Of all the vendors we worked with for our wedding (8 vendors booked, we met over 50 vendors total), Gabi and her team were by far the most professional and organized of anyone we encountered in this whole wedding process. Kudos to Gabi and her whole team for the organized zoom calls, emails, design decks, etc. My only regret was not hiring Gabi and her team to be our wedding coordinators! In addition to her top tier professionalism and organization, Gabi is an amazing artist who had such unique and thoughtful floral arrangements. We had soo many compliments at our wedding about the flowers, and it was a pleasure to work with Gabi. Her whole team are thoughtful and creative- please book Gabi I promise you will be forever grateful like I was!

Gabriela Pilar and her team were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were very patient answering all our questions during the yearlong planning process. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Rachel and the GPE team. Thinking of planning a wedding all on my own felt entirely overwhelming, but it actually became enjoyable once we started working with Rachel. Rachel is kind, fun, and approachable, and is able to strike a great balance between giving couples advice and suggestions (as she is the subject matter expert) while also ensuring that the couple's vision comes to life.
So many of our wedding guests went out of their way to tell us that our wedding was the smoothest, best run wedding they had ever been to, and that is a complete testament to Rachel and the entire GPE team's planning and experience. On the day of our wedding, I never once felt overwhelmed by the schedule of events and was able to be present and enjoy the day without worrying about if everything was running smoothly. I could write a 500 paragraph review singing Rachel and the GPE team's praises, but in short, if you are looking for a wedding planning team and don't use GPE, you're making a HUGE mistake.
Rachel and the GPE team were astounding to work with! We chose the wedding coordination package with Rachel taking over 60 days prior to our wedding and I cannot begin to describe Rachel’s impact on our planning process. She went above and beyond in ensuring we were as stress free as possible for our big day, offered to pick up vendor rentals herself, and provided insightful and thoughtful recommendations for our wedding. When our big day finally came, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. During the planning process, we were told by so many people that things were bound to go wrong on the day of the wedding and not to sweat it. But we can’t think of a single thing that went wrong! If something did go wrong we never knew about it because that is just how amazing Rachel and her team were. We were able to enjoy one of the most special days of our life without worrying about anything other than partying it up with our friends and family. We’re just blown away with how organized everyone at GPE was. We’re honestly even a little sad to no longer be working with them anymore even though our wedding has since passed! If you’re looking for a team with excellent communication, organization, and who will absolutely make you feel like you’re their sole clients (even though I know they’re swamped!), then we wholeheartedly recommend GPE and would choose them again in a heartbeat!
If you are still searching for the perfect wedding planner, look no further! GPE and team was amazing from start to finish!!! I actually found them on Tiktok while searching for "spooky halloween wedding". Once I found one of their reels, my search was over! My husband and I opted for 60-day coordination service and we were not disappointed! We even hired their sister company, Pilar Florals, do our florals. Right at the 60-day mark, Rachel hopped on a call with us and sat through our entire vision. We wanted to have a Halloween wedding that was not just elegant but was an ode to our favorite horror films. Rachel and team didn't shy away from this and loved the idea (even with our idea of wearing Beetlejuice masks at some point during the reception)! Rachel kept us on top of everything we needed using their awesome database. As a very organized person myself, I truly appreciated the attention-to-detail, checklists, and input from Rachel. I never once felt stressed! When the actual weekend arrived, Rachel was so generous to take ALL of my Halloween décor/details at our Rehearsal to make sure it was used throughout the venue. When I tell you I had an Inventory checklist that may make some planners get horrified, Rachel was SO SO AMAZING about it all! Our wedding went so smoothly too. Rachel's team was there from when my girls and I were getting ready all the way through the end. She made sure all vendors were staying on top of our timeline and grabbed us whenever she needed us throughout the day. I cannot emphasize enough how GPE was the best decision we made for our wedding! I will forever cherish my wedding weekend and it wouldn't have at all been possible without Rachel!!! We loved working with Rachel and the GPE team to create our dream vineyard wedding! We are so happy with how everything came together on our wedding day and we couldn’t have done it without GPE. A few of the great things about working with Rachel:

Rachel and the GPE team are true wedding/hospitality professionals. From our initial call, Rachel made us feel like our big day was not only special to us but also special to her. She was so personable and always had our best interest in mind.
