Out of all the boutiques I went to, Francesca’s was by FAR the classiest and most professional. I am an indecisive person, but choosing a dress here was a breeze. I had no idea what I was looking for so Francesca pulled out several stunning dresses and I would have been happy with purchasing any of them! It is crystal clear that Francesca is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I cannot wait to see my fiancé’s face when I come out wearing this dress. I would recommend to anyone!!

I’m from Baltimore but was living in Pittsburgh & planning my wedding there when I went dress shopping. I’m indecisive so I thought a fun day of getting my feet wet at home would be fun. I went to one store before Francesca’s and I left feeling discouraged. When I walked in francesca’s I felt a breath of fresh air, this store was different. First, you’re treated like the only bride when Francesca or Kara is working with you. Second, their selection of gowns are truly beyond my wildest dreams. I felt gorgeous in every single one and could have played dress up all day. But Francesca knew exactly what I wanted and put me in the Rivini gown of my dreams. I couldn’t leave without buying that dress. Being 5 hours away during alterations was hard but Kara was so accommodating to when I was able to come back and planned things around my schedule. When coronavirus halted my wedding plans, Kara knew exactly what to do so my dress was perfect when my day finally arrived. I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with these ladies. They truly make dreams come true.

A family friend recommended Francesca's, and they did a stellar job. I enjoyed working with Francesca and her team from first hunting for my dress to final alterations. They knocked it out of the park at every stage. I had fun, felt supported, and I could tell they truly cared about finding me a dress and accessories I loved and felt good wearing. My dress was a dream. I also popped into their jewelry trunk show one day, and it felt like I was shopping with my friend! You have a lot of things to stress about leading up to the wedding, but for me, this was something on the list that I never stressed about. Thank you, Francescas!

Francesca's Bridal is a one-stop shop for all of your bridal needs. From making my initial appointment to find my dream dress to the last fitting, I was in awe of the care taken in making sure my dress was perfect for my special day. Francesca's and her staff will make you feel like such a beautiful bride and not to mention that their dresses are soooo beautiful. I ended up purchasing a one-of-a-kind Rivini and veil and couldn't have been happier with the fit. The seamstress is crazy talented! I am so beyond happy that two of my friends recommended Francesca's. I had tried other local bridal stores before Francesca's and I could not find a dress for me at all and I felt like they would hand me dresses that did not work for my style. Once I walked into Francesca's and met Kara and Francesca , I just knew I would find my dress there. Francesca actually found my dress, which is so perfect for me! It is my dream dress and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! I highly recommend them to every bride I know. They care so much and really pay attention to YOU and what YOU want. Francesca's Bridal Salon is a real joy to work with. Francesca was so patient during the dress selection process, happily pulling what seemed like a hundred dresses, and expertly helping us to narrow it down. She made sure that the dress was properly suited, and when asked, she provided her opinions without being overbearing. Kara was extremely helpful and patient during the fitting process and expertly advised about the most appropriate shoes to best go with the dress. I would highly recommend Francesca’s!

I made an appointment with Francesca's Bridal to view the selection of the Wilderly Bride trunk show last weekend. I want to start off by saying I had no idea what I style I wanted and had zero expectations that they'd have something I'd fall in love with. I was completely open to "leaving it to the professionals". My MOH and I were greeted and checked in moments after we arrived. Kara Moro brought us champagne while we waited and let us know that she would be with us momentarily. While waiting, we browsed the gowns in the trunk show and I picked out a few to try on. It was my turn to begin trying on dresses. I disliked one or two elements of every gown I picked out and was growing frustrated. Yes-you read that right; from the girl who had zero expectations coming into this, I was growing frustrated that I wouldn't be able to find a gown. Kara brought me a few more gowns and asked me to tell me what I liked and disliked about them. Not only did Kara voluntarily fan me with a wedding magazine to cool me off while I was trying on dresses, she patiently worked with me and critically listened to what I liked and disliked about every gown I tried on. The last gown she hung up is a very, very special gown. You are probably not going to believe me when I tell you this but Kara found the dress I fell in love with! I had a 5-star experience from the moment I walked into Francesca's until the moment I left. Kara and the rest of Francesca's are phenomenal and I will recommend this salon time and time again. Thank you all for making my first bridal appointment such a wonderful experience!

