Hiring Angela was truly the best thing I did when planning our wedding. It was so important to me that I was able to enjoy our day without worrying about the small things—and this was exactly the outcome we got because of Angela. She communicated clearly and frequently leading up to our wedding, effectively set expectations, and followed through on everything she said she would do. She showed up on time and immediately got to work—she was a huge help with setup and takedown. I was able to enjoy my day worry-free knowing that we had Angela there to answer questions from the venue and vendors and solve problems as they arose. I highly recommend hiring Angela for wedding planning services.

We hired Angela as our day-of coordinator. She was on the lower end of pricing for coordinators and we felt we were organized and well-planned enough to skimp on cost in this department in order to stay within our budget. Leading up to the wedding, Angela seemed proactive and on top of things. We had several calls to review details and timeline. We had created our own detailed timeline which she later merged into her own spreadsheet to send to vendors. She was really friendly and kind, and we appreciated her help setting up our decorations for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding. She also took some videos and photos that she'd sent over which were a thoughtful touch. But, we felt her attention to detail was lacking as we ran into some hiccups- our morning vendors only receiving timelines from 3p onward (we had to send them our timeline instead), we had to re-review the ceremony order the day of the wedding after we'd finalized things the night before at the rehearsal, guest escort cards were placed at reception tables instead of the card table at the entry point, and guests funneled into the reception room during cocktail hour instead of the room remaining closed off and them being invited in when salads were plated (the bride had to shout to guests to exit the room because they were not being removed- not a good look as an event host). Our parents told us they had to step in on the end-of-night pack-up and repack the glass votives she'd set aside so it could be safely transported. The next morning she asked us for a larger sum of money than what we'd paid her. When we showed her the contract she essentially said "oh, you're right". Several of our vendors and the venue contacts made comments along the lines that it felt to them Angela "didn’t seem like she was there to do her job" (including our DJ who essentially took over timeline-wise once everyone was in the reception room). I'm not sure what happened with our event because Fuse Events has outstanding reviews online, maybe we're the one-off situation and this is totally abnormal, but we were not impressed with how things went off.

We hired Angela Peterson for my daughter's wedding as a "day/week of" planner and it was well worth every penny! With Angela coordinating all of our vendors and choreographing the ceremony/reception timeline, we were able to relax and just enjoy the big day. We would highly recommend Fuse Events.

My daughter's wedding was a small event. It was frustrating to find someone to help me decorate because it was such a small event - until I found Angela!!!! She was great. I was able to communicate with her as to what I was looking for and she followed through to a T. I highly recommend her. No matter what the size of the event - big or small - I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. She made our event very special.

I had the pleasure of having Angela by my side on my special day. There was absolutely so much planning to do and organizing to do. She made it very easy to keep track of everything and she was always just a phone call or an email away. I really appreciated that because I had never had to plan such a special day. She was very easy going with an amazing personality. Thank you Angela for making my day unforgettable❤️

Angela from Fuse Events was awesome. She was a total pro; an expert at every turn. She consulted me about a timeline and any unexpected things that might occur the day of the wedding, in a very calming and professional way. She really made me and our guests feel comfortable and we had an amazing time. She is really patient and a great communicator! We had some rain expected on the wedding day, and she had solutions (that we didn't end up needing, thankfully!) ready to go - she left no stone unturned! My one regret is not hiring her for more than just the day-of; I would recommend her to anyone!

Angela was hired by best friend for a September wedding in Medford, OR. I was the maid of honor. My friend was living in Florida and planning the wedding in Oregon. So, we had to plan and approach the wedding day as a destination event. So, most of the planning and coordination was done over the phone. Angela, did monthly phone meetings, kept everything updated and so many little details kept organized! This was a challenging wedding, Angela kept calm , stayed professional, and was in general wonderful to work with. Angela also went above and beyond to help this wedding happen! Even with a difficult MOB, Bride’zilla, and a grandfather who collapsed and needed medical attention. In the face of all obstacles she kept her composure! She was pleasure to work with and well organized. As the MOH I would highly recommend her for your next event!

