I can't say enough good words about the entire Fulton team. From Caitlin to Madeline to their entire staff, they really made our wedding day/weekend incredible, and we could not have done it without them. I highly recommend working with Fulton.

Don't know where to begin describing how much we love the Fulton team and how I would have never survived my wedding without them. From my first call with Caitlin I knew they were the team I needed. Kellie was incredible helping us found the perfect vendor matches for us - we truly LOVED all of them. Caitlin was dealing with a couple with 0 styling abilities or vision, yet somehow knew what we would love anyway and made it happen!! Not to mention both were patient and helpful with my attire and accessories which may have been my #1 point of stress. Madeline was amazing with the coordination and details - and I was also the type to go deep into the details. We used Fulton for our stationary and day-of signage also, and got tons of compliments! I was a super stressed bride but magically felt better after every Fulton call. Day-of, Kellie, Madeline, and team were phenomenal. We continue to tell people how we can't think of anything that went wrong. I could go on and on about the Fulton team...our wedding day was perfect and we cannot recommend them enough!

I cannot imagine attempting to plan our wedding without the Fulton team. Leading up to the wedding, they had a very structured timeline that allowed us to stay on track and get all the vendors we wanted without having to move to our 2nd or 3rd choices. They were flexible with our work schedules and met us virtually late at night. They thought of every single detail so that we could discuss all our desires leading up to the wedding. They are attentive and professional. During wedding weekend, they ensured that everything went smoothly. They handled and resolved all the bumps that come up so that we could just be blissfully unaware. They made our weekend extremely special, beautiful, and unique to us. Caitlin and crew are problem solvers that you want on your side when you're planning and executing a wedding. I feel incredibly lucky that they chose to work with us!

The Fulton Events team is the best in the business and they produced the wedding of our dreams!!! It was an absolute pleasure working with Madeline and Caitlin start to finish. Caitlin curated a beautiful design that fit me and my husbands personal vibe and aesthetic perfectly. She helped us decide which design elements would be most impactful and we ended up with an absolutely stunning wedding. Madeline was our lead planner and we could have never pulled this off without her. Her organization and attention to detail is unmatched and I knew we could trust her immediately. Not only was Madeline so helpful and reassuring during the entire planning process, having Madeline and the Fulton team there on our wedding day gave us such piece of mind, my husband and I were truly able to enjoy the day start to finish knowing that everything was taken care of. I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the whole Clover team is. Throughout the entire planning process, the team made me feel so relaxed and kept everything so organized. They are truly experts at what they do and I couldn't have planned my wedding without their guidance. I met with Caitlin throughout my engagement and from the beginning, she fully understood my vision and how to bring it to life. When I saw the final product of what the venue looked like on our wedding day, I was absolutely speechless. It was perfect and better than anything I had envisioned for the day! The team was SO organized and SO pleasant to be around on our wedding day. Their planning allowed me and my family to enjoy the day and not have to worry about the logistics and everything went off without a hitch. They stayed with us all day and night made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves. Madeline was truly my lifeline the whole weekend and all of the months leading up to the day! She is the best and it was such a dream working with her. And Kellie was incredible in helping us select the best possible vendors. It was the perfect day and we owe it all to Clover. I HIGHLY recommend them to any future brides!! I had the distinct pleasure of being an event partner on an event with Caitlin (and her team) and she is the perfect event planner! If I had created a list of all of the features that an ideal planner should have, Caitlin exhibits each and every one - attentive, communicative, and trusting. Caitlin works hand-in-hand with her clients, as well as event partners, to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Caitlin overcommunicates and ensures that not one detail is not addressed or tended to, properly connects all event partners, and initiates conversations that need to take place, in order for everyone to operate at their optimal efficiency. On event day, Caitlin is calm, ready to adjust accordingly when needed, and always checking in on the team. Her professionalism, optimism, and pure desire to curate exceptional events is evident, and her trust of, and confidence in, her event partners is a testament to her ability to find the right fit for each event/client, and acclimate each event partner into the team flawlessly. Professionally, I know that when I'm working with Caitlin, it will be an impeccable production with top-tier results. Personally, when I'm working with Caitlin, I know that she will keep the entire process fun and each specialist will be acknowledged and cared for.

I've been putting off writing this review because every time I sit down to think about how overwhelmingly impressed I am by Caitlin and her Clover event team, I am at a loss for words! In sum, working with her transformed not only our wedding, of course, but our entire relationship with wedding planning. I am *not* a planner, and my husband and I were strapped for time in medical school and a PhD program, but Caitlin made every single part of the wedding planning process truly stress-free and fun. How is that even possible? With her help, we transformed a remote area in the middle of the woods into a stunningly beautiful, custom, unique, modern wedding venue. She handled absolutely every piece of it for us, never dropped any balls (not one), and was relaxed and capable through the whole thing. It was the wedding of our dreams and caused no stress, and we'll always think of Caitlin as a real friend. We met Madeleine day of to help out and she was incredibly kind, organized, capable, fun, and felt immediately like an old friend as she drove me to the wedding. Our wedding was simply perfect, the kind of wedding that has friends asking us months later "How'd you pull off something that beautiful and true to you without being stressed?" The truth is because of Clover! They are the best-- EVER!!!!!

