I initially chose this florist because of the nice reviews and recommendation from our wedding planner. However, from the very beginning there were issues. The first red flag was when I filled out a questionnaire, emailed it back, discussed it ...with an employee and was told I would be called back for a consultation. No one called back and I had to call them but I thought, simple small mistake. During the consultation I was asked all the questions I had already filled out on the questionnaire. Halfway through I informed the young lady that I had already given all this information. She assured me that she would then in an hour provide me with an estimate. 4 days later I still haven't gotten the estimate. More red flag! I call and inquire and was told, oh our mistake we misspelled your email address. I was told by different employees that the flowers could be delivered, then no we cannot deliver. After I paid in full the invoice, I asked if I needed to do anything and they asked for the address to deliver the flowers??? As I was doing some last minute checks, I noticed that the Arbor post flowers were not on the estimate. More red flags... I noticed and emailed them to inquire as maybe I overlooked that. No response. I called the next day and asked to speak with a manager and talked with Danyell. Danyell was the second person I spoke with about our order. She informed me that yes, she had wrote in her notes but that Chelsea had written her estimate up for her and she forgot to add the line item. I requested some sort of discount and Danyell needed to speak with Angela. Chelsea emails me back saying this is the price, let us know if you want to move forward ($500 more). I then call and speak with Angela, who states, "well you looked at the invoice and emailed back that it was ok." I did, but I had spoken twice about it with two different employees. When I skimmed over the estimate, I didn't think I had to fine tooth it. Angela, had an attitude, told me it was going to take a few days to get a refund check written because she was so busy because she didn't know where her employees were, the mail doesn't work for my refund check, argued about the alternate location to take my refund check, and when she thought she hung the phone up she called me a, "Bitch". Taking my business else where.
