Laura with Gardenia Floral Design did the floral arrangements for my ceremony and reception in Athens. Since we were planning during the pandemic we exchanged all information over email; I sent her a few inspiration pictures in the beginning and described my style and vision, then Laura ran with it and made my floral arrangements even better than I had pictured. She was also very flexible and responsive to the week-of updates that I had. I absolutely loved my flowers and would highly recommend her, thank you Laura!!

Laura at Gardenia Floral totally captured the vision that my daughter had for her wedding! She knocked it out of the park!!! The flowers were gorgeous and executed perfectly with what we had described to her. When we had a "sneak peek" in the tent before the reception, we were totally speechless with how beautiful it turned out - from garlands, wreaths, church arrangements, floral chandeliers, arrangements and candles on the tables - everything was perfect! Gardenia Floral Design recently put together the floral arrangements for my ceremony and reception at the UGA Chapel and Georgian Hall. They spaces looked so beautiful with the floral arrangements and the table arrangements were gorgeous! Laura was so easy to work with and helped me through the decision process as she was familiar with the spaces and helped walk me through the right amount of floral arrangements for each venue.

Laura was fantastic to work with for my daughters wedding. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and she stayed within the budget. She met with us once at the venue and we quickly gathered a lot of trust. She was super responsive during the planning including a re-design due to covid event restrictions. I sent her so many emails with ideas and requests and she handled them all! The flowers were a beautiful combination of classic but with a modern natural look. I am a former Gardenia Floral Design client (Laura and Brittnye did the florals for my wedding in October 2018) turned current Atlanta-area wedding planner, and there is NO floral design company I would recommend more highly than Gardenia Floral Design! When Laura did my wedding, I was new to Georgia and to the events world in general, and Laura took the few pictures and limited direction I gave her and turned it into a beautiful floral design that perfectly suited my taste. My wedding was back home in Kentucky (7 hours away!), but even with the added issue of transporting all florals and vases across several states, Laura and Brittnye's floral work was easily one of the most complimented things from our wedding day. Now as a professional wedding planner myself, I have even more trust in Gardenia Floral Design, as they have time and again shown themselves to be effortlessly creative, trustworthy, fair, and just SO DANG talented! I love working with them and knowing that at least one piece of the full wedding day puzzle will be left in their more than capable hands. Laura was fabulous with all the arrangements. She did so much more than just flowers. She did almost all the decorations for my wedding. I literary sent her a few pictures at the very beginning, met with her once and she took the imagine in my head and made it so much more that I could have ever dreamed. Laura showed up when she was supposed to, and I didn’t need to check in with her about anything. It was literary worry-free and beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough.

If you're looking for a stress-free floral experience...Look no further! As a type A personality with a Pinterest addiction, you can imagine I had a specific vision for my wedding decor. Laura looked at my Pinterest board photos and listened to me describe my vision, and solely based on that, through some wizardry she created the most amazing florals and decor to make my and my now-husband's vision come to life! She made the process so fun and easy, sending pictures and ideas and being responsive when we wanted to make a couple of changes in the last few weeks. She worked with our budget and still made it look like the fairytale I always dreamed of. I HIGHLY recommend Laura for all of your floral and decor needs!!

It was really hard to envision a wedding in my head AND convey that image to vendors, but Laura seemed to understand exactly what I was imagining and executed it perfectly for our wedding ceremony and reception in Athens. On my way through the venue to do a First Look with my now husband, I got to see our decorated venue for the first time, and the first thing I saw was our cake with gorgeous bright flowers in all the right places and I started crying because it was perfect. The whole night just got better from there and a huge part of that was the beautiful color and detail Laura added - she perfectly complemented the venue and atmosphere. Thank you so much! Brittyne with Gardenia is fabulous. Not only is she able to understand your vision, she is able to bring it to life and modify it to make it be the BEST. She did my floral arrangements for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding. I met with Brittyne for an initial consultation and she was prompt and had a quick turnaround time with my contract and floral plan. Over the course of the months leading up to my wedding I changed my florals at least 10 times. Not only was she always up for the challenge but she answered every email and phone fall with a smile on her face and joy in her voice. Brittyne has a true passion for what she does and I can’t imagine using anyone else for floral arrangements in the future. I cannot recommend them enough!

