Gardella's Elite Limousine Service

We hired Elite Limo for our wedding on 5/14/2022 and we had a wonderful experience with them! We rented a 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Limousine for 4 hours for the rate of $850. The cost was split up into smaller payments over the course of about a year, with the final payment due before the wedding. The van was perfectly comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room for our wedding party. The driver was on time to pick up the bride from a hotel in Southport and was communicative throughout the day. The driver was so considerate at the church, helping the bride, helping the wedding coordinator in the church, and getting everyone safely to the reception location, with a stop along the way for photos. It was overall an easy and pleasant experience - would definitely recommend!

We used this service for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. The night of our rehearsal the bus driver was 30 min late, we had to call our restaurant and push back our reservation by an hour (time it took to wait and the 30 min it took to drive to the restaurant). Due to our wedding being on an extremely strict timeline I called the company the morning of the wedding to explain what happened the previous night from the rehearsal. They emailed me stating they changed our pick up time to 30min earlier the day of the wedding to ensure extra time so that we wouldn’t be late. Ever with that added on extra 30 min the bus driver was STILL late the day of the wedding. Which again set off our entire timeline for the day of our wedding. I understand traffic and things come up however to have different days and events that were now both pushed back due to this one service was totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this service if you are looking to use for your wedding, shower or rehearsal.

While the limo bus was spectacular, the driver was late picking up the groom and groomsmen. Nearly 20 mins late. There was no traffic. We were previously told it was likely he’d be an hour early actually. We had to call dispatch several times. This delay caused our ceremony to be delayed about 30+ mins since he was to pick me up (the bride) and bridesmaids and bring us to the church. Luckily I had a fantastic planner (hire LilTrisha’s events) who didn’t tell me this was the reason we were behind schedule. And as such tip envelopes were dispersed as planned, which is irritating. I did speak to the manager who was friendly and honest. She noted there was no excuse and the driver simply left too late. We were refunded the driver’s tip, though nothing off the actual service which is a bit frustrating. Just. Heads up to future couples

We used Gardellas for our wedding this past weekend. I could not have hoped for a more professional and timely bunch! We did a private SUV once for the bridal group and a second trip for the groomsman. Jim, our driver, was extremely professional and made us laugh. He made sure our trip went smoothly and we were very comfortable with his driving. Car was gorgeous and up to peak standards. We also had the 56 passenger bus for our hotel pickup/drop off. Bus was clean and nice and our driver Jeff made the trip seem quick and effortless in the pouring rain. We were extremely happy with them and would book again!

We hired Premier/Elite for our October 1 wedding. I had always heard really great things about them and felt I had nothing to worry about when it came to the transportation. A shuttle was supposed to run at 10, 11, and 12 to take guests back to the hotel. They were provided this information in advance so that is the expectation we gave our guests. At 11:20 I was approached inside the venue by the shuttle driver. He stated that the 11:00 shuttle had not left and now it was too late to take people back since he would not be back in time for the 12am shuttle. I kept asking why it didn’t leave and at the time he couldn’t give me an answer. I spoke with the guests who were on the shuttle and was told by them (and to clarify they did not know each other) that they were told to get off since there wasn’t enough people to make the run. The driver claimed to dispatch they got off voluntarily. Why would they get off voluntarily when they got on to go back to the hotel? That doesn’t even make sense. This shuttle driver was inside the ballroom drinking coffee (which I think is completely wrong) and then when he drove the shuttle at midnight (with a full shuttle bus) he ran a red right, swerved in and out of lanes so he was beeped at by other cars, and had to back up since he got too close to a rock formation. For the 12am shuttle he was was saying he had more seats (my dad had to get off the bus because there wasn’t a seat for him) and he was saying it was fine for people to stand. This to me is a violation. He also told dispatch there was no one left at the venue. At 12:15 the shuttle had still not left since he was arguing with the event manager of the Riverhouse so I told him he needed to leave and take the shuttle back to the hotel. He saw me walk back into the venue so this was a blatant lie. This shuttle driver yelled at me (the bride) and also the event manager at The Riverhouse. Additionally, one of the limo drivers was very rude and I witnessed them telling Riverhouse staff what to do. In the limo that brought my husband, my dad, and I back to the hotel he would accelerate very quickly and then pull his foot off the gas so we were being jerked around in the back. I honestly can’t believe he is a driver for a living and drives so poorly. Premier/Elite has chosen to take the side of the shuttle driver since they do not have audio on the shuttle bus and only video so they are saying it is a he said/she said issue. I absolutely believe my guests because why would they lie about that? Premier/Elite is responsible for their drivers and the way they’ve handled this situation is very sad. It’s not just my word but all of my guests, the Riverhouse, my coordinator, etc and they seem to feel that after everything this shuttle driver did that night that he is the one they should side with. Long story short - don’t hire them. I missed basically the last hour of my wedding getting yelled at and dealing with this situation and then my guests were not allowed to go home at the time they wanted and were subjected to an unsafe driver. Hire another company so you can make sure your day is flawless. Premier/Elite should care that many guests are aware of what occurred and feel as shocked as I do about what transpired but The Riverhouse and my coordinator also witnessed this mess. These are two entities in the wedding world so Premier/Elite should care about their impression. My day was absolutely perfect except for this nightmare.

