Gateway Limousine was wonderful to work with. They helped me pick out the best-size limo for my wedding party and adjusted my booking as my timeline changed without difficulty. Our driver was very polite and respectful, adding ease to our busy day! I will be using them beyond my wedding as we need private transportation.

Gateway was great at communicating prior to our wedding. They answered every email very quickly. The day of our wedding, we got an email with the drivers picture and let us know exactly where he was and when he was going to arrive. Our driver was named Paul. He was very attentive and professional. We are very grateful to have found Gateway.

We booked their 25 person party bus to transport us home from our wedding at the end of the night. They were on time and very courteous and professional. Prior to our wedding day, they were very easy to get in touch with, answered a lot of our questions and were prompt with their responses. Edward was our driver on our wedding day and he was wonderful! Edward helped load things into the bus and assisted every one in and out with a helping hand. He had the champagne ready to go and provided my husband's group and my group a safe and smooth ride to our wedding venue. The entire team at Gateway was fantastic as well, they were knowledgeable on their fleet and answered all of my questions very quickly.

We used Gateway Limousine for our October 2023 wedding. We rented a white limo, a sprinter bus, and a 10 person van. All drivers were very kind and professionally dressed. All transportation arrived promptly and followed the time frames agreed upon. All vehicles were clean inside and out and ready for use. They also send emails to let you know when the driver is en route, making a stop, etc, which is very helpful if needed. I would definitely use them again!

I used Gateway Limousine Inc. for my 10/20/2023 wedding and was very pleased. We rented the Sprinter Limo Bus and it was very clean and spacious. They provided glasses, ice and champagne for the bridal party. Our driver was Edward Juszczyk and he was excellent. It was raining out, Edward held umbrellas for everyone and helped everyone in and out of the bus. Edward walked to the steps of the church so I would not get wet and ruin my dress. Absolutely lovely driver. I am very pleased with this company and the communication during the booking process. When I had to make changes to the schedule, they were helpful and accommodating. Good value and fair pricing.

Paul P. was our driver on our wedding day and arrived early, assisted us with loading any items on and off of the party bus on our way to and from the venue. The champagne service was a wonderful touch and we enjoyed playing our own music and drinking champagne during the drives. Most importantly, Paul brought the entire bridal party and guests to and from our venue safely! Gateway itself was easy to work with and flexible, especially when our initial timeline changed, there were no issues changing the pickup and drop off time. They were also very patient with us - we asked a lot of questions about the fleet and the options that would be best for us and they answered honestly and helped guide us to the best choice for our needs and budget. Gateway Limo provided excellent service for my wedding. They helped us to select the exact vehicles that we needed for our wedding, including how to accommodate guests with small children who required car seats. They made sure everyone who was supposed to be on the bus was accounted for before leaving and were overall an excellent service.

We used gateway for our wedding day transportation and they were great! Got our guests to and from the venue perfectly. Communication before the wedding day was great. If I had a question, I could email and receive a response within the same day. I made a last minute change about 2 weeks before my wedding and they easily accommodated us with no issue. Gateway Limousines made sure all our wedding guests got to the venue and back perfectly and on time. They were able to organize our transportation on short notice. Each of their representatives was exceedingly helpful and professional. Their service was flexible, and they laid out plans to accommodate any issues which may have arisen during my wedding.

Gateway was great. The staff was professional and the vehicles were clean. Our driver let us play music throughout our rides. Our driver even laid out my dress before walking down the aisle. That seems small, but the only other person who was left with me by that time was my dad, so it was extremely helpful. The only issue we had was that the bus scheduled to take our groom and groomsmen to the church was either missing or late, so they took the bus that was originally scheduled for guests. Guests then decided to transport themselves so they were still on time, because they were afraid of causing our day to fall behind schedule if they waited for the next bus we requested to have sent out. This was after having confirmed the schedule times and locations with gateway several times through calls and emails beforehand. What had really transpired was never clarified, so it could have simply been due to traffic, but communication was not really clear the day of. Regardless, I would still recommend.

