ates, the governors of CT and NJ (where the bulk of our guests were traveling from) have implemented a travel advisory that requires 14 day quarantine when returning from affected states like Florida. As a wedding wouldn’t be much of a wedding with no guests in attendance, we opted to cancel and try to schedule something back home in CT. As other brides might understand, I simply did not want to postpone my wedding for the 2nd time. With the help of our wedding coordinator, we reached out to all of our vendors to inform them of this difficult situation. I will say, while we did not get all of our money back (which we didn’t expect), all of our vendors were willing to work with us in some capacity to find a suitable resolution where everyone would be happy. I CANNOT say the same for Gabro. Quite frankly they were the most unprofessional vendor I’ve ever encountered. I had sent a few emails with no response. My fiancé decided to email them as well to ask that someone please call us to discuss. Sidney, whose role I don’t know at Gabro, did not call us and instead decided to contact our coordinator to say they would not be issuing any partial refund and would not be in contact. More or less “read the contract” which I might add she told me wasn’t actually signed by me ??? I can not recommend this company less. After such difficult times you could at least treat your clients with respect and professionalism. I have more I’d like to say, if you are a potential bride looking to use this company please reach out to me. I know we all rely heavily on these reviews especially when planning a wedding from out of state.

Our Decorator had hired the services of Gabro Event for a dance floor rental on our behalf and requested we reach out to them to see if there’s any way we could at least get a part of our deposit back if not the entire amount. So I called Gabro and spoke with Sydney to see if there’s anything they would be willing to do. She refused to answer any questions, said to go read the contract, said they had already spent all of our money, and hung up on us. The least we can expect at this time is for people to not be hurtful. We understand if a refund is not possible but you can at least speak cordially. We haven’t had such an experience with any of our other vendors.

The service provided was just perfect from beginning to end. I dealt with Jackie mostly and she was always so responsive and was always willing to have me come into their showroom and see what they had to offer. She had my order correct and didn't miss a beat. I will refer this company over and over and over again!

We had a small enough wedding that I wasn't sure we needed one, but I'm really glad we had Stephen! He kept the party moving and didn't just turn on a playlist. He had all my requested songs ready to go (even the weird ones) and was really easy to work with. Overall, we had a great experience working with Gabro!

ld look good and what wouldn't and we were conpletely blown away with everything they put together. Kabe was the dj and he was AMAZING! Our dream was to have a huge dance party and Kabe totally madw that happened. People began dancing before it was even time to dance and continued dancing until the venue shut us down! It wAs EXACTLY what we wanted. Our family and friends are still telling us how much fun they had! I 100% recommend them!

I just used him recently, on January 26, 2017, with a different company for a grand opening party. We needed a red carpet, stanchions and ceremonial scissors. I knew Kabe was the person to call. And he delivered, as always, with flying colors. He showed up with his guys, took a look at the space, and helped us rearrange everything a couple of times to get the best look and it was exactly what we were going for. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful. I have seen Kabe do it all. He's a fun DJ; he plays great music and knows how to entertain a crowd. He can pipe and drape a room to utterly transform it into a brand new space and uses uplighting to make the room glow. I have watched him turn brides and grooms into queens and kings with his specialty furniture and decor. If you are looking for a rental company who will bring your vision to life, talk to Kabe. You will be so happy you did!
