Gateway was so responsive and professional every time me or my mom called! My mom booked transportation for us and I had to call to confirm details a couple of times (after my mom also did) and no one got annoyed with me calling and asking the same thing my mom probably just had asked. On the day of our wedding, we were blessed with Paul as our driver. HE WAS AMAZING!!! He even fluffed my train for me as I was about to walk down the aisle at the church. He kept track of time to ensure we arrived to our reception venue on time. He held an umbrella over each persons head and escorted us to the door of the church. He was the best! 10/10 would recommend Gateway for your transportation needs!

Gateway Limousine made transportation the day of super seamless! They were super helpful in the booking process, and ensured there was flexibility for the wedding party and wedding guests to get to their destinations on the day of the wedding. We rented their 28 person mini coach which was clean, comfortable, and sleek. Perfect for our 60 person wedding, and they were able to do shuttle rounds to make this work. Amazing service! On time! 14 passenger sprinter bus was perfect for transporting the wedding party! Motor coach was great for after the ceremony and transporting guests back to the hotel! Very please!

The day of our wedding, we got an email with the drivers picture and let us know exactly where he was and when he was going to arrive. Our driver was named Paul. We booked their 25 person party bus to transport us home from our wedding at the end of the night. They were on time and very courteous and professional. Prior to our wedding day, they were very easy to get in touch with, answered a lot of our questions and were prompt with their responses. Edward was our driver on our wedding day and he was wonderful! Edward helped load things into the bus and assisted every one in and out with a helping hand. He had the champagne ready to go and provided my husband's group and my group a safe and smooth ride to our wedding venue. The entire team at Gateway was fantastic as well, they were knowledgeable on their fleet and answered all of my questions very quickly.

We used Gateway Limousine for our October 2023 wedding. We rented a white limo, a sprinter bus, and a 10 person van. All drivers were very kind and professionally dressed. All transportation arrived promptly and followed the time frames agreed upon. All vehicles were clean inside and out and ready for use. They also send emails to let you know when the driver is en route, making a stop, etc, which is very helpful if needed. I would definitely use them again!

I used Gateway Limousine Inc. for my 10/20/2023 wedding and was very pleased. We rented the Sprinter Limo Bus and it was very clean and spacious. They provided glasses, ice and champagne for the bridal party. Our driver was Edward Juszczyk and he was excellent. It was raining out, Edward held umbrellas for everyone and helped everyone in and out of the bus. Edward walked to the steps of the church so I would not get wet and ruin my dress. Absolutely lovely driver. I am very pleased with this company and the communication during the booking process. When I had to make changes to the schedule, they were helpful and accommodating. Good value and fair pricing.

Gateway Limo provided excellent service for my wedding. They helped us to select the exact vehicles that we needed for our wedding, including how to accommodate guests with small children who required car seats. They made sure everyone who was supposed to be on the bus was accounted for before leaving and were overall an excellent service.

We used gateway for our wedding day transportation and they were great! Got our guests to and from the venue perfectly. Communication before the wedding day was great. If I had a question, I could email and receive a response within the same day. I made a last minute change about 2 weeks before my wedding and they easily accommodated us with no issue. Highly recommend!

Gateway Limousines made sure all our wedding guests got to the venue and back perfectly and on time. They were able to organize our transportation on short notice. Each of their representatives was exceedingly helpful and professional. Their service was flexible, and they laid out plans to accommodate any issues which may have arisen during my wedding.

Gateway was great. The staff was professional and the vehicles were clean. Our driver let us play music throughout our rides. Our driver even laid out my dress before walking down the aisle. That seems small, but the only other person who was left with me by that time was my dad, so it was extremely helpful. The only issue we had was that the bus scheduled to take our groom and groomsmen to the church was either missing or late, so they took the bus that was originally scheduled for guests. Guests then decided to transport themselves so they were still on time, because they were afraid of causing our day to fall behind schedule if they waited for the next bus we requested to have sent out. This was after having confirmed the schedule times and locations with gateway several times through calls and emails beforehand. What had really transpired was never clarified, so it could have simply been due to traffic, but communication was not really clear the day of. Regardless, I would still recommend.

We used Gateway Limo for our November 2022 wedding, and they were wonderful to work with! They were super professional, friendly, on-time, and helped us every step of the way. Our favorite moment of the day was our private limo ride down to our reception venue, which was an hour away. We brought a bottle of champagne, hooked up our music, and finally had time to relax and process the fact that we just got married!

We hired gateway limo for our wedding and was wowed by the level of service. There was rain/wind the day of and the driver was excellent using a giant umbrella to usher each bridesmaid into the car protecting from the elements as much as possible. And when dropping off my 95 year old grandmother he went the extra mile to ensure we were as close as possible to the door and assisting her with getting out. We had multiple groups with pickup and drop offs at different locations and everything went smoothly

We hired Gateway for a limo for our bridal party to get from First Look pictures to our venue! We were running a bit behind, but Paul put us all at ease and made us feel comfortable the entire ride. There are a handful of limo companies to choose from but if you want a personalized experience and to feel comfortable both mentally and physically, you want to choose Gateway! Hired Gateway for a limo and coach bus shuttle service for our hotels. They completed the service as expected and within schedule! We were pleased with the end result. They were very helpful figuring out logistics before the wedding over the phone.

