Fox Hills Golf and Banquet Center boasts three venues, all with their own allure and charm. The modern, chic Golden Fox offers a scenic perspective of the golf course on its wrap-around deck. This space has the capacity to accommodate 350 guests for a seated reception. Fox Classic is a beautiful, rustic venue originally built in 1927, with space for 175 guests. The original stone fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance. Summerhouse is an elegant outdoor venue with string lights and chandeliers, hosting up to 300 guests.

A huge thank you to our coordinators, Sam and Catie, who were truly amazing to work with. They were so flexible, understanding, and patient during the entire planning process. They listened to all of our wishes and completed every request exactly how we wanted. Their support made wedding planning so much less stressful.
On the wedding day, the entire staff was wonderful, professional, and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, and we truly felt cared for the entire time. I was able to have my dream wedding because of Fox Hill, and I will always be grateful for the beautiful memories they helped create. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a perfect wedding experience!

We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and wedding at Fox Hills, and our guests had the best experience there over the span of two days. I cannot recommend Catie and Fox Hills as a venue enough! Catie was incredibly patient with us during the planning process, and made the entire experience easier and more enjoyable. out several times to get questions answered and very little flexibility in scheduling a detail meeting or final walkthrough.
We were told Sam would meet us at our scheduled rehearsal but she never showed up. Another employee came by to say another rehearsal was running late and she would have to bounce between the two, but she never returned. We were there for over an hour without any assistance or guidance. The arch we planned on using was damaged and we weren't notified until the morning of the wedding with options for our ceremony, which was disappointing.
Overall, we loved the look and vibe of the log cabin (Fox Classic) and our day went well in general. Michael (food and beverage manager) was pleasant. Our dinner ran 15 minutes late, but several guests did tell us they enjoyed the food.

ave a chance to discuss any of these concerns directly, as I did not received a response from you since following up 2 days after the wedding. I realize that this response is quite lengthy but the nature of this review is unexpected and extremely off-brand from what others' experiences have been, as can be seen from past reviews. Please see my comments on each topic below:
First, I am glad that your wedding at the Fox Classic was overall wonderful. That is of up-most importance.
Looking back at all of our email communication, you consistently received responses from me within 24 business hours. Upon review, in the 3 months leading up to your wedding, there was not one instance that it took more than 24 hours for me to respond.
I apologize for switching our two-month Detail Meeting to virtual (at the same time as our prescheduled meeting) due to an illness. It is extremely rare that I have to make changes to my work schedule but I'm sorry if that impacted you negatively.
As stated in the Wedding Handbook, the use of our ceremony space for your rehearsal is a complimentary option. It is unfortunate that the onsite manager that day was not able to get back to your group after being pulled away to another private event booked. However, we scheduled a time to meet with you 1 week before the rehearsal to answer any questions and provide additional assistance.
While the hexagon arch was damaged due to weather conditions the day before, completely out of our control, we provided a white arch which was approved by your day-of contact person via phone on the day of the wedding at 9:30am.
The manager's recap from your wedding stated that he discussed the delay in dinner service with you that night, due to another wedding, and that you were both understanding. I apologize for the 15 minute delay but it sounds like the quality of the food was to your liking and expectation.

how to make the day perfect. The day of the stay was within an arms reach for anything we needed from double a batteries for the Polaroid camera to pliers to fix a candle. The waiting staff made sure everyone had what they needed even when people moved seats. The bartenders remembered what guest were drinking and made us feel like regulars. lol. Nikki was our Wedding coordinator/ Manager who made sure my rainy ceremony went flawless with changing it inside and that was even more beautiful. Food was awesome we had the Buffet and Bartenders were the best. Ryan, who was the manager for the shower in the cabin was beyond in hospitality. I did not have to worry all night because we could enjoy our wedding knowing that the staff had us all covered. The staff left us a bottle of Champagne. I'm the Bridal suite and a sweet card to congratulate us. I highly recommend Fox Hills . Thank you Rebecaca and Nikki for going above and beyond.

the food courses. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how nice it was to be able to have the ceremony and the reception in one spot. We also did our photographs at the beautiful gazebo. I cannot be more grateful of how beautiful the weather was!
Lesley was an absolute God send. She was so patient with all of us and she kept everything moving at a wonderful pace so I didn't have to worry about getting from one thing to another. The waitstaff was absolutely incredible and bartender Tammy was so friendly and talked to all our guests.
I literally cannot thank Caitie for helping us plan the event and the entire staff during the event, enough for making our wedding day so perfect and so "us." We could not have imagined a better place to have our wedding.

Any questions we had, Catie and Sam were always happy to answer them and were always quick to respond.
The day of the wedding, the Fox Hills team were so attentive to not only our needs but for all the guests. We had so many compliments on the food, it was amazing! You never know with larger venue's how the food will be, but they knocked it out of the park.
I could not recommend this venue more!!!

They provided golf carts for the wedding party to take pictures on the golf course, the property and the venue was beautiful, and the food was delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was. We enjoyed our day so much and I’m glad we chose Fox Hills. Would highly recommend to other couples!

cleared up just in time for our ceremony! We couldn’t have been happier with the food and service. The service managers assigned to our event (Will and Clarice) were so helpful the day of! They even somehow managed to find a AAA battery for my husbands diabetic pump that happened to die during our reception! They were very accommodating to all of our guests needs and we couldn’t have asked for better service staff! Catie and Sam made the planning and booking process so smooth that I knew I didn’t have to worry about the day running smoothly! We also had our ceremony here, and the scenery was breathtaking! Our day was an absolute dream and our best day ever!
