Gabro was great to work with and really changed the look of our entire wedding. We utilized their services for backdrop, chairs and long feasting tables and the room transformation was incredible. Gabro is just incredible. I worked with Angel and she was such a sweetheart. We had our wedding reception in the fellowship hall of our beloved church. Fellowship halls of churches are basically rec rooms - bare bones and practical as they are used in many different ways. I was somewhat nervous about how it would turn out, but they created something absolutely incredible. We couldn't believe it. My mom was so happy she started to cry. It was just gorgeous. The results were truly amazing and I highly recommend Gabro!

We rented two hedge walls and charger plates from Gabro. They were amazing to work with and added special touches that brought everything together. We can't recommend them enough!

Gabro made my venue look like an absolute fairytale! They were incredibly responsive during the planning process even when I kept making small changes. The lighting they provided was stunning and I could not have imagined it more beautiful.

As a local wedding coordinator, it can be difficult to find reliable, professional and hard-working rental companies. Gabro is ALL of the above. They are so pleasant to work with, both their in office staff (shout out to Angel) and their delivery and set-up/break-down teams. Gabro provided draping, ceremony chairs, feasting tables and cake stand. This company was great to work with and the products were very high quality. The feasting tables completed our vision of having all of our bridal party and their plus ones all at one table with us. It was such a cool moment to look down the table and see all of our closest friends. The cake stand just dressed up our cake and made it look taller!

We used Gabro Event services for our champagne wall and it was such a big hit!! We were able to decorate with flowers and a sign to give it an extra pop. Our wedding guests loved it and Angel was super great to work with!!

Their service leading up to the wedding was exceptional, with great customer service and efficient communication. Being the bride as well as the wedding planner can be stressful, but Gabro was so trustworthy, they executed everything the way we asked, all I had to do was show up. Gabro event services did a wonderful job both with the decor and DJ for our wedding on 5/17/2020. The venue turned out absolutely beautiful! Thank you!!

Unfortunately our destination wedding was scheduled during the coronovirus pandemic so we decided to cancel the celebration keeping the health and safety of our guests in mind. With no end in sight and no vaccine still we didn’t feel comfortable postponing. Our Decorator had hired the services of Gabro Event for a dance floor rental on our behalf and requested we reach out to them to see if there’s any way we could at least get a part of our deposit back if not the entire amount. So I called Gabro and spoke with Sydney to see if there’s anything they would be willing to do. She refused to answer any questions, said to go read the contract, said they had already spent all of our money, and hung up on us. The least we can expect at this time is for people to not be hurtful. We understand if a refund is not possible but you can at least speak cordially. We haven’t had such an experience with any of our other vendors.

I don't believe I could suggest a better rental company for pretty much ALL your wedding needs. Gabro was AMAZING from the very beginning. They were referred to me by my awesome wedding planners (Kimberly Hensley Events) and I do not regret going with them one bit. They provided for us our draping (which they are sooooooo GOOD at), our chairs for the ceremony and the reception, table chargers, cocktail tables, all linens and napkins. The service provided was just perfect from beginning to end. I dealt with Jackie mostly and she was always so responsive and was always willing to have me come into their showroom and see what they had to offer. She had my order correct and didn't miss a beat. I will refer this company over and over and over again!

We got lighting and our DJ from Gabro. Our reception space was unusual and had a large balcony, but Kabe and team knew exactly what to do! They brought in the perfect lighting for both the indoor and outdoor spaces, at a reasonable price. They coordinated setup with our venue, and I did not have to worry about a thing! Stephen was our DJ, and he was great! We had a small enough wedding that I wasn't sure we needed one, but I'm really glad we had Stephen! He kept the party moving and didn't just turn on a playlist. He had all my requested songs ready to go (even the weird ones) and was really easy to work with. Overall, we had a great experience working with Gabro!