I am a bit disappointed at the shuttle service that we had but the limo was great, which is why we are giving them 3/5 stars. They were on time and the limo was clean. When my husband forgot a groomsman (we all had a good laugh about it) they went back and got him and then got my bridal squad. Back to the shuttle service. We had several guests waiting at 9:30pm to leave. When no one arrived around 10:15, several guests had to take Ubers back to the hotel where we were staying. When my husband found out, he found him parked on the opposite side and asked him what he was doing. He said no one called him. At no point we’re we nor our guests instructed to “call” the driver. If we were, we would’ve made the announcement. My husband proceeded to tell him to go to the front and pick people up. Afterwards it went smooth thankfully. I was disappointed about that, especially since though not normative we were kind enough to offer him a meal while he waited for us rather than to leave site. I am not sure if it was a fluke but definitely disappointing to say the least when you expect a service and you miss it part of the way.

They were both very timely and professional. The vehicles were clean and everyone felt safe all night. We definitely recommend Gateway for all of your transportation needs.

We used them for 25 passenger limos plus cars for our wedding. They were on time, nice and were able to go with the flow a little bit. The vehicles were clean and beautiful. Our limo driver was excellent from Gateway Limo. We had to change our plans and make a pitstop somewhere before heading to our venue. Our driver, Ray, was awesome about doing this and was very pleasant to deal with. The company was very organized and easy to deal with for planning!

We hired one bus to make two trips bringing guests from the hotel to our venue and back at the end of the night. The company was professional and great. We were a little worried about timing, but they moved swiftly and got it done!

We recently used Gateway Limousine for our wedding transportation, utilizing coach buses to shuttle guests to and from the hotel and venue. My father hired Gateway limo for a limousine service for my husband and I on our wedding day as a wedding gift. The limo driver Steve was very attentive and pleasant, he made me feel at ease during the way to the church. Steve even helped me up the many stairs to the church while my dad held my train. He also assisted with my train right as I was about to walk down the aisle. They truly go above and beyond!

We hired them for a limo for the wedding party, shuttle for guests, and private car to JFK for the honeymoon. On the day of the wedding, I totally forgot about transportation. It was comforting to get a call from the hotel front desk that our limo was ready. Same with the shuttle didn't even need to think twice about it. Totally recommend!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Gateway Limousine! When I hired them I simply expected transportation, that was all - we had a limo for our parents and a party bus for the wedding party. Our party bus driver was unbelievable, I want to say his name was Paul if I remember correctly - when he picked up my bridal party, he came inside and carried everyone's bouquets and overnight bags and packed up the bus. Upon arrival to our church, he took me to the side so my now husband wouldn't see me through the doors, he instructed everyone when to start walking down the isle, closed the doors before I walked down, fluffed my train, helped my dad with the buttons on his suit, and even opened the door for my grand reveal when I was ready. He went above and beyond and I could not appreciate it more! Would highly recommend using Gateway Limousine for any and all of your needs!

We used Gateway Limo for a party bus between our wedding ceremony and reception venue. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the start of planning to the actual ride itself. The bus was clean and had fun music/ lights. Highly recommend!

We hired Gateway Limo to pick us up at the end of the night, and I apologize I don’t remember his name (perhaps Jeff?) but he was so fun for a 10 minute drive back home. First, he appeared inside the venue at the end of the night which was a huge help to let us know that he arrived, instead of us looking for someone outside. Then he kindly helped pack some decorations and food into the car for us, as well as unpacked some items when we got home. It was a wonderful experience and safe drive back to end our night.

Hired this company for our daughters wedding. They were on-time, courteous, helpful to our elderly guests getting on and off the bus. The driver came back when he saw that our last shuttle was standing room only. He made a late-night trip to get the last few guests. Can't ask for more than that!

We used Gateway this past weekend for our wedding & I just wanted to say they were amazing! On time and even stayed late to help get guests who missed the last shuttle home. Their staff was kind and courteous and I can't recommend them enough!

Communication was good via email. They also took another trip back to the venue after the last trip to the hotel because people were left there. Shuttle driver was not the friendliest on the return trip, but he was just doing his job. Good if you need to get from point a to point b.

A little expensive but they delivered. Driver was on-time, wearing a mask, we were able to connect music and DJ for ourselves in the party bus, and they knew exactly where they needed to be (even more than we did so clearly they've done the wedding photo tour of downtown Hartford before - that or they communicated amazingly with our photographer). Either way, so easy and just the thing we needed to not be a pain!

We recently rented the 25 passenger limo bus for our wedding day to transport ourselves and our wedding party. Our experience was wonderful- Cindi was our driver and she was so laid back, relaxed, and made sure our time on the bus was as fun as possible. She arrived early and even stayed a little late to allow us to stay on the bus when our ceremony started late due to guests still walking in. The bus itself was clean, spacious, and had a really cool vibe with lights and a spot to connect your own music. The complimentary beverages were not provided due to covid (very clearly laid out in the contract) but we were able to bring our own cooler with drinks. Booking with Gateway was a breeze and very straight-forward. I also thought the prices were very fair. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding reception from June 2020 to July 2021 due to covid, and the transfer of services was very easy. Overall we were very happy with our decision to use this company and would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely fabulous company to work with! Mark was so accommodating and was the best rate around! They paid attention to the details to make sure things went smoothly. Cindy, our driver was fabulous!! She even helped me walk into the church and made sure my dress was perfectly placed! We could not recommend Gateway enough for your wedding transportation needs. We had a large gap in between our ceremony and reception and Gateway worked with us to get the best package possible and allowed us to update our times and destinations with ease. The scheduling and payment process was seamless as well. The driver showed up 30 minutes early, was very attentive while we were on the bus, and helped load/unload the coolers and bags we had with us. The 25 person bus was also so much fun to transport our wedding party from the church to the reception venue, it has lights, a TV and great sound system. Everything was incredibly clean as well. We will definitely use Gateway for our future transportation needs!
