Full Bloom

I loved working with Full Bloom for my wedding flowers. I had called multiple florist in the area and was told that I would have to have a package for my wedding flowers, when all I needed was my bouquet, a boutonniere for my groom and flowers for the cake. That was it. I called Full Bloom and they assured me that they could do my flowers and would be more than happy to do them. I loved the way my bouquet came out. I had pink roses, white stock, and blue larkspur/delphinium, as well as eucalyptus and lambs ear (which was one of the big asks that I had so my bouquet would match my bridesmaids fake ones). They arrived right on time for the delivery, the vase that my bouquet came in was lovely and the way that everything was put together was wonderful. I really don't have any complaints in regards to the professionalism, promptness, and kindness that I was shown by this florist. Everyone on staff that I spoke to was always so nice and willing to answer my questions and bounce ideas off of. I will defiantly be using their services again! Also! My bouquet has lasted for SO LONG! The flowers are still so fresh and beautiful and its been well over a week now.

From the very beginning, they were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were also so accommodating with my schedule. I told them about the main color I had for my wedding and what my vision was. Jenn was AMAZING. She pulled up pictures to give me ideas of the colors for the flowers..since I had no idea where to start from. I was able to see what they had been working on for other things so I could have an idea of what they do. Their designers are awesome! When we needed to make changes, they were so responsive and made me feel so at ease. Due to some changes at the church, I was not able to be there when they were delivered but when I got there they were ready and GORGEOUS!! They also made sure to deliver them in a way so they were easily transported to or reception venue. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU Full Bloom. I would and will use them in the future!

Kristen with Full Bloom was absolutely wonderful. We could not be any more amazed with her work. She ensured that every small detail was exactly how we wanted. We were so impressed with her and still cannot get over how beautiful the flowers were. She made our decision to book with her an easy one. Thank you Kristen and Full Bloom staff for all your hard work making our wedding perfect!

We had originally gone with this vendor after my cousin had a great experience with them. However, once we returned, we had bad customer service. To start off with, when my aunt went to pick up the flowers from the venue, the individual that was set to give them to us gave attitude towards my aunt for not supplying boxes when she had not been informed to bring any AND in the previous case, she was told they were supplied. Secondly, we did not receive all of the flowers we had paid for. After they were loaded into the car and 30 minutes before the wedding, we noticed we were missing one and called the shop who stated that HAD REALIZED IT 15 MINUTES AGO and decided not to call and let us know. The flowers were beautiful, but I would not use them again nor would I recommend them for another friend/family member.
