Galleria Gowns was the second place I went to try on wedding dresses. I had a terrible experience at the first store I went to The girl that was helping me there didn’t offer any suggestions or barely talk to me at all for that matter….. needless to say I left disappointed and without a dress. Luckily for me my next appointment was at Galleria Gowns. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly face and a warm welcome. The lady helping me was so knowledgeable about dresses and what would look good on me. She never once tried to put me in a dress that was out of my price range. The dress I ended up saying yes to was one she pulled out for me to try on. I had such a good experience with them that I ended up having my bridesmaids and MOH get their dresses there also. All the dresses came in with plenty of time.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Allie took time to get to know me and know my style. She went above and beyond to find a dress that was in my budget and exactly what I want. I felt like a princess. It was so comfortable to my MIL and Mom! We all loved this experience and would recommend anyone looking for a dress to check this out! Thank you Allie!

My experience at Galleria was the best I could ask for! I went to a few places and ended up coming back to Galleria to select my gown and I couldn't be more excited! Allie was a wonderful help and made my experience so fun and positive! I would highly recommend using them for your wedding needs.

I loved working with Galleria Gowns! My consultant for my dress, Jessica, was great. She kept within my budget and pulled so many beautiful dresses, but never made me feel pressured. I also ended up getting all of my bridesmaid dresses, the flower girls dresses, and mother of bride and groom dresses at Galleria. There are so many options and it was nice to be able to have everything communicated with one shop. I highly recommend!

Had the worst dress shopping experience here. My stylist was very rude and didn't listen to anything I wanted. She was getting irritated I wasn't immediately making her a sale or choosing the dresses she picked for me. My family also felt her irritation and it made the appointment feel very hostile. I would not recommend going here if you want a positive experience. I went to multiple other shops after I went here and I was shocked by how gracious those stylists were compared to here at Gallerie gowns.

absolutely the BEST!!!!! 3 bridal stores later the amazing staff found the perfect gown! 2 of the 6 bridesmaids already picked gorgeous dresses and the other 4 are being handled out of town through Galleria gowns.The staff is incredible, honest and totally understand each and every "vision". Already made the appointment for the next bride to find her dress.

Waited too long to find a dress for my son’s wedding. Ordered dresses from Saks, Nieman Marcus, MacDuggal and returned them all as each was just not quite right. Made an appointment at Galleria Gowns with Isabella, pretty soon all the ladies in the boutique were finding dresses for me in varying styles and colors. Suddenly the perfect dress appeared which also happened to fit perfectly without need for alteration. Walked in as a customer, walked out feeling like family. I could not have had a better stress free experience! I said YES to the dress.

100% recommended!!! Maggie from Galleria Gowns definitely saved my day this past Saturday. We had went earlier in the day to a different bridal shop and had a horrible experience. The lady was rude, didn’t listen to my voice about what I liked. It had ruined the experience, until I cane to Galleria Gowns and we met with Maggie! She listened to everything I had to say, was there the whole time to help me. I could not of asked for a better experience and place to find my dress!! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, or mother of the bride!!

I had previously shopped another salon that felt like I was in a closet with my family trying on the same dresses over and over with no good reaction or change up in style and we had to pick the dresses to try with little guidance. I came here the next day and from the beginning my family and I were impressed and knew this would be the place I would find the one. Stacy, my consultant, was amazing. She was professional and took a moment to listen to my thoughts on a dress before I showed my family. She really heard everything I was saying and offered other dresses to try and asked me what I liked and didn’t like so we could find something I loved that had EVERYTHING. Her belt of clips and such also helped me to picture exactly how a dress that wasn’t my size would fit me. Finally, I showed a picture that I had loved and had been showing all of my family and friends and she knew exactly where to find it in the salon and when the moment came to trying that dress on, we all knew it was the one! I would highly recommend galleria gowns to family and friends not just for the dress but for the experience they deserve to find the dress.

My consultant Jessica was amazing. She listen to me what I wanted and what price range I wanted to stay in. Everyone at galleria gowns was so friendly. The steam stress did a great job on my dress also and gave me a idea what to do because the bottom of my dress kept getting snagged on the beading of my shoes. I highly recommend galleria gowns.

Beautiful boutique and great service! The stylish I had was apparently a wizard - I went to four other bridal boutiques (FOMO) and came back to Galleria to buy the very first dress she had pulled for me!

