I am not someone who typically writes reviews. Good or bad. This is 100% the most unprofessional business. Not only did I not receive all of the photos in my album day of but I was...
guaranteed a USB to be delivered 3-5 weeks after my wedding date with all photos on it. After 3 months I tried calling and was told they would get it right out to me. Now 7 months later, I still have not recieved and am now being ignored by the company. They have ruined an important part of my wedding memories.
I received a promotional email for 50% off and decided to book Fox Photo Lounge for our wedding. I had some reservations after I made the deposit when I read further into some rev...
iews on theknot and wedding wire, I contacted the owner with some of the issues I read. He got back to me right away and assured me not to be worried, and that he would personally be there the day of our wedding... He wasn't. Whoever the attendant was, he didn't have the guests sign the guest book next to their pictures.
The props were sparse and kind of lame. A few plastic hats and a mask thrown on the floor. I felt, for a Christmas wedding, they could have been varied and better quality in general.
The pictures came out dark and shadowy because of the light placement in the booth.
The size of the booth was great; we could easily fit 6-8 people inside. Our guests, especially the kids, enjoyed it, and we also received copies of all the guests' pictures in a scrapbook. They also offered a military discount.
All-in-all, I've experienced better and wish I went with my gut after reading other couples' reviews.
Fox photo was great to work with, I loved my scrapbook at the end of the night and the photo booths are very roomy.
Everyone loved our photo booth. The line to take photos was never empty. Each guest was given 2 copies of their photos, 1 for them to keep and 1 to put in a photo album provided ...
by Fox Photo Lounge that allowed guest the opportunity to write a message to us with their pictures. I thought that was a great touch and I really enjoyed looking through the album and reading all of the comments.
We were referred by friends to this company. Our initial meeting was more than pleasant. Jim Fox was kind and friendly, even though we had to go to North Jersey from Staten Islan...
d to meet him, we did not mind. We booked our Photo Booth over a year in advance, so when we got within three months of our wedding date, we opened the lines of communication to confirm the size, font and color of the photo strips. We had tried to do this initially, but each time Jim Fox sent us a new contract, there was an error on it that needed to be fixed. Finally, we agreed to let it go and just make the final confirmations when the date got closer.
E-mails took days to be replied to, and often the questions we asked where dismissed. We had sent the names of fonts we liked that matched our theme, and got no feedback. We tried to confirm the scrapbook page color in an attempt to guide our color scheme for the print, and got no feedback. The ONLY time Jim Fox was prompt to reply to our communication was when my fiance left him a message about settling up with our final payment. Then we heard from him within 20 minutes. I totally get that i'm not their only client, but during our initial meeting, Jim was replying to e-mail. So in 2014, no one should have to wait over a week for the response to a question about the color of a sheet of paper.
At the reception, the attendant was supposed to have guests sign the book next to their print, and instead he just sat there with his arms crossed, rolling his eyes at my guests. At one point, i sensed an attitude myself when i went in there with my bridesmaids. The "props" were borderline disgusting including one dirty boa, three pairs of jumbo sunglasses and one straw hat. The props were tossed in a broken, cardboard box without a lid. If i had known the props would be that pathetic, i would have spent the $25 (max) myself and gotten nicer things. A few weeks later, we ran into this attendant at a friend's wedding (we recommended Fox Events prematurely) and asked why he didn't have our guests sign near their print. He told us it was because our prints were 4x6 and there wouldn't be enough room on the page. Maybe that's something that should have been mentioned upon hearing we wanted a 4x6 print since that was our ONLY plan for a 'guest book.' We also noticed that he had slightly better props for this wedding than he did for ours. The attendant said they were left over from another party. So wait? What party is more relevant than a wedding that would warrant a larger selection of fresh, clean props?
Overall, Fox Events did the job, but not very well. Out of all the vendors we booked, this was the one i was afraid of not coming through. Although trivial in hindsight, Jim Fox caused unnecessary stress by ignoring e-mails for weeks and providing bare minimum service.
We booked Fox Photo Lounge after seeing a promotion on The Knot and we are so happy that we found them! Jim was wonderful and responded to all of our emails in a timely manner. Jim...
also recommended his wife as a florist option and we ended up using her as well. One thing that we loved about our photo booth was how large it was! We were able to fit so many people into our pictures. Our guests loved the photo booth and I think everyone made it in at least once! As part of our package we received a photo album guestbook and a flash drive with all of our pictures which still have us laughing! I would definitely recommend Fox Photo Lounge
Great value for the price! There was a longer line for the photo booth than the ice cream bar!