We loved the party bus that we got for our bridal party. It was really fun and our friends loved it. Our only complaint was that it was late to picking the guys up to bring them to the ceremony at the church.

We had a great experience with Elite Limo on our 8/14/21 wedding! Through our wedding planner, we booked a 14 person Sprinter van limo. Our driver was punctual, pleasant, and helpful to me as the bride getting on and off the bus. Our vehicle was clean with a great sound system, and the entire bridal party thoroughly enjoyed the ride to and from our ceremony and reception venues. We would highly recommend Elite Limo!

We ended up hiring Elite Limousine after the transportation company we had originally booked fell through in a bit of a catastrophe. We were desperate only 2 weeks before our wedding, and Elite Limousine stepped in with an easy solution, reasonable prices, and a responsive team that instantly erased our stress. On the day of our wedding, they were so professional, nice, and really just added a brilliant touch to our day! Absolutely recommend!!

The day was flawless from start to finish, of course it rained but they say rain is good luck on a wedding (right!) the 3 drivers all had umbrellas, assisted the guests on and off the beautiful buses, and kept drying the bus floors so no one would slip. Thank you Elite!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! BEST LIMO COMPANY AROUND! We used Elite Limousine for our wedding day on August 18th, it was a seamless process from beginning to end! The staff was so helpful with the booking process and the Manager Dan gave us a price that we couldn't refuse, he really worked with our budget. We rented the 30 Passenger Limo Bus, the bus arrived to pick me up from the hotel, the driver Elmo helped me into the bus with my large ballgown (I could barely walk in this dress, so the help was much appreciated), they had put ice, bottled water and a complimentary bottle of champagne in the bus for us! It was extremely hot and humid that day, our limo bus was an oasis for our bridal party during our pictures after the ceremony. Our venue ran out of cold water during pictures and our driver was kind enough to bring me an ice cold water from the bus. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. Elite Limousine really went above and beyond to make our wedding day special not only for us, but for our loved ones! we cannot wait until our next trip to get pampered by Elite!

Very pleased with the service we received. From start to finish these people were fantastic. no pressure at booking, a reconfirm follow up the week before another follow up 24hrs before really put us at ease. we had many out of town guests that even commented on how classy and organized our drivers were. im not sure about the prior bad reviews (maybe fake reviews to bring a good company down) but hands down made our night end flawlessly.

We rented a coach bus, a limo bus and a 40 passenger shuttle for our wedding and i will say that Elite was truly amazing. From the office staff Chelsea and Amy to the manager giving us rates much better then any other place we called and the drivers were Awesome!!! Very accommodating to all our guests. I would highly recommend.

BRIDES BEWARE! This company ruined the end of our wedding and then didn’t have the decency to make it right. These people are absolute criminals and have aggressive/nasty drivers that refuse to give you the full service hours you paid for AND have the balls to fight with you over it!!!!!!!! We rented not only a party bus for the bridal party but also a 54 passenger coach bus to take our guests to and from the hotel and the wedding venue which was approximately a 20-30 minute ride. We paid for 10 hours of coverage from 4 p.m. – 2 a.m. when the wedding ended at 11 p.m. the bus was full and we had an overflow of approx. 20 people (the bridal party), so our family and friends asked the driver to come back and make a second run (since he was contracted for another 3 hours!) He flipped out on my family AND the bridal coordinator who took it upon himself to ask the driver to come back (which he should not have had to do because we paid for it!). The driver was nasty and rude and complained that it would take him an hour to do that. Somehow that justified him not coming back when he had 3 hours left on the contract? He was so aggressive and nasty that our guests were scared driving with him the whole way back to the hotel. My husband and our bridal party were forced to pay for cabs 30 minutes away (my husband and myself had to cram into the back of my hair dresser’s car in my big wedding dress) back to the hotel. We had absolutely no problem waiting to get picked up an hour since we had lots of decorations to gather and all of our stuff in the bridal party suite that was scattered. The venue even offered us our left-over food to eat and a few drinks so we could wait but this guy made a huge deal over the fact that we asked him to come back and allegedly refused (from what we were told by our venue and our friends). Ultimately the company claims he came back and we weren’t there but why would we wait if we were informed that he 1.) didn’t want to come back because it would take to long and 2) refused? Would you wait for him? Absolutely not! THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A QUESTION SINCE WE PAID FOR 3 MORE HOURS OF SERVICE! We called the company and simply asked for a free car service to and from the airport for our honeymoon to make it right but they REFUSED! They offered us only 30% off when the other companies we were quoting offered us 40% off of the service if we initially booked with them. So I brought that to their attention that if we booked our wedding service with the other companies we were getting 40% off right out of the gate! We paid for 3 hours worth of service that we did not get and our entire bridal party paid for cabs to get home that night for a 30 minute drive which they should not have had to do! They were incredibly rude and refused to let me speak with the manager (who I believe his name to be Dan but I’m not sure because I called 4 times over two weeks and he refused to call me back!). Amy was incredibly rude over the phone and was not even apologetic – instead argued with me that her driver was their “BEST” driver and wouldn’t do that… First of all, if this is their BEST driver… I can only imagine what their other drivers are like! Do not take the cheaper option and book them! Pay a little extra so you don’t have to deal with people stealing your money on your wedding day! I see below in other comments that other brides has similar circumstances! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I booked a shuttle for 10 hours to transport my guests to the church, hotel and venue. I reviewed the plan with office staff the day before and the woman assured me the shuttle would make as many trips as needed. I come to find out days after the wedding, guests were forced to go into the shuttle and packed like sardines because the shuttle driver only made one trip to each location! I am thoroughly disappointed and frankly embarrassed of this service. I will state that the limo bus I rented for the bridal party was great. Overall I would not recommend this vendor due to the inconsistency and poor communication with office staff and the company drivers.

