Fun Bus Adventures

We booked this company for our wedding, over a year out. Paid them in full, made sure all the details were taken care off, offered to cover hotel and food accommodations. It was a out of town wedding and they would be traveling for us. Well come 11 days before the wedding, and I’m checking my email. I get a email from this company saying they have to cancel our contract due to short staffing. 11 days. And in a email! They didn’t even call me! When I called them they were just so passive about it like. Oh well, sorry. You get a full refund. So we had to scramble to find another company to do the job, I understand the staffing issue. But if we, as the customer, we’re to cancel we are required to provide a decent amount of time in notice. 11 days would never have cut it. This company has not reached out to me to discuss what happened, or apologize in person (a phone call would be great). But we never got one, when my husband called to question this he got the same passive responses, like it didn’t matter. It did though! It left us in a really tough spot. Again we understand the staffing issue. But come on 11 days before you are due to preform a service! It was a sad situation. I would and will avoid this company all together!! Pay a little extra somewhere else because they showed up and saved the day! This company should be a ashamed of themselves for treating a client like that!

Fun Bus ruined our wedding. They did not honor the terms of our contract, leaving guests at our reception stranded in an area with very little Uber or Lyft service. The driver, when he did bother to show up, was very rude and unaccommodating. There is no number to call on the weekends, we found out on our Wedding Day. In short, never trust this company for anything. The most incompetent organization I've ever come across and I now have a sour memory of our wedding night thinking about all our guests stranded without transportation and trying to get in touch with someone at this godforsaken business. I'd leave negative stars if allowed.

We rented a trolley for 10 hours for our daughter's wedding. It seats around 30 people. Dale was our driver and he was fabulous! He was very patient, professional and friendly. He drove us all to pictures ( a few locations), then to the reception. He also took all of our hotel guests to/from the hotel. We were downtown Columbus for everything. He really was great! Also thank you to Millie for working with me on the timeline! Prices for their different size buses/trolleys are very reasonable. Thank you Fun Bus for helping make the wedding day for our daughter so much FUN!

We used the fun bus trolley for day of transportation for our bridal party! They were timely and our driver was very friendly day of. Leading up to the wedding, there were multiple miscommunications which made things a little frustrating. Luckily, everything worked out! You pay for the full 10 hours whether you only need 3 or 9, but they were flexible with times on the day of. Good experience overall and made for great pictures!

We used the Fun Bus Trolley for our wedding transportation. It was an amazing deal to have the trolley all day from 3:00pm until 1:30am! The driver was prompt and followed the schedule to a T. They also were very flexible at the end of the night to take people where they needed to go. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We hired Fun Bus to safely transport our guests from the hotel to the ceremony/reception and back to the hotel. Everything was great and easy to work with up front, but the driver of the trolley was wildly unprepared and unfamiliar with the area. It resulted in guests arriving LATE to our ceremony. The trolley also did not return for the final pick up of the night, leaving behind several bridesmaids and friends that stayed behind to help clean up.

We had an awesome experience with the fun bus! We went with the trolley for our wedding day. The trolley is so cute that we took a few photos of the wedding party on the trolley. The fun bus brought us to all the spots for our photos and then headed back the the hotel to bring guests to the ceremony. They then brought us up to court street after our reception! They were beyond accommodating and so helpful throughout the entire day!!! They were on time and followed the schedule that we had created prior to the event. Thank y’all for helping to make our day so special!!!!!

I did not use Funbus for a wedding venue, however I would not recommend the company. I did a winery/brewery tour with this company. It was so disorganized. They did not have enough seats for the passengers. People had to wait for hours at different wineries or breweries. We were left at a brewery for over 3 hours. In fact the brewery closed and were kind enough not to kick us out in the rain to wait. I sent an email asking for a refund and was basically told too bad. Don’t ruin your wedding day with this company. It’s too special of a day!

I really wish I could review negative stars for FUN BUS Adventures based out of Lancaster, Ohio. We used Funbus as a vendor for our wedding for a form of Trolley transportation. Originally we applied for the Charleston, WV Mountaineer Trolley but had to jump through hoops and FunBus decided to put a bid on us so we happily took the bid and contracted the FunBus Trolley. We confirmed our itinerary via phone and email over 5 times. Yet what happens on the wedding day? They don’t know where to be or what time be there, in addition to the driver not listening to directions from my Grandfather and sitting at a lost location for over an hour while the bridal party waited to be transported. This offset the whole wedding day making us speed up our photography and barely giving the bridal party time to even arrive at the ceremony. Which was originally the main plan for having the transportation...to make the day go smoothly!! We wanted to take our time getting photos prior to the wedding. In addition, the driver would not listen to instructions, and tended to turn the wrong way down one way streets and stopped and parked on the Boulevard in Charleston to look at her map instead of listening to my Grandfather....Like literally stopped on the boulevard. We still very upset about how such a minor detail can harm your whole wedding day and put everyone in a crunched and stressful timeline. We have called and emailed for an explanation from the company but still have not received a response. For the price it took to contract this company I can’t help but wonder how everything got so messed up and ruined the beginning of our wedding day. LONG STORY SHORT- Do not use FunBus for any reason whatsoever. We emailed them, and very politely informed them of the issue, hoping for a simple apology, human errors happen, life goes on... when we get in response was a very nasty phone call from the president of the company, blaming us for the whole thing and calling us liars and everything else under the sun. I don’t believe this lady understands how to handle customer service matters. She was extremely rude and aggressive. Please, save your money and look elsewhere for your wedding transportation needs.

