We had an AMAZING experience with Gateway Limousine. We had a sprinter van pick up our bridal party for our wedding. Shoutout to Samantha who was on time, helped us all with our bags and bouquets and she even waited with us in the church and fluffed my dress before I walked down the aisle! She was kind and attentive! At the end of the night, we had a Lexus car to take my new husband and I back to
Our hotel from the venue. The party was going late and I texted the driver (shoutout as well to Rickey!) to let him know. He assured me it was okay and to just let him know when we were ready. He extended our reservation for an extra half hour. He helped us with our bags, helped me in the car and laughed with us the whole way to the hotel! I would 100% recommend using Gateway for your travel needs. You can call and message them, the communication was easy and consistent, prices reasonable and exceptional service! Our fleet consists of white Lincoln 8 - passenger super stretch and black Lincoln 6 - passenger stretch limousines, and a 25 or 30 passenger Limo bus. Guest transportation is also available in our 28 - passenger mid size bus along with our ten passenger vans. Your experience with Gateway Limousine will begin by working with our reservation staff to design a wedding package to fit your needs. Hotel! He also took a lovely picture of the wedding party after the ceremony while toasting and quietly fluffed the wedding dress train for an elegant entrance to the Church. They helped us determine the best schedule to accommodate our wedding party and all of our guests who elected to utilize the shuttle service rather than drive. the aisle. That seems small, but the only other person who was left with me by that time was my dad, so it was extremely helpful. The only issue we had was that the bus scheduled to take our groom and groomsmen to the church was either missing or late, so they took the bus that was originally scheduled for guests. Guests then decided to transport themselves so they were still on time, because they were afraid of causing our day to fall behind schedule if they waited for the next bus we requested to have sent out. This was after having confirmed the schedule times and locations with gateway several times through calls and emails beforehand. What had really transpired was never clarified, so it could have simply been due to traffic, but communication was not really clear the day of. Regardless, I would still recommend.

maid into the car protecting from the elements as much as possible. And when dropping off my 95 year old grandmother he went the extra mile to ensure we were as close as possible to the door and assisting her with getting out. We had multiple groups with pickup and drop offs at different locations and everything went smoothly

and forgot a groomsman (we all had a good laugh about it) they went back and got him and then got my bridal squad.
Back to the shuttle service. We had several guests waiting at 9:30pm to leave. When no one arrived around 10:15, several guests had to take Ubers back to the hotel where we were staying. When my husband found out, he found him parked on the opposite side and asked him what he was doing. He said no one called him. At no point we’re we nor our guests instructed to “call” the driver. If we were, we would’ve made the announcement. My husband proceeded to tell him to go to the front and pick people up. Afterwards it went smooth thankfully.
I was disappointed about that, especially since though not normative we were kind enough to offer him a meal while he waited for us rather than to leave site. I am not sure if it was a fluke but definitely disappointing to say the least when you expect a service and you miss it part of the way.