If you’re on the fence about hiring Angela, JUST DO IT! We hired her to be our day of coordinator and she was an absolute life-saver! Even before the wedding, she was checking in with me to help with timelines, vendors, bar tending, etc. She seriously goes above and beyond when it comes to her job - she even had her boyfriend bring some table linens for us to use because I forgot to order enough lol. She made sure everything went smoothly and she even stayed after she was off the clock and had some fun dancing with us! 10/10 hire her!

Angela was fantastic! She knew just what to do and when to do it. We did not have to worry about any of the details. We were able to give her the outline of what we wanted and she knew how to execute the perfect experience!

Angela was fantastic. We hired her for Day of Coordinator. She was on top of everything and made sure the day went by seamlessly. We went back and forth wondering if we really needed a coordinator and we are so happy we decided to get one and that we chose her.

FUSE events is an absolute pleasure to work with. As an event planner by trade, I wanted someone who had strong communication, knew the task at hand and would be diplomatic in handling anything that came up for our day-of services. Angela exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From our first conversation, she was attentive, detail oriented and helped make suggestions for our planning efforts (as we are from out of state.) Although we had contracted her for day-of services, she went above and beyond! She followed up with us, as well as our vendors, regularly to ensure things were moving along as planned and was flexible when things needed to change (due to COVID.) When our rehearsal venue and style teams canceled, she assisted in connecting us with other area vendors and ensured everything was taken care of. The day of, she worked to keep our guests comfortable and everything on track during an unseasonable heatwave that elevated temperatures over 100 degrees! She was in constant communication with our wedding party to time our arrival, return after pictures, and moving up the grand entrance (to move guests indoors quickly and out of the heat.) I absolutely recommend FUSE Events for all event needs, not just weddings!

We made the decision to hire Fuse Events just a few months before our wedding for partial planning as we were feeling super overwhelmed by all the small details needing to be handled! From the moment we first got in touch with Angela she made us feel so at ease and very reassured that she would help everything go smoothly. She made timelines for all the vendors so everyone would be on the same schedule and on time. She came with us to our final planning meeting at the venue and helped us decide on last minute details and solved logistical problems we didn’t even realize we had!! She and her assistants helped with placing decor such as flowers, candles, guest book, card box etc. and everything was done PERFECTLY, just how we had envisioned it. Every detail was perfect, she even surprised us with rose petals and champagne in our hotel room in addition and made sure gifts and cards got brought up! All in all, she made our wedding day blissful and stress free; everything ran smoothly and on schedule thanks to her and I could not recommend Fuse Events more! The best decision I made during my wedding planning was to hire Fuse Events. Angela came to our meeting with a million unique ideas and helped me shape my own ideas into a beautiful event. Angela took care of everything for us the day of, including set up and tear down. I spent my entire wedding day relaxed and focused on my husband, family and friends because she took care of all of the logistics. She kept us on time (well as close as it could have gone, lol), helped get people were they needed to be, made sure everything was set up and ready to go. I would highly recommend Fuse Events, even if it’s just for day of services – I believe 100% that if I didn’t have Angela helping me plan my wedding and organizing my day it would have not have turned out so perfectly. The day of Angela was great! She took care of everything she said she would and stayed later than she needed to. It was such a luxury for my mom and I to not have to set up the space or direct the flow of the day. I later heard about some miscommunications that brought some scrambling to finish set up, but it was all figured out by the time we showed up. I think this could have bothered someone else, but it was the best day for us and from our perspective it was perfect. She was great about our untraditional ideas. I gave only 4 stars because when I hired Angela, she assured me I could ask her any questions leading up to the day. She told me she didn’t have any other brides between then and our wedding. This was huge to me because I am new to Bend and have no family or close friends to help here. When I did ask her questions, it was like pulling teeth to get answers. Eventually she would respond, but not always with an answer to my questions. Really, at the end it all turned out wonderful. I would recommend Fuse Events for day of coordination.

Angela is a very professional wedding coordinator. I hired her for day-of services and my wedding went by so smoothly, my anxiety was slim to none on the day of and I felt so comfortable putting responsibility in her hands, she is very thorough and I loved her template she created for the timeline and vendor list. It really helped me get organized on my own with little help. She is so sweet and wants the best for you! Do yourself a favor and hire her!
