Will you laugh? Yes! Will you cry? Of course! Will you be ready to put that dress on today and celebrate? Absolutely!! This was my first and last stop on the wedding dress tour. I had in mind exactly what I wanted including the budget and Granet just stood out to me. TAMIKO was amazingly helpful, patient and she listened. First off we were late and I naturally assumed we'd be rushed and there would be no way I'd find a dress. But Tamiko asked her questions, listened to everyone's feedback and got to work. The group favorite eventually only because my favorite but Tamiko reminded me it was my day and I could choose what I wanted!! I did not get what I wanted, I actually ended up with the opposite of what I wanted and I love every inch of it. If Garnet did bridesmaid dresses I'd be right there!! But if your looking for something amazing and don't want to break the bank... this is the place for you.

I'm very displeased with this company AND THEIR SERVICE. When I read the reviews I was very excited to try this place out. Well I was very disappointed and had to warn others regarding their service. 1)when I walked in I wasn't even greeted (no big deal there were other brides there) once I walked up to the desk I was then greeted by one of the staff, another bride came in at the same time I did and the staff member that greeted me asked me what I needed and then looked at the other bride (which she responded the same thing) and then went with the younger and slimmer bride... yes I'm pulling the age card because it was obvious! 2)Then after 45 minutes to an hour of waiting past my appointment I was finally assisted by another lady. 3) there are no bathrooms for customers. Apparently they sent a text stating that their was no public restroom due to covid but we weren't just anyone... we were customers! 4) I was trying on a dress and due to the dress not fitting well (it was a bit small on me) the staff member asked for assistance from another staff member (great! I appreciate that). What I didn't appreciate was the staff member saying to me "okay well I'm going to help my little bride". I sh** you not this is verbatim what she said to me! I don't recommend this place at all and am appalled by the service provided. I wanted to walk out and should have from the beginning. 5) BTW you pay too $ for a wedding dress that has been tried on by so many other brides because "they don't order others". So basically you don't get a new dress and if you like a dress that isn't your size you are SOL because they don't have it. I can't make this up! This really happened!!! I would not even suggest this place to my worst enemy (if I had one). It was even worse then what I wrote.

I'm so glad I found Garnet and Grace while searching for local bridal shops! This is my third shop that I visited and I absolutely love my stylist, Chris. I went by myself and he was really helpful and sweet to me. He gave honest opinions about the different dresses that I tried on, tried to get to know me, and became my hype man for the day. Thank you so much, Chris!! My appointment was 2 days before the sample sale started, but they were really kind to let me try on the dresses that were on sale. I ended up finding one that I really love and saying yes to the dress! I'm so happy that I was able to stay within my budget. I also ended up purchasing the Diamond package to store my dress and it includes wedding preservation as well. I'm looking forward to my alteration appointment with them as well. Overall, my experience here was so great and I will definitely recommend Garnet and Grace to any bride trying to find their perfect dress. They truly have something for everyone.

Miss Tamiko did a fantastic job helping me find the perfect dress. she was very helpful and honest and kind. I ended up going over budget 🤫 but it was totally worth it! 🥰

I had a great experience with Garnet and Grace. The stylist I had made me feel so comfortable and helped me keep my mind open. She picked great dresses for me based off of pictures that I sent before hand. The whole staff was cheering me on the whole time and made me feel like the most important person in the room. I loved the selection they had and especially the marked down prices for such gorgeous dresses. I am so thankful for them and how they made me feel so special.

I had an amazing experience at Garnet and Grace Bridal Boutique. This was my third dress shop and it was by far the best. Shauna made my family's time there incredible. She brought dresses that fit what I was looking for and they were actually my size. I found an incredible dress and I am coming back for alterations. This store was welcoming made my dress experience that much better.

I had such a wonderful experience at Garnet + Grace! With COVID, finding a place to dress shop was difficult, so I had visited a few stores before going to Garnet + Grace because I knew that if I liked a dress there, I’d have to buy it right away. Because of COVID, I couldn’t go in during the shutdown but Tamiko made a Facetime appointment with me so that she could talk to me, get a sense of my style, and show me some dresses to hold for me until I was able to come and try on. Once I was able to try on dresses, Tamiko and the staff were SO helpful. They listened to what I was saying, and when I wasn’t fully convinced of certain dresses, they would help me add belts, veils, hairpieces, whatever I would need to help see it come together. Tamiko and the staff were so patient and helped me find my perfect dress. I also got my dress altered there too. The size of the dress was a 10 and needed to be brought down to a 6 and Hayam did a great job. She also listened to what I wanted and made those adjustments so that it fit like a glove. Her price was reasonable, and her turnaround time was quick. I was really happy with my experience and would recommend Garnet + Grace!