We chose the package of joining us 60 days out and it was such a dream for her to step in at that point to take over all vendor communication, details and planning. We were both completely stress free leading up to and on the day of our wedding knowing that Rachel was in charge. She perfected our vision and all of the decor/details were exactly as we imagined- SO stunning!
There was a threat of rain (Hurricane Hilary) on our wedding day and Rachel was ready with plans B and C while watching the weather forecast like a hawk. She allowed us to make the final call on setting the reception up outside and we were fortunate enough to not get any rain and very much enjoyed our reception in the courtyard at South Coast Winery.

Working with GPE was the absolute best decision my husband and I made throughout the wedding planning process! We spoke to about 5 different wedding coordinators but when we had our initial meeting with Gabi and Rachel we knew they were the ones we needed. They wanted to truly get to know my husband and I, our story, what marriage means to us, just everything above and beyond what I was imagining for a wedding coordinator. Working with Rachel was such an amazing experience! She was on top of EVERYTHING and took away all our stress. She has become a friend to my husband and I throughout this process. On the wedding day her and her team were hard at work ensuring everything was going seamlessly. I knew I had nothing to worry about. Heidi was also the absolute BEST to have around on the wedding day. She was in the bridal suite all day with me and my bridesmaids, stitching bridesmaids dresses, running small errands, tidying up, keeping the mood fun and upbeat, and just helping with anything and everything. She was even the one to calm my nerves (as I was freaking out lol) before walking down the aisle. GPE and their team are truly some of the most genuine, caring people and I would recommend them to anyone getting married! I am so thankful and grateful to have had them on Jason and I's day.
Working with GPE was the best decision made for our wedding. We were lucky enough to find Gabi through social media and booked her for the full planning process. First thing I'll say. Stop your search and hire GPE IMMEDIATELY.
Now let me explain why.
We hired Gabi for Full Service Wedding Planning and my husband and I have lost track of how often we've said "this is the best money we've spent on this wedding". Why? Peace of mind. In the age of social media, you are FLOODED with wedding content and its so hard to know where to begin or who to trust. Gabi helps alleviate that pressure. In the planning stage, she helped us stay on budget, offered amazing vendor suggestions and professional advice but at the end of the day, always honored the fact that it was our wedding and our vision and gave us final say. Throughout the planning process, Gabi was patient, insanely communicative, and incredibly organized. On time or oftentimes, early to every meeting, walk through, tasting, and rehearsal. Gabi understands that a wedding is about reflecting the relationship of the couple and works hard to embody that on the day and in the months leading up to it. Gabi never pushed us into something that we didn't want for our day, she successfully fulfilled every bizarre request we had (like finding a baker who could make a wedding cake filled with a rare berry only found on a small coast of California) , and she will carefully explain and guide you through every step of the planning process so you always feel informed and taken care of. But thats not the best part....
Did Gabi make the planning process easy, fun and exciting? Yes
Did she perfectly execute our vision for our day? Yes
But what really makes hiring Gabi beyond worth it. Is her work on the wedding day.
I felt eerily calm on my wedding day (my bridal party kept asking if I was okay because I was THAT calm) Why? Because every last detail was handled. I was able to relax, have some champagne, EAT, and enjoy the excitement that comes with your wedding day. What every bride SHOULD be doing! The day moved so smoothly from start to finish and watching Gabi coordinate it all was the most impressive thing I've ever witnessed, mostly because all of her work took place behind the scenes and allowed us to enjoy the day and be in the moment, the mark of a true pro. It was like she worked in the shadows to flawlessly execute the wedding of our dreams. Gabi had everything running so tightly that my husband and I were able to truly enjoy every second of the day. What really blew us away was the end of the night. Gabi and her team packed up our marriage license, vow books, clothing, accessories, cards, gifts, slice of leftover cake, bouquets, menu etc and either had it ready in the bridal suite for us to take home, or in our hotel room waiting for us. At the end of a long day, after drinking, dancing, eating, the last thing you want to do is worry about forgetting important documents, or wedding items, Gabi and her team took care of all of it literally leaving us worry free until the last second of the night. We cannot recommend GPE enough (shoutout to Rachel who was with me all day during the wedding and did a stellar job of keeping us on schedule and wrangling my wedding party in the kindest way). Planning a wedding should be fun, and exciting and Gabi keeps it that way from start to finish. Her ability to embody each individual couple is a gift. Her positive energy, communication, organization, and true love for what she does made us feel like we were in the best possible hands. We can't thank her enough for making our dream wedding come true!