Clover Event Co.’s work for our November wedding was absolutely amazing in every single possible way. From our first planning meetings in the early spring, they were on top of the game, helping us source our vendors, coordinating calls with each of them to figure out if they were the right fit, scheduling in-person meetings, tastings, walkthroughs, etc. As both of us have incredible busy schedules, it was hard to keep everything organized, and everything Clover did was a godsend. We would never have been able to manage our wedding and execute our vision without all of their support. We checked out venues and vendors on our own, but we kept returning to the recommendations of Caitlin, Kellie, and Madeline, and ultimately found the absolutely perfect combination of vendors in the perfect place. When it came time to make choices on colors, fabrics, florals, and timing, they distilled the options and advice down to easily palatable decisions that never seemed overwhelming. And there was a healthy balance between their own experience of what works and what doesn’t, and the fact that it was our wedding with our own personal flairs. They always worked to help us reach our own vision for the wedding, and never pushed for anything they thought was different than we liked. The entire process was smooth, easy, and done with minimal stress. We felt heard and respected from day one. Not only did they help us in the typical ways of wedding planning, but they also went above and beyond. As my wife was working through her medical residency, her hours were long and late. But Clover made sure they could schedule calls and catchups outside of their working hours to ensure she was included in the planning process and her thoughts and opinions were heard and included. Nights and weekends, they took time out of their personal lives to ensure she could stay in the loop and make important decisions for our day. They also joined us the night before the wedding to help us execute our welcome event, which was fantastic. We also continue to have people tell us, months after the fact, that our invitations were spectacular, the signage so nice, and the place settings were extraordinary. The Clover team’s eye for design and their work in creating our wedding “brand” and style was spectacular. They tied everything together into the theme and made a style that was both elegant and entirely us. They even made a logo for us! From Friday evening to the early hours of Sunday morning, they managed the logistics of our welcome event, the arrival of the vendors and band, and the execution of the actual event in a way that let us sit back and just experience our wedding with no stress or worry. They shepherded along through the various portions of the day in such a way that made it easy to enjoy ourselves. They kept everyone in the wedding party and the vendors in the loop about where we needed to be, what we needed to do, and how to do it. Caitlin and the rest of Clover made it easy to get married, and to have the best time doing it. Ultimately, our wedding day was the best day of our lives (so far), and that is due in no small part to the work that Caitlin, Kellie, Madeline, and the rest of the Clover team did on that day and on the many weeks leading up to it. It would not have been as perfect and special without them, and we will be eternally grateful for everything they did. We hope that everyone can use them for planning their special days!

Kelly and Caitlin are trustworthy, professional, and adaptable. Kelly was our lead planner for a 2-day, 230 person, traditional Hindu-Indian wedding. We hired the Clover team in a full-service capacity for the entire weekend and additionally for all our stationery needs. Together with Caitlin, Kelly delivered 4 events (Haldi, Sangeet, Baraat/Milni, and Ceremony/Reception) that fulfilled our vision and were logistically seamless. Beyond styling and other planning activities, Kelly and the Clover team were exceptional during our events. We had 15+ vendors, including multiple henna artists, an Indian DJ/dohl drummer, and baraat horse. There was rain during our planned outdoor ceremony. There were entire vendor conversations in hindi! Despite these challenges, Kelly operated independently to ensure all vendors were paid timely, knew their role and expectations, and were present and moving according to our timeline during the events. Additionally, she made sure our family and guests knew where to be and what they needed to do during the events. She included us in conversations and decisions where appropriate, and provided us with helpful information to inform our choices. She had a strong understanding of what was important to us and was able to bring that to the table consistently before, during, and after our wedding. When hiring a planner, our priorities were styling, timeline management, vendor identification/management, and day-of logistics and coordination. You can trust the Clover team to go above and beyond delivering in each of these areas, even if they haven't planned an event that "looks" just like yours before. They are confident and capable stepping out of their comfort zone and will ensure that you are taken care of the entire way, too.

My wife and I worked on our wedding weekend with Clover Event Co. (Caitlin, Jesse, and Madeline) over the course of four (yes, four) years: 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. My wife had followed Clover on social media before we became engaged, and she knew from the beginning that she wanted to work with them. This was a great choice, as Clover's work over the ensuing years proved. My wife and I knew, more or less, exactly the wedding that we wanted to have, we wouldn't settle for much less than a faithful version of what we had in mind, and Clover certainly brought that to life. What we didn't anticipate, however, was the COVID-19 pandemic delaying our wedding weekend not once, but twice (in 2020 and again in 2021), and Clover's ability to navigate both postponements so gracefully. (For example, after we finalized our first postponement, the Clover team shipped us a box of gourmet cookies, with icing reading, "New Date, Can't Wait!") Their entire team was a joy to work with, and we heartily recommend them to everyone.