We used Gateway Limo for our November 2022 wedding, and they were wonderful to work with! They were super professional, friendly, on-time, and helped us every step of the way. Our favorite moment of the day was our private limo ride down to our reception venue, which was an hour away. We brought a bottle of champagne, hooked up our music, and finally had time to relax and process the fact that we just got married!

We hired gateway limo for our wedding and was wowed by the level of service. There was rain/wind the day of and the driver was excellent using a giant umbrella to usher each bridesmaid into the car protecting from the elements as much as possible. And when dropping off my 95 year old grandmother he went the extra mile to ensure we were as close as possible to the door and assisting her with getting out. We had multiple groups with pickup and drop offs at different locations and everything went smoothly

We hired Gateway for a limo for our bridal party to get from First Look pictures to our venue! We were running a bit behind, but Paul put us all at ease and made us feel comfortable the entire ride. There are a handful of limo companies to choose from but if you want a personalized experience and to feel comfortable both mentally and physically, you want to choose Gateway! Hired Gateway for a limo and coach bus shuttle service for our hotels. They completed the service as expected and within schedule! We were pleased with the end result. They were very helpful figuring out logistics before the wedding over the phone.

I am a bit disappointed at the shuttle service that we had but the limo was great, which is why we are giving them 3/5 stars. They were on time and the limo was clean. When my husband forgot a groomsman (we all had a good laugh about it) they went back and got him and then got my bridal squad. Back to the shuttle service. We had several guests waiting at 9:30pm to leave. When no one arrived around 10:15, several guests had to take Ubers back to the hotel where we were staying. When my husband found out, he found him parked on the opposite side and asked him what he was doing. He said no one called him. At no point we’re we nor our guests instructed to “call” the driver. If we were, we would’ve made the announcement. My husband proceeded to tell him to go to the front and pick people up. Afterwards it went smooth thankfully. I was disappointed about that, especially since though not normative we were kind enough to offer him a meal while he waited for us rather than to leave site. I am not sure if it was a fluke but definitely disappointing to say the least when you expect a service and you miss it part of the way.

We had a great experience working with Gateway Limousine for our wedding. Jennie was very responsive throughout the entire planning process. Our drivers day of were awesome!! They were both very timely and professional. The vehicles were clean and everyone felt safe all night. We definitely recommend Gateway for all of your transportation needs.

We used them for 25 passenger limos plus cars for our wedding. They were on time, nice and were able to go with the flow a little bit. The vehicles were clean and beautiful. Our limo driver was excellent from Gateway Limo. We had to change our plans and make a pitstop somewhere before heading to our venue. Our driver, Ray, was awesome about doing this and was very pleasant to deal with. The company was very organized and easy to deal with for planning!

We recently used Gateway Limousine for our wedding transportation, utilizing coach buses to shuttle guests to and from the hotel and venue. Their customer service was fantastic, the buses were clean and the driving was excellent and very professional. We had a Covid wedding, but despite having to reschedule our wedding four times since 2020, the team at Gateway Limousine was extremely flexible and responsive. My father hired Gateway limo for a limousine service for my husband and I on our wedding day as a wedding gift. The limo driver Steve was very attentive and pleasant, he made me feel at ease during the way to the church. Steve even helped me up the many stairs to the church while my dad held my train. He also assisted with my train right as I was about to walk down the aisle. They truly go above and beyond!

We hired them for a limo for the wedding party, shuttle for guests, and private car to JFK for the honeymoon. On the day of the wedding, I totally forgot about transportation. It was comforting to get a call from the hotel front desk that our limo was ready. Same with the shuttle didn't even need to think twice about it. Totally recommend!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Gateway Limousine! When I hired them I simply expected transportation, that was all - we had a limo for our parents and a party bus for the wedding party. Our party bus driver was unbelievable, I want to say his name was Paul if I remember correctly - when he picked up my bridal party, he came inside and carried everyone's bouquets and overnight bags and packed up the bus. Upon arrival to our church, he took me to the side so my now husband wouldn't see me through the doors, he instructed everyone when to start walking down the isle, closed the doors before I walked down, fluffed my train, helped my dad with the buttons on his suit, and even opened the door for my grand reveal when I was ready. He went above and beyond and I could not appreciate it more! Would highly recommend using Gateway Limousine for any and all of your needs!