When looking for a wedding planner, we wanted someone who we felt could match our personalities, be ready for any idea we had for them, and worked with a diverse set of clients. After I found GPE on Instagram, it was evident to me that they are skilled in taking on any type of aesthetic and any type of party. When we had our first phone call with Gabi, it was clear that she cared about the integrity of our relationship - not just our wedding. She made us feel welcomed and we felt immediately comfortable working with her team. Our wedding was assigned to Rachel. She helped us with deciding on a venue and took over the planning a few months prior to our wedding. As a couple, it was most important for us that we don’t spend more than what was reasonable. Rachel did a great job in setting our expectations in terms of price for what we envisioned and never pushed to add anything that would go over. It was also important for us that coordination went smoothly. In all of our meetings, Rachel asked all the right follow up questions so that we were all on the same page. With any questions I asked, she always gave very clear answers. If something could be done multiple ways, she was great at going through all the options - a benefit to having a very seasoned planner. On the day of, we were so happy with how the coordination went. If something went completely wrong, my husband and I were blissfully unaware of it. The assistants that were helping that day were on top of the timeline and were so helpful in whatever we needed. I felt like the day went by so effortlessly and at no point did I feel rushed or panicked. Everyone in our wedding party and immediate family also felt the same way. We were so happy with our experience with GPE and would sincerely recommend them to any fun couple that wants a fun party for their favorite people!
Working with Gabriela Pilar Events was by far the best choice we made during the entire planning process. Our planner Gabi is an organizational mastermind, a creative genius, and a genuinely kind and wonderful human. The year leading up to our wedding was a steady, manageable rhythm instead of a chaotic whirlwind. Gabi helped filter down the choices we needed to make and kept us on track for everything that needed to get done. On the day of our wedding, we truly felt like we could comfortably attend our own event and be present for all of our special moments. She took our random, scattered ideas and turned them into a beautiful and cohesive design vision that was executed flawlessly. We cannot recommend her enough, and can confidently say that you can stop searching for planners now because you will be in amazing hands with Gabi and her team.

My husband and I were recommended several event coordinators from our venue and ultimately chose GPE. They truly want their couples to remember WHY they are getting married, rather than constantly stressing about planning a wedding. We met Rachel first and immediately clicked with her, she felt like a friend right away and I knew we had made the right decision. When we finally met Gabi, it felt like we had another lifelong friend that was there to support us every step of the wedding planning process. Gabi and Rachel are extremely responsive with questions and concerns and made sure communication with other vendors was taken care of without us needing to stress at all. Even the smallest question or request - Gabi was there to answer and support me and ensured everything was taken care of before our wedding week.
The day of our wedding, unbeknownst to me, it was raining and Gabi showed up early to make the suggestion of moving the reception inside. Boy, am I glad we listened to her recommendation.....the reception turned out even more perfect than it would have been outside - and Gabi ensured all the other vendors were properly communicated with and the setup was amazing. As the bride, I had no idea this was all happening, and I couldn't have been more thankful after the wedding when I learned all they helped with! Rachel was there to support me while I got ready on my wedding day and it was so appreciated. With GPE, you're not only getting amazing wedding coordination, but you are also making new friends who are open, honest and extremely helpful during what can be a very stressful process.

Rachel from GPE was incredible. I don’t know how we would have pulled off our wedding without her and her team. She was so detail-oriented and we were so clueless about weddings that it was the perfect match. Her communication style was flawless - she was responsive to us, relentless about following up with our vendors, and overall such a dream to work with. And this was all before the actual wedding! During the wedding I had ZERO stress and the only way that was possible was because Rachel and her team had everything covered. Literally every small detail they had already thought of and took care of and had a timeline for. I was blown away but even guests at the wedding kept complimenting how easy and seamless everything seemed! Every previous bride kept saying how they wished they had a Rachel for their wedding. Cannot recommend her enough!!
