Gather, specifically Jessica and her team, were the most amazing wedding planners. They helped make my wedding dreams become reality! Jessica was available with anything I needed, including just reassurance, and never made me feel like my little nitpicking questions were insignificant. That's something hugely important to a bride when juggling so much before her big day.
I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Could not be more grateful for Jessica and her team. From the very start of the planning process she was kind, calm, and truly cared about us as a couple. She had great recommendations and advice and answered every question we had - no matter how big or small. I was actually able to relax on my wedding day - something I can not thank Jessica enough for. I knew her and her team had it covered - no matter what happened. That sense of calm and trust is priceless. My husband and I can't imagine saying I Do without Jessica and are grateful we found such an incredible person to help us with our wedding.

We worked with Jessica and her team to plan our wedding weekend (rehearsal dinner/welcome party, wedding/after party, and brunch) in September 2022. The weekend was a resounding success and turned out to be truly beyond our wildest dreams. As expected in the world of event planning, we had our fair share of hiccups along the way, but Jessica handled everything with poise and professionalism. She calmed our nerves and made us feel so at peace with everything! She fielded my many email/texts/calls/meetings with grace. There will never be enough words to describe how happy we were to work with Jessica and the GATHER team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for EVERYTHING!

GATHER Event Company, specifically Jessica, was an incredible resource to have in planning our wedding. Every single detail was taken care of. There was a wonderful dichotomy of meticulous planning, without ever feeling monotonous. I genuinely looked forward to our meetings and the progress we would make. My wife and I were able to have the picture-perfect wedding that we could only have imagined on our own, and it came to fruition as a result of Jessica's hard work, diligence, and expertise. Gather Event Company is a wonderful company, run by even more wonderful people.

Jessica and her team were instrumental in planning the most amazing engagement weekend for us in Martha's Vineyard. She helped us coordinate everything from the venue of the party to where our guests would stay. I could not recommend her services more and plan to use GATHER for any event we have on the island in the future!

We cannot recommend Jessica highly enough. She was simply outstanding at every step of the way starting a year before our wedding, all the way through to the best day of our lives. Jessica made everything work seamlessly, producing a spectacular event with an “invisible hand.” Our friends and family were shocked that we were not stressed in the weeks and days leading up to our wedding, but we knew that Jessica had everything under control!
We relied on Jessica for everything from advice on how to design our wedding day to vendor selection to minor details for each table. With every question, Jessica was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She also had a great relationship with vendors on Martha’s Vineyard, which is gold in that small community. On the day of the wedding itself, she seemed to be everywhere at once, helping out with everything big and small, but also remaining cheerful and having a good time.
We could not have had a better wedding planner than Jessica. She will make all aspects of your dream wedding come true.

Hire Jessica and her team RIGHT AWAY. Our wedding was last weekend and without Jess, it wouldn't have been a fraction as perfect as she made it. Her level of service was outstanding. She made herself available and went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect -- worked with all of our vendors, helped finalize details while we weren't on island, is the voice of reason and calm influence you need before your wedding. I truly couldn't have pulled this wedding off without her.

Jessica was everything I never knew I needed … and more! Even the lowest key of Brides needs a Day-of Coordinator. The amount of production work that goes into the big day shouldn’t be underestimated. Jessica maintains that calm before the storm energy through the storm! I’m so grateful we were able to lock her down for our wedding. Truly, there would have been a million pieces falling apart without her. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Guys - hire Jessica Shai immediately to plan your event. She made my wedding essentially effortless. Every time I had something come up that I thought would be a problem, I just reached out to Jessica and she resolved it. And without a flinch. I swear, this woman is built to plan events. She had a solution to problems before I even knew the problem existed. Not to mention she's a pleasure to be around.
Just a sidenote - I liked every single vendor and person hired to work on my wedding. I never could have found such wonderful people myself. I honestly cannot thank Jessica enough for making my special day SO MUCH easier than it could have been.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I knew we would need an event planner to help with vineyard vendors but I had no idea this level of service was possible.
