I could not have asked for a better couple to capture our day. From the engagement session to the final photo delivery Frederick and Reid were amazing to work with. From answering a million questions, to helping us plan our timeline, to even posing us and our bridal party to get the best photos, they were always on top of their game. HIRE THEM!! I can't even put into words how truly incredible and talented Sarah and Kyle are. From the hiring process to the day of the wedding to the most perfectly captured film I've ever seen, they were outstanding through it all. If you are searching in regards of video, this is the one. They choose words, speeches, small moments, and big moments and put it together in a way that makes you feel all the emotions all over again. Sarah and Kyle made us feel so comfortable the whole day. Sarah and Kyle were the videographers for our April wedding, and they did an excellent job! Working with them was so easy and enjoyable. They captured all of the special little moments throughout the day. I love our wedding video and know we'll cherish it forever.

Sarah and Kyle are truly amazing people!! They are incredibly talented and devoted to their work, and it really does show! Our wedding was a whirlwind of emotions, and they captured it so beautifully. They adapt very quickly, moving from one shot to the next. Throwing a wrench (or an emergency) in their plan? Don’t worry! They assess the situation quickly, and overcome the obstacle! I swear they doubled as our videographers and our hype men. When they got a shot they loved, you could hear Sarah get all giddy, and Kyle saying yes!! That made us feel so good and comfortable. That was a huge deal for us because we’ve hardly been in front of a camera, let alone a video camera! When they sent out our trailer, it literally was a trailer to a movie. Something that you would see in a movie theater! Everyone had goosebumps after they watched our videos. We will forever cherish their artistry. If you’re on the fence about videography like my husband was, just know that after our wedding was all said and done, the first thing he said was that he’s SO happy we hired Frederick & Reid to capture it all. We cannot thank them enough🤍

Sarah and Kyle are simply amazing. We could not say enough good about how amazing not only they are, but their work as well. We’re so thankful they captured our special day. We highly recommend Frederick and Reid Photography as a Photographer and/or Videographer for an event! We hired their team for an engagement shoot as well as to photo/video our wedding. They had high quality equipment, which included a small mic-pack to clearly capture important. They showed up promptly each time. For our wedding, we had 2 photographers and 2 videographers. We received multiple hours worth of raw film as well as thousands of pictures that was used to curate the custom content we purchased. We were over the moon with the results. We love their style and artistic takes. The images and clips they captured will be cherished for years to come. Sarah and Kyle were very responsive to all our inquiries and they provided the planning documents that made the wedding day flow seamlessly. Their professionalism was sincerely appreciated and we could have asked for a better group to capture/highlight our special day.

Sarah & Kyle.... what a dynamic duo. I met these two wonderful people for the first time at my wedding reception. Almost 10 weeks have passed and I have to say my husband and I still can't stop talking about how obsessed we are with them. They were honestly made to do this together. Leading up to the event they were extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible. On our big day they were such a pleasure to work with. They were so creative and genuine; it felt like they were long time friends only shortly after meeting them. Sadly my husband and I experienced a tragic loss only a couple short weeks before our reception. We nearly canceled the event altogether because we thought there would be no remote possibility we would be comfortable enough to enjoy the day. Thanks to people like Sarah and Kyle, our day was perfect and has served as such a light during a dark time. Frederick & Reid photography did the video for our wedding. From the first inquiry email I sent them to getting us our videos after the wedding day, everything was amazing. Sarah and Kyle filmed our wedding and put together the most incredible video for us to watch until the end of time. They were professional, communicative, transparent, kind and SO good at what they do. Day of they worked seamlessly with our photographer and other vendors. And they delivered a teaser video less than one week from the wedding! If I could hire them a million times, we would!!!!!

Sarah and Kyle were amazing to work with! Sarah was very attentive to all of our needs before the wedding and during the day of. She helped tremendously ease my nerves by helping create a timeline and keep us on track as a I had a large wedding party. On our big day, they made us feel comfortable and we felt like we had known them for years! They sent us our sneak peak quickly and it was so perfect! We can’t wait to see our highlight film! :)

Sarah and Kyle were amazing! From the beginning, Sarah was very understanding and helped us plan out what type of wedding video we wanted. On our wedding day, Sarah and Kyle made us feel 100% comfortable. We had fun working with them and we love our wedding trailer! We can’t wait to see the video :)

