Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings

The wedgewood team is incredible! They all are so attentive and understanding of our wedding vision and made everything we wanted happen. Our coordinator, Devin, made everything so easy for us as she walked us through the steps and explained everything to us. She answered all questions that we may had and executed everything perfectly. Their team made wedding planning so much easier for me, I wouldn’t be able to have done it without them.

I can't say enough about Galway. The venue is gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for all your wedding photos. As a bride you expect to be stressed out when it comes to the planning the big day. But Galway was meticulous in the details and such a joy to work with. Devin and McKenna were our day of coordinators and they made sure the day ran smoothly and I couldn't have asked for nicer people to manage the day. Everyone from the DJ to the catering staff went above and beyond and I hope to be a guest next time around at someone else's wedding here soon.

The venue was beautiful and the team was the best! They walked us through the entire planning process and made sure everything went well on the day of the wedding. They coordinated with both their vendors and ours so we didn’t have to worry at all. Our guests had a great time and enjoyed the food. Everything was perfect thanks to the Galway team!

Absolutely LOVED having our wedding at Galway Downs. All throughout the night, we were told how it was the most beautiful wedding people have been to. Everyone who we worked with was AMAZING. They were all so responsive and kind to us. I cannot express how beautiful their grounds are and the kind people are just a cherry on top. They were so attentive during our day and made sure we did not need anything. I wish I could do it all over again because they made our day feel like a dream!

Dream. Come. True. I cannot say enough amazing things about Galway Downs and their staff. My husband and I are so grateful to the staff of this venue. The venue itself is gorgeous from the ceremony site, to the gorgeous babbling brooks, and the carriage house with the beautiful, tall ceilings. Here are some of the people who made our wedding the best day of our lives. Ashley- She is a saint. She gave us our tour and continued to stick with us any step of the way that she could. She is SO knowledgeable and wonderful. On our wedding day she carted me down to the ceremony site and it was such a treat to see her on our big day!!! Amanda (Coordinator)- We met the day before at our rehearsal and was on top of everything immediately. She understood who my husband and I and got to work to make our big day perfect. Amanda is amazing at what she does and we were so thankful for her. DJ (banquet manager)- He swooped in for the reception and it was a well oiled machine!!! Truly so accommodating and takes so much pride in what he does. We felt like superstars all day and the staff at Galway Downs went above and beyond to make our day amazing. It was truly the best day ever.

Just attended a wedding this Friday 03/22/24 as the maid of honor. Galway Downs is such a beautiful venue and our day of coordinator, Amanda, did such an amazing job at making sure everything ran smoothly! There wasn’t any issues the entire day and the entire team did such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend to any couple looking to get married here!

We toured SO many venues, but after meeting with our coordinator, Aubree, and going over all the details, we knew this was the place for us. One of the great things about Galway through Wedgewood Weddings is that it's all-inclusive, which is a big help when you're planning a wedding in a quicker turnaround time. I got engaged at the beginning of October and we booked our wedding for early February. Them having the recommended vendors like the florist, DJ, baker, etc. was a huge help for us. And they were all wonderful! Some key callouts: *The food was really yummy (especially the mac n' cheese croquettes and potsticker appetizers and the panko chicken and cheese tortellini!). We went with the buffet option, which was all delicious, but looking back, we wouldn't pay the upcharge for the prime rib. It tasted more like a roast, and while it was okay, it just wasn't worth paying extra for. We also had a few vegan guests and they provided a special meal for them, which they said was delicious! Really appreciated. *Working with Aubree, our coordinator, was a dream. She was the one we initially toured with and we hit it off so well we asked if she would coordinate our rehearsal and wedding, as well. Even though our rehearsal and wedding day fell on her days off, she committed to being there for both and helped us every step of the way—including checking in throughout the day and bustling my dress for me with my matron of honor. *The bridal suite was a huge selling point for us. Being able to get in and set up as early as 9:00 a.m. prevented us from having to get a nearby hotel or house just for getting ready. It was so spacious and there was plenty of room for the hair and makeup artists, all the bridesmaids and family, lots of food and snacks, the photographers and videographers, etc. *One thing I'd like to note to the venue that I think would be a beneficial addition is to improve the general sandy grounds (it was muddy when it rained) and add a stone walkway, ramp, etc. to the ceremony area. Every time we went to tour the space, the grassy ceremony area was always soft and damp—even if it hadn't been raining. So even if the weather is perfect on your wedding day and has been perfect for like a week before, the grounds still remain damp for some reason. I don't know if this is because they water so often or what. But after spending thousands on your wedding dress, you don't really want to worry about dragging your train through the mud or having your heels sinking into the ground. I got married on a day that was sandwiched between rainy days. I decided to get married outside and everything ended up being okay, but it would've given me much more peace of mind if they had a walkway or pathway built onto the aisle to prevent this. They have stone on the ground at the "altar" location, so I think extending this into the aisle or adding some low profile wood planks would be really smart and give all brides better peace of mind! *Austin, the DJ, was excellent. The cake from Bo Cakes was delicious. Our banquet captain, DJ, was also wonderful. The plan B setup inside the reception space in case it rains is still so beautiful! Overall thoughts: Yes, it's expensive, but it's also a wedding and weddings are expensive. You might as well pick a venue like Galway through Wedgewood that offers all-inclusive options and does set up, tear down, etc. Really happy I chose Galway as my wedding venue!