Every part of my experience with Francesca’s Bridal was amazing! I went to Francesca’s after having not a great experience at a previous bridal salon. I was not feeling excited about looking for dresses but I was on a time crunch so my mom and I had to go. Kara was amazingly helpful and working with her made me enjoy shopping for a dress again. She actually listened to my feedback and helped me find my perfect dress. I told her what I wanted and after trying on a few dresses I was started to get overwhelmed by the choices. One thing that was really important to me was being able to dance in my dress. So each dress I tried on I would dance a little in it. I remember one I did not dance in and Kara pointed it out and said ”that dress is a NO because you didn't like it enough to dance in it.” And she was 100% right! She talked to me like my friends would have and I loved that. With the help of her and my mom we found the winner. Probably my favorite thing about Francesca’s was their transparency. I told them my budget and not only did she keep me in my budget but, she pointed out that after the dress was altered it would still be within my budget! I went to 3 other salons and none of them mentioned keeping the dress and alterations in the budget. They were only focused on keeping the dress in budget. My dress came in on time, it was altered quickly, everyone in the salon was always professional and helpful.

I had this vision of what I wanted my wedding dress to look like: a high neck, simple, clean, and elegant gown. I tried on close to 20 dresses and nothing really stood out. My experience at other places was nice, but nothing special. My Mom told me about Francesca’s, so we added it to the list and scheduled an appointment. From the moment we walked in, I knew this was the place I was going to find my dress. Kara and her Mom were so welcoming, nice, and funny too, which really helped me de-stress. They listened to everything I said I liked or didn’t like about wedding gowns, while also using their expertise to help me find the perfect gown. In fact, I was pretty set not trying any strapless gowns on (because I was so set on a high neck), but Kara said to try one on that she picked out based on what I was liking or not liking about other gowns. I was skeptical to say the least, but when you’re already stripped down and have tried on 20+ gowns, what’s one more? The Arielle by Amsale gown was the one. It was the most simple, clean, elegant gown, and while it was the exact opposite of high neck, I was so in love with it. It flattered my body type and had three small, satin bows in the back that really made it special. Without Kara, I would not have found my dress. I was amazed at how she got me to try on something that was not what I was originally going for, without being pushy, and it ended up being my dress. I 100% recommend Francesca’s Bridal to anyone looking for a dress. I loved it so much, I even bought my rehearsal dress there, too! Schedule an appointment... you won’t regret it.

Great experience, but wish I did a final fitting! Overall, my experience with Francesca's was AMAZING. I really enjoyed working with the family-run shop including Francesca, Cara, and Marianne. They always made me feel welcome, celebrated the big moments with champagne, and allowed me to bring a reasonable amount of guests to each fitting. I found a GREAT sample sale dress, which was reasonably priced (below the store's $1800 dress starting price) and was able to come back for multiple styling and fitting appointments. I had my last fitting about 5 days before the wedding, and at which time the seamstress sewed in cups. I wish I had come back for a final fitting though because I wasn't quite comfortable with how the cups looked on the wedding day. Otherwise, my experience was perfect!

I’m so excited that I went to Francesca’s Bridal Shop! I found my wedding dress on the first visit with the help of Marianne! She made me feel completely comfortable and was so patient with me. She also shared a tear moment with me and my mother when I found the one! 💜

Francesca's Bridal boutique is a beautiful boutique with gorgeous gowns. The quality of dresses is top notch. The quality of dresses, the selection of gowns, and attention to detail for all accessories to accompany the gown, I would rate 5 stars. The reason for a lower star rating is the overall customer service. The prices match that of high quality gowns, and to pay the premium prices, one would expect high quality customer service. Great customer service was given during the selection of gown and for initial payment. After the initial service and payment were made to owner, the rest of process was handed down to associates, who were very kind, but communicating through a third party with details for the remainder of the process added to confusion and ill-informed information, especially regarding additional fees, such as shipping, alterations, which were not disclosed when purchasing. There were also issues with appointments that were changed, twice, on behalf of Francesca's Bridal, with not having items ready, which made for extra trips to Lutherville. Flexibility with scheduling is normal, and although challenging from out of town and working full time, was not concerning; it was the customer service of the delivery of the message with changes and not concerned at all with the imposition put on the customer. The delivery was of the messages were arrogant and demeaning. Although I loved the wedding dress purchased, with all the details and stress surrounding the planning of a wedding, I don't know that I would select Francesca's again. I worked with many vendors and stylists for the wedding, and everyone from very pricey items for the wedding to the smallest of items provided top notch customer service to add to the special memories of the wedding process. This was not my experience at Francesca's Bridal.