We were referred to Gabro events by the east lake county club and they totally outdid our expectations! They litterally do everything for you. Amanda helped me figure out exactly what my vision was as I am very indecisive. They told me what would look good and what wouldn't and we were conpletely blown away with everything they put together. Kabe was the dj and he was AMAZING! Our dream was to have a huge dance party and Kabe totally madw that happened. People began dancing before it was even time to dance and continued dancing until the venue shut us down! It wAs EXACTLY what we wanted. Our family and friends are still telling us how much fun they had! I 100% recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Kabe and Gabro Event Services at a previous location that used his services for everything, and it's obvious why. Kabe is friendly, professional, and dedicated to giving the absolute best services AND prices. I just used him recently, on January 26, 2017, with a different company for a grand opening party. We needed a red carpet, stanchions and ceremonial scissors. I knew Kabe was the person to call. And he delivered, as always, with flying colors. He showed up with his guys, took a look at the space, and helped us rearrange everything a couple of times to get the best look and it was exactly what we were going for. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. I have seen Kabe do it all. He's a fun DJ; he plays great music and knows how to entertain a crowd. He can pipe and drape a room to utterly transform it into a brand new space and uses uplighting to make the room glow. I have watched him turn brides and grooms into queens and kings with his specialty furniture and decor. If you are looking for a rental company who will bring your vision to life, talk to Kabe. You will be so happy you did!

We used Gabro for chairs, lanterns and an arch. All the products were great. Our chairs were gorgeous. Kabe used the exact lanterns I wanted. However, my only complaint was the response time. There were instances where I didn't receive a response or responses to emails were a week later. Other than that, would highly recommend.

Kabe did an amazing job at our wedding! He played all of the music that I asked him to and kept the party going! His web portal was super easy to use to add songs and information to for the day of. He was so nice and while we were planning from out of town, it was a bit nerve racking, but everything came together beautifully. He also helped us with last minute additions and some out of the box ideas. I loved that he came up to us after the wedding and thanked us and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves (as if he couldn't tell by the fact that we were on the dance floor the whole night). Kabe was fantastic! He DJed for our wedding yesterday as well as provided up lighting and drapery. The ceremony music was perfect and he was right on point the whole evening. We had an island themed cocktail hour and he did a great job at keepin the flow. He had the perfect amount of energy at the reception to keep the guests engaged and the lighting was perfect! It really accented out wedding colors without being too overpowering. There was also a backdrop with twinkle lights behind that really pulled the whole room together. They are really easy to work with! When something went wrong they did the impossible to fix it. He got everyone up dancing! Everyone who attended the wedding said they had an amazing time! They go out of their way to make what you want happen!

We requested Gabro services for our hall decor and they were amazing!! The team was very easy to reach and communicate our ideas with. They had very valuable advice to offer and were very on point. We got married in October 2014 and used Gabro Event Services for the DJ and Slideshow presentation. He did an AMAZING job and got everyone dancing the ENTIRE time. He kept up his energy and was able to sense what the crowd wanted. He was also a huge help with time management -- he let us know when it was time to cut the cake/garter toss/bouquet toss/etc. The best part was he stayed until the very end and he even was able to catch footage on his phone of me and my HUSBAND crowd surfing (unfortunately the videographer and photographer had already left, so THANKFULLY he was able to capture it!!!) He was great to work with and his website made it very easy to stay up to date with when payments are due, we were able to add more services easily, and his timeline was helpful in keeping us organized. We were also able to choose our must-play songs and do-not play songs so he was able to get a feel for what other types of songs he should include. He customized everything just for our wedding -- it felt special! He was on time for all our meetings and he responds back promptly. He's polite, caring, genuine, and professional. Gabro Event Services is the company to choose. If we had to go back and do it again, we would choose Gabro again. Don't bother wasting your precious time looking at other DJ vendors -- Gabro does it ALL and he's GREAT at it!

We were fortunate to meet Kabe when we we're booking our wedding venue and immediately could tell that he was the guy for us. He was very friendly and professional and we felt confident that we could leave most of it in his capable hands. Kabe handled our DJ and lighting services and we couldn't have been happy with the outcome. Kabe was tentive throughout the whole process and responded immediately to emails and allowed us last minute access to our music list to make changes 12 hours before we walked down the isle!!!! We really couldn't have asked for a better DJ and would recommend him in a heartbeat. The next time we need a DJ, we know who we will be calling. Amazing job!!!! Our wedding celebration party would not have been the same without the professional and very personal DJ Gabe. He managed to get our guests in the right mood and played in to the crowd and adjusted his music and style perfectly during the event. KABE WAS PHENOMENAL!!!! He went above and beyond our expectations! He is simply the best!! He did our ceremony music, cocktail music, reception music, made a custom mixed song for my father daughter dance, uplighting which was absolutely stunning, linens which the colors were so spot on that it was almost like it was taken from the same color lot as my bridal party attire, and I also used one of his officiants, George Doumanian Jr., who was wonderful to work with and had an awesome sense of humor! Everything about Gabro Event Services is 100% A+!!!