Where do I even begin? My NOW husband and I had the privilege of working alongside GPE (s/o Rachel Fitter & Juana) as our wedding coordinator and we are so happy we did. From the moment of our first call to even the wrap up after the wedding, the service is top notch. After speaking and interviewing hundreds of vendors throughout our wedding planning process, I realize the difference between a GREAT vendor and good vendor is how personable they are. With GPE, it was definitely personable. It is your wedding day which is one of the biggest days of your life and GPE absolutely made me feel like they’ve known me for a much longer time than they actually have. They took care of my husband and I the day off and even our closest friends and family. I truly enjoyed my wedding because of them and if there was anything happening in the background they absolutely took care of it, no hesitation, no questions just jumped in! Thank you so much Rachel & team for making one of the best days of our life the best it could ever be! We cannot recommend Gabi | GPE enough. We were one of the unlucky COVID couples that had to reschedule our wedding 4 times AND switch our venue to a completely different city. From the moment we hired Gabi she helped us navigate all the ups and downs - Reaching out to vendors that had been radio silent for almost a year, getting us our ENTIRE deposit back from the first venue, budget friendly decor ideas, completely changing the entire theme/vibe of the wedding after we changed venues, last minute details including re-doing seating charts & table arrangements the day before due to last minute cancellations, having her team (shout out to Heidi!) drive to our airbnb when I accidentally gave her the payment I needed for HMU, and just overall helping us fulfill all our wedding dreams when we were so burnt out we gave up on the small things. Gabi truly went above and beyond and didn’t let us give up. Thanks to her, we got to fully enjoy our wedding day and not worry about a single thing. Book Gabi & team! You will not regret it!!
We used GPE as our day of coordinator as well as for help around the overall design and feel of the wedding and we are so glad that we did. Juana contacted us at multiple points during the lead up to our wedding and made sure that we were as stress free as possible. A month before our wedding date, Juana helped us with all of our vendors, meticulously reading over contracts, coordinating with them behind the scenes and ensuring that we would be taken care of. On the day of, we were shocked at how perfectly everything came together and were told by our guests that it was one of the best and well put together weddings they had ever been to. This is all thanks to Juana and the GPE team. Thank you for everything. You made our big moment perfect.
Of all the choices I made for our wedding, hiring GPE was one of the absolute best decisions. Juana was a beacon of joy, calm, and professionalism as I personally descended into stressed-out wedding madness in the days leading up to the event. On the day of, everything was perfect, any slight issue with vendors taken care of without even a thought from me. I was able to focus 100% on my husband and our friends and family. It was such a gift, and I am so, so incredibly grateful for everything Juana and GPE did to make our event run smoothly.
Hiring GPE for our wedding was hands down THE best decision we made. From the extremely intimate and personalized intake meeting, to their speedy responses, and exceptional execution, we truly enjoyed our day with zero worries. GPE is worth every penny!! If you want a team that is attentive to details, understands the business, and can make you LAUGH, you want to hire this team. We felt so well taken care of, all of our concerns were heard and handled, our “we aren’t sure on this” was talked through with the help and guidance of Gabi and we were able to make informed final choices. We even had some downtime on the wedding day because that is how amazing GPE is in their timeline planning. We were the first ever wedding at our venue, and GPE jumped right in to ensure it was a success. Gabi even offered support and advice to our venue as they begin this new adventure in hosting weddings,and I think that truly speaks volumes about the type of person Gabi is. Her energy is magnetic, and she wants nothing more than to make sure your special event is as perfect as it can be. The venue was supposed to provide bussing and their bussers ended up canceling on us, but without hesitation or informing us during the wedding the GPE team stepped in to help buss the tables. THAT is the type of people you want surrounding your day!! GPE did NOT have to do that, yet they knew it had to get done and did it anyway. Simply AMAZING! As a queer couple, we also felt very seen and supported in our vision for our wedding, GPE is welcoming, warm and we cannot recommend their services enough!!! Thank you so much Gabi and team, you truly made our wedding unforgettable, it was everything we wanted and more!
We used GPE for partial management that started 60 days before our wedding. Rachel was our coordinator and we cannot say enough good things about her and GPE!! I clicked with her from the start. I didn't know what to expect at first but we basically booked all the vendors and procured all the needed wedding items, and Rachel coordinated & executed with the vendors & venue. My now husband and I had a great rapport with Rachel; she was warm, thoughtful, organized, thorough, funny, and down to earth. She got to know us individually and as a couple, and helped us make decisions that were in line with our vision and who we are. We had constant communication that was easy and clear. There were so many details to figure out and she walked us through them all and always made us feel supported. I asked her opinion on so many things and she gave such great feedback and I never felt like I was asking too much. She went above & beyond and helped us create some gift table signage & lent us frames. Even helped my hubby with his vows! We had an unexpected turn of events & he was hospitalized a month before the wedding, & Rachel was a pro at navigating the ups and downs. The day of was amazing and I felt like a celebrity with all the support. We had Rachel and 2 assistants. Never had to worry about a thing and was able to enjoy the day, although it went by too quickly. We felt like we gained a friend through it all. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still sad it's over. I 1000% recommend GPE! It was the best investment of the entire wedding. They're an incredible team and would do it all again if I could!