As a mother of the bride with two other daughters who may tie the knot and need a dress, I would only consider Francesca’s Bridal. From start to finish, they were there every step of the way. On the first fitting day, the first dress Francesca brought out WAS the dress! The fitting three months later was wonderful and then all that was left was a final fitting out in California where the wedding was to be held as my daughter could not get back east. Francesca and her daughters are so professional and helpful. There was a shipping problem and for a short time UPS had misplaced our dress. They sprang into action and had another dress (the same designer, the same dress) ready and waiting in case the dress did not appear. Fortunately, the dress made its way out to California and yet we were completely assured thanks to Francesca’s wonderful communication and calm manner. Thank you Francesca!

Francesca’s Bridal is simply the best!! Francesca creates such a beautiful experience and she has such an eye for style and cares personally about each bride and family. She carries the most gorgeous dresses- I didn’t want or need to look anywhere else for my wedding dress, after seeing the fantastic service and gorgeous selection of dresses when my sister bought her dress there. We have since recommended at least 3 friends to check out her salon— all of whom bought their dresses there after checking out multiple stores. Francesca and her daughters and staff take enormous care and pride in making everything beautiful and perfect for their brides. This is simply the best bridal salon!!

I'm a recent MOG and after striking out in the DC area, someone told me about Francesca's Boutique along side Francesca's Bridal, in Baltimore. I wanted something for an oceanside Saturday night, not black tie wedding, that would just make me feel special. On my first trip there, almost everything I tried on looked great, but was either too dressy, or just not right. Francesca suggested I return the following week for one of her designer's trunk show. She was sure this designer that fit me so well would have so many more dresses to choose from. The absolute perfect dress was there, and the designer sketched for me how she could make the halter back more appropriate for this MOG. Francesca's is a small, intimate very personal shopping experience and everyone there was cheering on my selection. When the dress arrived, minimal alterations were needed and were quite reasonable. At my second fitting, Francesca cajoled the seamstress into immediately doing one more small alteration while I waited, to save me another trip to Baltimore. I felt like a million bucks on my son's wedding day and there is no doubt in my mind that I found the perfect dress. Forget even bothering with DC shopping. I would go right back to Francesca's the next time I have the need for a special dress.

Francesca’s was absolutely amazing; the first time I went dress shopping at another store I had an awful experience; felt I wasn’t being listened too and the person helping me kept offering awful suggestions. So let me tell you about Francesca’s, first of all I showed up to Francesca’s on my birthday without an appointment(I know huge wedding dress shopping faux pas) I showed up with a friend just to look- however, Francesca’s took me in immediately! They showed me something’s I might be interested in when I said I would love to try them on she made room for me in their busy schedule that day just 45minutes later!!! Their patience with me was impeccable as I had no clue what I wanted! I tried on multiple dresses and finally found it! I was able to say yes to the dress!!! So besides being extremely accommodating, they listen, they understand and they are extremely patient!!! I highly recommend every lady stop at Francesca’s(make an appointment first 😉) but I don’t think you’ll have to look any further!!!

Francesca and Kara were wonderful to work with. Buying a wedding dress can be extremely intimidating, but Francesca and Kara made it easy. Francesca’s Bridal was the first bridal salon I visited and I had a vision - a silhouette and material in mind. My appointment was with Francesca, and she listened to my vision and what I was looking for in a wedding dress and grabbed a few dresses for me to try on. What I appreciate about the visit is that, to be sure I knew what I wanted, Francesca made sure to select a dress that was along the same vein but different slightly in material, structure and silhouette. It helped solidify my choice. I found The dress, I found MY dress! Because Francesca’s was my first visit, I still went to my other appointments, just to be sure, but made a return appointment to try on MY dress again. No other dress made me feel the way this one did. Once my dress was purchased, I communicated with Kara (who was prompt and detailed) regarding my dress status and scheduling fittings. Francesca’s Bridal has an in-house seamstress, who does incredible work and quickly! The only very minor bummer was that one of the small crystals on the back of one of my straps popped out of its prongs before the ceremony at some point. My overall experience with Francesca's Bridal was fantastic! I wish I had an excuse to wear my dress over and over and over again.

