To say that Corvette Hunt is a talented artist is an Understatement! I have had the privilege of working with Corvette on numerous occasions from touring with Madonna to working with Celebs for a red carpet and his work is always perfection! Thank you Corvette for always providing beautiful hair on my special day!!! ❤️
Above and beyond all expectations. Everything was beautiful and professional and simply perfect. Worth every single penny!
There's a reason why Four Seasons has hotels ranking as some of the top hotels in the world. They certainly live up to their name offering a beautiful ambiance, outstanding service, and exceptional hospitality. And Four Seasons Austin exceeded our expectations as bride and groom in every way.
Even though we live in Austin, my husband and I both separately stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding. I had my bridesmaids stay with me (obviously, to make sure they were present for early makeup sessions). A room filled with 5 women obviously requires a lot of attention, and the late night staff went above and beyond getting us situated -- extra cot, extra vases, more glasses, a few more pillows, another chair, and then some. God bless them for their patience! But then again, I wouldn't expect anything less.
The accommodations were impeccable. That bed and those pillows - If I could have taken them with me, I would have!
The location of the hotel also couldn't be more perfect with downtown Austin on one side, and the calm waters of Lady Bird Lake on the other. It made for a beautiful sunrise, and awesome wedding photos on their well-maintained grounds, well-groomed green lawns, and their dock on the lake.
My husband and I chose to have a seated dinner reception with a pre-set menu. We had a vision as to how dinner would go, and I can't simply write a review without thanking the entire waitstaff, especially our bridal attendant, Juan, whose services were amazing and flawless. From the setting and clearing of the plates to their attention to the guests, their hospitality was the icing on the cake. The food was phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about the beef tenderloin! And I am deeply moved that the chef was able to create custom dishes like Justin's favorite salad I make for him at home, as well the traditional Filipino lumpia egg rolls for the cocktail reception. Furthermore, the on-site baker perfectly and deliciously transformed my specific and detailed cake sketches to life making our evening more memorable.
And a special recognition to their wonderful catering manager, Kelly, whose enthusiasm and expertise put this DIY bride at ease, as she made wedding planning a fun (and tasty) adventure.
We had such an amazing time, and if we could do it all again, we would! We wouldn't change one thing about our experience with the Four Seasons, and we highly recommend them as your venue.
The Four Seasons was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. When we initially started working with the FS, the catering manager was Meredith. She was very prompt in responding to me and got business taken care of. She handled our tasting and helped us design the room floorplan for the cocktail hour and reception. About 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding, Meredith informed me that she would be leaving the week of our wedding for a new job and that there was a new catering manager named Kelly. It made me nervous that this was changing literally days before my wedding, but the week of, I was able to meet with Kelly and she is awesome! She handled everything perfectly and I didn't have to worry at all. The Four Seasons was very responsive to my requests from the start. The room was beautiful, the food and cake were excellent, and the service was great. The staff handled all the setup and breakdown of the room. As part of having our reception at the FS, we were given a suite to stay in for the night. It was beautiful and they even had slices of our cakes, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we got to the room at the end of the night. I highly recommend the FS to anyone!
Marlon was an incredible help to us! We needed a place to stay that was near our venue that we could indulge in during our wedding reception weekend. We were offered a block of rooms at a discounted rate, and the service was everything we could have hoped for during our stay. Marlon even sent champagne and chocolate covered strawberries up to our room for my husband and I to enjoy. My wedding party and mom had a wonderful time getting ready for my reception, and the pictures my photographer captured both inside and outside were beautiful! I was so pleased with our choice overall. The location, amenities and service were above and beyond.
With a name and reputation like the Four Seasons, you expect great things, and at the Four Seasons Austin, we got MORE than we expected. The entire experience was top notch. The level of service is truly second to none! From the tasting (holy moly!) where you can try basically anything on the menu, to the walk throughs, you really feel like their number 1 priority. The day of, you are treated like you are the only person there. Our lawn ceremony was perfect and the hotel staff even moved the chairs from outside to into the ballroom during our cocktail hour. They had everything ready when we needed it and when we needed to drop things off early or stay late, they obliged. The food was PHENOMENAL and the cakes were exactly what we asked for. Even with another wedding going on at the same time, you didn't notice or hear a thing! The Four Seasons really holds itself to a high level of service, and we were not disappointed!
This venue was everything we wanted in our wedding venue. We had an outside ceremony and an indoor reception with a cocktail hour on the patio. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We got to stay at the four seasons on the wedding nght for free! The staff and our wedding coordinator (Caleigh Jooste) were so friendly and helpful. They made our wedding go flawlessly and easy.
Wonderful service from day one. Took care of everything and always did everything possible to make us happy.
I selected the Four Seasons after seeing a wedding on TV at the property. We had our wedding and reception there. It far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was small by today's standards(slightly under 100 guests). The staff made us feel like we were the most important people at the property. They went out of their way to do things that were unique to our wedding, but each made it so special. My husband is a professional musician; we wanted several photographs of him playing his guitar to me. He was very worried about security as his instruments are quite expensive. The hotel took the utmost care transporting the instruments and kept them locked in a secure area until we left the next day. One of our guests is a world class pianist. For our wedding the staff moved the hotel's grand piano to the lower level so our guest could play during breaks. It was incredible and well appreciated by our guests. We had a number of challenges as the football schedule changed after we had selected our date. There was now a home game on the day of our wedding. The hotel worked tirelessly to get all our room requests handled after the schedule change. We had a wide range of guests from all walks of life and multiple countries. Every single one of them had the best comments about the Austin Four Seasons experience.
The four seasons was a great place to get married at, however there can sometimes be a lack of communication as for as price goes. You tell them you have a budget and they try everything to go above. The evening turned out great but communication was a issue.
Everything at the Four Seasons Austin was done above my expectations. All of our guests could not say enough about the friendly staff and wonderful service and accommodations. The staff came to my rescue several times throughout the weekend. I needed my wedding dress steamed and we had not idea where to get it done! My mother called the laundry department and they kindly offered to pick it up from the room, steam it, and deliver it back. It came back with a nice note from the laundry director and gave us a feeling of ease. The night before the wedding, I still needed to cut the programs for the ceremony and was stressed about getting that done. The concierge overheard me talking with my bridesmaids about it and mentioned he would be happy to do it and have it delivered to our room once it was complete. This allowed me to enjoy and relax for the rest of that night and morning before the wedding. I greatly appreciated all their extra efforts to make my experience run smoothly and stress-free.
We had a beautiful wedding and experienced great service. The service was wonderful, the surroundings were beautiful, and everything ran like clockwork. They are so professional and experienced, that you should have no worries on your big day.
The Four Seasons is the absolute BEST place in Austin for a wedding. The service is unbeatable, the ambiance is wonderful, and the food, drinks, and space are perfect.