I worked with Brittnye via email and phone to plan the floral/decor wedding in September. I was worried of how everything would look, but working with Brittnye at Gardenia,she set my mind at ease and delivered gorgeous bouquets for me and my girls. I had told her initially that’s flowers werenot my biggest concern and she made the floral arrangements so pretty I brought them all home and now have my bouquet and flower girls petals on a shadow box to remind me of my perfect day.

Could not have been more pleased with how my bouquet turned out!!!! The shop assistant Brittnye who I was in contact with throughout the process of planning my bouquet was wonderful...she was easy to contact, professional, timely, and open to hearing all of my ideas! I sent pictures of different flower arrangements that I liked, pictures of my dress and wedding colors, and pictures of floral hair pieces that I liked. Gardenia Floral took all of my ideas and created such beautiful pieces for me!!!.....my bouquet, two hair pieces that I could choose from on my wedding day, and extra greenery for our wedding cake. I was beyond happy with what they created for me! Would absolutely recommend to any bride who wants a wild, beautiful, and eclectic bouquet!!

I'm so glad I went with Laura at Gardenia Floral Design! I love, LOVE flowers, so of course, my wedding day flowers were more than just a detail to me. She listened to what I wanted, looked at pictures of flowers that I loved, considered my dress/bridesmaid's dresses, and worked within my budget. She even drove out to my house and picked up the vases and ferns that I had collected that I wanted to use. I loved my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets, and my family and friends loved all the flowers (they were even able to take home the arrangements because she let me use my own vases). Loved my flowers so much! Laura was super easy to work with. I only showed a few pictures of what I wanted and she took it and ran. I've heard from multiple people that my head table was one of the prettiest they've ever seen! So happy with how everything turned out because of Laura and her team.

I cannot express how thankful I am that we wound up working with Laura with Gardenia. Sincerely, of all our vendors, we both agree that she did the best job. Her work was BEAUTIFUL, she was a breeze to work with, and we got so many more flowers than we expected. Add to that, she even sent me an email once to check in on my mom since I had mentioned my Mom’s upcoming surgery. Again, I cannot express how thankful I am that we got to work with Laura and how beautiful she made our entire wedding.

Laura was amazing. She and I sat down and talked about what I had in mind for decorations. She worked very well with my budget and gave me different options of how to get the best bang for our buck. Everything that they did turned out so much better than I could have imagined!

I worked with Laura for my wedding in Colbert, GA (right outside of Athens). If there is one piece of advise or recommendation I give to anyone planning a wedding it is USE GARDENIA! They truly BLEW ME AWAY on my wedding day. The entire process was seamless, and they ended up being the least stressful vendor I worked with. We began the process via email, and to be honest, your entire communication with them can be over email if desired. (For a full-time working bride like myself, this was a dream.) I emailed and gave a rough estimate as to how many guests we'd have and sent photos of what I was looking for. The proposal I received was extremely detailed - they listed each flower/stem/vase they would purchase at the whole-sale price and then listed a "labor" category. This was so refreshing, so you could actually see what you were paying for and not feel like you were getting ripped off by someone who knows more than you - again, SUCH a refreshing step in the wedding plan process as few vendors operate this way. After looking at the proposal in February, I paid my deposit and didn't even have to speak with them again until August. In August, I found out I would need double the arrangements than I originally planned for - I was terrified as to how this would affect the price. Low and behold - they were still extremely affordable and did not add any stress to my budget. I asked to meet Laura, as at this point we hadn't spoken over the phone. I more so wanted to meet to be sure she was a real person and not due to any concern with her. We met casually for about 30 minutes (it could have lasted 5 but we just chatted a little bit longer). At that point, I knew they would do a good job, as everything I'd asked for was organized, put together, and completed when we met - there were no open-ends that needed to be addressed. Again, all this to say - this vendor will make your life SO MUCH EASIER, not harder. On my wedding day, my bouquet arrived and I was in love. It was perfect - everything I'd dreamed of. Then, I saw the garland hanging over the farm tables at the head table - again, just too perfect for words. My look was lots of greenery with assortments of white and blush flowers intertwined. I used this for my bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, table arrangements, etc. I wanted a a statement garland and was nervous as to how it would come out - it was stunning. I could not have dreamt for it to come out so beautifully. All in all, I cannot rave enough about Gardenia. From the ease it was to work with them to the product they created, it was absolutely perfect. (And in my opinion, absolutely affordable.) I worked with a lot of great vendors, but would hands-down say, they were the very, very best. - Kathleen

