Clover Event Co.’s work for our November wedding was absolutely amazing in every single possible way. From our first planning meetings in the early spring, they were on top of the game, helping us source our vendors, coordinating calls with eac...h of them to figure out if they were the right fit, scheduling in-person meetings, tastings, walkthroughs, etc. As both of us have incredible busy schedules, it was hard to keep everything organized, and everything Clover did was a godsend. We would never have been able to manage our wedding and execute our vision without all of their support.
We checked out venues and vendors on our own, but we kept returning to the recommendations of Caitlin, Kellie, and Madeline, and ultimately found the absolutely perfect combination of vendors in the perfect place. When it came time to make choices on colors, fabrics, florals, and timing, they distilled the options and advice down to easily palatable decisions that never seemed overwhelming. And there was a healthy balance between their own experience of what works and what doesn’t, and the fact that it was our wedding with our own personal flairs. They always worked to help us reach our own vision for the wedding, and never pushed for anything they thought was different than we liked. The entire process was smooth, easy, and done with minimal stress. We felt heard and respected from day one.
Not only did they help us in the typical ways of wedding planning, but they also went above and beyond. As my wife was working through her medical residency, her hours were long and late. But Clover made sure they could schedule calls and catchups outside of their working hours to ensure she was included in the planning process and her thoughts and opinions were heard and included. Nights and weekends, they took time out of their personal lives to ensure she could stay in the loop and make important decisions for our day. They also joined us the night before the wedding to help us execute our welcome event, which was fantastic.
We also continue to have people tell us, months after the fact, that our invitations were spectacular, the signage so nice, and the place settings were extraordinary. The Clover team’s eye for design and their work in creating our wedding “brand” and style was spectacular. They tied everything together into the theme and made a style that was both elegant and entirely us. They even made a logo for us!
From Friday evening to the early hours of Sunday morning, they managed the logistics of our welcome event, the arrival of the vendors and band, and the execution of the actual event in a way that let us sit back and just experience our wedding with no stress or worry. They shepherded along through the various portions of the day in such a way that made it easy to enjoy ourselves. They kept everyone in the wedding party and the vendors in the loop about where we needed to be, what we needed to do, and how to do it. Caitlin and the rest of Clover made it easy to get married, and to have the best time doing it.
Ultimately, our wedding day was the best day of our lives (so far), and that is due in no small part to the work that Caitlin, Kellie, Madeline, and the rest of the Clover team did on that day and on the many weeks leading up to it. It would not have been as perfect and special without them, and we will be eternally grateful for everything they did. We hope that everyone can use them for planning their special days!