We used Gateway Limo for a party bus between our wedding ceremony and reception venue. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the start of planning to the actual ride itself. The bus was clean and had fun music/ lights. Highly recommend!

We hired Gateway Limo to pick us up at the end of the night, and I apologize I don’t remember his name (perhaps Jeff?) but he was so fun for a 10 minute drive back home. First, he appeared inside the venue at the end of the night which was a huge help to let us know that he arrived, instead of us looking for someone outside. Then he kindly helped pack some decorations and food into the car for us, as well as unpacked some items when we got home. It was a wonderful experience and safe drive back to end our night.

Hired this company for our daughters wedding. They were on-time, courteous, helpful to our elderly guests getting on and off the bus. The driver came back when he saw that our last shuttle was standing room only. He made a late-night trip to get the last few guests. Can't ask for more than that!

We used Gateway this past weekend for our wedding & I just wanted to say they were amazing! On time and even stayed late to help get guests who missed the last shuttle home. Their staff was kind and courteous and I can't recommend them enough!

Communication was good via email. They also took another trip back to the venue after the last trip to the hotel because people were left there. Shuttle driver was not the friendliest on the return trip, but he was just doing his job. Good if you need to get from point a to point b.

A little expensive but they delivered. Driver was on-time, wearing a mask, we were able to connect music and DJ for ourselves in the party bus, and they knew exactly where they needed to be (even more than we did so clearly they've done the wedding photo tour of downtown Hartford before - that or they communicated amazingly with our photographer). Either way, so easy and just the thing we needed to not be a pain!

We recently rented the 25 passenger limo bus for our wedding day to transport ourselves and our wedding party. Our experience was wonderful- Cindi was our driver and she was so laid back, relaxed, and made sure our time on the bus was as fun as possible. She arrived early and even stayed a little late to allow us to stay on the bus when our ceremony started late due to guests still walking in. The bus itself was clean, spacious, and had a really cool vibe with lights and a spot to connect your own music. The complimentary beverages were not provided due to covid (very clearly laid out in the contract) but we were able to bring our own cooler with drinks. Booking with Gateway was a breeze and very straight-forward. I also thought the prices were very fair. My husband and I had to postpone our wedding reception from June 2020 to July 2021 due to covid, and the transfer of services was very easy. Overall we were very happy with our decision to use this company and would definitely recommend to others.

Absolutely fabulous company to work with! Mark was so accommodating and was the best rate around! They paid attention to the details to make sure things went smoothly. Cindy, our driver was fabulous!! She even helped me walk into the church and made sure my dress was perfectly placed! We could not recommend Gateway enough for your wedding transportation needs. We had a large gap in between our ceremony and reception and Gateway worked with us to get the best package possible and allowed us to update our times and destinations with ease. The scheduling and payment process was seamless as well. The driver showed up 30 minutes early, was very attentive while we were on the bus, and helped load/unload the coolers and bags we had with us. The 25 person bus was also so much fun to transport our wedding party from the church to the reception venue, it has lights, a TV and great sound system. Everything was incredibly clean as well. We will definitely use Gateway for our future transportation needs!

Our limo driver was amazing but very disappointing that we were told the limo would be supplied with champagne, water, glasses, and ice. We had absolutely nothing in the limo with no phone call informing that nothing would be placed in the limo. Had we known we would have supplied our own. We will never rent a limo from this company again. This was for my wedding in August. We were thirsty on this hot day and even would have liked to celebrate with champagne after the ceremoney of the wedding. When I called they told me I could have went to the store and supplied it myself....but how am I to do this when I put my dress on, got all the bridesmaids ready and then went into the limo to find out then they didn't supply anything that was stated in the contract. Very disappointing

The team at Gateway Limousine was so wonderful to work with. I’d contacted a few companies for transportation for our wedding guests and Gateway was by far the most responsive & easy to work with, and had reasonable pricing. Jen helped us to plan out our transportation to get appx 130 guests to Bill Miller’s Castle from downtown New Haven on New Year's Eve. She helped us with some last minute changes and overall the experience was seamless. Our guests all traveled to and from the wedding with ease and the bus drivers were friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend Gateway for any transportation needs for weddings and beyond!