The next best decision after deciding to get married was to work with Clover Events. They truly made everything feel so "easy" when I showed up for my wedding weekend. We had talked through everything (and I mean everything) so I could really play the role of "bride", my partner could play the role of "groom", and my mom could just enjoy the day. We worked mostly with Kellie with some collaboration with Caitlin especially around design. Kellie felt like an extension of our family - she is incredibly empathetic and even took the time to understand family dynamics and how to make everyone feel comfortable and included in the wedding process. I'm a fainter and even right before I walked down the aisle - Kellie had smelling salts and a glass of orange juice ready in case my blood sugars dropped - we never asked her to do this - she just did. Beyond just the way that Clover made us feel - the execution of the design was impeccable - the run of show went even better than planned - and they made the coordination of many vendors, many family members, and many friends seem easy. Clover really does have a special touch - they don't cut corners to give you a generic feel for your wedding day - they get to know each couple individually and adapt to make the weekend the best it can be for you. Do not walk - run to hire them. Everyone says their wedding and vendors are hyperbolically the "best" but with Clover - I really mean it!

The Clover team is amazing and I cannot imagine planning our wedding without them!! We got married at the Barnes Foundation and the room was insanely breathtaking. Caitlin is a design genius who somehow perfectly understood my style at every turn, and her team executes flawlessly (special shout-out to Madeline who made our day of so seamless and Kellie who was so instrumental in the lead up to the day). They are extremely professional and efficient, but also the warmest and kindest people who felt like part of the family by the end. If you have any doubts about hiring a wedding planner, know that they are worth 10x what you pay them. Thank you for making our planning and day stress free and beyond our wildest dreams!!!

Above and beyond. When we started planning, I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and Caitlin and her team knew exactly the right balance of offering expert advice when needed while also helping to nail the few things I actually had a vision for. They took my personal style and elevated it - so much so that 6 months later I am still getting compliments on my invite suite, my flowers, the decor, the vibes, the vendors. In fact, they helped put together such a stellar vendor team that I got compliments on the food from a chef, compliments from a musician on the band, and compliments from a florist on the flowers - all guests of ours. Clover just gets it. It was all so seamless and easy that it wasn't until months later when I had been to a few other weddings that I realized the true impact the Clover team had - when I tell you I worried about NOTHING during my wedding weekend, I mean NOTHING. They managed all the vendors, organized everything, and importantly, in those few days before and the actual day of the wedding, they took care of everything. Every time people talk about how "we now know" how stressful planning a wedding can be, I simply can't relate because of how on top of it this team was. I even inadvertently lit my makeup bag on fire in the venue before the ceremony and they were the ones who calmly handled it before I (or the venue) could even have a chance to freak out about it :) Simply put, Caitlin and her team are superbly exceptional at their jobs. Worth every single penny.

Clover Event Co. is the dream team. It was such a pleasure working with them and we could not have asked for a better group to plan our wedding. Kellie and team took time to understand our priorities, all of our questions, and provided suggestions as to how to accomplish them. It was really a dream come true thanks to Clover, and I found myself saying many times through the process - how does anyone get married without Caitlin? Caitlin helped me choose nearly every vendor - venues for Rehearsal dinner / Reception, florals, design, photography/videography, hair, make-up, etc. - and every single vendor was superb. I have zero design expertise and I can be the most indecisive person ever, despite having a vision for what I want. And Caitlin delivered beautifully on that vision. She has the most impeccable taste and I was able to trust her completely to execute on all the big and small details. As if I weren't impressed enough throughout the planning process, Caitlin, Charlotte, and the rest of the team blew me away on the day of with their organization, demeanour, and attentiveness. They made me, my groom, our families and our guests feel just so taken care of. I have received so many compliments from wedding guests on the ambiance, decor, experience, flow of events, attention to detail, etc., and I attribute all of that to Caitlin and the Clover team. I can't begin express how grateful I am for the Clover Event Co. team. Let me start by saying that my wedding was absolute perfection. Guest are still contacting me and telling me how beautiful and fun our wedding was. I always respond with, "Thank you! I had an amazing wedding planner!". That's because Kellie and the Clover team deserve all the credit. I worked primarily with Kellie and she was the perfect fit for me and my partner. I didn't really know what I wanted for my wedding expect, I knew I wanted it to look good and be a lot of fun for us and our guests. I fully trusted the Clover team with every aspect of my wedding. With every choice I had to make, I would always ask Kellie "What do you think would work best?" and I would choose whatever she suggested and it paid off tenfold. Kellie was also incredibly patient and kind with us. There are so many moving parts when you're planning a wedding and it can be very overwhelming at times. If I ever let something slip through the cracks or forget to respond to an email (which I often did), Kellie would remind me in a way where didn't feel judged or rushed. She was also amazing at handling my now husband, who had more questions than I did. I seriously could go on and on about my fantastic experience with Kellie and Clover but I won't bore you with all the other things they did to make my wedding unforgettable. If you've made it this far reading my review and are still contemplating whether to hire Clover Event Co., just do yourself the favor and do it. You'll be happy you did.

