Garden Chalet

I really feel disappointed with this venue . I worked really hard to make this happen over a year of planning every little detail and I felt like we were not taken care of . When I came in to drop of my decorations and ceremony things the day before the rehearsal I was greeted by a server which upset me because I called Prior to showing up to ensure I could go over everything with my event planner . I quickly went over everything with the server and it bothered me nothing was being written down . I then showed up for my rehearsal the following day and no one came out to great us . They did not have my information for my marquee sign and they never let me know they had everything in order for decoration I had to seek out someone to ask they got everything . It made me feel very in easy that we did not talk about placement and Timing of everything . I had to remember everything and let them know . Then comes the day of the wedding . My friend shows up 20 minutes prior to the ceremony and asked what I needed done the lights for my centerpieces were not turned on , the the guitar stand was not set up it broke and no one let me know that happened , when I dropped it off I told them I could bring another stand if the current one didn't work and no one called to let me know . Our cake topper was missing our dog which we special ordered and it never even made it to the cake . The gluten free place cards I made were not even in the right places and the entire timing of everything was wrong . I got a sheet of paper from them letting me know the order of the night and the timing of everything I was told 6-7 ceremony 7-8 dances and cake cutting 8-9 dinner 9-12 dancing . 30 minutes in the cake is still in the middle of the dance floor and no one prompted us to Leave the room for introductions so we could start dances and cake cutting , so I then went to the Dj to figure out what was going on and he said whatever I wanted . It's not like I made this up this is what I was told from the venue would happen so I had to round everyone up and start everything , had I not noticed I would have had my Photo Booth set up for A hour and no one would have used it since we were doing cake cutting and dances . I set everything up according to the time line they gave me and they didn't follow it so Instead of enjoying my wedding I was scrambling to make everything work . I live out of state and work two jobs so it was not easy for me to get to the venue . When I had table runners made I called them to ask for the dimensions and they told me to come in and measure them . If I'm spending thousands of dollars you think they would measure they tables for me it's not like I live around the corner so my aunt had to make a 45 minute drive to measure the tables . I know I can't be the first person to ask that question so I was shocked they didn't have the measurements on hand . Pretty much all in all I feel very disappointed I worked really hard for that night to happen and I feel like they really could have cared less .

We could not be more happy with the customer service we recieved from the staff at the Garden. Any time we had questions they were more then helpful, offering suggestions and listening to our concerns. Also I loved how organized the planners were, with putting together all the details from menu planing to decerations. When we would visit to make payments, we always felt welcomed and conforable to walk around venue to make plans four decerations and lights etc. They never complained about our surprise visits, but instead encouraged us to explore. Also I loved all the settle yet personal touches they added to our big day, many of whitch were a surprise to us. Simple things like a heart light on floor, or lights around our dessert/appitizer table, had a big impact on me and my guest. They were very proffesional yet felt like family. You can tell they all work together and enjoy what they do. I always say when you are passionate about your career it benefits everyone. Never felt like the night was rushed, the night's events flowed very nicely.

Everyone we worked with were so nice and helpful. The food was amazing and the room could not have looked more beautiful. I highly recommend the Garden Chalet.

My sister and my best friend had their wedding here. I chose to have my wedding ceremony and reception here because they offered my a good discount. It was very beautiful and we got lots of compliments from our guests on the venue. The food was delicious and the decor was beautiful. My only complaint is that I though the aisle runner was provided by the venue and it was not, that created stress on our wedding day. But everything else was wonderful.

The Garden Chalet staff was so accommodating. We had our wedding reception there last year on 9/29/12. They took great care of everyone. When they realized they didn't have the right alcohol to make our blue signature drink, they sent someone out to get it. They brought out a special dinner for one of our flower girls who wasn't eating her dinner. When my sister wanted to give us a candy bar, they let us use their containers and serving utensils. They packed everything up for us at the end of the night, so there was no fuss. You can really tell that it is a family-run establishment, and they care about making your wedding reception a memorable one. They were also affordable, and it was convenient to have the cake and champagne toast included in the plated dinner cost. Everyone had a wonderful time, and I owe Garden Chalet a big thank you for that.

