Venue prep, dress fluffed, veil holder, they made sure we ate and drank enough water, made sure marriage license was signed, coordinated the timeline and all vendors, they did everything and made sure everything went flawlessly. Every person I saw that night commented on how amazing my flowers and arbor were. I cannot thank them enough for making my wedding one of the best days of my life!

Gabi was on top of everything, making sure all the details (and there are so many more than you can imagine!) were managed not only on the day of the wedding but for the 3 months before. At one point I noticed the cake topper had fallen off the top of the cake (it was too heavy) and broke. e call we had with her started with a check-in about how we were feeling about everything and then we would dive into the details after that! As two notorious procrastinators, Sean and I were thankful to have Gabi to keep us accountable for deadlines and tasks that needed to be done in a timely manner. Gabi was so organized and made the whole wedding planning process stress-free! She is also very knowledgeable about all things wedding-related and gave us great advice on florals, vendor gratuity, linens and more. She also made a trip down to San Diego to walk through the church and the venue together beforehand. Gabi made sure that she understood our hopes for the vibe and vision for the day and it could not have been executed more perfectly. I walked into the reception venue and I was blown away!! Everything was perfect beyond my imagination thanks to Gabi and her team! Aside from the amazing decor, it was also so freeing to not worry about checking in with every single vendor on the day of the wedding. I truly felt thatSean and I, my parents, and our bridal party were all able to really just be present to each other on the day of the wedding and totally soak all the little moments of the day up without worrying about all of the event details. Gabi created a timeline for the day to keep everything running smoothly, but was flexible when things needed to be adjusted last minute and I really appreciated her adaptability. We also wanted someone with a good eye, that could help us with our wedding design and mix traditional with non-traditional elements in a seamless way. Gabi was everything we could have wanted and more. She took the time to understand our vision and she executed it flawlessly. On top of that, she kept us calm throughout the whole process. Our original wedding venue was destroyed in a wild fire the same day we planned to send out save the dates. Within 48 hours, Gabi had a list of new venues for us to look at and had been in contact with all of our vendors to check their availability in case our date needed to change. It did, and we only lost one vendor total that Gabi found a replacement option for within days. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy every moment of it. I enlisted Gabi with coordination from 8 weeks out (includes day of), plus design, plus florals! She was my right hand almost the entire planning process and I LOVED working with her on a really special day. It’s so so important to pick someone like Gabi who will be reliable, deliver beautifully, tell you kindly her real opinion so you don’t get stuck down the Pinterest rabbit hole, AND be more orangized than you could hope for! Our wedding turned out beautifully! The day of I didn’t worry about a thing! Gabi and her team took care of everything! We used the ceremony space for the reception so the flip during cocktail hour was a big undertaking but Gabi made sure my dream came to life! day of, the only regret I have was not having her from the start! From the very first meeting she was warm, welcoming, funny, and understanding. I was about to lose my mind trying to tie everything together and she just looked at me smiled and said “Don’t worry I got it”. She really took the time to hear our story, paid attention to our vision, and like the fairy godmother she is brought it all to life. Leading up to the wedding she responded quickly to the millions of questions I had , eased every worry , and kept my husband and I sane. The day of I can honestly say I didn’t have a single worry, not an ounce of stress. We had a large and pretty rowdy wedding party (18) and she was able to keep everyone on track and ready at all times. Everything went so smooth and according to plan. If there was ever anything to worry about, before I could even begin to worry, she’d look at me and say “No, don’t worry, I’ll take care of it.” And she did! Gabriela/ Bridezilla Events truly made our special day that much better. We were in the best hands with her. No one else compares. I think Gabriela had her first taste of a 'Groomzilla' working with me, but she handled everything with patience and grace, and if it wasn't for her I would have ultimately lost my mind. My vendors loved working with her, our venue loved her, our wedding party love and respected her. A HUGE plus is that she does florals as well. Listen - a wedding is a very exciting time, but it IS going to be stressful, and I would 110% recommend Gabriela to help alleviate that stress so you can sleep at night with ease.

I thought that is just what I need; I wanted to enjoy the day just as much as everyone else and sure didn’t want to be “that mother of the bride”. I knew my husband and I made the right choice. Meetings along the way Gabi was calm and informative; giving her suggestions whenever we asked, and she guided us along the way so gently and sweetly. Gabi was a rock star during the rehearsal dinner and even though we knew the reception set up wasn’t going to be started until 3:00 the day of the wedding (and the wedding was at 3:00) she dashed away from the church and headed with her crew to finish the florals. No sign of stress and anxiety. The day of the wedding was the true tale of what Gabi was! REMARKABLE!!! Everything went off without a hitch! My daughter and son in law spent a lot of time taking fabulous pictures but soon my daughter had the “hangry” thing going on. When we got to the reception, Gabi already had the word from the photographer and had plates of food ready for the couple! The reception was nothing more than beautiful. The details were breathtaking, and I know the day will forever be thought of fondly in many ways. Gabi and her team were the icing on the cake! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You bonded with our family and will forever be considered a dear friend! You can’t trust just anyone with the most important day for your daughter and I’m so glad that you were the one we chose and trusted!

I also want to highlight the amount of professionalism she has: I had a very difficult parent during my wedding and I was freaking out, she deescalated the situation while remaining calm and EVEN calmed me down!
