Gallucci's Catering

Gallucci's delivered in all aspects for our wedding! We worked with Keisha throughout the year for the wedding day and she was so nice and great to talk to and answered all my questions. Gallucci's has great pricing with SO much included. All of our guests are still raving about the food and we loved living off the leftovers after the wedding. Highly recommend!

We loved having Gallucci’s as the caterer for our wedding! The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. We had a family-style dinner for 100 guests and we loved it! It’s not as formal and as expensive as plated dinner, but we could also sit comfortably at our tables and didn’t have to wait in line like in buffet style. The bacon wrapped prawns and raspberry & in phyllo cups were excellent appetizers! Our guests loved them both. The marinated flank steak and baked salmon with soy shiitake sauce as our main course were cooked perfectly. We received so many compliments from our guests for the food quality! Keisha is excellent and very helpful in all communications. It’s also great that Gallucci’s handled renting, setting up, and cleaning up all the linens and tableware. I would recommend them to anyone!

Could not have picked a better caterer than Gallucci's! I don't think you will find better quality for the price point. Many of my guests told me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. They were so flexible and helpful, allowing us to customize our menu exactly the way we wanted to, and the staff was so professional and friendly on the day of. It's also nice that they handle renting all of the linens and tableware for you so you don't have to do it yourself, and the vendors they use offer lots of options for a beautiful and customized wedding day. They were extremely responsive and communicative and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to the staff of Gallucci's! You made our day that much better! The food was spectacular, the service was superb, and you guys are awesome! I'll reccomend you to everyone from our day on! Compliments to the chefs, chicken was moist, penne pasta was bomb, mashed potatoes were awesome, many compliments of the salmon. Just killed our expectations, probably better than our tasting.

We LOVED having Gallucci's at our wedding. Working with Adrielle to finalize every detail was so simple--she was quick to respond and helped us think through every detail. We got so many compliments from our guests about the food and enjoyed it on the day of even more than we did at the tasting. The entire staff was wonderful! We would absolutely book them again!

I was in a wedding a few months ago, and our friends (the bride and groom) mentioned that the food they sampled for their caterer was delicious, but the day of the wedding, it was extremely disappointing. Not only that, but they didn't have enough staff scheduled so the bridal party plus some others had to clean and set up all the table settings. This made me nervous on the caterer my (now) husband and I picked, but we're really glad we went with Gallucci's. Adrielle was extremely communicative, understanding, professional, and the day of food was delicious and hot! They also let us pick up the linens the day before so we could set up the tables ahead of time. The only few hiccups that happened were: 1. They ran late so our reception was pushed back by like 30-45 mins. 2. We had 3 different cakes available - 2 were allergen friendly/vegan since I have family severely allergic to nuts/dairy/gluten. I had clarified multiple times to keep the cakes separate from other one (my regular cake out for the guests and the other two in the kitchen for people to request). However, towards the end of the night, I saw that all 3 cakes were put out next to each other, and they weren't even cut up like we had asked. The guests had to cut the cake themselves. This posed a a a great risk for cross contamination. 3. (This isn't necessarily a slight against them because we provided our own cakes) but the cakes weren't taken out ahead of time, so when we went to do the cake cutting and serve it, the frosting was still really hard. Overall, I would highly recommend Gallucci's.

Don't second think it ladies and gents!! Go for it! Gallucci's catering is amazing and so are their employees! We got married right when Coronavirus hit the fan only a few days before the wedding, unfortunately but so thankful we were able to work with them from a large group of people down to only 50 people. Not the best situation for either of us but we are so thankful for them! When we first met with Keisha to go over the menu they were able to work with us on a recipe my mom wanted to add to our menu, they were able to replicate that recipe and it was outstanding! The food was set out beautifully and was DELICIOUS, all my guests raved about how yummy it was. With the virus they had a few of the team members serving food buffet style and was organized very well even with serving desserts and serving toast drinks. I highly recommend going with Galluccis! Keisha was very communicative and understanding and she is very fun and loving! Thank you guys!!

Food was delicious, but the kitchen staff had a lot of problems the day of the event. We rolled with it and were offered a discount to compensate, but never got it. Communication during event planning and after was poor.

Galluccis were amazing. Keisha worked our event and I can not say enough great things about her. She is professional, fun, down to earth, and gets the job done. She goes above and beyond. The food was amazing and I am so glad we chose galluccis. I would highly highly recommend them.

We were a little disappointed to learn that we had to choose from one of our venue’s preferred caterers, since it really limited our selection. We ended up going with Gallucci’s and were very happy with our decision. They were great to work with and the food was delicious! Adrielle got back to us timely whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change to the menu. We did have a little mishap the day of, though. Gallucci’s, by mistake, misplaced one of the main dishes for one of our tables. They ended up making more – it just got to the table pretty late. I got an email from Adrielle a couple days after the wedding apologizing and saying she would be refunding us for that dish. We didn’t even have to reach out to her!! All of our guests loved the food and I would definitely recommend Gallucci’s for your next event!