My experience with Francesca's Bridal was incredible! Their salon was the first and only I visited. I did not need to look anywhere else! I had an idea of the type of dress I wanted, but did not have a picture because I never found one. I described my vision to Francesca and the first gown she brought me was the one. I was amazed how she did it first try!! I tried on a few other beautiful gowns just to be sure. I loved them all - the selection was great. Francesca is kind and professional. She made me feel so beautiful, and she was fun to work with. The entire staff was the same way. They were proactive in scheduling. When I had fittings, they had my dress already out for me in the fitting area. They were expecting me and ready. I recommend you head to Francesca's Bridal for the most beautiful gown for your day! You deserve the best!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Francesca’s! I had visited a few salons with a specific dress vision in mind, and after striking out at all other salons, as well as with the handful of dresses I tried at Francesca’s, Kara asked me to “humor” her by trying a dress on that was the complete opposite of what I had my heart set on—opposite fabric, opposite cut, opposite style. And it ended up being *the* dress! Kara has such an obvious eye for recognizing what flatters various body types, and she made me feel at ease enough that I was ok stepping outside of my comfort zone. After purchasing the dress, the rest of the process was a breeze. Kara stayed in touch regarding the status of our order, and the salon was very accommodating in terms of scheduling fittings for times that worked best for me. There wasn’t a moment during the entire process that I felt stress due to my dress, and I know that’s a feeling many brides go through. Oh, and Francesca’s seamstress, Gana, is an alterations superwoman! We are so pleased, all around, with our experience with Francesca’s.

Searching for a wedding dress can be a very vulnerable experience, so having the right person to curate that experience is a gift. Bettyann was a dream to meet and work with, and she helped me and my mom share a moment we've been looking forward to for years. In terms of Francesca's selection, every single one of their dresses is gorgeous. They clearly have impeccable taste, with a decent variety of price points, and their Atelier around the corner is a great stop for Mother of the Bride dresses as well. Cant' recommend them enough.

The selection and service at Francesca's is top-notch: I was very happy with the tailoring, and the accommodations that were made to ensure that my last minute request was taken care of. Their selection of dresses and accessories is gorgeous!

I found Francesca's by chance, it was the closest bridal boutique to a bridal expo that I was visiting, and it was the greatest find! They made time for me day of to have an appointment. Dominique took the time to get a feel for my style and budget. I was a lucky one and she found my dream dress that day! Since finding my dress, Dominique and the entire staff have been so wonderful. They have kept in touch with my wedding planning process and have reached out with opportunities for events for mother of the bride dresses. Not only is this company professional, but they truly care about their brides. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them!

I had a few friends refer me to Francesca's bridal and I had a great experience there. They helped me customize my Badgley Mischka dress and make sure that it was customized to my liking! During a few of my fittings, I would have preferred that one of the sales associates be there with the seamstress as well since they obviously know wedding dresses better than I do - that's the only reason I took off a star. When Francesca or Kara are there, you have nothing to worry about!

Exquisite gowns, meticulous fittings and unmatched customer service are the hallmarks of Francesca’s Bridal and Francesca’s Atelier. From the get-go, my daughter and I knew that Francesca would make the process of looking our best, not only an enjoyable one but a journey that she would personally see through till we stepped in the limousine. And that is exactly what she did – making every single visit fun and enjoyable, finding the perfect hair accessories, custom designing a veil, overseeing each and every fitting, personally delivering and laying out our garments the day before and assuring us that there wouldn’t be any wardrobe malfunctions on the big day but if there was, she was just a short drive away and would be there in a jiffy. My MOB gown was ordered during a trunk show six months before the wedding. It was the first venue we visited and the second dress I tried on. I felt like a million dollars walking out of that salon knowing that in fifteen minutes my dress search was over. When it was time for fittings, I feel like they spent as much time on me as they did on the bride – tweaking here and there to make sure that the fit was as perfect as could be. I will never forget how I felt when I slipped into my dress on the big day not to mention how beautiful and happy my daughter was in her Francesca Bridal gown and veil. The princess bride and her queen mother! – thanks to Francesca, Cara, Tori, Elle, Sandra and Gana. We are forever grateful and we will be back! xo