Amanda Ellis our coordinator is amazing!! My day would not have been possible without all her help. Amanda made my day stress-free. She took initiative to make decisions and create the most beautiful wedding day. I trusted Amanda to improvise and use her creativity. She was emotionally invested in our wedding. We only met Amanda the day before, but however, she instantly became family. I will be forever grateful for her kindness!! Also, Ireland is wonderful! She is patient and helpful. Ireland helped calm my nerves and offered emotional support!! There’s a reason why Galway Downs by Wedgewood has many awards. Their reputation is superb and they show that thru their one-on-one personalized care for your wedding needs! When we were looking for venues we ventured out to this spot in Temecula, and after meeting with the planning team and walking the grounds, we knew this was our venue. They allow you to have all of the grounds to yourselves on your wedding day, there are suites for both the bride & groom, lodgings are close by for a venue that is somewhat of a destination wedding, and they have some of the best vendors to offer just next door!

From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we were swept away by the charm and elegance of this venue. The lush gardens, adorned with vibrant flowers, provided a picturesque backdrop for our ceremony. Loved working with these ladies!!! Overall, our experience at Galway Downs exceeded all expectations, and we will cherish the memories of our perfect day for years to come.

We hosted our wedding at Galway Downs and I cannot rave about the venue and the team. Everything went so flawlessly with no hiccups. We got so may compliments on the service, food, and atmosphere. This venue and the staff made my wedding such a magical experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, Jess you are the best! The Dj played such a fun set and the food was delicious. The venue sold itself with its beauty. My loved ones fell in love with every detail of the wedding including the venue and how the staff used my decor and created such beautiful settings for the table. Soirée floral were absolutely flexible with my budget and were kind enough to surprise me with my dream bouquet. I was so happy with how they fixed everything with the florals. The venue was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The dj, florist, bakery, and day of coordinator did a phenomenal job.

We couldn’t have better things to say about Galway Downs venue and staff. Our day was just perfect! Jessica and Amanda are hardworking, kick- a$$ ladies who really poured so much love and hard work into our day. My husband and I got married here in February of 2023 and our wedding experience at Galway Downs from the planning down to the actual day was nothing short of amazing! The staff is so kind and helpful and truly make this a great, stress free experience. Being a part of Wedgewood Weddings made this such a seamless process and I could not be more grateful. The day of our actual wedding was wonderful and I'm so happy I can look back on this day with pure joy. I am still in awe to do this day of how breathtaking the venue looked when I arrived that day. I want to specifically point how wonderful and above and beyond the day/night coordinators were along with the bartenders and servers working. Each person added so much to an already perfect day. I will forever be thankful we chose Galway Downs as our wedding venue and could not recommend this place enough!

My husband and I got married here in August and we could not have been happier with the quality of the venue and the staff. They were very communicative through the whole process and worked with our budget well. The venue itself is beautiful with lots of pretty areas that made for really lovely photos. We also really liked all the vendors that were recommended by Wedgewood but appreciated the option to choose outside vendors (for most things) if desired. I can honestly say there isn’t anything I would change about the whole planning process or the day itself it was all really seamless.

This venue was an absolute dream come true! I loved the outdoor setting, with the beautiful tree hanging done over the ceremony space and the fountain in the background. It was cool with a light breeze. The people we worked with were amazing. They gave us a notebook full of everything we needed to plan the wedding. They were always available to call if we had any questions or changes. We had Ashley as our day-of coordinator and she was spectacular. Everything was set up perfectly and she’s very kind and down to earth. And even helped me calm my nerves! The food was delicious. And our bakery was fantastic. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for more.

Get married here, you won't be disappointed! <3 My husband and I got married at Galway Downs on June 17, 2023! We had the absolute best experience with this venue. All the staff at Galway were fantastic, especially Ashley, Tiffany, Austin, DJ and the bar staff, I'm sorry I don't remember their names, but our guests were raving about their amazing customer service and fantastic drinks. Ashley, Tiffany, Austin and DJ were the kindest, most genuine and professional people we have ever worked with,they worked sooo hard to make our day perfect. They truly felt like friends by the end of our wedding planning journey, they made everything such a breeze and truly made us feel so beyond special and important. Other wedding venues will often treat you like a number, but with Galway that is by far not the case, they make you feel like the most important bride and groom through your entire wedding planning journey.  The venue is absolutely stunning, the bridal and groom suites are top notch, the food and drinks were fantastic. Our wedding guests still to this day are saying "it was the best wedding" they have ever attended.  We wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day! It was absolutely perfect, and I thank Galway and all their vendors for making it so special. Thanks to Galways vendors it made the extra details a breeze to plan!  We used Soiree for our stunning florals and were so blown away by the quality and their customer service. Bo cakes was also fantastic in every way! Madam Palooza was also a dream and brought our wedding up a notch! There are multiple packages and options to fit your budget and to make it the perfect day for you and your soon to be husband or wife. 100 out of 10!!! We love Galway and we are forever grateful for the beautiful wedding they provided us!! 