I have tried to make this review as factual as possible with as little subjectivity as possible. I chose this florist based on the amazing reviews. I asked for neutral flowers (mostly whites with some pops of pale pink). I got a lot of pink- which is fine.  The bouquets were pretty.  But, my bouquet had some browning and wilting flowers.   The centerpieces were beautiful! I loved those. The arbor was pretty as well. But, Becky was difficult to get in contact with after I paid. I emailed her twice within 10 days of my wedding and did not hear back. I had to call her the week of my wedding to go over details. Everything was beautiful, though! This is where things get tricky- At the end of the reception a Becky came to the venue to collect the vases that were hers. An unknown lady asked around to find my mom. When she found my mom she asked if she could buy some of the bouquets.... what? This was very odd. My mom initially thought this was Becky. I initially wrote a review that included that this was Becky. Within 4 hours of posting the review Becky emailed me explaining that this was not her, but one of the drivers of my transportation vendor. So, I do not know who the lady was. I could easily squash this matter by asking my coordinator, but I did not want to bother her with this. Since her email response to me about my review I have heard from Becky a few times about the bouquet browning. She also let me know that she did not need to use all of the flowers I originally bought and that she owes me an overage, which is nice. I have not had a chance to speak with Becky on the phone, as our schedules have not lined up. She has expressed that she is willing to refund me for the bouquet. I will not be taking a refund. That is not the goal of this review.   This was an extremely popular wedding weekend. I have only read one bad review on Becky. I spent about 10-15% of my wedding budget on flowers, if anyone is wondering that as well. I apologize if this review seems sterile, but again I wanted to be factual and objective.

We worked with Becky for our wedding flowers and could not be happier with the way everything turned out! I was admittedly a bit indecisive with exactly what I wanted with my flowers. Becky took everything in stride and was willing to work with me through all the many changes I made. I sent her several pictures of what I wanted beforehand (which turned out to be pretty expensive). She really worked with me in getting the cost of the flowers down while still keeping the overall look in mind. On the wedding day, the flowers arrived and wow, they were stunning! I couldn't even tell a difference between the pictures I had sent and the bouquets we received. They were flawless. Not only were the bouquets beautiful, but the flower arrangements for our arbor looked better than I had even hoped for. The day of the wedding, our photographer requested the flowers to be delivered early. Becky stressed keeping the integrity of the flowers and that delivering that early could be detrimental. She still delivered per our request, and even with the early delivery, the flowers remained beautiful all day long. We are so thankful for all of the hard work Becky put in! Thank you Gardenia Floral Design, and especially Becky for the beautiful flowers!

We worked with Becky and upon meeting with her and showing her several pictures, she seemed to have an idea of exactly what we wanted. Once she was paid, things went downhill. She was difficult to get in touch with and when it came to wanting to make changes months before the wedding it was no simple task. The day of my wedding I nearly died when I saw the center pieces. They were horrible, especially for the amount of money we paid. They looked like old reused flowers were just stuck in a vase. The garland at the ceremony was supposed to have pale pink roses in it, but the flowers were dead and brown. We could not be more disappointed and upset.