We knew we couldn't pull off the wedding of our dreams without Clover Event Co. Kellie's attention to detail throughout the planning process took a significant amount of work (and stress) off our plates. She went above and beyond to coordinate with our vendors and ensure our plans were on track. On top of this, she was flexible with our meeting times and was ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. We can't tell you how many times we said, "Kellie remembers everything. How does she do it?" She collected every detail to make sure the day flowed smoothly. We also relied on Clover to style our ceremony and reception spaces, and WOW did they deliver. Clover has an incredible inventory of modern, eye-catching decorations and set up our space in the most visually-appealing way. On top of this, they had a creative vision. We had so many compliments from our guests. We cannot thank Clover enough for their hard work throughout our planning process. What a talented and professional team. We were leaving our final venue walk-through and my husband said, "Clover is the best money we spent on our wedding."

Caitlin and the Clover team are simply put, fantastic! I used to work in events and am a generally organized person, but there are SO many things to consider and remember when planning your own wedding, let alone during a pandemic. Caitlin helped us navigate through all the tough decisions, connected us with awesome vendors, kept us within necessary timelines, and brought so much creativity and unique ideas to our overall wedding style and aesthetic. Guests were so impressed by all the details that Caitlin and her team tied together on our wedding day and most of all, we and all of our guests had a blast! Having Caitlin's expertise throughout the planning process and the support of her and her team the day-of was invaluable and the best decision we could've made. I can't recommend Clover Event Co enough!

Hiring Caitlin and her team was hands down the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator because I thought I could "do it all myself." But I knew I needed at least a "month of" coordinator so that I could relax on the day of the wedding. Boy, was I wrong about being able to do it myself. I absolutely NEEDED Caitlin. There were so many moving pieces and people to coordinate (and this was before COVID ruined everything, more on that below). I'm a practicing attorney and I've closed multi-million dollar transactions as well as helped run trials at two "big law" firms and the greatest praise I can give to Caitlin is that I would hire her for my team any day. Caitlin is smart, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and A-type (which I say in the best way possible). The biggest mistake I made was not hiring her from the beginning. Trust me, she is worth every penny. To give some more detail, we were married on 12.31.2021. This was the height of the omicron wave of the pandemic. We had over 60 guest cancel in the week before the wedding, including bridesmaids and a groomsman. Caitlin took it all in stride and handled everything seamlessly, which was not an easy task as we had to remove tables and reassign seats up to the night before the wedding! And, she was so kind and calming, and put up with my extreme emotions. We also had difficulty with some of our vendors (both due to COVID and not), and she was a true professional. Whenever something went wrong, we knew Caitlin would handle it perfectly. I truly cannot say enough good things about her, and I am a touch critic. I would recommend her to any friend or family member getting married, and I can't wait to have a vow renewal to hire her again!

I truly cannot say enough positive things about Kellie and Clover Event Company. There were countless times throughout the wedding planning process that I said I would have given up without Kellie! We were lucky enough to work with them twice: once for a pandemic elopement project (Equal Dignity Pop Up Nuptials) which we took part in in March 2021, as well as for our wedding reception. The entire company is nothing but professional with top of their class expertise. Kellie’s execution in the planning process and on our wedding day was flawless, and I truly came to think of her as a friend. The three assistants she had in tow on our wedding day were qualms wonderful and friendly. I could go on and on with more specific examples, but instead will just offer my strongest endorsement of Clover Event Company!

I had the time of my life at our wedding and it was all thanks to the tireless and excellent planning provided by Clover Event Co. For background, we had to postpone our original wedding date due to Covid and attempting to plan during an unpredictable timeframe proved to be extremely overwhelming. Feeling exhausted, I reached out to Caitlin and her team seven months before our new date. During my first call with Caitlin, I knew she was my kind of wedding planner! She is energetic, creative, and goal-oriented. All the things you would hope to find. She brought life and fun back into planning when I was feeling so beaten down by the circumstances. Her expertise comforted me, guided me, and elevated our wedding to levels I couldn’t have previously dreamed of achieving. Our wedding was absolutely seamless. Seriously, guests have repeatedly told us how perfect everything was. Even the venue staff said they had never seen the space look so beautiful! It was truly everything I could have hoped and dreamed for. Hiring Clover Event Co. made all the difference and we will always be beyond grateful for their hard work, creativity, and excellent planning. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of them and how important they are to add to your vendor team!

I've had the unique experience of working with the Clover team, both as a fellow wedding industry vendor and as a client. They are truly the best at what they do. I've noticed for many years how organized, thoughtful and incredibly creative they are, from a "behind the scenes" / vendor standpoint. I've been particularly impressed by how gracefully they handled so many covid pivots and postponements. So, when it was my turn to plan my own wedding, I knew exactly who to turn to. Running my own wedding business during the hectic 2021 year made me nearly unavailable to consider any of my own details. I'm so grateful that we had Caitlin and Kellie on our team to handle so many of the details and logistics - it literally would have been impossible to pull off this event without them. They were available and responsive to all questions and were amazing at keeping us on schedule and being realistic about what our budget would allow. They connected us with many of the vendors we ended up hiring (even finding us a videographer <2 wks before wedding day!) - all of which were the perfect fit. Design-wise, they have such great taste. I was, at times, very vague with the overall look I was hoping for, but they continually offered up great ideas and came up with a fantastic overall branding for the event. From the Save the Dates to the invitations, to the menus and signage - everything was completely cohesive. I was truly speechless when the final setup was revealed - the venue was transformed beyond my wildest expectations. And lastly, the team the helped us onsite on wedding day - Kellie, Kelly, Jesse & Shaun - were phenomenal. They were so attentive to every detail and took such great care of all our guests. Our family is still raving about the level of service they provided. They seemed to sense every need before we even asked. We're so grateful for the Clover team and highly suggest adding them to your event team!