Such a wonderful experience at Garnet & Grace Bridal Boutique! The ladies were all so sweet and helpful. This was my first bridal boutique and I literally had no expectations on what a discount bridal store had to offer. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! They had a wide array selection of beautiful gowns and really do their best to stay within your budget. I observed the two other brides in the room with me and I must say they also tried on beautiful gowns! They also have awesome packages you can purchase with regards to preservation, alterations, bridal accessories (i.e. veil, hair pieces, etc.) and even post wedding cleaning/preservation. I 10/10 recommend this boutique to brides (especially if they are on somewhat of a budget). If my 2-3 month out visit for final alterations and adjustments is just as good as my first experience, I will be absolutely thrilled! :)

My experience was decently awful. They spent half the appointment trying to upsell me on pricey alterations if I didn’t like something about their dresses. They were not respectful of my budget AT ALL and had me try on a dress that was $500+ out of my budget and avoided telling me the price until after I said “yes to the dress”. We found out my fiancé was getting laid off (due to COVID) and we had to cancel our wedding literally the morning after I got my dress, less than 24 hours later, and they weren’t willing to help us at all. I even asked to return the dress for only a half refund (they could resell it for the same amount because it was a sample anyway and make almost $3,000 on an $1,800 dress). This store was by-far the worst experience related to planning our wedding. The only positive is the sales lady made me feel comfortable. Regardless, 0/10 would not recommend.

I'd been following Garnet & Grace on FB and IG right after I got engaged. I finally went in this past weekend to try on dresses. Let me just say, Tamiko was AMAZING! I was secretly hoping she'd be the one to help me out because I loved her energy in the Instagram videos. She was kind, patient and she knew just what I liked. I was wearing dress number 2 when she said "I know which dress", walked away and brought out a mermaid dress. I tried it on and it was the one. I loved this boutique but I enjoyed Tamikos's personality the most! Thank you Tamiko for helping me find my dream dress!

I went to Garnet & Grace not knowing if I would find my dress since they only have off the rack. They had a huge selection and I tried on about 10 dresses! The staff was so supportive and helpful. They allowed me to change my mind with the veil, tiara, and style of dress. It was a wonderful experience!

GARNET + grace was recommended to me by a colleague. I went in with no expectations because I heard that many brides may visit multiple stores. I have to say that I was ecstatic that I found my dress at this store! Amanda was my associate and she did an AMAZING job at picking different dresses and attending to my needs. I tried on 7-8 dresses and the last one was a wildcard and happened to be “the one!” The prices are very reasonable and it’s awesome to be able to take home the dress the minute you pay for it. They also have many sample sales and styles. I would definitely recommend GARNET + grace!

When it came time to start the dress shopping, I was so nervous because I am not a very decisive person when it comes to things that I have to choose because I love it. I am more of your easy going and go with the flow kind of person. Tamiko made the process so easy and she worked with me so well. I probably tried on like 6-8 dresses and at first I was going to go with one dress because I was going for the rustic look to fit our wedding venue. BUT, my mother and a couple of people who were not there the first time with me didn't like the dress I picked out. Tamiko told me brides after they found one they go to different shops to see what else is out there and sure enough that is what I did which was SO BAD of me. I even made the process more stressful than I really should have. I was so tired of looking and when I went back with my mom and sister in law, I told Tamiko what happened and I showed her that I am looking more for a different dress. She found one dress and that was THE DRESS!!! I seriously fell in love with it and so did my mom and sister in law. The dress was gorgeous and beautiful!!! I didn't think it would have worked with my venue as it is very rustic, but in all honesty it did work. My dress was THE HIGHLIGHT of the night as it should be. EVERYONE complimented how beautiful it was. Thank you Tamiko so much for working with me!! You are seriously an amazing person and you made the dress shopping less stressful for me. Amanda is great as well, I met her towards the end of my fittings and she is super nice and helpful as well. I added the cuffed sleeves to the dress and it looked GORGEOUS!!! I wanted something to cover my broad shoulders and Tamiko helped me with the ideas and loved it. It really looked like part of the dress.