We worked with Laura for my wedding in May 2016 in Athens and she did a fantastic job! My flowers were all absolutely gorgeous. She looked at my Pinterest and asked a few questions and then created something so much better than I could have ever asked for. She was a joy to work with and I could not have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend Laura abd Gardenia Floral to anyone!

My flowers were absolutely stunning. My wedding colors were orange and grey; Laura was able to incorporate both colors into all of the arrangements. Great quality of flowers- my mother and sister took the arrangements home the day after the wedding and they are still going strong a week after the wedding. I really liked how Laura would work with my budget. She was able to help me make sure I wasn’t “missing” any arrangements by making some of the flowers multipurpose- which I loved. She was very easy to work it. We never met in person/got to see the arrangements beforehand because I live in Woodstock, Ga but I sent her pictures from my pinterest board of what I was looking for. Come the wedding day, Laura showed up with the most beautiful arrangements! They were prefect in every way. I got tons of compliments on the flowers. I was happy because they were within my budget!  Wonderful experience working with her and great quality of flowers.

We worked with Becky Kim for the flowers, and she was amazing. I'm not very knowledgeable about flowers but my mother is, and Becky is. So my mother dropped a price range to stay within - and I send Becky some pictures of flowers I had liked as I was wedding searching and it gave her some ideas. Then my job was done! It was perfect. She had a vision for what I was thinking and used her creative expertise to come up with the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces and decor in different places on site. I loved the simplicity of it in terms of what was expected of me.

Gardenia was everything I could've asked for & more in a florist. I love flowers, but we had so many big expenses that were important to us that we were a little overwhelmed by the time we made it to this vendor selection. After getting several quotes from Atlanta florists that were way outside of our price range, I was referred to Gardenia by our venue and am so happy that our paths crossed! Becky made the process so easy and suggested alternatives to some of the inspiration boards I had sent her so that we could make everything happen without being stressed financially! Her honesty, creativity and helpfulness made our process so relaxed and wonderful. Becky even helped me with suggestions for what decorations would look best in the venue and provided beautiful lantern, drapery and vase rentals that MADE the venue look amazing with little to no decor. I couldn't have asked for a sweeter or harder working florist! Book Gardenia & you won't regret it!

Gardenia Floral Design was great! They let me add last minute changes when our ring bearer was not able to attend and the flowers were gorgeous! My bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! It cascaded down with beautiful white flowers. They were there to help us letting us know whether we could get something cheaper ourselves and where to get certain decorations! They will do absolutely anything you ask them to as far as decor goes. I recommend that people look on there Facebook page and really look at what they can do!

So happy to have been able to work with Gardenia Floral Design! Laura took my 500 emails and photos, and created the exact look I was going for - all for a great price! The flowers were one the the things I cared most about getting "right" on my wedding day at the Botanical Gardens, and Gardenia did not disappoint. Everything was lush, fresh, and beautifully arranged. I would not hesitate to recommend Gardenia Floral Design to anyone! I cannot sing the praises of Laura and her team enough! I admittedly gave her very little guidance (just a handful of photos pulled from Pinterest), and she ran with it. On the day of, the flowers were everything I had hoped for. Throughout the entire planning process, she was responsive and professional. Their pricing cannot be beat, and along with that comes unbelievable quality. A true testament to their professionalism, I never saw or heard from anyone at GFD on my wedding day - they were in and out, executed perfectly, and didn't need their hands held. I would use them again and again for any and all floral needs.

Becky was wonderful to work with. We met her at a catering event and showed her a picture of ideas for the brides bouquet, bridesmaids, and groomsmen. She blew us out of the water. The bouquets were stunning!

As an out of town bride, I never met Becky, or did anything in person. Gardenia was so helpful planning the flowers for our wedding. Brittany was our designer, and she is awesome. Always quick to respond to questions, and she was able to take my vague ideas about what I wanted and turn it into something more concrete - and it was beautiful! She did a great job.