After my first visit to Francesca's, I knew that I'd end up doing just about anything to get my dress there. I have a enough sense to know that looking good on the big day goes beyond a good body or fancy dress. That's where Francesca herself comes in. After our first appt, I knew she would make me look good on my wedding day because she'd make sure that tailoring was impeccable, that the correct undergarments were worn, that the bustle worked for my rear, and that ultimately, I got a dress that worked for me, which can be easier said than done. It's hard to put into words, but it was very clear to me that selling a dress was not Francesca's first goal, and just like that, she had my trust. The only wrench in this blissful account? I, picky as ever, didn't love any of the dresses that I saw at the boutique that first day. I tried a few on, kept an open mind, but nothing left me feeling like it should be the most important dress of my life. I was stuck. I knew I wanted to work with Francesca over the next few months, but I also knew I wanted a dress I felt excited about. What I didn't realize was that she is getting in new stock all the time. It's a very small but very steady trickle. Francesca told me what she had coming down the pipeline that she thought would interest me, and we set up another appointment. It turns out the dress I ultimately got was one of those shipments though it took me a long time to decide. She was incredibly patient with me and never held a timeline over my head that I was x amount of time out from our date. One of the things I most appreciated about her calm and cool demeanor was that since she knew me and my intent at that point, she'd allow me to shop in without an appointment just to go through her racks one by one to revisit my B-list and to check for new things. This did a lot for my own peace of mind. This is why I kept circling back to Francesca's after visiting multiple shops in the Balt & Wash areas. I could go on and on about specific examples of the time and personal dedication I received from Francesca's but one little above and beyond example I've thought of multiple times since the big day really highlights the custom experience you get at Francesca's should you become a customer. My pregnant bridesmaid came in to learn how to bustle my dress just over a week before the big day. My wedding coordinator insisted that I get written instructions or a diagram just in case. My bustle was not a simple pull-it-out and button-it-on. It wasn't typical at all. When my dress and veil were delivered to my mom's house, so too was a step-by-step diagram complete with an actual photograph with each step. Handmade? Yes. Time-consuming? I'm sure. Effective and stress-reducing? Most definitely. And of course, things did not go as smoothly as they did in the boutique , and that diagram came to the rescue. After also being so pleasantly surprised with our experience, my mom didn't hesitate to get her own MOB dress from Francesca's other boutique, the Atelier. My very particular sister also ended up getting her gown there too. Just like working with Kara and Francesca, hearing about them working with Tori at the Atelier was another no-pressure, relaxed, but highly professional experience. Now, I'm looking forward to my sister getting married just so I can have the excuse to interact with this family and fabulous group of professionals again. They are true gems in this area, and Baltimore is lucky to have them.

This shop feels like family! My mother bought her gown here when they were located on belair road. When my fiancé proposed last year, it was the first place and only place I visited to obtain my gown. The wonderful thing about Francesca is they have unique gowns for different body types. When you walk down the aisle- people will be in awe! I bought my dress here and my groomsmen even obtained their tuxs at this location. Kara is always available whenever you call. I just completed my fitting today and I am in awe with my Eddy K gown. They helped me select it, gave recommendations on shoes and I even purchased my hair attire here. I can't wait the big day and I thank you ( Francsaca) for making this a memorable stressless process!

Such an amazing experience working with the team at Francesca's! The boutique is very intimate with typically only one appointment occurring at a time so you truly feel special. I found the dress of my dreams in the very first dress I put on. Thank you Francesca and team!

I had a great experience finding my wedding dress at Francesca's Bridal. The staff there are so friendly and they work with you to figure out what style and look you want and then help you to find the gown that will be the best fit. The entire staff was helpful throughout the process and I highly recommend them to any bride that is looking for their perfect wedding dress!