We had a terrible experience. There were two videographers yet no footage of my face (the bride!!) walking down the aisle! How such a quintessential and important moment was missed is excusable. All of the footage of our first dance dance is of the back of my head and the same is true with my father/daughter dance. I could have gotten better footage with a stationary iPhone. To make matters worse, the video of our ceremony has sound “pops”. Sarah (owner) claimed it was our DJs fault, but I am the only one not wearing one of her microphones and I am the only one that didn’t experience the “pop” when I spoke. She was unable to edit out of the footage. The whole video is unprofessional and both families were appalled we paid for it. Additionally a few days prior to our wedding Sarah told me she was bringing someone she would be “training” to our wedding. I told her absolutely not, as we were paying her to capture our day not “train” someone. Another family member is a teacher and was mortified by the amount of sloppy drunk dancing in the film. She was afraid a student or worse her principal would see it and asked me to request everything be taken off the website. Sarah did immediately remove it, which I did appreciate. I do struggle with why they included so much drunk, sloppy guest dancing into our videos. I was mortified because we had a lovely day but the focus was on sloppy guests. I’m glad more people didn’t see it as they would have been equally embarrassed. Not to mention I spent a lot of money on the videography and never did I say I wanted the majority of it to be drunk guests dancing. If that’s their “vision” or “style” that’s a real shame and surprise as I cannot imagine any bride or family wants that to be the focus of what is captured during their wedding day. Finally, when I reached out asking why there wasn’t any footage of our cake cutting Sarah told me to look at the raw footage because “it was in there”. Yikes! Here is an excerpt from an email we received from Sarah after the event “We apologize that you do not have footage of your face as you walk down the aisle. Our videography style continues to evolve and we recently bought new equipment which was used during your wedding specifically to follow people- which is what was used for your wedding. Once again, we do apologize for this.  Kyle and I also ensured that we were notified of "big" events from your coordinator. I reached out multiple times asking for a timeline before your wedding day so that we would have plenty of time to prepare for these big moments. The day of I was solely relying on your coordinator to notify me. There is footage of your cake cutting- not in the highlight film- but in your raw footage. Please re-look through your raw footage for the cake cutting clips.” The second paragraph is inexcusable as I sent her the full day of timeline one week before the wedding (in Excel format and as a google doc!) and she confirmed receiving and opening without issue. She did apologize afterwards when I sent her the screenshot. I sound like a broken record but the sheer lack of professionalism throughout our process is simply astounding.

Meeting Sarah and Kyle was serendipity for my husband and I. We hired another photographer for our wedding who collaborated with Frederick and Reid Photography and although I had never met them, I can’t begin to describe how truly perfect they were at capturing our wedding day. To begin, they are the nicest and most professional individuals. It is evident how talented they are and how seriously they take their work, but they do it so effortlessly and with smiles on their faces. It’s true what people say when they tell you the day flashes by and if you blink you’ll miss it. I cried (multiple times and still do) when I see the videos and the video highlight they created for us. The whole video is just magical and breathtaking! Several of our guests mentioned how they hardly noticed their presence at all, which is amazing in itself with all of the footage they had! I knew I always wanted a videographer but a few of our friends and family were immediately convinced to hire one after seeing the video Sarah and Kyle created. I just feel sorry if they don’t actually book them directly because there is no replicating talent like theirs! :) Highly, highly recommend and will always use them in the future for our photography/videography needs. Thank you both again for everything, it means the world to us!!

Kyle and Sarah did a great job with the videography for our wedding. They knew exactly which shots they needed for the video and were very quick and efficient in getting us in place so the wedding went off without any issues. The preview we have so far looks amazing and we're looking forward to getting the whole video.

Sarah and Kyle are the sweetest couple that make you feel super comfortable when you’re in front of the camera. They know what poses look good and what to do which is excellent for someone like me who is unsure but want pretty pictures. Our pictures were everything I could have hoped for and more! Kyle and Sarah have been photographing our family for over 4 years now. They did our engagement photos when they first started their business. We loved the quality so much , they really listened to how we wanted to capture the moment and even how we wanted some of the photos Edited. We were so happy with their product that we hired them to do our wedding and since then they have done maternity and newborn photos. I'm looking forward in working with them as our family grows. They really know how to capture a moment and how to work patiently with young children.

Kyle and Sarah are absolutely wonderful to work with. They flow with every bit of your day as naturally as possible, not making any of the picture taking or video recording awkward, at all! They make you feel very at ease and ask your comfort level with everything. This is just the day of. Leading up to the event, they were willing to do a phone call with my husband and me, as we were planning our wedding from afar, and were so responsive to emails all throughout our long engagement. Whenever a potential "issue" or "question" arose, they worked with us patiently and were so flexible. We threw a lot of desires at them as we did a complete DIY wedding and we wanted that process recognized and therefore photographed. We have only received our sneak peaks for both video and pictures but based on those alone, I believe that they captured our request accurately and beautifully! They are so talented and their "style" varies in a way that allows for versatility and professional discretion. Needless to say, the end result is crisp, clean, and natural in all photos, which is exactly what we wanted. Their price for that quality is unbeatable and it is so appreciated that they don't take advantage of you like a lot of packages do for wedding photography+videography. They offer a significantly more amount of hours in their packages compared to other companies b/c they recognize to limit it would cause the couple to feel rushed. As you can see, I have nothing but positive feedback for them and would HIGHLY recommend them.

I have booked Frederick & Reid for numerous of special occasions; I will be booking them for my up coming wedding next year. Absolutely affordable! Working with this couple over the years has been such a pleasure! They have always been so polite and professional. Both photographers, really have a passion for what they do. Their love for this business is clear in the high quality of their work. The positive energy they bring to each photo shoot is so energizing, they make each event stress free. Them being there for each of these events with the amount of positive energy they bring make the day so much more memorable. Once the photo shoot is done, there is also a quick turn around so you get a sneak peak of the photos or video.