The consultants and alterations staff at Galleria Gowns were outstanding! Had a great experience all around with finding my dream wedding dress and having it altered! Everyone who works their is super friendly and helpful. They really take the time to get to know their brides and make sure their needs are met ☺️. I always felt like their first priority!

Finding my dress was so much fun here!! At no point did my consultant pressure me or rush me. She listened to everything I told her about what I wanted in a dress (which was a whole mess of random things I never thought would be in on dress) and she found it! Not to mention all of the staff I worked with confirming appointments, scheduling and rescheduling and alterations were amazing!

I could not be happier with Galleria Gowns. I purchased my gown here in summer 2019, but with COVID I ended up postponing until June 2021. Galleria held my gown during the delay. They also let me come in and try it on as many times as I wanted. I did my alterations through Galleria as well, and they came out extremely well. Galleria even steamed a veil for me that I purchased elsewhere. I highly recommend this store and team!

I had an amazing experience at Galleria. It’s actually where I found THE dress(a Justin Alexander)! First, the shop has over 500 dresses that they let you walk around and look to pick out. Any style of dress you can imagine is here. They also aren’t exorbitantly priced- most of the store was within my budget- and I can’t say that for a lot of places I went to. Jessica was my consultant and she was wonderful. She listened to everything I was saying and offered helpful advice & opinions. I can’t say enough good things!

I bought my dress and bridesmaids dresses at Galleria. They were always so professional and helpful. Even through COVID-19, everything was still on time and looked perfect. All of the ladies were so nice and I enjoyed being there.

Took my mom shopping here for MOB shopping! We had a blast, the team was so great and upbeat! We felt safe with the Covid Precautions and my mom found the perfect dress. Everyone was so nice and kind and worked great with women of all sizes!! Could not speak highly enough of them!

I am beyond thankful that I chose “just to look” by myself at Galleria Gowns!! I went since I was getting an itch to try on dresses and to narrow down what I wanted. Clauda was there to help me and I ended up finding the one at that first appointment. She was so fun, honest, and was just like family since I was by myself as I didn’t think I’d find the one that day. She didn’t pressure me into buying and was very helpful in giving me information for when I would need to buy to ensure my dress was in on time. Fast forward to my fittings (which were scheduled perfectly even amidst Covid) and she made sure that my dress fit like a glove! She helped my bridesmaids make sure they were comfortable in their dresses and was always there to answer questions when needed! She was just like a part of the family and I’m so happy it all worked out the way it did! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Galleria!!! My family has been getting all sorts of dresses from Galleria for as long as I can remember- wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, mother of the bride/groom dresses, grandma of the bride/groom dresses, all sorts of alterations for dresses, etc so when it came time to shop for my own wedding dress it was a no brainer to go to Galleria! Clara, Dani, the whole staff is just incredible! Just got my dress from Galleria yesterday and the experience was hands down the best. They make the experience so fun and unforgettable- even while wearing a face mask! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

Where do I start with this horrific bridal shop. I am very petite but busty so I had a hard time finding a dress, this shop had one that I loved and they were very helpful in ensure that I would fit into the dress. However, once they got my payment they no longer cared about me or my business. I had my dress turned into a high low, they convinced me it would be so cute. And in theory it is so cute, but the reality is that it is so far from the dress of my dreams. After paying $2,000 for the dress I expected behind perfect alterations. For the additional cost of $650 in alteration fees, this bridal shop ripped my dress, the edges are all jagged and uneven, and they did not fit it to me, I could fit 2 of me in a dress that’s supposed to be altered to fit me. My final dress fitting was a month prior to Covid-19, leaving more than enough time to alter the dress to fit me. Once Covid hit they needed to shut down. In doing this they did not care about me at all. My wedding is May 24th, I leave for the wedding May20th. The OWNER wanted to give me my dress not finished on May 19th. They said “best case scenario that is what will happen” or I had the option to “take it as is” my charges still stood firm. I picked up my dress to file I rip right in the front extremely noticeable. The edges were jagged, and it does not fit. I have reached out to them regarding this and am being ignored. Galleria Gowns does not care about you or your wedding. It is all fake just to make some money. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID! I now need to find a new seamstress to try to undo the damage all 3 weeks before my wedding date.