Francesca and her team are the best! I had a dress in mind for my appointment; they worked with the designer to get the sample dress shipped for me to try, then took excellent care of my dress, and finally, their alterations (done in less than a week) made the dress absolutely perfect! There is no chance a better team or shop exists.

I loved working with Francesca's. All the ladies there are so kind and really have wonderful taste. The dress I ended up with is not at all what I expected to choose but Francesca insisted I tried it on and I fell in love as soon as I did. I am so glad that she pulled things that I would not have because in the end she was the one who found my dress.

Francescas was the first bridal store that I went to. I like almost every dress they helped me try on. They were mindful of the budget that we established as well as the short period of time between my engagement and the wedding, by only showing me dresses that could be provided in the required timeline. Francesca listened carefully to what i was looking for in a wedding dress, but also gently encouraged me to try other options just to be sure. I left that day, trying to decide between two dresses. I then went to another bridal salon the next day, and the experience was totally impersonal and the dresses seemed cheap and dirty. Total opposite from my experience at Francescas. I promptly made my appointment to go back the next day and order the dress that I could not stop thinking of from the day before. Kara and Francesca were able to help me put the whole outfit together with a beautiful veil and belt. I would definitely recommend visiting this salon.

Cannot say enough good things about Francesca's Bridal. I worked personally with Francesca to find the perfect dress and she could not have been more helpful in the process. She picked out a handful of selections she thought I may like, and gave me honest opinions on how each look. While I ultimately did not find the perfect dress at the store, I highly recommend Francesca's. Thank you again.

I loved working with Francesca and everyone that works at this salon. They were all so helpful at helping me find the perfect wedding dress, and they really listened to what I wanted (and didn't want). They stayed well within my budget, and I never felt pressed into things I wasn't comfortable in. Alterations have been great as well. Definitely recommend this salon!

My daughter is getting married on 5/28/17 and Francesca and her amazing staff helped her find her dream dress. Francesca herself helped us through this process and she immediately got a sense of my daughter's style and what she hoped her Bridal gown would be. The dress came in and the alteration process began. Her seamstress does an amazing job and worked with Lindsay to find the perfect fit. They also made adjustments to the train putting in hooks so it can be removed after the ceremony. The salon is beautiful and most of all calm. It feels like you are a guest in someone's home and not part of a bridal gown mill. I highly recommend Francesca's as the place to find your perfect gown and have a wonderful and memorable experience.

I can't stress enough how wonderful my experience at Francesca's has been! When my sister bought her wedding dress at a different salon last Fall we were less than thrilled with the service and I knew I wanted to go elsewhere for my dress. I'm SO grateful to have decided to make an appointment at Francesca's. The staff is patient, knowledgable, and was receptive to my vision. Kara helped me find the most beautiful dress for my wedding. I never felt pressured into committing to anything before I was ready. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant wedding dress experience. I'd highly recommend this shop to all brides! They treat their customers like family and it's been a pleasure working with the entire team.

I had an amazing experience at Francesca's. I had Francesca herself helping me. She picked out the absolutely perfect dress for me, one that I would have never picked out for myself! I felt like she cared about me and was taking time to help me find the right one. I went to another popular salon in the Baltimore area and did NOT have a good experience at all - it was clear that they only cared about me if I was going to spend a lot of money. Francesca was amazing and even allowed me to hold on to a dress at sale price for a few extra days so my mom could come from out of town to see it on me first! I'm so happy to have gone there and found my dress!

Did not purchase dress here but the atmosphere was very nice, sales people helpful and attentive. Gowns on the high side$$$ from what we experienced in 5 other shops but if you can afford it, worth a visit.

Everything about my experience at Francesca's was absolutely amazing from finding my dream dress to the alterations in 2 weeks. I loved working with Francesca. I told her what I was looking for and I only had to try on one other dress before I found the one. She made me feel so comfortable and never once did I feel pressured. Additionally, Francesca's was so accommodating. I live in London bought my dress in December and did not see the dress again until two weeks before my wedding day and I was not stressed at all. I had four alterations in two weeks as I had lost weight and Francesca's team made me feel comfortable and my dress was exactly as I wanted it to be. They are all wonder women. Francesca was also able to find the perfect earrings to match the beaded design on the back of the dress. I would highly recommend Francesca's Bridal if you are looking for a relaxing, fun, special wedding dress experience.