I contacted Laura at Gardenia Floral after the first florist went way over budget and went beyond the types of flowers I had requested. After sharing with her my vision for the wedding flowers and emailing her photographs, Laura was quick to send me a detailed itemized list of all the flowers and other materials required for each floral arrangement and came UNDER budget. When I saw the flowers on the wedding day, their beautiful simplicity took my breath away. My bouquet was STUNNING!! And it was exactly what I had asked for! Laura was so awesome to work with and my wedding flowers were just perfect!!! I had two friends who used her and they loved gardenia floral so I decided to use them and it was absolutely perfect!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gardenia Floral Design. All of my flowers were absolutely gorgeous! My mom and I worked mostly with Laura during our planning process, and she was so helpful. Laura was able to take the simple, romantic style I had in mind and turn it into a beautiful reality. We really appreciated the very detailed proposal that Laura created and revised again and again for us. We weren't left wondering how things would look on the wedding day because each bouquet, centerpiece, arrangement, and corsage was so clearly described in the proposal. That was very important to me because I don't have the creative "vision" that some people have. If I had it to do all over again, I'd choose Gardenia Floral Design in a heartbeat!

Our experience with Gardenia was outstanding. The bouquets were absolutely stunning, not to mention the corsages and boutonnieres. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Gardenia Floral Design is a wonderful vendor to use for your event needs. They helped guide me through aesthetics and budget to create beautiful arrangements for my wedding. Laura, at Gardenia Floral, made my wedding beautiful! We found Gardenia Floral through a reference from a friend and I absolutely LOVED everything she did! The centerpieces, bouquets, wreaths, and other special decor looked exactly like I wanted. They did the cutest flower girl basket and ring bearer pillow for us as well. The price is so reasonable and I had small changes and additions up until the week of and Laura adjusted everything with ease! They are great!

My wedding flowers were perfect. The best part about working with Becky at Gardenia Floral Design was we never met in person and everything was amazing. I got married about 4 hours away so we did everything via e-mail and everything from my bouquet to my centerpieces to the decoration on the arch was absolutely wonderful! They were also very prompt about getting back to me.

Becky is phenomenal, and really works with you to meet all your budget needs but still provide amazing flowers. She's very laid-back and happy to make as many changes as you want. She will always quote you the lowest price she thinks will outfit your wedding, then helps you add things and work up from there if you want more.

GardeniaFlorals really did a great and affordable job with our flowers. They provided everything that I wanted, arrived on time, and were very helpful and stayed in good communication up until the day of the main event! We requested very simple designs, and were on a low budget (2 factors not always welcomed by vendors), but they worked to get us what we wanted-- to a tee! Would totally recommend them to anyone in the area.

Becky was such an amazing florist to work with and I thoroughly appreciated all her help and insight. The first time I actually spoke to Becky was on the day of the wedding because we had an out of town wedding, and Becky made it possible to do all of our communication via email and everything turned out wonderful! She was EXTREMELY patient with me as I changed my mind multiple times regarding my centerpieces and the number of corsages/bouquets/boutonnieres I would need. She offered many great suggestions which was easy to come by as she has such a wonderful portfolio to choose from, a testament to her level of experience and expertise. She was timely in her delivery and you can't beat the price she offered for as much as I needed. She even helped me on aspects of the wedding unrelated to floral arrangements and centerpieces. She gave me a lot of piece of mind throughout the planning process and I was truly thankful and blessed that I was able to find such wonderful florists from afar. :)

I only wish I could surround myself daily with the gorgeous flowers that I had at my wedding! Becky was such a pleasure to work with, and knew exactly what I wanted. My wedding day flowed smoothly, and all the arrangements were gorgeous. I believe I cried when I saw my bouquet. Everything was set up and looked even better than I had imagined. Being on a budget can be a bit hard when it comes to wanting peonies, but Becky worked with me to get the most beautiful peonies. After meeting with several floral vendors in the area and getting extremely high estimates for what I wanted, I finally found Gardenia. After telling Becky what I wanted and my budget range, I didn't expect much. However, Gardenia was able to do everything I asked for in my price range and I guarantee it looked better than any other florists could have done! I would highly recommend working with Gardenia and would happily work with them in the future!