I’m getting my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses here and I am so excited. For my dress appointment they were all so nice and helpful and really thought about what I wanted. They didn’t suggest I try on dresses that were not in my style, and they were so sweet and considerate. My older sister got her wedding dress here, and now I’m getting mine here and I’m so thankful for them! Through this whole virus situation they are still caring for their brides ♥️

When preparing to go wedding dress shopping I was extremely nervous. Shopping for other dresses like prom or homecoming had been a nightmare and I did not want this experience to be the same. Galleria Gowns went above an beyond in every single way to make sure I had a great experience. My consultant Stacy was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and made perfect suggestions on things she thought I might like. Out of all the dress shops I have gone to Galleria Gowns is by far the best!

First off, I cannot say enough great things about Galleria Gowns. From the wide variety selection to the exceptional customer service, my experience here was awesome! I had visited almost every bridal shop in the area and I was starting to think there wasn’t a perfect gown for me. I had no luck at 3 bridal shops when we decided to stop in Galleria Gowns (on a Saturday, without an appointment – I don’t recommend this) to see if it was worth making an appointment to come back. I couldn’t believe the selection when we walked in. There was a dress on the mannequin that caught my eye. Without an appointment or staff member assigned to me, they let me try on the dress as well as several others on my own. I knew as soon as I put it on it was the one. My second favorite was also from here! Everyone I worked with at Galleria Gowns was amazing and so helpful, especially Clauda. When my gown came in, it was cut too short. Clauda came to the rescue and provided multiple options on how we could fix it. She made it her priority to make sure I felt comfortable come wedding day. She delivered on her promise and I can’t tell you how many compliments I received on my dress. There was a perfect gown for me after all. I would definitely recommend this shop to all future brides! You will be in great hands.

I didn’t end up finding or buying my dress here, but I still had to write a review because Clara was SO AWESOME. The girl hustles! I came in without a clue what I wanted in a gown, and she had me in and out of gowns so quickly. She was able to narrow down what I want in a style while also being able to let me try the rule-outs. She is awesome. And if you’re looking for some shopping variety, this salon by far had the largest selection of gowns and plenty of gorgeous ones in my affordable price point!

I loved my experience with Galleria Gowns! They have a whole wall of ball gowns, so if that's for you, you're in luck, but also many different styles to fit any bride's style. I really wanted something form fitting with lace and no sparkles, and the Wilderly Collection was perfect (and very reasonably priced!). I visited 4-5 different bridal salons before them, and I can honestly say they are the best by far. They truly work with you until you find something that feels right to you-- no pressure, no agenda. Being who you are is enough to be celebrated here. We struggled a bit to get the fit right. It came a bit too tight, but Una, Clauda and their wonderfully quick team were able to solve it fast. I've already recommended them to so many future brides in Cleveland!

I thought I was going to choose a dress from a different vendor and they were so respectful about it, but ended up coming back and picking one from them that I loved because my experience was so great. They insisted I try on a dress that I thought Id hate and it ended up being the one! They knew exactly what I wanted and helped me stay within my budget. They were honest about sizing and alterations. I ordered a dress true to the size I was when trying on and it fit perfectly come my wedding day. I needed very few alterations done on the dress, but the few I had done were fairly priced.

The place is gorgeous the dresses are beautiful and the ladies who work there are wonderful! Always made sure I was happy!

I had such a great experience. The selection was excellent, the staff was very knowledgeable and even called the designers of my dress for recommendations on sizing as I was 16 weeks pregnant when I bought it. They also made the alteration process very easy. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Galleria Gowns! They had an impressive selection of gowns for all types of budgets. When I told them I couldn't go over a set amount they understood and never tried to pressure me. They were knowledgeable about what dress would loo best on my body type and encouraged me to focus on how I felt in the dress rather than just trying to sell me something. Let me start by saying there are not enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing the staff at Galleria Gowns are! I live in Florida and I had my heart set on one allure gown. I called every bridal shop from Miami up the entire north-east coast. Most of the places I called did not have the gown and wanted me to just order it with out being able to see it or try it on. Some places responded quickly, some still have not gotten back to me, some places were rude and some were nice and tried to be helpful. Galleria Gown was one of the last places I called and I had almost given up hope on my gown. Not only did Galleria Gown answer on the first ring but they were so friendly and so helpful, they knew within minutes that they had the gown I was looking for, and after explaining that I lived in Florida and would be driving up the following week to try the dress on, they made sure that the dress would still be there when I got there to try it on. For my appointment I was so nervous but everyone was so friendly and helpful! They took their time with me and they were absolutely professional! Once my dress was delivered to them they had the dress shipped to me down in Florida. The dress was packaged beautifully and they included a beautiful hand-written note! I would absolutely recommend any bride or bridesmaid looking for a dress to shop here! Thank you so much ladies!!