We are Lancaster Locals, so using fun bus was a given, but even so, it does not diminish the fact that they are FANTASTIC. They are accessible, friendly, accommodating, and clean. They will make sure you are happy with your service. We worked with Johnathan, and was wonderful. He gave us a tour of the vehicles, and answered all our questions. He made sure our drivers for the day knew what they needed to do to get our 200+ guests to the venue on time, and home safely. They were willing to have a late bus for an after party for us and our wedding party (they even stopped by Steak -n-shake for a late-night frisco melt). I would HIGHLY recommend. Their prices are reasonable, their staff is incredible, and alcohol is allowed in the vehicles (which is always a plus- why else have a designated driver?). Thank you Johnathan and Fun Bus!!!

We rented a trolley for our wedding day and it turned out to be a great choice. They were very easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and the transportation on our wedding day went seamlessly. We had a great time on the trolley in our way to the reception, would highly recommend!

The president of this company is so nasty and rude she sent me an incredibly rude email after I declined to use her services which are grossly over priced I can not imagine why anyone would ever hire them. Not the kind of negativity you want to deal with when planning a wedding!! Don't even bother contacting them!!!

We rented a trolley for our wedding transportation and it was a hit!! They are so easy to work, I made our own itinerary and they gave suggestions to help everything flow right. We were able to use the trolley for pictures and for guest transportation to and from our wedding. Sebastion was a great driver and so friendly!!

We had booked another trolley company for our wedding and they backed out of our contract a few months before our wedding (we booked them 9 months in advance). Luckily we found Fun Bus and they were available to provide a trolley for our wedding (thank goodness!). Fun Bus was very responsive to questions and professional. Our driver was very sweet and accommodating. She was prompt in pick-up times and kept us on track with our timeline we had previously sent her. Our guests loved the trolley experience! Plus, we were able to bring food and drinks on the trolley which was great!! Highly recommend using them for your next event.

My husband and I, our wedding party, plus their dates utilized the trolley though The Fun Bus for transportation from our ceremony site to our reception site. The trolley is spacious enough to hold 30 passengers, and allows passengers to bring aboard food and drinks for the ride. It was such a fun experience, and our wedding party really appreciated having that transportation. The trolley was so unique and beautiful to see, and we received many compliments on it. We were able to leave all of our things on the trolley upon arrival to the reception, because we were then picked up by the same trolley once the reception was over to get to our hotel. Our driver was incredibly kind and patient with us, and kept our belongings safe on the trolley while we enjoyed the reception. We were so lucky to have been able to find the trolley available at somewhat late notice and at an affordable price. We would absolutely recommend this service to anyone else looking for unique transportation options for their whole wedding party!

Due to limited parking available for our outdoor wedding at the non-traditional location, we hired The Fun Bus in Lancaster to help our guests travel from the host hotel to our venue. Our guests loved the unique trolley and enjoyed being relieved of the responsibility of driving. The driver was kind and safe. Our only hiccup was that the company called to follow up with pick up times and wanted to pick my guests up 1.5 hours before I had scheduled. What in the world are my guests going to do for 3 hours before the ceremony actually starts? I said no and had our limo company help with guest transportation to ensure all guests arrived on time for the start of the ceremony and everything went smoothly. I was very happy with the quality of the trolley services.

We had some unique transportation needs for our special day. We needed something that would pick up the wedding party from the hotel and take them to the venue, something that could accommodate a variety of physical limitations, and something that we could utilize from 3:00 pm until 12:30 am. And we needed ALL of that at a very, very reasonable price. Well, Fun Bus was the solution. They met every single item on our checklist AND we were able to rent the trolley to boot! That was a huge bonus because it was unique and great for pictures! Our driver was wonderful. He called me before his arrival to give me and ETA to the hotel to pick us up. He answered his cell phone on the few occasions I needed to call him with questions for guests. He even handled a last minute request to pick up the Bagpipers and Drummers from their set up location after their transportation failed to arrive. AMAZING! Funbus was great to work with while planning our event. They responded to my e-mails and phone calls almost immediately. They were professional, polite, courteous and very easy to work with every step of the way. Please choose Funbus as your wedding day transportation. You will be happy you did!

We booked the Troley with Creative Coach/Fun Bus and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We had the trolley all day from 8-6 and it was so wonderful to not have to worry about how anyone was getting anywhere. We had 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen and 2 photographers everyone kept commenting on how comfortable they were and how fun the trolley was! Our driver, Ron, was wonderful and was flexible when we had a last minute addition to our schedule to pick up our lunch which didn't get delivered. He was on time for every pick up & was lots of fun to have as a driver! The photos we got on the Trolley are some of our favorites. Would definitely recommend Fun Bus Trolley to anyone else interested in a different kind of wedding day transportation.