Asked for a two hour before ceremony shuttle and two hour before reception ended shuttle for our hotel guests. Elite tried quoting us a 10 hour bus at $1600.00. They wanted to charge us a minimum of 5 hrs for each request. They were trying to take advantage of us. The hotel and venue were about 5 minutes apart.

This limo service is beyond words, I booked it for my bachelorette. I loved it so much that I decided to use them for my wedding!!

We had such a great experience with Gardella's! I have heard horror stories of transportation companies for weddings, but we were pleased with our service. We had a few crazy requests - our limo had to travel around Connecticut to pick up different groups of people (including me, the Bride) and take them to our wedding - but everything went on without a hitch. Our driver was on time, professional, and knew where he was going. We are happy we went with Gardella's out of all the companies we had researched.

Outstanding service for our daughter’s wedding. We booked a vintage Cadillac for the bridal limo and a Sprinter limo van for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and both arrived on time and in pristine condition. Drivers were well dressed, extremely polite and courteous, helping people in and out of the vehicles. Customer service over the phone for booking was also very friendly and helpful, and they sent confirmation emails with driver names and contact information in advance for peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Excellent, professional service. I utilized them for transporting family from Newark airport to the hotel in Danbury, Ct. and back, a limo shuttle to get guests from hotel to venue and back and for a luxury vehicle for the happy couple to get from the venue back to the hotel. These guys are great! I used them for the day I went bridal dress shopping with my mom, sisters and friends. We went all over NYC! Our driver was on time, polite and the bus was beautiful. Our driver even took us to Little Italy for lunch and waited in all the commotion and traffic that Little italy has. We had an amazing time and will definitely use them for all of our other wedding events.

I do not recommend this transportation company to anyone, especially a bridal party. Our driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional to the groom and as well as myself, the bride the entire day (all 8 hours). Several communication problems between the employees and dispatch; few problems resolved. The drive was rude to every guest and kept saying "I don't know anything that is going on." When I reached out to management about this issue I was told by the general manager that I should have called in the middle of my wedding to complain and not after my honeymoon. Horrible service all around.

I'm MOH for my sister's wedding and was trying to plan a vineyard tour bachelorette party. Every other place it seemed was booked up for a party bus and was actually quite rude about it. Isn't it technically always wedding season? This company was so so nice when I called to check availability. I dealt with Nathan to book the 14 person party bus and he even emailed me pictures of the interior before hand. Also our driver Roosevelt was the absolute best! Showed up ahead of time, waited patiently while we were at each vineyard and was so nice the entire day. Super friendly staff and a really great experience all around. Everyone in the party was so happy with the party bus. 100% recommend to anyone looking to do something similar!

Gardella's handled all of the transportation for the wedding and rehearsal dinner. Considering how much out of town family they were transporting, all of the airport pickups, shuttles, and limos, this was no small task. They were professional, courteous, on time, and great value.

The driver who picked us up after the reception was friendly and the car was clean.;The transportation to the church was not good. The windows were dirty and the car was stifling hot. After the church the driver had not cleaned the back out of napkins we used for perspiration and couldn't find the reception site. I had to tell him how to get there.

I wanted a white limo and they were the only ones in my town who were friendly, helpful and were able to provide a white limo for our wedding day.;The driver was at first unsure of his route to our venue and need directions. Don't think they had GPS.