Galleria Gowns is amazing! I got my incredible wedding dress there, as well as my bridesmaids! I had an issue with one of my flower girl dresses, they were great with it. Helped me find a simpler dress and made sure it got in for the wedding. All the workers are so nice!

Made dress shopping a wonderful experience! Did not end up purchasing a dress here but only because another salon had more the style/ designers I had in mind. The staff was very accommodating and allowed myself and my group to look through and find dresses. There was a huge selection at affordable prices. They listened well to what I liked/ didn't like and made me feel like a princess! The location was beautiful with nice dressing rooms and mirrors and a beautiful stage area to stand on and show my group each dress. Would absolutely recommend.

Galleria Gowns was one of the first dress stores I looked at. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time looking anywhere else!! Their kindness is above average and they love what they do. All of the ladies at Galleria gowns have been so wonderful to work with so far! They were so accommodating while 3 bridesmaids and a bride tried on, picked out and ordered bridesmaid dresses and went out of their way to make sure that I was going to be ordering the right size dress for my sister's wedding day! 6months is going to go faster than we think and we're so happy to have such an awesome team to help us get from dressing room to aisle!

I had such a wonderful experience at Galleria Gowns. I have an athletic build and was nervous about finding a dress to fit me well. I found the perfect dress at Galleria during an Allure trunk show. When I came in for alterations, Dani was so impressive. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure everything was in exactly the right place. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I can not say enough good things about galleria gowns! I went shopping there on a whim and found my dress on the 4th try. They let you explain what you want and try on as many options as you need. I purchased my wedding dress here from their floor stock and got my dress half the price!!!! Since it was floor stock, the dress was a size 14 and I am a size 2! Dani did all of my alterations at Galleria Gowns and the transformation was PHENOMENAL! I couldn't be happier! My dress was perfect for my wedding day. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing your dress here. The whole experience is so special and the staff makes you feel so welcome and special! They have a new shop in Highland Heights and it's beautiful and big in there! And they have SO many selections to choose from! I also purchased all my bridesmaids dresses here from the Bill Levkoff collection in peach! They were beautiful! They also have really great accessories that Dani orders-- she has great taste! I cannot say enough great things about Galleria Gowns!

My friend bought her wedding dress here 2 years ago we also bought our bridesmaids dresses, the ladies made it fun for us. When it came to my turn to try on bridal gowns, I felt ehh so so.. The one staff didn’t make me feel like I was important. I stood in the dressing room half naked I would’ve at least thought they would give you a robe. I’m a plus size lady so trying on sizes too small isn’t exactly what you want to see. She never called me back to let me know what colors the dress could come in nor has she called to reschedule another appointment. But there are nice and fun staff. beautiful

My experience with Galleria Gowns was awesome! Katherine helped me find the perfect dress and was so very patient! Once I found my dress, Dani, their seamstress, was amazing at making the dress mine. I went to Galleria Gowns this past weekend, just starting my search for my wedding dress. Wow was I impressed. Una was beyond amazing to work with and very helpful. She pulled as many dresses as she could and quickly learned my style. I felt no pressure to buy a dress and Dani helped get me into the corset dresses! Everyone is very nice, unlike the other place I went to. I ended up coming back that day, shortly before they closed and ordered my dress. They put me back in it and the owner started taking measurements, after their closing time. The did not rush us and were such nice people to work with that day. We also decided on our bridesmaids dresses and did one of the fittings that day too with my MOH. Thank you Galleria Gowns. I can't wait to have my dress come in and continue working with your company. :)