Choosing Clover was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding, and judging by some of the other reviews on here we’re clearly not alone in saying that. Our original wedding date was supposed to be in June 2020, and while we were heartbroken to have to postpone it due to Covid, we felt so lucky that we had Caitlin as our planner because she took care of everything for us. We had been working with Caitlin as our lead planner since we got engaged in 2018, and we were so impressed with how knowledgeable, organized, and proactive she is. When we postponed our wedding, we ended up switching lead planners for scheduling reasons, which is how we got the lucky privilege of working with another Clover all-star, Jesse. There are not enough good things we can say about Jesse. She is extremely creative and talented, is a truly great listener, and brings an invaluable calming, confident presence to the wedding planning process and the big day itself. In the months leading up to our new wedding date, we throughly enjoyed our Zoom meetings with Jesse planning all the fun final details of the wedding. She kept us reassured that we would have the wedding of our dreams despite whatever challenges the world and the pandemic may throw at us. And she was right, our wedding was the best day of our lives and the credit has to go to the phenomenal team at Clover. 2020 and 2021 were crazy years to plan a wedding, but Kellie at Clover held our hand every step of the way. From initial vendor suggestions to styling meetings to the final touch-bases before the big day, she was so thorough and thoughtful with every detail. On the day of, she had three assistants with her, making it seem like she was really in four places at once. They were an absolutely amazing team who made us feel well taken care of and like we could be completely hands off and just enjoy the day. I'm sure there were many things happening in the background that we never even knew about because she took care of it all. Plus, Clover offers access to a wide selection on day-of inventory for things like cake stands and frames so that you don't have to worry about finding and buying those things! Really helped the whole vision stay together cohesively. Thank you for everything Kellie!! We couldn't have done it without you!

By far the best decision we made in selecting wedding vendors. My husband and I started off planning a wedding for May 2020 and wanted to hire Clover to help keep us on task and organized. Once COVID hit, Kellie + the Clover team helped us navigate several date changes, a change in venue for reception + ceremony, fluctuating guest count and crafting clever correspondence for our guests covering COVID safety protocols, an uncommunicative vendor, and everything else thrown at us during the pandemic, and they did it all with a smile and attitude that put us at ease. Our wedding (finally in April 2021) was nothing short of perfect and we could not have done it without Clover and Kellie. They made our wedding, with all obstacles, an absolutely beautiful event that we will never forget.

The best decision we made! As a type A consultant who project manages for a living, I knew (or thought I could) manage many of the wedding details myself, though having Caitlin and her team is just essential. While I had specific ideas for florals, I was looking for help with the wedding styling/design, recommendations for vendors and assistance during the weekend itself. Hiring Caitlin and her team was the best investment and decision we made, and she and the Clover team truly exceeded all of our expectations. They go above and beyond and we could not have been more thrilled with our entire wedding weekend- it was truly perfect for us and Clover was vital in making it all happen. Caitlin was instrumental in creating our overall design and aesthetic, making sure it was cohesive and carried through in all of the wedding details. She helped us fine-tune all of our different ideas early on to ultimately translate and bring our vision to life, while also ensuring that the entire weekend, day of details, and timeline proceeded seamlessly (and during the weekend of the Philly marathon weekend to boot)! We got engaged in May of 2020, and Caitlin guided us through all the evolving Covid protocols, general worries and different regulations. She helped us select our different vendors based on our tastes (which were all A++) and easily and knowledgeably answered our myriad of questions. Most importantly, she helped navigate all the minute details and wedding minutiae during an increasingly busy wedding season. She was our guidepost. Caitlin is smart, warm, diplomatic and confident — all things you’d want in the person driving the show and coordinating with the venue and different vendors. As the bride (and a relatively controlling and anxious one at that), I was able to completely relax on Saturday as I knew I was in excellent hands with Caitlin and her whole team. We would hire and recommend the Clover team over and over and early on in the planning process it was easy to want to recommend Caitlin and her team to friends also getting married! You would be in excellent hands :)

Words cannot begin to capture how amazing it was to work with the Clover team. Kellie is nothing short of an angel. We were originally scheduled to have our large wedding in June 2020 and found ourselves rescheduling (not once but twice!) to November 2021 --- and we couldn't have done it without Kellie. She was organized, professional, positive, and creative. Kellie's enthusiasm elevated the joyful parts of planning a wedding and kept us going through the challenges that the pandemic threw our way. We had Kellie's undivided attention and support for nearly three years of wedding planning. She incorporated our ideas, answered all of our quirky questions, and kept us and all of our vendors organized along the way. Kellie's attention to detail and amazing design eye made for a special day that ran incredibly smoothly and looked absolutely gorgeous. And! At one point in the day, the Clover team even ran back to my hotel room to find and bring me an obscure item of clothing that was missing from my outfit! Talk about service! We cannot recommend Clover enough to anyone who is looking for a seamless, stress-free, beautiful, and enjoyable experience.