There is so much i can say about Galway Downs and i promise you this is worth the read! From our tour in June of 2022 to our wedding August 20th 2023 everyone has been so attentive, all of the coordinators have been amazing! The cooks are awesome, they come up and introduce themselves and ask how everything was and everything was really good! Our friends and family said this was by far the best food theyve ever eaten at a wedding venue! There DJ Austin is amazing and really makes sure you get the music you want, i had a hard time picking a father daughter song and Austin helped me, i sent it over and he was able to use it off of youtube! We used soiree floral design for our flowers and they absolutely took our breath away, everything we wanted and more! Our bartender Matt was amazing he was super busy with our open bar from family and friends and absolutely handled it! Amanda is amazing with making sure you eat, get desserts, drinks, and everything you need she was always right there! Austin our personal coordinator for the day was outstanding he checked on us throughout the morning, set up everything inside perfectly, even took pictures so i could get a sneak peak. The girls suite was awesome! We had so much room and we got 2 complementary champagne bottles, it was clean and perfect! The boys suite was amazing as well with a tv, foosball table, and patio for just hanging out. The venue was just stunning! Clean, open, everything is close. The barn, Edison lights, ponds and water fall were the reasons we picked this venue but honestly we would pick this venue over and over again because of the hospitality from all the coordinators and workers. We thought we were just going to have the wedding of our dreams and leave but we made friendships and i am forever grateful to Galway Downs. Thank you to everyone who made our dreams a reality. Remember to tip they work their butts off.

This venue is amazing! Ashely (venue coordinator) I have no words for, she made all our dreams come true. The horse drawn carriage was great! The florist (Soiree Floral) Jennifer is wonderful to work with and her arrangements are gorgeous, Austin (DJ) is a blessing. He made the night so much fun! The cake was beautiful and delicious. The bridal/groom suites were exquisite. The whole day was everything we wanted and more.

Working with the Wedgewood Team at Galway Downs was a literal dream! The team was so attentive and responsive over the entire planning process and nothing was out of place on our big day. If you are looking for a venue that does the heavy lifting to ensure the planning experience is a breeze, look no further. We didn’t end up getting to have our wedding here because of a fire evacuation, but for an entire year we planned our wedding here with Ashley who was amazing, not only did she help us be as organized and prepared as possible, our wedding fell on her bday weekend and she switched her plans around to be there for our wedding day to be the coordinator because we liked her so much, even tho that was supposed to be her weekend off for her birthday. We unfortunately didn’t get to have our wedding there because of the fire evacuation, not only did Ashley go out of her way to reach out to us to make sure we were okay and send us positive vibes, but it was also because of all of her hard work helping us plan and organize our wedding that we were able to bring all those plans and information to the next venue and replan our wedding in 48 hours thanks to her organization and all the information she had us plan, it made what should have been a stressful situation be such a smooth transition even the venue we ended up getting married at said how organized and easy it was because of all the plans we had, all thanks to Ashley at Galway downs! She is exactly the person and energy you want around when planning your wedding!

Everyone on the team that helped us plan our special day was nothing but respectful, understanding. Anytime I had a question about something they were quick to respond and give me an answer. Even though, I was sad because I couldn’t have it outside due to rain they made the inside of the barn everything and more than I could’ve ever imagined!

Let me just start by saying that I am a high-stress, anxious, type-A personality. I assumed that the entire wedding planning process would be an absolute nightmare for someone like me, and had I chosen a different venue, it may have been--but not with Galway Downs. From our first meeting with Ashley to our final meeting with Leah, the planning process was an absolute breeze. They were so thorough, so accommodating, and so knowledgeable. They put my mind at ease and made the process as painless as possible. My day-of-event-coordinator, Tiffany, was absolutely incredible! She was like a dream coordinator for me because she didn't just say she would get things done--she walked me through everything, checked-in with me when necessary, and kept everything moving on-time. She made sure my husband and I were fed and made sure we had a chance to soak in all of the details. D.J. who was in charge of the reception and event staff was also amazing! He kept our reception on track, check-in with us, and was so kind and professional--as was his entire staff! Even Jess and Leah, who drove my father and me up to the ceremony spot--they calmed our nerves and helped me feel at peace before walking down the aisle. The food was honestly delicious, the DJ (CSquared) was such a pro and made the evening so fun, and the florist (Soiree) created floral arrangements that absolutely took my breath away. You know the arrangements are good with the tia's are fighting to take them home! I can't say enough good things about this venue and, in particular, the people who work here. What I keep hearing from guests is just how magical the day was--and SO much of that is due to the service, venue, and other amenities provided by Galway Downs/Wedgewood Weddings. I highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding!