Where do I begin?! Jennie from Geteway Limousine is beyond amazing! She was extremely responsive via email and answered every question I had. We rented the 22 person limo bus, and it was actually one of my favorite parts of the day. The limo was stocked with champagne and the music system was great! It was raining before our ceremony and the driver walked each person in and out of the vehicle with an umbrella-he was exceptional! I highly recommend Gateway Limousine!

We had the 25-person limo for transportation from our hotel to the first look location. The limo was on time and our driver was extremely helpful and helped carry coats and our bouquets. We also had the limo for an hour after the reception to drive us around and take us from the reception to the hotel. Although it is for 25 people, we were told it seats 22 people comfortably. We had 22 people on the limo and some people had to stand because it was still too crowded. So be cautious here if you are adults of varying heights and weights! In addition, our limo ride was cut short and only lasted about 45 minutes. A 15 minute difference may not be a big deal to most, but we paid for that hour to have fun on the bus and was unfortunate that it ended earlier than we requested.

We used Gateway Limousine for our bridal party bus on our wedding day and we are beyond happy with their service. The bus was on time, clean and comfortable. The driver managed through backroads of Connecticut with ease and even helped direct the bridal party when we got to the church. The champagne also was much appreciated on our way to the reception. We would choose Gateway again in a heart beat!

We hired Gateway Limos for our September 27, 2019 wedding to transport our wedding party to our venue. The initial booking was so seamless. We were quickly sent a contract and communication was easy and fast. The prices were extremely reasonable as well. On the day of the wedding, both limo buses we arranged for arrived on time. The buses were brand new, perfectly clean and spacious. Various drinks were provided and we had access to the speaker system which made the trip that much more fun. Both drivers were superb (especially Paul) and got us safely to our destination in a timely manner. It isn’t easy to travel over an hour during rush hour traffic but Gateway did it without a hitch. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you Gateway!

We used Gateway for our daughters wedding last week. We had the party bus and Cindi was the driver. She was very helpful and did an excellent job getting us to and from the church. She even walked behind my daughter holding her train as she walked to the church. The lady’s in the office were helpful and very patient in answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Gateway provided transportation for our wedding. We had a shuttle bus and party bus from them. They did an excellent job with communication and their service was phenomenal. It was also 107 degrees that day and our party bus driver stayed an extra 15 minutes beyond our time so that we could use the bus air conditioning during our pictures. We cannot recommend them enough.

Our limo driver was great at finding alternative routes as on my wedding day there was an accident near our church and our limo driver still managed to get us to the ceremony right on time - in fact early! I highly recommend Gateway Limo! I had the 31 passenger party bus, which was great. We also had the 31 passenger shuttle bus and 55 passenger coach! All the drivers were on time and very friendly! The price is right too!

