly answers emails and returns calls. Which was a huge paranoia of mine with some vendors! She is extremely knowledgeable and has amazing ideas to help bring your vision to life! Immediately, she was able to grasp what theme and look I was going for and exactly what I envisioned. She knows what’s in style and what works and is very up to date with current trends. Very attentive to detail- she goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of even the tedious little things!! I highly recommend Four seasons you will not be disappointed!!!
I've always struggled with throwing a good party so i finally caved in and decided to hire an event planner, it was the best decision i have ever made! Santina was so sweet and professional! She saw my exact vision and brought it to life! I was so pleased with her work and will for sure be coming back to Four Seasons for my future party's!

Everything went very smoothly through our wedding day, I personally was not worried about anything thanks to Four Seasons! Everything was well planned minute by minute and executed perfectly.
