The absolute best. After meeting them at a wedding in NYC I knew they were the only florist I would use. They traveled with us to Ghana Africa and designed the most beautiful wedding ever. It was truly fit for a prince and his princess. Amazing work, amazing team and Gary rocked.

Years ago, my family and I experienced outstanding service and generosity from this shop during a family member's passing, so I was happy to go to them for my wedding needs. Not only was the service lacking, it was appaling. I experienced a total of 2 appoimtmemt cancelations and never had a formal 'bridal consult' even though they made it seem incredibly important/necessary. For the first cancelation , I had made a 40 minute drive to the shop from my home and was told 'oh! You do have an appointment for a wedding consultation. Gary isn't in the store today, can you reschedule?' For the rescheduled appointment, I was called about an hour before the meeting time and was told he was out of town for another consult and was asked what I needed for my wedding via phone. If it hadn't been so close to my wedding day by the second canceled meeting, I would have gone to another florist. When my bridesmaids went to pick up my flowers, they initially were shorted 3 bouteniers for the father's and 2 nosegays for the mothers. The last straw for me was when the girls and I met at the venue and one of their bouquets was wrong. I ordered 4 different single-type flower bouquets and ended up with only 3, the 4th being a mixed flower arrangement. The missing flower type was a beautiful one that I paid a little more to get. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would never return there for floral needs. The only positive experience was relayed to me by my bridesmaids. They said a lady at the counter the day of pickup was apologetic and quick to make our missing pieces when my girls reviewed the order in the parking lot and discovered the error. Gary (one of the owners) was always pleasant in person but never apologized or really acknowledged the canceled appointments/wasted trip from 40 minutes away. I'm just thankful that I never intended to have flowers be a big part of our wedding.

He was amazing! He went out of his way to do little things to make sure my decor was beautiful. I am so glad o went with them. My bouquet was phenomenal!