Caitlin+team are the best! Like many, we scheduled our wedding before COVID and had to plan, move, and ultimately throw the wedding from 2020-2021. Caitlin was a rock the whole way through - very knowledgeable and reliable, and strikes the perfect mix of proactivity/adding value without being at all pushy. For example, when I told her I wasn't ready to book more vendors, she said something like 'I completely understand, here are some things to keep in mind (vendor policies, timelines, etc.), and let's check in at X point in time to reassess.' - super professional, empathetic, and helpful during a stressful time. Also note that I was in LA making a lot of decisions from afar and she was extremely helpful / able to work via Zoom. She helped us move our date and location and didn't skip a beat. She then brought our day to life perfectly. I wasn't a bride that was overly prescriptive on every single detail; based on her portfolio I trusted her with certain design choices and she delivered something chic, effortless, and timeless. I can't emphasize enough how many compliments I got on the reception setup and aesthetic. For example, a family friend saw pictures from the wedding weekend and booked our venue the next week. Lastly, I want to make sure to add how much I respect how she handled the biz troubles caused by COVID to a small business. Clover kept their clients updated during the pandemic, was very transparent w/ policies, regulations, etc. During trying times like that, it's probable that many business may default to more client-unfriendly approaches and that was not the case with Clover. Caitlin is a badass business owner, wedding planner, and person. We are so thankful to her for managing our special weekend and recommend others do the same!

Clover was one of the first vendors I booked for my wedding. Meeting my husband in Manayunk, it was super exciting to me to keep it local. I was "assigned" Kellie, but really we became besties immediately. I am not sure how I can thank her enough for the work she did, but really my sanity was saved by her. Being a COVID bride, I always appreciated her level-headedness, quick responses, ability to pivot, and of course, my insane requests. She always made me feel validated and made my vision, which was not your typical wedding vision, come to life. She is so organized and has the best memory. Throughout the wedding planning process I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of someone who was just my vendor, which made it so much easier. The week of my wedding and the day of were so enjoyable and stress free because I knew Kellie was in charge of everything. I've never seen a wedding run so smoothly, and I have to believe it was because of her. I can't say enough about her, Clover, and her team of assistants and recommended vendors.

Where to begin….as many other reviews have said, hiring Clover and working with Jesse specifically was hands down the best money we spent for our wedding. As a type-A film producer, I know what it’s like to plan a large scale event, deal with transportation issues, catering concerns, and stick to a budget and a very tight timeline. However, I quickly understood what a unique, different beast of an event a large wedding is, and I am utterly grateful that Jesse was even more organized and detail oriented than I am at her job! After we got engaged we agreed instantly that we only wanted to have a large wedding if it wasn’t cookie cutter, felt unique to our vibe, and it felt like an actual PARTY. So, once we found our dream venue, which was a concert venue, we decided we had to lean hard into the theme of a concert festival wedding. Amazingly, Jesse had worked for Live Nation concerts in a previous life and she was SO down to help us pull off this vision without it feeling cheesy or like a 16 year old’s birthday party. She saved us countless hours and tons of money by recommending vendors who she thought would fit the tone, our priorities and our budget. (Go ahead, Google “wedding photographers in Philadelphia” and just TRY not to get overwhelmed!) When it got closer to the day she was also incredible of helping us navigate challenging family tree issues, find creative ways to make sure our guests got to experience all food trucks, entertainment and significant family moments in our expansive venue, and help my scattered brain know what linens, chairs, centerpieces and reception floor plans were the smart choice. Also, did I mention that Jesse magnificently juggled all of our super specific details with multiple other weddings AND being a new Mom? She truly was Wonder Woman in our eyes and never dropped the ball, or failed to respond to an email, text or call in an insanely timely manner. Then the day of the actual event I truly don’t know how we could’ve pulled it off without her and the other Clover assistants. From dropping off my bouquet at the hotel we were getting ready at for photos, to gorgeously setting up our unique concept of a “Will Call/Box Office” for our escort card table, to reworking our timeline on the fly to fit everything still in when our ceremony went a little long, to also even being down to participate in a magic illusion we planned instead of a traditional couple introduction, to knowing how to get a black grease mark off the back of my dress minutes before the ceremony started, to also just being the best damn cheerleader a couple could ever ask for on the day. Trust me, she did the job of 20 people effortlessly and always keeping OUR vision and vibe in mind. You can try to DIY, but I was able to have the best day of my life because I could just relax and know that Clover was taking care of the details, vendors, and problem solving if need be for me. We’ve lost count of how many of our friends and family said this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and that they’ve never been to a more unique ceremony or reception that truly captured who we are as a couple. We just wish we could hire Jesse to be our 1st AD on our film shoots since we’d never worry about making our days or coming in over budget again. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jesse + Team Clover!