While the guests went home with their photo, we went home with an entire photo alb...
um with all of their photos with little messages they wrote to us. So neat!
I booked Fox Photo Lounge because they were so great at my sister's wedding 1.5 years ago. And, once again, they did not disappoint! The photo booth attendant was so nice, super f...
riendly/interactive with the guests, and he really went out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable and at ease. They were prompt, professional and great! At the end of the night I received my photo album and all the photos on a memory stick. I can't say enough how much I recommend these guys! You will not be disappointed!!!
The photo lounge was a hit, especially among the kids at the party. So many wonderful photos and the lounge was large enough to get many people in the photos
Best Groupon I've ever purchased!!! They were there, set, and ready to go!! The guests loved it! You get exactly what you pay for and more, four full hours (set up not included in ...
time so they were so ready at start!!). The album is fun, and so are the pictures! It brought groups of family on both sides together. A real treat and a fun memory. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate!
I was so excited to have a photobooth at our wedding. We thought it would be a fun addition and something our guests would enjoy having as their favor/souvenir from our wedding. We...
chose fox photolounge bec the "booth" was spacious (can fit 4 people, but believe me, it can fit more than 4!), and the price was very reasonable (they gave us a military discount). they were very flexible regarding our requests, i.e., instead of 2 copies per strip, they agreed to up to 5 copies per strip- one for us and one each for everyone in the picture (if 4 or more). Everything was ready to go, or so we thought...
The day of the wedding, they came 2 hours before the reception to set up, which is a huge plus. This should've been key for what happened after. For some reason, although the guy arrived 2 hours prior, we found out that the printer is failing to print ONLY at the start of the reception, or rather with the first guests that tried the photobooth. For the whole 4hours, the printer wasn't working. Luckily for us, our guests still used it, with the promise that they'll get the prints later. Also, we did leave a balance and tip, but the attendant gave it back to us, which is fair on his part.
The next day, my husband gave Jim Fox a call. He was gracious enough to refund us what we paid for, make the album, give us duplicates, and the USB. He said that everything that should have happened the night of the wedding, would happen. To us that meant that whatever we agreed upon would be honored, i.e., album, usb, 2 duplicates if 2 people are in the photo, 4 duplicates for photos that have 4 or more individuals.
We got everything yesterday. The quality of the pictures is excellent. However, we only got a duplicate for each photostrip, meaning, if there are 2 or more individuals in the pic, we would need to print it on our own if we want to give each one a copy. I asked Jim Fox if he can reprint us copies, he said once he downloaded and printed he can't reprint anymore. Also not all photos were printed--my cousins told me their pics aren't there when they know they used it.
Sadly, I would not recommend. Please use another photobooth company.
After seeing a Knot deal for $750, I knew we had to book this photo lounge! It was so easy to contact fox photo lounge with any questions throughout the planning process. The value...
and outcome was just perfect! The guests LOVED the photo booth!! Although we still have not received the USB with all of the pictures yet, I'm sure it will be fun to look at the pictures once we receive it. Great quality pictures and was set up and stayed open until the wedding was over! We would definitely recommend fox photo lounge!
Fox Photo booth did not disappoint. It was a HUGE hit at my wedding and the guests had so much fun with it. They provided props for the guests to use, and everyone who was in the p...
icture got a copy of their pictures! Guests could also go back into the booth as many times as they wanted. They had black and white option, countdown for the pictures, and the staff was very helpful. They provided a book with all of the pictures of the night for us and everyone was able to write us a message next to their picture. It was so fun to look at the pictures and read the messages after the wedding! We received the book at the end of the night, along with the USB of all of the pictures, too. I highly recommend this company for weddings with fun guests who are ready to have just as much fun in the booth!! ;)
The photo booth we rented from Fox Photo Lounge was one of the highlights of our wedding! Everybody had so much fun with the props, and the photo booth was in use for the entire e...
vening. In addition, the attendant that came was courteous and professional – keeping people moving, without making them feel rushed. Now we have a wonderful keepsake from our wedding – a copy of every photo strip that was taken that night! This is such a great addition to any wedding and the people at Fox Photo Lounge will make it stress-free for the bride and groom!
