d any/ every attempt to politely correct any/ all complaints made. Every feasible option that we could possibly take, we have. To address your main concerns I will start with your complaint of not having your face shown during the ceremony and first dances. During the ceremony, I had a stationary tripod that focused on your guests/ bridal party entering and then repositioned to catch your husbands reaction as you entered the ceremony sight. Kyle, the other owner, followed you and your father in alternating between footage of your face to footage of your point of view (looking out over the guests as you entered the aisle). We included your face just as much, if not more, as your husband in your highlight film and your edited ceremony. We apologize if the length in time of you and your father's entrance was not what you had envisioned but we would never "miss" this moment. As far as the first dances, I was on a stationary tripod that was strategically positioned to capture the entire dance as well as both people. As you and your husband/ you and your father danced, you turned and yes, there are points during the dance where your face is turned and the focus is either on your husband or your father's face. However, this ratio of your face/ the other persons face is 50/50 as you would expect for any two persons that are moving oppositely of one another. Secondly, yes- we did ask if we could bring a trainee to your wedding. Never would I show up with a trainee or demand to bring one if my couple had expressed that they did not approve. This is exactly what had happened, I emailed days before and asked if this would be ok (to bring a trainee), you responded with absolutely not and I completely, 110% understood/ respected your decision on your big day. I never once demanded/ stated/ or insisted that this what was I was doing. Never would I disrespect a bride or groom in that way as we are privileged to be there ourselves. Thirdly, the sound pop that has been discussed between us countless times was not a dysfunction on our end. We would like to explain, once again, that we do not use microphones. Your husband and officiant both had a microphone from the DJ and a recorder from us. Our recorders do not project sound nor do they interfere with separate microphones/ other sound systems. They solely record sound that is picked up around the person they are attached to. As we have talked to your DJ, twice, and he has expressed that the wire he used on your husbands microphone was faulty, this was the source of the sound pop that you have demanded we fix. Unfortunately, since this was not an error on our end we are unable to edit out a sound that our recorder picked up from a separate sound system. To address the dancing used in the video- this is something that we incorporate in every wedding video we have the pleasure of creating. We feel that our work was not viewed thoroughly before the hiring of us. We would like to acknowledge that as soon as you demanded/ requested the removal of the video from any online viewing sites we respected your decision and immediately took down the video/ went back in and took out any/ all dancing footage you had expressed distaste about. We once again feel like our styles as a bride and videography company were not thoroughly thought through before hire. Within your original and re-edited highlight film there was footage of your cake cutting. The email in which you are referring to- I was stating that the whole cake cutting experience was available in your raw footage for viewing pleasure. Never would I dismiss what you had said and simply say "go look through the raw footage" without doing everything I could on my part to ensure it was in your highlight film- which it was the first and second time it was delivered to you. As a company, I also worked with you very authentically to lower our price for you when asked, twice. We understand that wedding expenses add up very fast and do everything we can do be flexible with our brides and grooms in which I was very much with you. As this is the fourth review we have received, each being inconsolable and filled with frustration that we have addressed countless times we would like to apologize again for the difference in style. Out of the four years we have had our business and worked with 30+ brides this is our first and hopefully last, experience where a bride has been so completely unsatisfied with any work given to her. As we are positive that this is an unfortunate, isolated incident we are still saddened that it has taken place and that irregardless of our countless attempts to politely and professional fix the wrongs that were demanded of us we are still left with an unhappy client. We hope that you and Mark can, in the future, enjoy the footage from your wedding day as it is a very special day and we have put a lot of time, energy and creativity in to hoping that this would be the end goal.