This venue was amazing!!! Our wedding went so well even with the crazy rain we had over that weekend. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The moment we saw this venue all the way to the wedding day, we knew they were going to be unbelievable!! We definitely recommend this gorgeous venue!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! 😍 I truly don’t believe anything could have gone better on our wedding day! From the day we stepped into the venue property, I immediately knew that we had to have our wedding here! Not only is the property gorgeous, but having all the amazing vendors come along with the whole package truly sets Galway Downs apart from anywhere else! Our day of coordinator was Tiffany, who was AMAZING in every way! She truly went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease- she also set up our decor beautifully and really helped create my vision! Amanda was our banquet captain for the night and it was so fun to realized that we had so many mutual friends ! I love that Amanda got out there with us on the dance floor! So fun to meet a new friend like that! And Ashley, I can’t thank you enough for helping me plan along every step of the way! You were so incredibly helpful in every way, especially right before I walked down the aisle with my dad! I love that you were there to cart us, right who I needed in that moment! Having a venue with the option to have all/most services included was the way to go for us. The site is beautiful whether your event is inside or outside. Staff and coordinators were all helpful and our wedding day felt nearly stress-free.

I cannot say enough how happy I am I selected Galway Downs for my wedding. I wanted a place that was a one stop shop. I didn’t mind paying a bit more to have a peace of mind. All of the vendors that came with Galway Downs were so professional, delivered on quality, helpful, and all just made wedding planning so easy. I want to also give a shout out to the Galways Down planning team. They answered numerous emails from me as I went back and forth with ideas. My day of coordinator Leah and Tiffany were exceptional. I trusted them with my vision and partnership with the vendors and they delivered. If you are a bride that wants peace of mind and Galway Downs aesthetic, I would recommend Galway Downs.

Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings was amazing to work with from our first meeting with them! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly from the beginning. When we left our first appointment for a tour, another couple was dropping off their final payment and doing their final walkthrough and had nothing but amazing things to tell us about the team. We knew then that this had to be our venue, and after booking with them it was all a breeze! The team was always very quick to keep in contact and answer any of my questions throughout the whole planning process. We went with Austin Murray (their recommended DJ), Soiree Floral (their recommended florist), and The Studio by Leah Marie (their recommended photographer), and they did not disappoint! We loved every company they suggested and it made everything so much easier to coordinate for the entire weekend. Our wedding weekend was so smooth, there was not a single thing I would change. Jess (our wedding coordinator) was so amazing. She was organized from the very beginning at the rehearsal, and kept us AHEAD of schedule the day of the wedding. We had 30 minutes to spend with our family and friends during cocktail hour which was one of our favorite parts! Jess checked in with us consistently and made sure we were well taken care of the entire day. We loved every minute of our wedding weekend and it was all thanks to the Galway Downs by Wedgewood Weddings team. We are so thankful for all of them and their help with making our dreams a reality!

I can’t begin to articulate how much I loved working with the team at Galway. From Aubree, Mikayla and Kylie answering all my texts and emails promptly to Alex and Krystle always checking in to see how things are going they all really made me feel cared and loved for. The General Manager, Daniel, and even Gina who had recently left for another property were there on my big day and even helped me with my dress as I walked down the aisle. Leah was such a sweetheart and even came in on her day off to see everything come together. Mazie was my coordinator and every time she came to check in on me she was reassuring and I couldn’t have had more faith in her to make sure everything ran just as it was supposed to. Austin was my DJ and I will forever recommend him. I had a few ideas for the music and he had the best ideas on how to execute it and I will be forever grateful to him. Chris was my banquet captain and WOW he went above and beyond and everything was perfect! Amanda and Tyear also had a hand in our big day and not a beat was missed with them- thanks you guys! Steve was our bartender and he had the best energy; he was so personable and the smile never left his face. Lastly but definitely not least…the food. Incredible!!! I had soo many guests compliment us on the food and Chef Grace was so accommodating to our special food requests and that meant the world to me. Thank you all for everything, Galway is worth every penny and I will forever treasure my experience with you.

I had been working and communicating with the Galway team since March 2021 before our wedding in May 2022. The communication, advice, appointments and staff were beyond what I could have asked for. They know what they are doing and it shows! The day of my wedding, I was so so calm because I knew I was being taken care of. Kylie was our day of coordinatory who was great and fun to have around. Chris was our banquet captain who was very attentive! Mikayla was our point of contact leading up to the big day, but if she was not available, there was always someone to help! Truly, Galway was a dream. After my wedding day, I learned of a hiccup from my guests that I was quite upset about and let Galway know in their survey, but other than that, everything was better than I could have imagined.