Gabro Events was the best decision I made. They were very easy going, understanding and have a lot of experience with weddings and events. Experience is key for big events like these. From all the planning with different vendors for my engagement party, Gabro events was the most efficient and professional. It was a reflief i was referred to them. Kabe took care of everything and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. There was no stress or wasting time with Gabro events. My guest are still talking about how great the music was. The dj is the most important part of any event. Kabe did an amazing job and I recommend him for any event!

We used Gabro Events for our uplighting in our reception. It absolutely made our venue look beautiful and I am so glad we had it done. We had 16 LED uplights brought in and Gabro set it up perfectly. I never had to even meet the people at Gabro as they were so professional and had everything under control. I am so glad I used them and I will use them for any upcoming events I have.

Kabe and his team were very professional and prompt. We had to plan everything from Indiana for a wedding in Florida and Kabe answered all my questions and was very kind. Kabe was professional from the moment we met him. The bride and groom had somewhat of an unusual play list with many different dance requests and dance routines from the first dance to the end of the night. Many said it was the first time that they saw all the guests dancing as part of a wedding first dance and it worked beautifully.. The party started from that point and never let up except for dinner . His timing of the playlist was perfect. The entire room of guests were dancing, jumping, line dancing, and moving all night. Each time I looked over at him he had a big smile on his face and as the mother of the bride, so did I. His up lighting of the room in the wedding colors was spectacular at night. He also did draping and lights behind the bride and groom sweetheart table to soften the look. His light show on the dance floor and ceiling was superb along with all his impressive music DJ equipment I would very highly recommend Gabro Events for your DJ needs. He did an excellent job and everyone enjoyed themselves. They keep talking about how much they were on the dance floor all night.

Kabe was absolutely wonderful to work with! The online song selecting to his easy going, laid back personality - it was amazing. He played all the songs we wanted to hear, worked with little hiccups without batting an eyelash at it & everything was flawless and amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better DJ!!! Even though we didn't have the biggest most grand event in Florida, we still got all the attention of having one! Kabe was great! He showed up on time, looked professional and was kind to my guests. He provided us with a PA System for our beach wedding and everything worked perfectly. Kabe had a lot of special request from my guests (that I didn't know about!) and he did his best to accommodate. From a surprise video to a song by the father of the bride. He handled everything with ease! We ran very short on time and Kabe did his best to play all of our requests! Looking back that was my only regret, not having enough time to dance! Thanks again Kabe!

I could never say enough wonderful things about Gabro Event Services!!!!!! Kabe, Amanda, and Vivian are all amazing! From my bridal shower to the rehearsal dinner and wedding they were flawless. They made every idea I had come to life and kept it in the budget I had to work with. During what was a challenging year for me they took all the pressure off me for the wedding planning. They were extremely responsive and so easy to work with! They made planning the wedding so much fun! Over a month later every person I see is still taking about the lighting and atmosphere that Kabe created. The flowers and arch came out exactly how I imagined them! They were absolutely gorgeous!!!!! The compliments I keep receiving about the wedding are overwhelming and it is all thanks the Amanda and Kabe! Their attention to detail was wonderful and they are always thinking one step ahead of you so no detail was ever missed. Vivian was so helpful with the day of coordination that I would not have made it through the day with out her! Kabe was our DJ for our wedding and he was FANTASTIC at playing the right music at just the right time. He played the perfect music during the dinner and then kept the party going once the dancing started!! He catered to all age groups there, and most importantly, listened to our must play and do not play lists :) He also provided the uplighting and draping, and it added the perfect finishing touches to the ambiance in the room. I am in charge of the Dance Committee for the PTSA and hired Gabro Event Services for the Palm Harbor Middle School Halloween Dance and it was a huge hit. They assisted with the planning for 425 students and all of the equipment rental (Slurpee Machine and Popcorn Machine) pick up and delivery. They were professional, they played appropriate music, on time and the entire experience was smooth and stress free. I would recommend their services and intend on using them for the next dance.

I LOVED working with Gabe. He is the nicest most professional vendor I worked with for my wedding. During our first meeting Gabe was right on time and was able to answer every question. My husband and I hired him for our lighting/dj/and linen services. He went above and beyond in all of these services. Our lighting was beautiful and I got many compliments.As our dj Gabe was fun,personal and the crowd moving. Our table linen was exactly as we imagined. Gabe was very early in setting up to ensure everything got done in time. Not only was his services outstanding but he is the nicest person to work with. He spends time creating your vision.