I would recommend the Garden Chalet for anyones wedding. It was beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We did the big package which has everything included and the build to ourselves. It was really nice not to have to worry about any other weddings being their or if there would be enough parking for our guest. They did a beautiful job at our wedding and the price was right.

If you are looking for a beautiful yet affordable place to have your wedding, then The Garden Chalet is the place for you. The Garden Chalet went above and beyond our expectations the day of our wedding. Everything was beautifully decorated, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious and all of this was at a very affordable price. We received many compliments about how beautiful everything was and many told us our food was the best food they had at a wedding (and hey we didn't pay an outrageous price for it). Not only did they go beyond our expectations the day of the wedding, but the staff was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. My husband and I were on a budget, so we wanted something affordable, but also wanted a romantic and intimate setting for our wedding. The Garden Chalet provided both. Gratuity and service charge is included in their price so you don't have to worry about the price per plate escalating at the very end. They included chair covers, sashes, centerpieces (we had our centerpieces done by a florist, but we used Garden Chalet's mirrors and votives). Our bar was top shelf with bottled beer (I know some places we looked at included an extra fee for this, but not at Garden Chalet). They also included a discounted cake through Naples bakery for a Friday wedding (I believe Saturday weddings you receive a complimentary cake). The list of accommodations can continue. We were in the Chalet Room which supposedly seats 130-300 guests. We had about 175 people at our wedding and I believe the room would have seated more quests comfortably, but I would think maximum 200-250 (comfortably). They also offer a smaller room. All in all this place can serve a large or intimate wedding AND they can do it well! Both are decorated with white lights and sparkly walls...it's gorgeous (especially mixed with wedding decor).

I used this hall for my wedding ceremony and reception and I have NO regrets. This company is phenomenal. They treated my husband and I as well as our guests like royalty! Everything looked so elegant and over-the-top that it looked like we spent way more than we actually did. Almost everything at this hall is included in their package, which made my planning process so smooth and stress free. They included all the decorations, linen, open bar, amazing food, the cake, etc. All of this and great service was provided to us at such an affordable price. My husband and I recommend using them 100%.

We held our wedding reception at the Garden Chalet on May 6th. The prices are very reasonable and unlike many banquet halls, the food was delicious! One of the reasons we chose the Garden Chalet was because of the atmosphere. It doesn't look like a standard banquet hall. We were also able to get the entire building to ourselves. The staff is amazing, quick to answer questions and help out. The sweet table was completely amazing!! We got many compliments on the food and the place!

I had my wedding reception at Garden Chalet in Worth, lL. The reception managers Regina, shelly, and rosemary did everything they could to put me at ease. The price per plate was perfect for a Saturday wedding it included our cake dinner linens and full bar. The wait staff was great and bartender kept up with my Irish family! :) Everything was set up just how I wanted it and it was perfect I didn't have to worry about a thing all night. Look them up if you're looking for a beautiful place to have your wedding!

The food was amazing, and the staff saved hors'd'oeuvres for the wedding party to have when we arrived. They made a special dish for my brother who doesn't eat meat, and supplied sparkling cider for the best man--who doesn't drink, the children's table and anyone else who requested it from the bar. They also made--upon my request, mojitos because I told them in advance that it was the grooms favorite drink. This all did not cost one cent more, just a courtesy. They even put out the decorations, centerpieces and favors that I wanted as long as I dropped them off in avanced and had instructions on how I wanted everything arranged. The staff was extemely courteous and well dressed and dinner was served quite quickly--as there was enough staff so that no one was really watching other people eat before they got their food. On top of all this, the cake is included from a local bakery that you work with that has amazing pastry. It cost me about $40 extra because I wanted a very specific basketweave design to my buttercream cake. The final kicker is that more than 10 extra people showed up, maybe 20 and they didn't charge me extra. the price was under $30pp for 3 different passed hors'd'oeuvres, a prime rib and chicken dinner with veggies, potatoes, soup, salad,bread, and topshelf open bar from 5:30 to 11:30 or midnight. The place was clean and beautiful and my guests raved about it. It's a hidden gem in Worth.