I cannot thank the Galway Team enough for everything they did for my husband and I throughout the wedding planning process! We toured many wedding venues across the state but nothing compared to the value and quality that you get with Wedgwood Weddings. We did the entire wedding planning process from out of town, but Galway made it so easy that we didn’t have to worry one bit! We ended up using almost all of their contracted vendors, and if you are hesitant about using their vendors, DON’T BE. They have done the vetting process for you and their vendors truly have it down to a science. From beautiful florals with Jen and Sheila, awesome music from DJ Austin and delicious desserts from Bocakes Bakery, everyone at Galway made the day so perfect! We added Reverend Jeff to the package and he was able to make our Ceremony feel intimate and like he was one of the family! Although we didn’t have too much of the food (wedding nerves at its best!) we received so many compliments from our guests about the food, with many saying it was the best wedding food they’ve had (the Sweet & Tangy BBQ Meatballs especially were a hit!). We also got to meet the Head Chef at Galway during the Reception and she was so sweet and did an excellent job!! The bartenders and serving staff were on top of it all night not missing a beat, I truly appreciate their hard work all night! The Coordinators Mazie and Ashley helped bring my wedding vision to life with all the decor that I brought in, I can’t thank them enough! Overall I am so glad we went with Galway Downs for our wedding venue (one of our guests called it the perfect “Pinterest” wedding venue, I couldn’t agree more!!). Amazing experience, amazing staff, and amazing vendors, we couldn't express our gratitude enough ❤️

This was our dream venue! We had both ceremony and reception at this venue. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the Carriage House truly sells itself. We still get so many compliments from family and friends about how amazing our wedding was, how delicious the food was, and how much fun everyone had. The staff at Galway Downs by Wedegwood Weddings are worth their weight in gold plus more! They are a well-oiled machine and truly take away the stress from wedding planning. I knew we were in the best hands from that very first meeting with Alex. We can't thank them enough for all the guidance and help with making our favorite day filled with precious memories that we will cherish forever. All of the Wedgewood vendors were a godsend to work with (I will be posting separate reviews for each one). I think the biggest thing that stuck out to us was that though they do hundreds of weddings a year, they truly made our day feel extra special. This venue is amazing. The staff is so sweet and they truly work hard to make sure the day goes exactly the way you envisioned. We had Leah as our coordinator and I can confidently say that without her our day would not have gone as smooth. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this place over and over again! Getting to celebrate our love at Galway Downs was an absolute dream for us. After getting postponed almost 2 years, last weekend we finally tied the knot and I don’t think a single thing could have been better. From start to finish the team at Galway Downs was absolutely incredible. Mikayla helped us so much in the planning process and Ashley was incredible as our day-of-coordinator. Ashley checked in throughout the getting ready process and did such an amazing job with set up and executed my vision for the whole night perfectly. And at the end of the night, Chris was such an amazing help with telling us where we were on our schedule and even doctoring it up when the bride got slightly injured on the dance floor. The venue itself is truly breathtaking. From the getting ready suites being the perfect size, the perfect distance from each other, having the perfect lighting to get ready in to the ceremony under such beautiful trees to the reception being the perfect combination of rustic and elegant. I could go on and on, truly. Thank you so much for making our day so incredibly memorable and beautiful and just truly the wedding day of our dreams.

WOW! Where to even begin with this team! My husband and I chose Galway for our wedding as soon as we saw it. The venue itself is gorgeous and the perfect combination of natural beauty and blank canvas that you can dress it up however you want, or not at all and it STILL looks amazing! The Galway Wedgewood team was stellar. Diana, Alex, Leah, and Mikayla, thank you so much for making our wedding planning experience as seamless and fun as you did. It was always a pleasure meeting with you all. We could not have asked for a better team, truly! Despite COVID, multiple government policy changes regarding COVID, date changes etc, we always felt supported and at ease with our team. Our day-of coordinator, Leah, did a fabulous job leading us through our rehearsal and wedding day and kept the flow of the day moving perfectly. We hired several outside vendors but their set-up and take-down was seamlessly coordinated and didn't disrupt the party. We are so happy we chose Galway and could not recommend it more! And even if Galway Downs is not the venue for you, check out the other Wedgewood properties too!! We love you guys!!!

The venue is gorgeous and we got so many compliments about it from our wedding guests. We are from out of state and could not travel very often to California due to work and the pandemic, but Galway Downs made planning over the phone easy! The vendors they assigned to us all did a great job and we especially loved our florals! Additionally, the food and drinks were outstanding! It ended up raining all day on our wedding day but even their indoor space is quite beautiful. I appreciated that we had an indoor option. Also, the bridal getting ready suite is beautiful! My bridesmaids loved how much space they had for getting ready. Finally, there are so many wonderful photo spaces on property. We got married in December but the trees and leaves made it look like a gorgeous fall day. Highly recommend Galway Downs, especially if you are planning from out of state or don’t have a lot of time to search out vendors on your own!