Clover Event Co was our guiding light throughout wedding planning. We booked with Caitlin in early 2019 because we had no idea where to begin. We loved that she was local to our neighborhood and all of Clover's events looked so stylish and fun. Caitlin helped us select the best vendor team and we were all set for our August 2020 wedding. Cue the pandemic where Caitlin and team didn't miss a beat rescheduling our postponement, all while keep us stress free. Caitlin even helped us through together a last minute micro wedding at our house to honor our original date. We were six months out when our original venue canceled on us, and Caitlin was able to secure a beautiful new venue with our original vendor team. There we so many planning hurdles that the pandemic brought our way, and Caitlin & team executed flawlessly. Day the of team made it so we didn't have to worry for a minute about how the day unfolded, even with a last minute ceremony change to be indoors because of a tropical storm. Not only is Clover's planning and execution the best, but their design and signage is gorgeous. Caitlin designed beautiful signage and logos for our micro wedding that we carried through our large wedding. The Clover team transformed an already gorgeous space into and event that truly matched our aesthetic and vision. I wish I could spend every day in that space. We would not have been able to pull off a wedding without Caitlin and team. They are true professionals and best you can get. Our wedding(s) were the best because of Clover!

Hiring Clover Event Co for our wedding was the absolute BEST DECISION I think I ever made! We worked with Caitlin for our wedding on 9/18/21. I honestly knew within a day of working with her that she was by far the best wedding planner I could have ever hired. We originally had our wedding planned for 9/19/20 but due to covid we decided to legally get married with just immediate family on that date and then postpone the largerish (34 people) 2nd wedding/anniversary party to 9/18/21. She not only helped with all the postponements but also helped me plan the small family ceremony in 2020. She literally is a freaking rockstar! Without her, I don't think I would have had any clue what to do or how to stay on track. She did SO much for us! She helped us pick all our vendors, kept us on a timeline, did multiple check in meetings, helped with the design and then helped with the design AGAIN when I decided I no longer liked my original idea. She made the coolest signage for us (bar signs, lounge area sign, welcome signs). She made the invitations, wrote up the timeline for the day of, I could go on and on. She truly does it all and does it with style! She made the planning process FUN and she has the best ideas that you wouldn't even think of doing that added to our day so much! I didn't think I wanted a lounge area for our wedding until Caitlin mentioned it and honestly it was by far my favorite detail of the entire day. I cannot sing her praises enough. As I said, Best decision EVER!!!

Working with Clover Event Co. was the best decision we made for our big day. From the first call to the last, we were treated as family. Caitlin and her team even remembered the name of our dogs and would ask about them at every opportunity. I had never experienced the type of anxiety I had when trying to figure out all the details that went into our wedding, but Caitlin and her team continued to reassure us that everything was going smoothly, and that we were on track with our timeline. From picking out wedding colors to deciding on favors, Clover gave their utmost attention to every detail to make sure it all tied together beautifully. Words cannot describe the feeling I had when I walked into our ceremony and reception space, seeing all the hard work finally before us. I was speechless at the design. We received many compliments (from guests and vendors alike) that this was one of the best-designed weddings they had been a part of. We didn’t need to lift a finger on our wedding day. Caitlin and her team checked in while we were getting ready and then got to work. At one point in the night, Caitlin saw my partner and I filling a plate with food in between the constant greetings from our guests. She approached, laughed, and told us to go sit and rest for a few minutes. She then brought over a plate to sustain our dancing energy and even joined us on the dancefloor herself. Her team is professional, relaxed, and incredibly talented at making their clients feel like celebrities on their wedding day. You will not regret your decision to have Clover Event Co. be part of your big day!

Wow!!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Caitlin and team at Clover Event Company. We were engaged in the midst of Covid and therefore had constantly changing plans during our wedding planning process. Caitlin and her team were on top of everything including regulation updates/changes and were so wonderful at keeping us up to date. She was prepared for a wedding ranging from 30-200 people and was so calm and collected throughout the whole process. In the end, we got the wedding of our dreams. Caitlin flawlessly coordinated every single moving part of the wedding and I could not have asked for a better experience. Even when there was a risk of rain on our wedding day, she was able to create a beautiful indoor cocktail space the day of the wedding! She was so great at helping us navigate the whole planning process--keeping us involved in all of the fun design/planning aspects while dealing with all of the tedious coordination behind the scenes. Last but not least, Caitlin and her entire team were such kind and wonderful people. It was a blast having them at the wedding not just as our wedding planners but as our friends! We can’t wait to keep up with them in the future and see all of the other amazing weddings that they come up with.

