Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

We so SOOOO happy we chose the Four Seasons Ko Olina as our wedding venue. Amanda and the team made the process wonderful and really helped us at each stage along the way. Venue/Location The amazing part about choosing the Four Seasons is that they have a gorgeous "Ocean Lawn" that is exactly what it sounds like, a gorgeous green space steps away from the ocean (without guests needing to get their feet sandy on wedding day!). We chose this venue because Four Seasons also provides back up rain locations if needed (and in Hawaii, you never know when you may need that!). Food YUM YUM YUM! At some weddings we have been to, we have left saying "the food was good"... well ALL our guests left our wedding RAVING about how incredible the food was. Amanda and her team worked with us to create the menu that was perfect for us and our guests, and they were also incredible with dietary accommodations to make sure every guest left satisfied. Price This was definitely on the more expensive side of things compared to other venues we looked at, but totally worth it. Service The ENTIRE staff from Amanda & Jason, to the valet to the servers to the bartenders, were all world class. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. All of this truly added an incredible feel to our overall day that made our day feel regal and magical.

Ashley Ong deserves a promotion and then some. This woman was absolutely phenomenal — a true professional. She worked with my needing reassurance regarding our budget on several occasions. I felt that she fully understood my concerns and my desire to really stretch each dollar to provide a lovely experience for our guests, who were mostly first-timers to Hawaii. Every step of the way, Ashley delivered with thoughtful suggestions. With Ashley's help, we came up with a splendid lineup of events prior to the wedding, each with fully tailored menus. She managed EVERY DETAIL and I was in awe with the way each event turned out. Every event far exceeded any expectation I had. The day before the wedding (rehearsal dinner day), I woke up at 5 AM, prior to one of our events. Awaiting for me was an email stating that our booked transportation on a 50-personal charter bus for THAT EVENING was canceled due to mechanical issues. I went into a panic. Out of desperation, I contacted Ashley and she was right on it and incredibly compassionate. It's worth noting that comparatively, my planner gave me a mere phone number to call of 1 company, meanwhile Ashley took it upon herself to triage the situation and deliver with a secured alternative with every detail within a couple of hours. She absolutely saved the day for us. Mind you, this was not at all her responsibility nor was it expected of her. But she went above and beyond. I could CRY recalling this moment. I am so so appreciative of her. The day of the wedding, she was in contact with me about the weather -- which was not looking so promising for our outdoor wedding. She relayed that it was the Four Season's recommendation that we move everything to an indoor location, and my heart nearly broke. I was dead set on our lovely, oceanfront ceremony and reception. We'd planned every little detail around the lovely "Ocean Lawn" venue at the Four Seasons. Ashley worked with my planner to ensure that they were communicative with me for the next hour or so, and ultimately, I made the call to keep everything as planned. They backed me 100% and came up with a plan to put out linens, chair cushions, etc. out at the last moment and have umbrellas available in the case of rain. Well, IT DID NOT RAIN! They don't call it the driest part of the island for nothing ;-). Everything ended up BEAUTIFUL. Our guests said they spotted whales behind us during the ceremony and we had the most gorgeous sunset as a picturesque backdrop to our first-dance. The Four Seasons Oahu, overall, was superb. We (and our guests) were treated like royalty, truly. Leis and drinks on arrival, a complimentary couples massage, a special note & treat in our rooms... not to mention the amenities, food, and every individual staff member we encountered... <3 From the mouth of my husband (on repeat), "that went by WAYYY too fast", and "we have got to come back every year for our anniversary"... :) THANK YOU, ASHLEY & FOUR SEASONS OAHU. WE LOVE YOU!!!!

My wedding was 11/18/17 and it was fantastic!! We worked with Ashley Ong, who was unbelievable! She was extremely detail oriented and helped me through the process of planning my destination wedding step-by step! We had a very modern Indian wedding. They accommodated every little request that I asked for and helped with the last minute things that came up. Ashley problem solved some last minute problems with ease. And the food....was absolutely terrific!! My guests can't stop talking about it!! They did a Mexican BBQ for our Welcome dinner and a traditional Indian dinner for our reception! The Indian food was as good as or even better than anything I've ever had in Chicago! The chefs actually made it again for our last meal in Hawaii as well! All in all, Ashley Ong and the staff, made our whole wedding weekend, the best time of our lives!