From Start to Finish, Galway Downs has been an incredible venue. When I first started looking for venues, Galway Downs was at the top of my list- I wanted Rustic meets Elegance, and Galway served that vibe. The entire property is just gorgeous, from the Oak Meadow to the Carriage House for the reception. & the bridal suite made this day so much more special. The variety of packages Galway offers, makes it super user friendly for your budget- we went with the Elite Package, and it was worth every extra penny. The planning process was a great experience, and while they do have preferred vendors, you can bring your own as well, which we did on a few elements. The entire team is friendly, responsive, and you can genuinely tell they care about making this the day, that all of brides dream about. Our Day of Coordinator was Leah- if you get married here, you would be a fool not to ask for her. Incredible is not a strong enough term to describe our experience with her. The rehearsal event was quick, smooth and well planned- she kept my wild cards in line and kept me sane. The day of, I probably would have died without her- she was literally on top of everything, super positive when any little snags came up, and helped to keep me calm when I started getting the scaries. It is obvious this girl loves what she does, and cares about her brides, with a smile and killer attitude. We also had an amazing banquet captain, Krystle, who made sure my hubs and I were taken care of the entire reception. & Mr. Bartender, you were the star of the show- we have heard so many compliments about how great he was from our guests- funny, awesome drinks, and super rad to name a few. Overall, the experience with Galway Downs was just incredible and highly recommend them to any bride who wants the utmost confidence, that their team will be professional, make every aide to remove stress, and do it all with a genuine smile. We looked at many venues but once we stepped foot onto the Galway Downs property we were blown away. It's not your typical winery aesthetic since its located in Temecula. It's on an equestrian center. They have indoor and outdoor areas to choose from for ceremony/reception. The bridal and groom suit were amazing. The rustic, country vibes is what got us. The drapes and wood detail in the carriage house are stunning. Everything was a breeze from booking a tour to booking the venue. Heres a couple things we loved about Wedgewood Weddings... You can make payments toward the total which is very helpful, they send you a wedding binder with all the information and dates to come, the ceremony rehearsal is on site and you can drop off decor that day, the wedding day you get a coordinator and banquet captain, and you can pick and choose what to keep to take out from which ever package you go with. The Galway team was super helpful, professional, and nice leading up to the big day! We are so happy to have chose them and highly recommend.

Our wedding was the absolute BEST! After rescheduling our day four times due to covid, it finally got here and we wouldn't change a thing about how it turned out! It was that good. Mikayla and Galway Downs staff were incredible. They answered all my calls and emails in such a timely manner and helped us navigate reschedule after reschedule which no bride wants to ever have to do. Having an all-inclusive event planning venue was so smart. Do yourself a favor and book them now! They take the guessing out of everything for vendors, you just pick your details. We got married at this beautiful venue a few weeks back, and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!! We had Ashley as our coordinator who absolutely went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch (at all) and looked stunning. Throughout the planning process we worked with essentially every other coordinator as well through email/meetings, and they were all so responsive, accommodating, and unbelievably organized. They have a system in place to make your wedding day and planning process so seamless, even with taking on so many extra weddings this year from 2020 postponements. My husband and I have been talking nonstop since the day on how amazing it was, and how we can’t be sad that it’s over now because it was everything we have ever dreamed of and more! Stop looking for other venues, book Galway Downs now!

My wife Liz & I had an absolutely amazing wedding here. 5 stars +. Galway really guide you through all the details, and it's fairly priced. All the options are laid out for you, and the space is incredible. And the best part is you can just enjoy your wedding day. I was really relaxed and just having fun hanging out with my family and friends. Alex, Aubree, Diana, Jacqueline, Mikayla, the list goes on. Awesome team, and they can handle any issue. Plus, if something isn't right they are all over it. If you're getting married, I'd very seriously consider this venue.

My fiancé and I were really looking forward to tour this venue, especially since it was our first one! However, we found out via email 30 minutes prior to our scheduled tour time that the venue did not have our date available. We had schedule the tour 2 full days before the tour date. Why did it take them so long to review our file with our date? My fiancé and I drove just short of 2 hours to the venue, only to find out as as were pulling in that they did not have our date available. They even emailed us an hour and a half before the tour time to give us further details on how to get to the location and tell us they were excited. The lack of customer consideration really left a bad impression and we decided to not even tour the venue after this.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Wedgewood helped with every little detail from the beginning of planning all the way to last minute of our wedding day. We wouldn’t change a thing! Thank you so much Wedgewood, truly!