If I could give the staff at Galleria 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. From beginning to end, my experience working with them was an absolute dream. Pina helped me during my first (and only!) browsing appointment, and patiently allowed me to select my own dresses to try on. When none really caught my eye, she went out and selected a few--and her second pick ended up being THE DRESS. Ordering, fittings, and alterations were absolutely perfect; Clara and her staff made sure that my dress fit exactly as I wanted it to. We also ordered bridesmaids' dresses through Galleria, and they made it very simple for my three out-of-town bridesmaids to order, pay, and pick up. One bridesmaid did her alterations through Galleria, and of course, her dress turned out perfectly. And to round it all out, I brought my dress and veil back for cleaning and preservation--absolutely worth the final cost to keep my dress in perfect condition for storage. The new store in Highland Heights is spacious, bright, and beautiful. I absolutely recommend Galleria for every step in your shopping and purchasing process; because of Pina, Clara, and all of the other ladies on the staff, dress shopping, ordering, and everything else were by far the least of my worries!

I decided to check out Galleria Gowns because they carry David Tutera dresses and I was interested in some of his gowns that come in light blue. I admit I am not a big clothes shopper, and buying my wedding gown was the part of the whole wedding-planning process that I was most nervous about. However, everyone at Galleria Gowns made the process absolutely stress-free and even fun! Clara helped me pick my dream (blue!) dress, and Dani made sure it fit perfectly. I definitely recommend Galleria Gowns for a friendly, stress-free wedding gown shopping experience. They really do make you feel like family!

Ever single person I met at Galleria Gowns was amazing. They took all the time necessary for me to find the perfect Mother of the Groom dress. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend them enough! The shop is small and in an odd spot, but it's filled with a great selection of dresses and knowledgeable sales people and seamstresses. When my dress came in, madison james made it 2 inches too short, but Clara got it all sorted out and just a few weeks later, I had the right length dress! Dani was great to work with on the bustle, which so nicely complemented the hem of my dress!

Bought my wedding dress from Galleria Gowns, was told alterations would be $120- $200. After 2 fittings my dress was no where close to fitting ( my size did not change). Come to find out they want to change mr $400 for alterations. I talked them down to $300ish including tax. Had to take my dress to another seamstress. She had to completely redo everything Galleria Gowns did to my dress. The beading had to be totally redone. There were stitches made by GG that were not needed and made the dress look akward around the waist. And finally The new seamstress had to take out an additional 3 inches that GG did not do (GG had my dress sitting too low. My dress was suposed to sit on my hips). Which inturn caused my new seamstress to have to do extra work on the top, that shouldve been already done by GG. I then called GG to request a full refund. Not only did they request a picture of me in my dress (after the new alterations were made by the seamstess) for their file (which did not seem right) but i got refunded $60 out of the $300ish. They completely ruined my dress, I was driving 50minutes from Medina to Wickliffe OH. And at the end of the day, still did not get my full refund. The woman at GG are really nice, but when its all said and done, they over charged me, and they were aware of it. I was told their seamstresses were the best around. Not even close.Terrible experience. I would NEVER go back to this store. I would not even recomemd this store even for a flower girl/bridesmaid dress. I would go anywhere else.

These ladies are amazing and I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I went to a few other places first where they were pushy and did't understand what I wanted. I'm having a small destination wedding and didn't want to ship a giant ball gown but other places still tried to push gowns that weren't right for me or my wedding. These ladies however absolutely got where I was coming from and what I wanted. I really felt that they genuinely wanted to help me find the right gown for me, not just make a sale. Galleria did the alterations to my dress and it turned out flawless. I also got my bridesmaids dresses here and they were stunning. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Una was SO friendly, helpful, funny and understanding and there were so many beautiful dresses I couldn't wait to try on! They are amazing! All the women in the store genuinely care about you as a person. They were so helpful from my alterations to my mom, and mother in laws dresses. Everyone looked beautiful. They have an amazing selection of dresses. You begin to feel like family.

This was the first place I went to look for my dress and I ended up buying one of the first dresses I tried on. They have unique gowns that are truly special. Everyone was over the top helpful and Dani is seriously a magician with scissors and thread. I needed a lot of alternations and she made me feel like the dress was made specifically for me. When you walk into this shop you feel like you are meeting up with friends and you never feel rushed to make a decision or that they need to move on to someone else. Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

They are awesome such a wonderful staff. They listen and are so helpful in the dress choosing, alterations... I was so happy with my dress. I am still so in LOVE with it. Very affordable and a huge variety of dresses. This place is amazing.

