When her month-of coordination started, she immediately took over our vendor communications, reviewing the contracts we executed to make sure they provided what we had asked for, and took care of getting their vendor meals sorted and helping make sure they arrived at the venue at the times they needed. When the wedding weekend came, Giulia was a steady, calming presence always there to make sure we had what we needed! She was at the rehearsal and talked through everything with my nervous mother and (then) future MIL. Day-of, she and her assistant made sure all of our stuff was set up exactly as we wanted, served as a first barrier for any stresses that came up during the day, and pinch hit as my expert bustler since none of my family attended my final dress fitting. She immediately worked through all the details with us and with each of our wedding vendors. Within a few days, everything was rescheduled. Throughout the next few months, Giulia again kept us organized and calm. And finally, when our wedding day arrived, it was everything we hoped for. Thanks to Giulia, we were able to really be in the moment and enjoy the whole day. It was like having a friend there who took care of every little detail. Giulia was with us from the time we started getting ready to the very end. She kept everyone on schedule, managing every vendor and detail, all with a genuine, positive, fun and professional attitude. We feel so fortunate that Giulia was our friend and partner in the wedding planning process and on our big day. It truly wouldn’t have been the same without her. She came in earlier than anticipated, dropped her things, said hello and got right to work. She had things managed and planned like a well-oiled machine, and not a single thing was out of place. Not only was I so impressed with the organizational and planning support she was able to give every step of the way, but I also recognized that the true mark of a great planner is someone who can instill so much confidence into the bride and groom that they themselves can rest entirely easy knowing everything is under control on the day of. My wife was calm and collected, solely because she knew she could rely entirely on Giulia to make sure her vision came to life. We could focus on being in the moment, and we owe that to G&N.