Gallucci's catered my wedding, and I was so happy with their service! Leading up to the wedding, the service they provided in helping us plan the menu and accommodate our specific tastes was great, and the level of service during the wedding was amazing. We chose the flank steak and dijon chicken as our main entrees, and my husband and I were impressed, especially with the steak. They cook the food on site, which makes it very fresh. I would highly recommend them!

We absolutely loved Gallucci's! Gallucci's was one of the preferred vendors that we were to choose from for our wedding venue. The food was delicious! When we went to the tasting they actually gave us good portions. They were even so nice and made a kids menu. Everyone complemented that they liked that there was a kids menu. Gallucci's does have a bartender that you can add onto your services. The bartender that we got was awesome. Overall I would high recommend Gallucci's as a caterer.

The food was delicious and the staff was amazing! They were so helpful the whole time. They noticed my husband and myself hadn't eaten a ton of our food (thanks nerves!) so they were kind enough to pack up food for us for our hotel that night, complete with a small bottle of champagne!

We were so happy with our food and service from Gallucci's at our wedding! We continue to get compliments on how delicious the ribs, pork sliders, and mac and cheese were during our reception dinner. Also, their staff was absolutely phenomenal! We highly recommend them!

Gallucci's was absolutely amazing to work with. We used them for full service catering for our wedding of 180 people - they rented our tables and linens, set up the night before in the venue, served drinks ect. The quality was fantastic and so many things stand out. First off, the food was AMAZING. I had multiple people comment on how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We did Chicken Marsala, Baron of Beef, and a delicious Veggie pasta dish. They packed us a to-go box and we (thankfully) had a few days of leftovers. It was sooooo good. Also fantastic were the servers for the wedding. Plates were cleared quickly, my husband and I always had someone checking to see if we needed more food or drinks, and our guests were taken care of the whole night. We were able to hire bartenders and bring our own alcohol which was a cost savings - they even helped us figure out how much alcohol we needed! I was a little high maintenance with some last minute changes, but it was not problem at all for them and the whole staff was fantastic. They were wonderful, affordable, and did a fabulous job for us. I wanted someone to take care of everything and make it easy. They exceeded expectations - I cannot recommend Gallucci's enough.

Gallucci's went above and beyond for our wedding. Every thing on our menu from the passed appetizers to the main course was amazing! We had a groomsmen on a strict diet and they made a plate specially for him on the spot! Many of our guests said the food was the best they have had at a wedding! I can not say enough good things about this caterer!

Gallucci's was a full service caterer. They made amazing food, took care of our rentals and had amazing service before, during and after the wedding. Their gourmet macaroni and cheese was amazing. It was a guest favorite!

The short ribs and chicken Marsala were beyond delicious! Everyone raved about the food. The staff were extremely professional, helpful and kind every time I interacted with them. There was no shortage in food (ate left overs for a couple days). They even packed a to go box for us. All the attention to details was really appreciated! They were amazing! Well worth every penny!

We were very happy with our catering choice, the food was delicious and not to mention the day of service was AMAZING! We received so many compliments on our food, we had guests trying to replicate the chicken dish the next day. The only thing was - we ordered Chicken Marsala and received something else... mind you it was delicious, so I really can't complain too much. During the process I did have to constantly stay on top of our contact as she would mis quote things or forget to note something or adjust the bid appropriately. Other than that we were very happy. The gentleman who ran our special day was over the top amazing and always made sure that the guests and the bride and groom were taken care of promptly.

We had our wedding at the Liberty Theater and Gallucci's food was excellent! Beyond our hopes. The tasting was great as we got to meet the owner Ron and the portions were like a meal! We had figured that the portions for a tasting would be just like a single bite but guess again!!! We could have just skipped a meal and still had left overs. Ron was great and we were able to pick and choose what we wanted for our menu. On the day of the wedding everything was just like we had requested and we wouldnt have changed a thing. Everyone has raved about the excellent food. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE DELICIOUS MEAL AND THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

I found them to be very honest and nice caterers, there were a few mishaps on the day of- but it was all cleared up.

They are affordable, upfront, easy to work with, and have the best food EVER. After our tasting, I was dreaming about the pasta in cream sauce with sun dried tomatos and artichoke hearts and couldn't wait to eat it again at our wedding. Everything turned out amazing and we got so many compliments on the food.

Gallucci's Catering works with The Museum of Glass in Tacoma, thus we were required to work with them. When you first meet with them you feel like you're talking to car salesman, but in the end the food was wonderful!

Best food I ever tasted!! We wish we had another event they could cater!!!

Ron Gallucci is the guy you want to cater your wedding. Very knowledgable and experienced. He has catered every wedding venue in the greater Tacoma-Seattle area and the food is spectacular. You can choose from his menu or he will make whatever you want. Not only that, but he will send a chef to your home to cook your menu choices especially for you and your fiance' without any money up front. His quote will include food, tax, gratuity, clean-up costs - everything! No hidden costs and their company will do as little or as much as you want. The staff was professional, the set-up was beautiful and the food was phenomenal. All night long, the staff made sure my husband and I had a drink. Later that night, we went to our room and found that they had boxed some dinner and cake for us (which was awesome since we didn't have a chance to eat that much and we were starving). If you want someone who is as passionate about your wedding as you are, they are the company to pick!