I absolutely loved Galleria Gowns!!!! I had fallen in love with a Casablanca dress online, but I could only find two shops that carried Casablanca. I went to the other one first because it was closer to home. This other shop did not have the exact dress and they were so pushy and rude, ruining my first experience wedding dress shopping (they actually went out of business a few months later). Then I found Galleria Gowns and everything changed!! I didn't even mind that it was almost an hour from my house- it was worth it! Galleria Gowns had the dress I loved but I ultimately chose a different dress. I worked with Una and she was so nice, wasn't pushy, and pulled a ton of gorgeous dresses. They have an amazing selection there and reasonably priced too. As I was trying them on, she could tell I kept going back to this one dress because I loved the silhouette and the lace, however I didn't like the flowers attached to the belt and felt the neckline was a little low cut. Una had one of the seamstresses, Dani, come over who ripped off the flowers, added a sparkly belt, pinned up the neckline, and my jaw about dropped to floor! It was a completely different dress and it was perfect! Unfortunately though, the dress was discontinued meaning I'd have to buy the sample I'd tried on. I decided to still go for it and I'm so glad I did!! I got a sizable discount since I was buying the floor sample, which I did have to basically put all of back into the alterations, but it was so worth it! It turned out perfect! Dani is absolutely incredible and so nice and funny too! She took my dress down about 4-5 sizes and even added a bow that I requested on the back. I loved working with her and Clada (sorry i most likely spelled that wrong!), one of the owners who was down there on the ground pinning my hem, during my appointments! My dress was absolutely gorgeous, fit perfectly, and I had a great time in the process. Sure, if you're looking for a bridal salon/shop that looks like it's straight off of Pinterest so you can get the perfect Instagram photo of saying yes to the dress, then yeah maybe there's "cuter" shops out there, but I can't imagine having better service anywhere else! I highly recommend this bridal salon to all brides looking for their perfect dress!!

After my last bridal salon, I was worried i would never find my perfect wedding dress. Dani, was amazing and listened to what I said and how I reacted to the dress I tried on. If it wasn't for her I don't think I would have found my dress. I would tell everyone I know to go to Galleria Gowns for the best experience with finding the perfect dress.

Simply amazing! Although the store seems small and quaint from the outside, the dress selection is huge! They also have a great selection of veils, shoes, and accessories! Another reason I love this bridal salon is because they treat you like a person, not a number. They take their time with you, get to know your name and you become family while you're there. The ladies there are VERY patient with you- they wont pressure you into buying a dress. I HIGHLY recommend Galleria Gowns. One more reason I am purchasing my dress from Galleria Gowns is for their alterations. They don't charge a flat $500+ fee for alterations, they charge you by what you need! You can go wrong at Galleria Gowns!

Dani is a dream, work with her if you can! My dress was is a beautiful, strapless, blush, a-line ballgown. It took a couple visits to find the perfect gown but the moment it was on we all knew. Dani is an incredibly fun person and an even better seamstress. My dress wouldn't have been the same without her touch. In my opinion there's really no other place to go.

I had my wedding gown moment here! I went with my mom and I remember turning to her with the biggest smile on my face and saying "this is the one!" We came here because as I was looking for dresses I kept picking gowns from Maggie Sottero and when I looked up where to buy her gowns there were only 3 places in Ohio. What a way to make a bride feel special, right? The Galleria was close to home so I made an appointment. When I walked in the store looked cozy. There were dresses everywhere! Kim greeted us and was very kind. She listened to everything I wanted and did not want on my dress and she helped me find the dresses I had found online. She was so helpful in finding aspects of the dresses that complimented me and listened to my worries about others. From that she went out into the store and came back with even more for me to try on! She was very professional and so helpful! I then found THE GOWN! I didn't cry but I felt beautiful in the dress and could imagine myself walking down the aisle in it. We tried on veils next. I chose the 'fun veil'. That's what everyone called it. And it was all a great price! My dad and I had been watching Say Yes to the Dress episodes so that the price wouldn't shock him. But he said it was within my budget and looked beautiful on me. We also bought the bridesmaid dresses from there. Kim, my mom, and I all picked out seven dresses that complimented my dress and we made an appointment for my bridesmaids to come in and try them on. When the girls came in they liked the feel of the store and they had given us a few rooms for the girls. It was fun having them run in and out of rooms trying on the different dresses and then showing them off in the mirrors. The only downside was that they only had a limited size of dresses so some of my girls were unable to try them on. But they looked great on the day. All the dresses came in plenty of time for alterations. Kim was awesome and I would definitely recommend Galleria Gowns to find your wedding gown!