We selected Gateway Limousine for our wedding day transportation and they did not disappoint! Leading up to the wedding day, they were highly responsive to all our inquiries, flexible, and very easy to work with. On the big day, everything was executed flawlessly, with all of the vehicles showing up to the designated pickup locations 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Gateway's drivers were the utmost professionals, and allowed us to focus on the important stuff (like getting married!), rather than stressing about logistics. Many of our guests complimented us on how well-organized and smooth transportation was between the hotel and reception venue. I would kindly ask the person who left a negative review of Gateway Limousine to consider removing their post. If there was any concerns about the service of this fine organization the blame should have been on me personally. To whom it may concern, I made all the arrangements for the transportation of all guests from the hotel to the ceremony/reception. Selection of vehicles and departure times was solely my responsibility. I underestimated the number of guest who needed transportation. At least 25% more guests needed transportation than I estimated. This caused a major problem in which Gateway Limousine exceeded my expectations to correct at that critical moment. Nearly no-one made it on the first shuttle bus, so that chauffeur made the correct decision to wait until there was the required amount of passengers on the shuttle bus in order to leave. This is what caused the chain reaction for that vehicle to make the return time back to the hotel for his second trip. You see it was absolutely my fault. I was given the names and cellphone numbers of all the chauffeurs and was in contact with them all throughout the transportation process. They collectively knew the main objective was to get everyone to the ceremony by 6pm. They all worked together to accomplish this in the face of the adversity in which I caused. Being 10 minutes late to the ceremony was certainly a sad experience and I apologize from the bottom of my heart. It would have been much worse if it wasn't for the Gateway Team working together to accomplish what they did. I also made the decision to wait for the last shuttle bus to arrive at the venue to then begin what was a beautiful ceremony which then lead to what was the beginning of a fantastic/awesome reception. I also understand why some guests felt like they were being rushed onto the shuttles and some thought they were treated rudely, but if they only knew the bigger picture that was going on at that moment they would have completely understood what I would call the firmness and professional character of all of the chauffeurs. In closing, I would like to thank the Team at Gateway Limousine for exceeding my expectations and going out of their way to make up for my error in judgement. It is disappointing that I don’t get to leave a 5 star review.during the process, gateway was easy to communicate with. The only issues that occurred were on our wedding day. The last shuttle to pick up Guests arrived 10 mins late, which made them late for our ceremony. We had stressed the importance of the shuttle arriving on time. I had many guests who told us that the driver of their shuttle was rude, yelled at them while they tried to fit into the bus, and was very unprofessional. I wish we had a better experience.

Gateway was very affordable, given the other limousine services in the area. We were able to rent a party bus (which had wifi and coolers) and we came to find out that we had a new party bus when they arrived. We had a 30 person party bus which was very comfortable for our bridal party, parents, flower girls and ring bearer. Our driver was so pleasant, helpful and fun. She poofed out my dress right before I walked down the aisle. At the end of the evening, we rented a town car to take the bride and groom home. This driver was prompt, accommodating, helpful, and got us home safely, considering the heavy rain! All in all, we had a great experience with Gateway Limousine!

Gateway Limousine was absolutely fantastic! The party bus itself was very clean, it was stocked with soda, champagne, and water, and the sound system was jamming! We rented the 30-person party bus which was perfect for our 25-person group. Our driver was professional, dressed well, friendly, and SUPER helpful throughout the whole day. He even took care of my train and veil as I made my entrance into the church! I truly cannot say enough great things about this company and how stress-free they made transportation the day of our wedding. Plus, they’re very reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of car/limo services.

My husband and I used Green Light for our wedding guests in May 26, 2018. We needed a shuttle that could fit at least 55 guests, completing multiple trips from the hotel to our wedding venue. I called and spoke to Phil. He was friendly and gave us all options and price quotes. My husband was able to finalize everything with pricing, routes and schedules. Everyone made it back and forth safely. There were no complaints.

During the planning process everything was fine and everyone we dealt with at Gateway was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. My husband called the week and e-mailed before to confirm times and instructions. However, we did run into an issue on the day of our wedding, as the driver did not leave at the allotted times we agreed upon. The first shuttle was supposed to leave the hotel at 5:00PM with guests, and did not leave until after 5:15PM. Unfortunately this pushed back our 5:30PM pick up, which the rest of our guests were expecting. The shuttle did not leave the hotel from the second pick up until after 5:45PM. I did unfortunately have to call Gateway and request a status update as there were many people at the hotel wondering what was going on and if they'd make it in time. We did end up having to hold the start of the ceremony a few minutes as I was supposed to be walking down the aisle at 6PM. Our guests from this shuttle didn't arrive until after 6PM at our ceremony location. Had I not known there was an issue with transportation from a guest reaching out, many of our guests may have missed the ceremony. End of night transportation was fine and we did not run into any issues. I would use Gateway again if we had other events where transportation was needed, but would ensure all parties are aware of pick up and drop off times.

