Gabriella and Aubrey were the best!!! They are both so kind and so helpful and have lots of different packages that they are willing to customize for your needs. Gabriella was so sweet to take me on despite being booked for April and was very patient when I needed a lot of help. Aubrey was there for the rehearsal and the wedding day and is so much fun and has such good energy and was wonderful to have by our side during our wedding day. It was so helpful to have him keep things moving and round up family members for photos and help set up. He really was amazing, they both are! I am so grateful to have had them as my wedding planners!

Gabriella was in touch leading up to the big day, and on the day she ready to roll. Between running up and down between my bride and myself, to helping out with fully setting up, making last second changes to accommodating so my mom can see me get ready on the day, to early guest arrivals. She reduced soooo much stress and worry off of us, because we were confident she was the best wedding planner!

Gabriella was an absolute treasure to work with. I had no idea how much was involved in planning a wedding until we started the process, and at first it was really overwhelming. Thank goodness Gaby was there! She gave us a timeline for everything, assigned us tasks and deadlines, and made everything feel so much more manageable. All of the guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and that was 100% thanks to Gaby's professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful work. She puts her all into every event she works and really loves what she does. Anyone would be lucky to have her on their team for one of the most important days of their lives! I cannot recommend her enough.

We were very pleased with the help and day of assistance from Gabriella and Kathryn, Thanks to them we had no stress the day of! We were planning a wedding remotely from a different state and having someone in Tucson helped a lot. We had a good majority of the wedding planned before meeting with Gabriella, they were able to point out our blind spots and help us decide on the small details we had missed. Additionally, Kathryn was the point of contact and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of, they did an amazing job communicating and handling issues that came up. It was very easy to work with them and they were so supportive and helpful. We would highly recommend them!

There are not enough words to describe what a pleasure it has been to work with Gabriella to plan our special day. From the very beginning, she has been so helpful with every detail, answering all of our questions in a timely manner and having excellent communication when reaching out to us and our vendors. Gabriella's sweet personality made us feel at ease while planning..we never felt overwhelmed whatsoever and always looked forward to our meetings with her. During the big day, we were able to enjoy every single moment because we knew that Gabriella had everything taken care of for us. We could not have planned this wedding without her. We also appreciate Aubrey's help the day of our wedding. His attention to detail made everything magical, and his bright energy made us feel excited to celebrate our love. We highly recommend Gabriella and Co. If we could give more than 5 stars, we definitely would!

I would have lost all of my hair if it wasn't for Gabriella and Aubrey! They truly made our wedding day as stress free and beautiful as possible, and gifted us with extra time that we would have otherwise spent worrying and accommodating guests. 10/10 would recommend them! We were about 75% done with wedding planning/design when we reached out to Gabriella and chose the Month of Coordination package. (If I could go back in time I would have hired them from the beginning and gone for the full wedding planning service!) I was deployed to the Middle East and my Husband was living on the east coast, and Gabriella and Aubrey helped us finalize all of our wedding details from a far. Aubrey did all of our day-of-coordination, and I feel so indebted to him for all of his help! Aubrey took our initial design/vision input and ran with it, ensuring that all of our decorations were set up without having to stop and ask us for questions. Aubrey also ensured my husband and I never went without snacks, or a drink, and had time to breathe in between events. Gabriella helped with all of our coordination leading up to the wedding day, was attentive, quick to respond, and always ready with ideas and solutions. During the morning of our wedding, we had a few vendor issues that impacted the overall design layout/flow. Both Gabriella and Aubrey ensured that we had a solid plan B, C & D before presenting us with any "problems", and not a single guest recognized that we had to make last minute modifications. Our day was perfect. I felt so relaxed and at ease the entire wedding day, and we owe it all to them! Seriously -- look no further <3

Gabriella was amazing. I had quite literally NO idea what I was doing when planning and they helped to ensure everything ran smoothly. From helping us estimate how many people to invite based on our budget & recommending vendors based on the wedding vision to managing the huge wedding party day of & handling the small things as they popped up, Gabriella was there every step of the way. I had 0 stress on the actual date knowing they were in charge which I am extremely grateful for.

Gabriella is a true pro! She helped to ensure that every detail ran smoothly. She had an answer for each of my concerns in each meeting prior to the event. On the day of the wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the day because I knew she had everything covered. My family and friends were also able to relax and have fun because it was clear what they needed to do and where they needed to be. Gabriella's work created an environment where all of my dreams and desires were met and we had a blast the day of the wedding. It was truly memorable and I'll be forever grateful! Having a wedding planner/day-of coordinator can make all the difference. Don't have a wedding without one!

I planned my wedding while in medical school and it was thankfully a very low stress process thanks to Gabriella. They made our wedding day better than I ever imagined it. Aubrey and Gabriella went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was executed perfectly. They are an absolute joy to work with. I would 100% recommend them to all of my family and friends.

My husband and I both agree the may hiring Gabriella was the best money we spent on our wedding. It’s hard to explain just how much she organized and put everything together. She has all the tools and experience, and she is a true professional. She was just about ready to have her baby when our big day happened, yet she was still everywhere at once. Always taking care of things before I had a clue. Amazing how she was so lovely in managing all the guests and family so that everything could be smooth and everyone could be happy. It’s hard to explain how much of a difference she made ahead of time and the day of— but if we had it to do all over again, she’s the VERY FIRST person I’d book. I can’t recommend anyone more wholeheartedly. Hiring her will be the best decision you’ll make for your big day. Don’t hesitate. She’s the best there is. Gabriella and Aubrey ensured we had the best day ever! And that is exactly what they delivered! They both went above and beyond to give us a day without worries and made sure everything ran smoothly from the day of timeline to contacting all vendors. Gabriella and her team were beyond AMAZING! She was 7 months pregnant and STILL ran the show like a rockstar. She was super helpful planning all the little tiny details and answering all my silly questions. The day of the rehearsal and wedding, she had everything down pat, and she rarely had to ask my opinion for placement of things, she just knew what my vision was and knew exactly how to execute. She made my day even more amazing than I could have imagined. SO WORTH IT TO GET A COORDINATOR!

Gabriella has a way of making you feel taken care of whilst planning one of the biggest moments of your life- your wedding! She is the epitome of an empath. She always put my needs and wants first. Any questions I had during the wedding process were addressed with haste. She is professional in nature, and skilled at executing your wedding day timeline on your special day! I could not have done this without her- she is a treasure to be had.
