My husband and I got my engagement ring and our wedding bands at Frost. The salespeople there are very nice and helpful, and I felt like they knew what they were talking about and didn't bullshit us in terms of quality and budget. The engagement ring I got is one of a kind and it was the first one they showed me in the store when I went in and had described my low maintenance and artistic style. I've never even been able to find one online like it, that's how unique it is. It is a great ring, a real piece of art, but wasn't over budget which my husband loved. After that, they worked with me to custom design my wedding band to fit the engagement ring. My vision off the top of my head was definitely unique and artsy and I wasn't sure it was logistically practical, but they had me draw it on a piece of paper and were so kind in believing in my amateur jewelry designer vision to help me bring it to life! I was so excited that I essentially got to create the template for the design that is my wedding band. It felt like I got to indulge the artist side of myself to create such an important piece of my everyday style and symbol of my marriage. They let us work within our budget, which was the most helpful thing of all. Lastly, all of the people I worked with there were really nice and professional. If I had to criticize one thing, it would be a very minor thing in that sometimes I had to follow up to make sure pieces were done on time because I didn't always get a call to notify me, but when I did follow up, they always took great care to ensure we met deadlines and were very friendly and prompt on the phone.

I couldn't love my engagement and wedding ring more. My husband designed my engagement ring with them and he said they were a pleasure to work with. I get so many compliments. When we went in to buy my wedding ring they designed it to fit perfectly with my other ring. They gave us a discount for the second ring and always validated our parking, which may not seem like much but being downtown, that's huge! I got my ring cleaned there several time, free of charge, and it always looked amazing after. I love Frost & Co. and couldn't recommend them more.

Frost can custom make rings--even design a band nearly identical to name-brand rings for half the cost of the name-brand ring. The store will keep ordering diamonds until you find the perfect one. Cleaning/dip was free before my wedding. Service was good. The store was never very busy.

We ordered an engagement ring from them and have been paying on it for over a year now. Due to a loss of a job and surgery we are unable to continue paying on this ring. We called asking to close the order and they told us if we didn't pay the ring in full we would not be refunded or credited our over 3000.00 back! We can not cancel this order without them KEEPING OUR 3000.00!!! No in store credit, no refund, no product!!! THEY ARE STEALING OUR MONEY!!! This is such a unprofessional,unethical way to run a business!