Booking was a breeze! The woman who assisted me was very knowledgeable & accomodating. Limo arrived on time. No issues. We went to a secondary location for pictures after the ceremony & when we got out the driver informed our photographer we only had 30 minutes left in our contract (reception venue was about 25 minutes away). I felt it was unprofessional he was telling another vendor that, instead of speaking to myself or the groom and offering a gentle reminder or even offering if we needed more time we could add it. Our account was paid in full the day we booked and I felt the situation could have been handled better but overall it was a good experience.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They were helpful when we were looking for a limousine for our wedding day, but absolutely horrendous the day of. We told them ahead of time that we wouldn't be using the limo other than to transport everyone to the ceremony site around 2:30-3pm, even though the limo would be at the hotel at 1pm. They said this was fine. However, our driver made a point to mention how he had been waiting around since 1pm. Our pictures wrapped up late, around 3, but our families got to the limo beforehand to go to the ceremony site. Around 3:30pm I started to get anxious because our limo was not back from its first drop off and the ceremony started at 4pm. Our ceremony site was only 7 minutes away. He finally arrived and was extremely rude. I said that we needed to get the whole wedding party into the limo (10) but he said we couldn't. I get for legal reasons, but as a bride who was going to be late to her ceremony I was freaking out a bit and tried to see if he could be flexible in any way. The guy continued to be rude to me and the wedding party and brought me to tears. Two members if our wedding party had to drive their car to the ceremony. The driver took an extremely long route to get to the wedding. it took a half hour when it was only a 7 minute drive. When we got to the ceremony at 4pm, we were ready to jump out and go. our driver told us to stay in the limo and made us wait 5 minutes longer than necessary. Additionally, there was no champagne in the limo. Our driver let another wedding party in our limo and they took our champagne. Absolutely awful and I do not recommend this company to any couple.

Gateway did an amazing job for my wedding. We booked two vehicles, two different locations, and they were early at both locations. The drivers were very professional and offered help with anything that may be needed. I highly recommend this company.

Gateway Limos did a fantastic job at our wedding. They were timely and professional and had a calming presence. Both our drivers went above and beyond as they stayed with us to help with my dress and open the church doors. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of limo company!

We used the 10 passenger van to shuttle guests back and forth from the hotel to the venue. Benji was our driver and he was beyond professional. He was personable, kind, and went out of his way to make sure we (and all our guests) had everything we needed. He also called after the last drop off to make sure no one else needed a lift before he headed back. I will be using Gateway for any future needs. I have been communicating with the staff for over a year, and they were always accommodating and very friendly. The best! Thanks for making our wedding seamless!

My husband and I worked with Gateway Limousine on our 6/29/18 wedding. They were professional from the start. They made sure we were well informed of what was included in our contract. They answered all my questions and calmed my pre-wedding nervousness when I found out about construction happening in my town on the wedding day. We also contracted two motor coaches through their affiliate company and they were phenomenal to work with. One of the motor coaches went to two hotels and they made sure guests knew what bus to take and when. Gateway Limousine was a great vendor to work with and I've personally worked with countless vendors, as I'm in the hospitality industry.

Awesome, prompt, easy to work with every step of the way! Our driver was flexible and down to drive to any location our photographer wanted. He even followed me into the church to make sure my dress’ train looked perfect before heading down the aisle. Thank you, Gateway!

Gateway Limousine is absolutely outstanding! Art was our limo driver and he went above and beyond: carrying my train, making sure all my bridesmaids held their bouquets “at their bellybottons,” making sure my dad’s jacket was bottoned. He even opened up the doors that led down the aisle at my church and made sure my train was straight. Wow! So much class and such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was impressed by Gateway Limousine's professionalism both on the phone when making my reservation and with their driver that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for our honeymoon. The drivers were on time and our town car was clean and we arrived at the airport early. I will be using their services for future trips to and from the airport. They are the best in the area and offer great prices for the quality of their service that they provide. I will be referring my friends and family to their company.