Our wedding at Galway Downs was absolutely perfect! The pandemic obviously made 2020 weird and stressful, but the team at Galway was always positive and super helpful. All of our guests kept commenting about how beautiful the venue was and how they want to go back. The team at Galway Downs truly helped give us our dream wedding despite all the obstacles in 2020.

It has officially been 2 months since our wedding day! 2020 has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but our wedding was the greatest part of our year. Galway Downs was truly the BEST!! The venue itself is beautiful- every spot was a photo op. We had visited maybe 10-15 venues between Vegas and California, and none of them compared to Galway Downs. Loved all the green, the trees, the ponds and bridges, and all of the rose bushes. The reception area was so spacious and had lots of light. We just received our photos the other day and we could not choose just one favorite. The Galway Planning team was absolutely amazing, too! Diana, Mikayla, and Alex were always so prompt in answering my questions, especially with having to deal with covid restrictions. They were always so kind, thorough, and organized. They even provided us with a super helpful wedding planning binder with a timeline and everything! Alex was our day-of coordinator and he made sure everything went smoothly on our special day. We loved all of their vendors as well! The Studio did our wedding photos for the day, Events by Floral Sensations did our floral, BoCakes did our dessert bar, Domenica Beauty did our hair & makeup, and Austin Murray was our dj. We are so lucky and thankful to have found Galway Downs and to have been able to work with such a great team of people. Thank you again Galway Downs!!

This is hands down the best venue! The Galway Downs team are amazing. They made my vision for my wedding into a reality and made everything run smoothly. Planning during a pandemic is hard but they were there every step along the way. They are very responsive to emails and calls and are very understanding. I definitely recommend this venue to everyone. Truly a dream venue!

AN ABSOLUTE DREAM is what our wedding was. We had visited 3 other venues that day, one which we had thought we really liked, but knew we wanted to look at Galway Downs. They had a wedding that day so we were able to briefly see how that would look, or so we thought, and right when we walked into the office BAM you’re welcome with so much joy and warmth. We ended up booking a week later. Our wedding was over a year out, and through that time we had check-ins and meetings going over every little detail. No matter who we spoke with, everyone was on the same page, never skipped a beat. Day of, it was incredible. My wife and I both had someone with us. The reception room was 100% set up without an single lift of a finger, which literally brought my mother-in-law to tears because she thought she ran out of time for final touches. She was able to breathe and enjoy the time with her baby girl on her big day. We had a confirmed structured schedule with that we followed, but it was so fluid and it worked. There system WORKS. Beautifully The food? Their chef is fantastic. We did buffet style. When they say they will get everyone up and fed in 15-20 minutes, they mean it. We had 168 people and it was done. They had the ropes off to the PM team and it’s seamless. Never once felt unsupported, in fact, we were overwhelmed with how wonderful this team was to us. We will forever recommend this venue. We can’t wait to go back and visit. Thank you!

Can’t even begin to describe how perfect our wedding was at Galway Downs. You definitely get what you pay for. They are so helpful throughout the whole process with any questions or concerns you may have. They give you a binder of vendors, dates, to do lists so the whole process is stress free. Their team is absolutely exceptional. I worked closely with Alex and Carly as they were our day of coordinators and they are so great. I wish I could do it all over again.

My husband and I knew this was our venue as soon as we started walking through the gravel path to towards the carriage house. Every corner of their expansive ground was absolutely picturesque. Our decision was further cemented as we sat down with the Galway Downs team: Crystal, Alex, Aubree, Diana, and Mikayla were a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with the endless emails I sent and were very helpful in giving us the wedding of our dreams. Alex was not only our day of coordinator but was with us in every planning session we had. My husband and I are geeks at heart and we were so delighted to have a fellow-geek in Alex who embraced our love for the Star Wars, Marvel, Disney and Harry Potter universes. We got married on 9/1/19 and despite the 98 degree weather which felt more like 128 degrees, Alex kept smiling and was running around the entire day making sure that we were absolutely at ease. Moreover, he and his team, helped me carefully and successfully execute my top-secret surprise for my husband as his favorite Star Wars characters met as we made our grand entrance. The rest of their team was top notch—from the servers, bartenders, banquet captain and chef. Their all-inclusive package made the planning process incredibly easy and introduced us to their wonderful in-house vendors including DJ Austin, Bo Cakes and Events by Floral Sensation who all contributed to our wedding’s perfection.