Juana was our Wedding Management coordinator and she was worth every penny. My husband, Brian, and I can’t say enough amazing things about how much Juana and the GPE team did to help make our day so perfect. If you are at all on the fence - I would recommend Juana to help make your day the best day you can imagine. Leading up to our wedding Juana was always available to answer any questions I had, she was constantly following up with our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page and knew exactly what we wanted. I felt so confident heading into the wedding day that she had everything under control. Day of - Juana made sure not only that we were calm and relaxed the entire day but that both our families were too. They took care of everything, and when I say everything - I mean it, all we had to do that day was have the best time. On top of all that, we both felt like Juana was truly happy and excited for us the entire time which is something that I didn’t even realize how much it would mean. We are so thankful for everything Juana did for us!
I am blown away at how incredibly our wedding turned out. We used Gabriela for our planning as well as our decorations and florals, and they were everything we dreamed of and more. Worth every penny and there was minimal stress. I felt completely taken care of by Gabi and her team, quick responses, big ideas and dreams and it was the best night of our lives.
The team is prompt, they kept the timeline precisely and there wasn’t a single hiccup. I wish I could have an event like this every year because I would use these wonderful people time and time again. Seriously, it’s an event you want to invest in and you will be in love with the results. Thank you all!!!
There is no other way I can describe Gabi and her services besides INCREDIBLE!!! She is one of the most organized, genuine, knowledgeable, and awesome people we have ever met. She made the whole process of planning a wedding as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Every time we got asked "how is wedding planning going", we always said "great because we have Gabi." She always provided accurate and organized guidance, timelines and updates which made day 1 to day of go as smoothly as possible. Whether you are looking for a full-service planner or day or month of, I would not recommend searching anywhere else.
I used PGE for full wedding planning and it was so worth it on every level. It took all the stress out of all the little details and just the general "unknowns" of the wedding planning process. There's no one like Gabi!!! I'm so sad I don't get to talk with her on a regular basis anymore - she has a heart of gold and cares so much for her clients. She is incredible at her job and working with her makes the whole wedding process feel effortless.
I was pretty clueless about weddings in general and I had a vision of something more untraditional - she absolutely nailed it. She really takes in who the couple is and puts thought into making the wedding feel like the two of you - highlighting the things that make your love special. She's very transparent about expectations & budgets, and will keep you on track. She won't ever push you in a direction just because of her own opinions, but will be honest based off her own experience. If you're shopping around for a wedding planner (which is also a tough process) meeting with PGE can give you some clarity on what type of planner is a goo fit for you. So much love for Gabi, Rachel and the whole PGE team. They are truly incredible!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with GPE the three months leading up to our wedding, specifically Rachel and we are so incredibly happy with their services. Not only was Rachel down to earth, punctual to every meeting/appointment, she helped me to bring my wedding vision to life with her ideas and feedback. She handled every small detail to keep the stress away from us both, which we appreciated. She made suggestions for some vendors and the ones we did end up using we absolutely loved. She kept the line of communication open and never made me feel like I was asking a million and one questions. I could never express how thankful and lucky I am to have met Rachel and everyone we worked with at GPE. My wedding day was flawless thanks to GPE and all their hard work behind the scenes. Special should out to Juana! She was part of the GPE team on my wedding day and was in charge of me and the girls in the bridal suite. We just used GPE for our wedding planning, and it was an incredible experience! We worked with Rachel, who is a dream, for pre-event coordination and day-of management, and I will never be able to say enough nice things about her. Her attention to detail, care for her couples, and knowledge helped make our wedding everything we could have hoped for. She listened to what we needed/wanted in planning and took all the stress away from my husband and me for the wedding, so we just got to enjoy the day. If I could give Gabi more than 5 stars I would! Gabi and her team helped more than we thought we would need! She kept us on track with planning the wedding, let us send her some of our decorations and items for the wedding since we were traveling, and did so much for us that we were the most relaxed people before the wedding! Everyone kept asking us "Why are you so relaxed? Why aren't you freaking out right now?", and it's all because of Gabi and her team! She has an awesome personality and gets things done!