I was so pleased with everyone at Galleria Gowns that when I found my dream dress at another bridal salon I went back to Galleria Gowns and they ordered my dress for me. The price of the dress ended up being much less and the service I received was one of a kind. I would recommend this place to any bride looking for her perfect dress!

After having a terrible experience at another bridal shop (Catan's in Strongsville) I was dreading having to go dress shopping again. I read some positive reviews about Galleria Gowns and saw they had the designers I was interested in so we made the hour drive and I was so glad we did. We were greeted by Una and she was so sweet, she took care of us immediately. She started pulling dresses that matched my style while we waited for a dressing room. We were about 15 minutes early for our appointment but the girls kept apologizing for keeping us waiting! We reassured them that we were early and had no problem browsing their great selection of dresses. They were so kind and helpful and it was a great experience! The first dress I tried on was the one we purchased and I couldn't be happier! We also thought their prices were very reasonable. Galleria Gowns truly is a hidden gem with a very caring, experienced and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I did get me dress from there however, I kind of regret it because they pressured me into buying me dress. Most places say take a day to think about it but no they just immediately went into how r u going to pay for it and they brought me dresses way over my budget. I would not suggest going there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They advertise that they make custom headbands. I had a forehead headband made that the girl assured me she would have no problem making. Well to start off, it was a month late by when it was done. I went to pick it up and realized that the little gems she added were twisting all over and not laying flat against my forehead. I left the headband again and she said she would fix it. When I went to pick it up AGAIN a week later, the worker said she added a special adhesive to the back to make the gems lay flat, well it was HOT GLUE all over the back of my headband. I was disappointed that an item that cost $150 was being held together with hot glue, but it looked ok so I paid and was on my way. Well a few weeks later, I took the headband out of the box and all the hot glue was peeling off and the gems were again twisting all over (this is now one week before my wedding). I called them and for some reason was not "allowed" to talk to the manager, but was told to bring it in to see if they could refund it. I go back and talk to the manager who says she cannot refund it and that there is nothing wrong with it. I state that the girl clearly could not make it correctly and that it was defective, as it was falling apart. The manager continues to be a complete b**** and states that it wasn't defective "just needed to be fixed". Well isn't that defective?! I did not have the time or patience to drive out there (over an hour drive for me) to pick up a $150 held together by hot glue. She also stated that due to quality she would not put something like it on her shelf, yet expected me to wear it on my wedding dayAfter arguing with her for 20 min she offered to give me $75. I accepted but assured her I was not happy, but refused to waste my time arguing. Moral of the story, their "custom" pieces look like something you can do at Saturday craft classes at Michaels. Save yourself some money and make yourself a macaroni headpiece (it will be the same quality).

Galleria Gowns is wonderful. I had heard mixed reviews on them from family and friends, but I am so glad I decided to try it. After a pretty bad experience with other stores in the area that morning, I took a last leap of faith and went to Galleria without an appointment-on a Saturday afternoon! They fit me in with a fantastic woman who bent over backwards for a walk-in! They had a beautiful, modern selection, especially Allure! While I didn't wind up getting my dress there, this place gave me hope and comfort in the process! They have a nice setup to bring multiple family members to view your dresses. While I would recommend getting an appointment- I think I just got lucky--definitely worth stopping here ladies!

I have had the best experience at Galleria Gowns. It was the first place I went when I started trying on dresses. The shop is small but that just means that I wasn't overwhelmed. I ended up buying the very first dress that I tried on. Since then I have gone back to visit my dress. I have visited multiple times and they have been welcoming every single time. When I purchased my veil from there they were accommodating and helpful since I was getting a custom veil. I love it!

What a wonderful shop. I was looking for an Allure gown, and they carry this line, so it was perfect for me. They gave me personal, caring service and alterations are charged per person, not an alterations package like some salons have. They helped me pick a veil at their sample sale, gave opinions on jewelry when asked, and overall made me feel comfortable, calm and taken care of every single time I went in. If I could buy every dress I ever needed from this shop, I would do it.