I was first drawn to the Clover teams work because it balanced modern, romantic, and unique. Then I met Caitlin & Kellie at a bridal event and immediately connected with their warm & engaging energy. When looking for a team I needed someone who could help me navigate the wedding industry understanding where I should spend vs save, who could help my vision come to life, and who could take charge day of so I could fully relax and soak it all in — Kellie & the Clover team did all of that & more!!! Kellie took the time to truly understand me, my fiancé, and our family and translate that into our day. The whole wedding weekend felt like a perfect culmination of who we are as a couple! Kellie & the whole team has a gift to be able to see that & capture it in an event. On top of all of that Kellie helped us completely replan our wedding. We originally had a big city wedding booked and with COVID our plans had to change. Kellie helped us navigate the twists & turns of changing everything. She helped us understand regulations, find & book new vendors, cancel old vendors, and bring our vision to life. All while lending me an ear to talk out the stressors I was feeling!! Lastly, on the day of kellie & her team were everywhere!! They kept me calm, Managed any fires that popped up, always were on top of things. I truly could relax and enjoy every minute of the day. Truly when anyone asks me if they should get a planner I can say it was the best investment I’ve ever made. I would cut a million other things in my budget to keep Kellie & her team. They are the best of the best and the only people I’d hire for any event in the future. If you can’t already tell, I’m a Clover fan girl for life.

There aren’t enough words to explain how wonderful our journey of planning my daughters wedding was with Kellie from Clover Event Co. My daughters original wedding was planned for a beautiful venue in the city and we had hired Kellie right before Covid hit , but once we found ourselves in the midst of a pandemic we had to navigate changing venues, finding new vendors, replanning a backyard wedding and so much more... Kellie was absolutely incredible at every turn!! She calmed our fears and guided us to the most perfect backyard wedding of my daughter’s dreams!!! She truly was more like family by my daughter’s wedding day than our planner and her attention to detail was more than we could ever imagine!! She spent almost everyday with us the week before the wedding making sure that everything my daughter and future son in law wanted was taken care of perfectly... and the day of their wedding we were able to enjoy every beautiful moment because she was taking care of all the details..!! She was the best thing we ever did for my daughters wedding... !!!

If I could give more than 5 stars for Clover Event Co, I would. I'm not even religious but Kellie is a godsend sent from heaven. My fiancé and I aren't even married yet but felt the obligation to write this review to express my upmost gratitude for Kellie and the Clover Event Co team. Having to navigate through the already confusing wedding planning process and adding in a unpredicted pandemic has been exhausting but Kellie is surely is our life boat in this whole ordeal. We are still looking forward to whatever celebration in May 2021 is to come and are especially thankful for Kellie who has looked into every option to still hold a celebration, keeping us up to date on event capacities and CDC guidelines.

I'm a wedding photographer and the Clover ladies are incomparable to work with. They are the first company that I recommend to my couples and they are not only invaluable to my workflow and job on a wedding day, but I see first hand how invaluable they are to the couple as well. They are a calming presence, know how to have fun, don’t take themselves too seriously, have impeccable taste and style (not every planner I work with has this), and make everyone’s jobs around them easier by being present. The fact that I don’t even have to plan a timeline with my couple is incredible. I know when I work with them that I’ll get a timeline sent to me and I can check it over, ask for a tweak if I need it, and can focus on other parts of my job. Now in the days of Pinterest, so many couples think they don’t need planners and that they can do it all themselves and in that case, as a photographer, a lot of extra stuff that isn’t technically part of my job becomes my task without a planner present. It’s a huge sigh of relief when I know Clover is handling a wedding. I’m allowed to completely focus on my job without scrambling to help in other areas. They are on top of communication, creating a timeline that doesn’t feel rushed yet still includes everything that’s essential, and they clearly love what they do and value relationships with their clients and fellow vendors. They have a friend for life with me and I’d love my job all the more if they were at every wedding with me. Ahh, if only. Can’t recommend them enough!

It’s impossible to recap my overwhelmingly positive experience with Clover Event Co. I’d been reluctant to work with a wedding planner but the second I met with the team I knew the fit was perfect. I began planning with Clover in January and os had ~3 months of pre-COVID planning experience. From the onset they were highly organized—from the to-do lists based on priority to vendor sourcing to contract management. Their approach eased my anxiety and I found myself actually enjoying planning a big wedding. And then COVID turned our worlds upside down. The ambiguity about whether or not my big city wedding could happen totally deflated my excitement. But Clover, particularly Kellie + Caitlin, stepped in and worked overtime to plan alternate options. Kellie also sat (metaphorically over Zoom) with me when I cried and validate how unfair it all was. And when I decided 2 months before my planned date that I wanted an elegant backyard wedding at my parents’ farm they enthusiastically changed course. I could not believe the amount of work completed in 3 months to bring my new vision to life. No detail was overlooked—my input on style + decor was always prioritized. The wedding day itself was seamless. I was able to fully enjoy everything from the time I woke up until the time I collapsed into bed. Now I cannot imagine having had any other wedding setting—and I credit a lot of that to Clover’s efforts. They transformed 10 acres into an elegant tented event that felt intimate and full of details/elements/undertones that captured my personality (and my husband’s and our families). I’ve never felt so special as I did that day, COVID be damned. I also appreciated how cost-conscious they were. I never felt pressured to spend more or embarrassed that made choices based on financial considerations. In an industry that feels like there are people constantly up-selling you this was refreshing. It helped deepen my relationship with Caitlin, Kellie, & all of Clover because I trusted they acted on behalf of my interests. I wish I could get married again (to my husband!) to be able to work with Clover again. An absolute delight—they made wedding planning enjoyable despite the difficult circumstances.