Where do I start?!?! Gabi is AMAZING!!! Let me start by explaining how I found Gabi. I suffer from insomnia and this one night back in July of 2019, I was wide awake in bed, scrolling through Instagram and checking out all the wedding hashtags and came across her business profile. I really liked what I saw and then I started watching ALLLLL her videos and at that moment, I knew that Gabi was my girl and we had to meet. The next day, I contacted her through her website and she got back to me very quickly and we set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, we planned to meet up for drinks and apps to go over our vision and talk about what kind of planning packages she offers. After that 1st face to face meeting, I told my now Husband that she was the one & we had to hire her (HE AGREED). We started planning our July 4th, 2020 wedding and then 4 months before our special day, Covid hits and the world is on lockdown. Even through all the changes and a 2nd postponement (Thanks again, Covid) Gabi was so cool, calm and collected when I was not. She is extremely professional and was able to execute our vision better than we could have ever imagined. All the vendors that she suggested to us were a HOMERUN!! It was such a pleasure getting to work with Gabi & her amazing team (shout out to Rachel, you're a rockstar too!) Not only is she super organized but she is hella funny, very personable and such a joy to talk to and be around. My Husband and I are sad that we won't get our weekly emails, text messages and zoom meetings with her anymore but we plan to keep in touch because she is just that awesome! Going for GPE was one of the best decision we could have made because it brought us to Rachel our wedding coordinator. Rachel was absolutely a amazing a fb ande why could have been a nerve wrecking, stressful, and anxious day run as smooth as possible. Gabi was our wedding coordinator for our Dec 2021 wedding and she really saved us! I was overwhelmed and overall lost. Lol. After our first meeting with her, I remember my husband saying, “well I feel safe now” and it’s true! She came in and gave us these amazing resources to help us find our other wonderful vendors.
She helped us to plan a wedding that would be authentic to us so that we’d have a great day. From the moment you contact Gabi you know you are in good hands. She really cares about you as a person and cares about making your day one that is uniquely yours and special. She is extremely organized and met with us several times prior to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she had a complete crew, impeccably dressed, wearing headsets. Each person was assigned to a particular task and/or person. She made sure the event ran smoothly and my husband and I enjoyed our special day. No detail was left unnoticed. Gabi also helped us incorporate our pets into the wedding. She even grabbed the pups during the ceremony after they walked us down the aisle. (I highly recommend a pet sitter for the day of the event as well.) Gabi really is the event coordinator extraordinaire!
Gabi also did our floral design for the wedding. We had our wedding at Carondelet House and Gabi was familiar with the location and knew right away what worked best in terms of design. Her vision within our budget was extraordinary. I would highly recommend Gabi.
From our first consultation with Gabi to the day of our wedding, she was well organized, accommodating, and always wanted us involved together. The execution of the day to rolling with anything that was a last-minute change helped keep me completely calm. Hiring her to coordinate was one of the best vendor decisions we made. She made everything perfect and was able to execute and decorate to make our vision come to life with minimal direction.

Gabriela and her team were amazing. My partner and I have a tendency to make very last minute decisions, but Bridezilla was the first decision we made because we knew we would be in good hands from the get-go. Being last minute flip-flop-decision-makers, we couldn't help but feel that we were making Gabi's job harder--wrong! She was very patient and guided us every step of the way. My family loved her professionalism and even received compliments from guests for the overall atmosphere, aesthetics, and flower arrangements. I had the most amazing stress free day as a bride and was beyond grateful for everything her and her team did. The Bridezilla team was there to help me every step of the way. Venue prep, dress fluffed, veil holder, they made sure we ate and drank enough water, made sure marriage license was signed, coordinated the timeline and all vendors, they did everything and made sure everything went flawlessly. As a Mother of the Bride I cannot stress enough - YOU NEED TO HIRE GABI!! I thought I had thought of everything and didn't need a wedding planner... but let me tell you - having Gabi and her team there allowed me and my husband to fully enjoy our daughters wedding and all the joys that come with seeing your daughter get married! And there is no price you can put on that! If there was one thing that was 100% worth spending the money on for our wedding, it was Gabi!!! She is so kind, thoughtful and was genuinely invested in not only the success of our wedding day, but in me and Sean as a couple as well! Each phone call we had with her started with a check-in about how we were feeling about everything and then we would dive into the details after that! As two notorious procrastinators, Sean and I were thankful to have Gabi to keep us accountable for deadlines and tasks that needed to be done in a timely manner. Gabi was so organized and made the whole wedding planning process stress-free! She is also very knowledgeable about all things wedding-related and gave us great advice on florals, vendor gratuity, linens and more. She also made a trip down to San Diego to walk through the church and the venue together beforehand. Look no further, this is your dream wedding planner. Working with Gabi was the best possible decision we could have made when we decided to start planning our wedding. We wanted a planner that was organized, detail-oriented, friendly, would hold us accountable to deadlines and work within our budget. We also wanted someone with a good eye, that could help us with our wedding design and mix traditional with non-traditional elements in a seamless way. Gabi was everything we could have wanted and more. She took the time to understand our vision and she executed it flawlessly.