I had been to countless bridal salons in MD/VA. You name it- I was there. I tried on many dresses and was frustrated. I had heard about Francesca's so I decided to try it. I had gone in discouraged from my other salon experiences. But I was greeted by the lovest group of women who made me feel- well..."like a bride to be". The dress selection was amazing. The people were spectacular. And my feeling of being discouraged quickly went away. Of course I tried on a bunch of dresses- they were all so beautiful. These wonderful women helped encourage me and made me feel special. They listened to my thoughts, concerns and desires for a gown. And they really took thoughtful time while helping me pick a dress. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase (like I did at some other stores). Even after I bought my dream dress, the follow up customer service was incredible. I didn't feel like just another client. And they were fantastic all the way up to the wedding day with tailoring, shoe ideas and any question I had. These women are not only knowledgeable about dresses- It was the perfect place to go for this first time nervous bride. I can't recommend Francesca's more.

Had the best time finding a dress at Francesca's! Kara and her mom were such a blast and easy to get along with! I know I was such a pain but by the end I was so excited and happy with my decision!

I worked with Francesca and Kara to purchase my wedding gown, veil, and jewelry for my wedding. These ladies are so amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and most importantly made the experience FUN! After I purchased my dress they let me know about trunk sales for the veil and jewelry. My mom and I had so much fun. My mom also purchased her rehearsal dinner dress and mother of the bride gown from them. Their seamstress also does a fabulous job with alterations. Thank you ladies!

Could not have been a worse experience. The dress buying experience itself was nice. Beautiful salon, wide selection of dresses and champagne toast included, unfortunately it all went down hill from there. It would take multiple phone calls to get a response about questions. Staff would be unaware of conversations I had had with other staff. Worst, they order the wrong size dress. When my dress came in one month before the wedding, it was a whole inch too small, despite the fact my measurements were essentially the same. $600 later in alteration fees everything was "perfect". I would not go back to this salon

The only good thing I can say about this place was the fun I had in picking out my dress with Kara. As soon as I purchased my dress/jacket, the true colors of Francesca’s Bridal came out. I made my purchase in September for a May wedding. Come March, I get a call that everything is in except my jacket because when it arrived it didn’t match as far as color. I really didn’t think much of it and figured they were expediting a new one, of the same item, in the bright white. April comes, I come in for my first fitting, still no jacket. At that point, I was told the jacket is here but it’s in pieces and not to worry, the seamstress will have it for my next fitting. Next fitting comes and goes, still no jacket. At the third fitting, they bring out a piece of tulle with god-awful lace attached to it. Instead of ordering my jacket, they were trying to rush and make me something that was nothing like what I ordered. My mom and I were furious. Where was my $500 jacket? What’s been going on since September? Why is the girl I gave my money to and signed the contract with, saying “I didn’t place the order, someone else did”? Extremely unprofessional. This was the Thursday before my wedding. The girl came out and said “we’re going to eat the cost of overnighting a new jacket for you and it will be in Monday”. At this point, our hands are tied and we said ok since there was no other option. Now we are up to the week of my wedding, which was on a Friday. Tuesday, I get a call that I need to go to their Greenspring store at 6pm, mind you, we’ve been dealing with the Fullerton location the whole time, as we live close by. Once there, the receptionist who knows nothing if a jacket is in or not greets us. We’re waiting for Francesca herself to arrive, who clearly thinks her time is more important than ours, as we waited 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later her and her daughter come in to the shop with a UPS box. The open it and what they pulled out couldn’t have been anything further from what I ordered. It was a turtleneck top, which made my neck turn red immediately, and was completely transparent. Francesca was trying to tell me all the wonderful things they can do to this jacket to make it “perfect” for me; but at that point, we had just had it. It was awful and who knows what they would have done would have been any better. My mom and I just told her to take it back and we were refunded our money. The money wasn’t the issue as we wanted to have a jacket in church per tradition. The biggest issue I have with this place is their customer service and lack of communication. They’re basically the middle man between us brides and the dress companies. The fact that I was told nothing from September until the week before my wedding that this jacket – their excuse “didn’t come in bright white” – was ridiculous. And the excuse that something doesn’t come in bright white is beyond me when you’re talking about bridal accessories. As wonderful of an experience I had picking out my dress, it was ruined ten times over with their customer service, talking down to us, and the flat out lies. If you find a dress in this salon, go elsewhere. Don’t put yourself through what I had to be put through. Them “making it right” by issuing a refund for the jacket only, is nothing in comparison to having the vision of you walking down the aisle ruined because you didn’t get what you paid for.