Wow. From the jump, this venue went above and beyond to make our husband and I feel like we were family. Mikayla, who handled every appointment, Crystal the manager of the venue, Alex- our coordinator and Janae- our banquet captain worked in perfect harmony to ensure our day was perfect. Moving from the planning process to the execution of our event was seamless and allows for a stress free experience for my husband and I. We would recommend this venue 100 times over. My husband and I had our wedding at Galway Downs on 12/6/19 & it was the best day of our lives. Galway was the first and only wedding venue we looked at - we really did fall in love with it right away. They made planning super easy - with everything you can mix & match as far as vendors, tiered pricing, add-ons, etc., we were able to stay on budget and make adjustments all the way up until our last meeting two weeks before the wedding. As far as vendors, we obviously used Galway for food & drink service, in addition to one of their preferred vendors for DJ, flowers, & rentals. (Our experience with the DJ was great and while our flower & rental experience was a little wonky, I am over it now that the day has passed & everything looked beautiful.) We brought in our own photographer, videographer, photo booth, and hair & makeup. Being able to customize with friends/vendors that we already knew, along with ones that consistently work with Galways was a nice way to take some of the research burden off, while still feeling like we were making our wedding our own. We worked with a few different coordinators that they have on staff (one gave us our initial tour, one did our follow up calls, one did our major planning appointment) and we have to say that Mikayala was our girl! She was so sweet and helped our day go very smoothly even with some last minute rain (okay, it POURED at one point), but she was so helpful & really calmed our nerves day-of. Overall, we had THE BEST day and everything turned out perfectly. We can't wait to get our video and full album so we can relive the day over & over!

I recently attended a wedding and was blown away by the beautiful ambience and outstanding service. The grounds were impeccable, the event room was stunning. My husband, a man of little words could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was for days after the event. The food was not your average wedding food. The flavor profile was excellent and the food in the buffet was served hot. If I were to get married again this would be the place.

Galway Downs really impressed me. The space inside is beautiful with light streaming in but the outside is just gorgeous! It brings a sense of peace really needed on hectic days! My oh my!! Our wedding was a dream come true!! To start the staff is amazing ;) they were so helpful from beginning to end. We were especially grateful to our sweet Alex and Aubree! <3 without their assistance and guidance we couldn’t have put this together. Wedgewood does a great job of putting together a timeline and list of things to do pre wedding and the staff is sure to keep you on track! I loved that they also have a selection of premier vendors. It made our lives way easier because really who has time to source these types of things when you work full time. On the day of the wedding the coordination team was so helpful. They arrived early so we can get an head start on getting ready and setting up. They even went above and beyond to set everything up that I brought in just how I wanted it! Mackenzie, Alex and Diana checked in on both parties throughout the day making sure we had everything we needed and kept us in the loop on the timeline for the day. The night serving staff was friendly and the transition from day coordinating to evening went so smooth. I feel that we got every pennies worth here at Galway Downs. The grounds, the coordinators, the vendors. It all was amazing and we wish it didn’t go by so quick! Thank you for an amazing day!!! Best day ever!!!!

This venue was amazing. They helped us with anything we needed. I think we changed our seating chart 3 different times after our final meeting and they were still amazing. Anytime we had a question whether through phone call or email they responded within a day.

Since the beginning of the planning stage, the Wedgewood staff has always been on top of their game. They are actually very very easy to work with and get a hold off. Anytime I had questions, I’d shoot them an email and would get a response within an hour. Everyone was amazing, but I mostly worked with Alex, and he was the greatest! The venue itself is gorgeous, hands down the prettiest you’ll ever find. The food? Bomb. They have different packages you can choose, and we splurged and chose the best one, and it was the best decision ever. Not only did my husband and I enjoy every single minute of our day, but so did our family. And everyone gave great reviews about the venue and food. Truly a magical place!

My husband and I got married at Galway Downs on September 8, 2019 and we have nothing but positive things to say about the sales team, the venue, and their preferred vendors. Every person on the sales team went above and beyond during the planning process and on the wedding day to make sure our wedding was completely tailored to us and went as smoothly as possible. Beautiful venue. Top notch service without exception. They made planning my wedding simple, everyone was super helpful and my wedding day exceeded my expectations! It was the perfect day for myself and my husband! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Galway Downs made our wedding day extra spectacular! From the planning process, to the day of coordinating, to the food, to the friendly and professional staff, it all turned out just perfect! During the planning process, any questions I had, they responded quickly and made me feel calm! Huge plus.

Our day was more than magical, it was our happily ever after and it was all thanks to this venue. I was in the middle of studying for board exams and working so I knew I was not going to have time to be coordinating and planning a wedding. The sales team was great and they made the process feel so smooth, I didn't have to deal with calling various vendors to coordinate and schedule. It was all there! They have connections to so many services that it made it easier! We found our wedding photographer and videographer and we are ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with our pictures. The venue has so many places for pictures to add a little variety. I was in between rustic and garden theme and this venue met both! The day of coordinators were awesome! So it was supposed to rain on our wedding day and the wonderful thing about this venue is they have an indoor ceremony option (that is beautiful). However, they do not make you decide prior to your wedding day like most venues I have heard. They allowed us to decide a couple of hours prior to the ceremony and luckily it stopped raining and the sun came out to shine! We are forever grateful for this venue and the staff that helped us make our dream come true. I could go on and on, but I would be writing a novel from all the wonderful things this venue has to offer.