Everyone knows photo booths are a great time. Fox's photo booth was huge and could fit approx 10 ppl in at a time. That was great because i got to go in with my bridesmaids and my ...
husband got to go with his groomsmen. Those pictures are priceless. The attendendants were so helpful they were even invited in to take pics with some of our guests! The amount of awesome props they brought also made it that much more fun. At the end of the night I was given a scrapbook full of all the pics taken in there all night long. The scrapbooked was signed by almost everyone who got pictures. I was also given a usb drive with digital copies of every picture. This was worth every penny!
A photo booth added a little bit of extra fun for everyone. We got a zip drive with all of the photos and a photo album which served as our guest book. Great service on the day o...

Pros: Had coupon to use for them through the knot. Was best price on the market.
Gave props for photobooth that everyone loved
Pictures were very good quality.
Given USB ...
of pictures and scrapbook immediately at the end of the ceremony.
Cons: Guest could not preview pictures & did not have countdown before pictures took so many people got cut out
I was told there would be black and white option and there was not.
The vendor asked my maid of honor to ask us for the balance- during the reception!
My husband and I were a little hesitant on whether we wanted to spend money on a photo booth or not but we are so happy that we did. The guests had so much fun with it and Jim, our...
photo booth attendant, was very helpful. I also liked that the pictures served as a guest book as well and that all the pictures are provided on a flash drive. Our family and friends are still laughing about the pictures. I do have to say that I did bring my own box of "silly hats" in addition to the props that Jim brought so if you are big into props you might want to bring a couple of additional things.
I had the great pleasure of using Fox Photo Lounge for my wedding last weekend! They were so nice and accommodating. The photo booth attendant was polite and very helpful to my wed...
ding guests. The photo booth was one of the highlights of my wedding. They also provided me with a scrapbook with all of the photos taken from the photo booth. Thanks again for making my wedding so memorable!

ferences quickly when I asked him. The attendants at the wedding were really sweet and nice to all of our guests and seemed to enjoy their job. The book they provided us at the end was REALLY nice - high quality and sturdy. And they also gave us a USB drive with all of the photos on them. The only downside was they didn't provide a lot of props, so if you want a lot of stuff, be prepared to provide some of your own! Overall though it was a great company, I would recommend them to anyone!
Everyone is still talking about how much fun our photo booth was. We loved how our guests got a copy of the pictures and so did we. The biggest and best surprise was the gorgeous...
book we were presented with at the end - so much more than we expected. We laugh so much every time we look through the fun, fun pictures that were captured the night of our wedding. We cannot thank you enough - it was wonderful!!!
Highly recommend Fox Photo Lounge! All the guests at our wedding loved the photo booth, the attendant was great, and at the end of the night, my husband and I were handed a photo a...
lbum of all the pictures taken that night! This will definitely make your party/wedding more fun!
Fox Photo Lounge is great! The photobooth attendant was fantastic: He compiled a photo album of all of our guests' photos on the spot for us and he stuck around till the very end o...
f our reception so he could get a shot of us, the bride and groom, to put in the front of the album. We had been so busy during the reception greeting guests that we hadn't gotten to do the photobooth ourselves, so we really appreciated that he stayed set up for us. We loved that he made the album for us look at right after the wedding. The whole thing was great- we could not have been happier with his work! Our guests were so tickled by it, too- they loved getting their photo strips as party favors, and some of them are already asking for the digital files (which are supposed to arrive about a month after the wedding) via email. Definitely a super fun thing to do at a wedding- highly recommend!
We used Fox Photo Lounge for our wedding at Il Tulipano and they were fantastic. They set up the photobooth in a great location- right outside of the ballroom on the way to the ba...
throoms. The photobooth was used ALL night and we have so many fantastic pictures. They included props and the guests really seemed to enjoy them. Lots of people scanned in their photobooth pictures from the wedding and posted them on Facebook the next day.
The quality of the pictures is great and the guy that was there to set up and supervise was very professional and nice.
I loved my photobooth at my wedding all my guests were having a blast and fun. My scrapbook was beautiful he organized all my pictures. Great job guys !