On top of that, she kept us calm throughout the whole process. Our original wedding venue was destroyed in a wild fire the same day we planned to send out save the dates. Within 48 hours, Gabi had a list of new venues for us to look at and had been in contact with all of our vendors to check their availability in case our date needed to change. There really isn’t much to say besides Gabriela was an absolute LIFE SAVER, and the best thing to happen to my husband and I. We truly wouldn’t of made it done the aisle without her. We hired Bridezilla Events to coordinate the last 30 days and day of, the only regret I have was not having her from the start! From the very first meeting she was warm, welcoming, funny, and understanding. My (now) husband and I can't say enough about Gabriela and Bridezilla Events, planning/coordinating our big day in Palm Desert. She is a total pro, cool, but cracks the whip when she needs to. She kept us and our vendors on track weeks leading up the wedding, and everything went off with ease. I think Gabriela had her first taste of a 'Groomzilla' working with me, but she handled everything with patience and grace, and if it wasn't for her I would have ultimately lost my mind. My vendors loved working with her, our venue loved her, our wedding party love and respected her. A HUGE plus is that she does florals as well. Listen - a wedding is a very exciting time, but it IS going to be stressful, and I would 110% recommend Gabriela to help alleviate that stress so you can sleep at night with ease.

I had a hard time finding a month of coordinator for my October 2018 wedding. After speaking to a few folks that wasn't a good fit, I finally got the recommendation to reach out to Gabby. From our initial conversation, I knew that my search was over, because we clicked and she was instantly helpful/knowledgeable. Leading up to the wedding, Gabby was gave me wedding 101 (I was clueless), helped piece together missing pieces/vendors, provided insightful answers/solutions to questions & roadblocks and created and ensured I was set up for a stress-free, smooth day. I first met Gabi when my daughter and I were interviewing florist. As soon as I met her I had a connection and knew right then she was the one. Her talent in her skills is evident at first look.
As we were discussing the flowers and my daughter shared her ideas we began to talk about Gabi’s other role as event planner. This discussion then lead to what she would do as a “day of coordinator”. I thought that is just what I need; I wanted to enjoy the day just as much as everyone else and sure didn’t want to be “that mother of the bride”.
I knew my husband and I made the right choice. Meetings along the way Gabi was calm and informative; giving her suggestions whenever we asked, and she guided us along the way so gently and sweetly.
Gabi was a rock star during the rehearsal dinner and even though we knew the reception set up wasn’t going to be started until 3:00 the day of the wedding (and the wedding was at 3:00) she dashed away from the church and headed with her crew to finish the florals. No sign of stress and anxiety.
The day of the wedding was the true tale of what Gabi was! REMARKABLE!!! Everything went off without a hitch! My daughter and son in law spent a lot of time taking fabulous pictures but soon my daughter had the “hangry” thing going on. When we got to the reception, Gabi already had the word from the photographer and had plates of food ready for the couple!
The reception was nothing more than beautiful. The details were breathtaking, and I know the day will forever be thought of fondly in many ways.

Gabby was the best wedding coordinator my wife and I could have ever asked for. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process, but also kept us on track. Our wedding was perfect and she made sure everything went smoothly. She was also very accepting and open to our ideas and it was obvious that her goal was to make us happy and give us the wedding we imagined.

She also did an excellent job dealing with a crazy 25 person wedding party the day-of for photos, timing, etc. The whole day of experience was flawless - literally, our dream come true. Let me start by saying if you hire Gabriela as your wedding planner, you will have complete piece of mind for your wedding! Having Gabriela be our day of wedding coordinator was the best decision and best part of our wedding.