I was blown away by Francesca's Bridal. I was so impressed by her kindness and professionalism from the moment I stepped into her store in Lutherville. Not only does she know everything about wedding dresses, fabrics, designers, and styles, but she is amazing at helping you find your dress. She encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone, and I ended up loving (and buying) the dress she suggested. She even gave champagne to my sister, mom, and me when we purchased the dress! She made every step of the wedding dress process amazing and special. I went two a few other stores in the area and they did not have the expertise nor the kindness that Francesca provided. Definitely check out her store!!

After reading about Francesca's online, we thought it would be a great experience with plenty of dresses to chose from. We scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, which you can only do with a credit card and when we asked if we could move it back slightly the day of because we were at another appointment...we were told no, had to keep the original time so we did and rushed over to them. When we walked in, we noticed there was a limited selection of gowns, and only 1 other person in the store. Our associate told us there were limited sizes and as we looked around, and my friend, who is a size 14, could only try on one dress. Our appointment was 20 minutes, and a TOTAL waste of time. It had nothing to do with cost, but everything to do with inventory and feeling like the store was putting on the impression of a boutique with the rough edges clearly visible if you looked close enough. We went right back to the other actual Boutique and bought my friend's dress. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Now I know why you need a deposit, if you actual knew what you were getting into....you'd never get out of your car to go in.

Francesca's was such a wonderful experience. I first called to check they were in my price range and they sent me to the Nottingham location where I would find the most in my budget. The first time I arrived I was just trying on dresses and had no intention of purchasing that day. They were still very kind and attentive. I was treated the same way I was when I returned with my Mom ready to make a purchase. The whole boutique is designed to make you feel special and alone. There are two pedestals, each in their own corner facing away from each other. And the chairs for your party to sit in are so comfortable. I love their set up so much more than the stores that have all the pedestals next to each other. The staff was helpful, and encouraging. If I didn't like a dress, they didn't make me stay in it. It was very much set to my own pace. This is a great local business to support. Their top priority is making you happy. They are so kind, helpful, and professional. They will definitely help you find the dress that makes you feel special and perfect for your wedding day.

We were planning our daughter's wedding and I set up appointments at three Bridal Salons in one day! I was hopeful we would find The Dress! Francesca's was our last salon appointment. I had made an appointment with Francesca since a friend of mine had recommended her from her daughter's search for a dress! I was not disappointed, Francesca is a wonderful professional who knows what she is doing. She listened and looked around her inventory to find a dress that our daughter would like and after trying on several dresses we found the one! Francesca gets you glasses of champagne and celebrates your big decision! You take pictures and feel like the entire team is there to support you. That support continues right through to when the dress comes in and go can go in to try it on! You are still treated so well it is hard to explain. Then the next appointment is for you to meet the seamstress Maria, who looks and makes adjustments as needed! When you come into pick up the dress they carefully explain how to take care of it till the big day! I would highly recommend that you visit Francesca's Bridal for your wedding dress, her team is there to help you find the look you are after! You will have no regrets!!!

Francesca and Kara helped me fine not only the perfect dress, but helped me stick to my budget. They had a great variety of dresses for every taste and budget. Their tailor is also top notch, and had my dress fitting like a glove after only 1 fitting! Couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress experience. Fabulous store, wonderful staff. I couldn't have been happier with my wedding dress!

After going to countless bridal shops, Franchesca's really just provides the best service and has the most beautiful and unique dresses. Betty Ann at Franchesca's picked out my wedding dress, and really had a great eye as it was not something I would normally try on. Francheasca's also has great relationships with the designers they sell and are able to get some designs tweaked so everything is exactly how you want it to look! Nothing but the best things to say about this experience!
