Alexis was the best money we spent during our wedding planning process! We hired gathered for the design and coordination. I am super organized - but you don’t know what you don’t know! Alexis/Brittney are experts in their field and really fill a gap you might not know you have. They took care of everything the day of, I am not even aware of any issues with vendors because they simply solved everything. They recommended our caterer - Vestals, which led to the most amazing wedding meal and experience for our guests we could have imagined. During reception, Alexis checked in multiple times, making sure we had everything we needed in terms of drinks and foods, she checked on all the bridesmaids and groomsmen as well. She managed where everyone needed to be and when without stress. Our rehearsal walk through was also perfect, everyone paid attention and knew what to expect. She managed it so well. Our day was so perfect - mainly attributed to Alexis, Brittney & the rest of the Gathered Events team!

This is the DREAM TEAM!! Alexis and Brittney made my wedding day better than I could have ever imagined! Alexis was like a fairy godmother. She was on top of everything and was proactive in handling any obstacles. Brittney was extremely creative and made the wedding perfectly customized to who we are as a couple. Working with them, felt like working with family. It's hard to put into words how game-changing Gathered Events is! They brought everything I dreamed of to life!

Brittney with Gathered Events was hands down the best money spent throughout the wedding. She is so sweet and very professional. I hired Brittney for her design and partial planning service. The aesthetics/ambiance were super important to me, and I know picking decor/florals/linens would be a huge stressor for someone indecisive like me. I was able to see mood boards/design plans online through the planning process, but when I saw everything in real life wedding day, I was absolutely blown away. Everything looked absolutely stunning together and I couldn’t believe it was actually MY wedding!! I could’ve never pulled it off myself. There was one design aspect that was particularly difficult to pull off (ceiling installation), but Brittney took on all the communication between multiple vendors to make it happen and remained very communicative with me. She was always there for me to ask any random questions I had throughout the year of planning and always gave me great advice/vendor recommendations. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and all my wedding party and I were able to just enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. I trusted Brittney and she executed the day seamlessly. I had bridesmaids (who’ve been in multiple weddings) tell me that Brittney was the best planner they had experienced and it was the best stress-free wedding they had been a part of. I also had many guests say it was the best wedding they have ever been to in terms of design and everything running smoothly. Obviously I 1000% recommend Brittney and her team to anyone who is getting married! Because of Gathered Events, I had a great wedding planning process and relatively stress-free! And if you do choose Gathered Events, trust them because they know what they are doing!

Brittney & her team were absolutely amazing! I was one of those brides that thought maybe I didn't need a planner and boy oh boy was I wrong. Brittney was amazing with her design, organization, connection to high quality vendors and always helped make sure we were getting great prices and deals. I loved that the vendors she would recommend she had seen their work and knew the quality so there wouldn't be any surprises. The day-of execution was superb...it was the most perfect day thanks to Brittney & team. So thankful for them and would HIGHLY recommend!!!

brittney & alexis are life savers!!!! i never imagined that my wedding could go as smoothly as it did & it was because of them and their staff! they take the time to get to know what the bride and grooms wishes are and every detail about them. I went in with some crazy ideas and they made them happen to create the wedding of my dreams. They are so organized, communicate effectively and work so well together as a team! they definitely make you feel like you are not alone when working with vendors, getting a timeline together & then making it all happen!! i was so hesitant to have a wedding planner even for a partial time but choosing this team was the best decision i made & i had the most stress free day probably ever in my life, i knew that i had built a relationship with them and that i could just let it all fall on them and they would make it happen no matter what!!! y’all brittney was even bringing me drinks while i was dancing so i never had to leave, truly an angel!! they are the most amazing group of ladies and they will make all of your dreams come true!!! 💗

Absolutely amazing! Brittney and Alexis were so prompt and thorough throughout the whole wedding planning experience, I could not have survived without them! Alexis was so nice and reassuring when responding to my panicked emails and was on top op everything with the caterers, coordinating the wedding party, and so many things I would have never even thought I needed. 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

Words cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for all the hard work and attention to detail Brittney and her team provided at my daughters wedding and throughout the planning process. I was completely comfortable spending time with my daughter and the bridal party knowing Brittney was handling everything with impeccable detail. She is amazing!

Since the beginning, Brittney responded quickly, she was very attention to detail, asked several questions we didn't even think of, and when it came to handling vendor issues (which we had some), you knew that she was on your side. You could definitely go for Partial planning or even Month Of to save you money, but with Full Service planning, I think you would definitely get your money's worth especially if you're a busy couple. We decided to go with the Partial Planning because we had already made decisions before hiring her on. There were a few moments where communication fell through a couple months before the wedding, but I think that was due to us knocking out vendors and making major decisions so early on in the planning. If not for that, we would give 5 stars. When it came to the Wedding Rehearsal and the Day Of, she was on top of everything! She knew we were anxious and nervous and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. We just had fun on our special day and her team took care of us. Your wedding day will be a whirlwind of exciting, chaotic wonderment, so having a coordinator/ planner like Brittney will definitely be beneficial!

The best decision I made during the wedding planning process was hiring Brittney! From design to vendor coordination, the Gathered Events team made the whole process extremely easy and stress free, especially month of! Our day went off without a hitch because of them ❤️

Brittney was wonderful to work with! She was always on top of every detail. She responded to questions and emails in a very timely manner. The vendors she recommended were excellent and she provided great recommendations to help us stay within our budget. My wife and I are so pleased with her entire team. They really made our vision come to life. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be thanks to Brittney. I would recommend her to anyone needing a wedding planner.

Brittnay did a great job helping plan my wedding! She was very resourceful in helping me pick the right vendors. She found vendors and attended netting with me. She did amazing on the day of our wedding! She was able to fix any small things that didn’t go as planned and helped the evening to run smoothly! Completely recommend using Brittnay and her team for your wedding!

My husband and I were so grateful that we discovered Gathered Events. I couldn't have imagined placing all of our trust into better hands than Brittney and her team. Words cannot adequately express the appreciation we have for her and her team as they made our fairytale wedding coming true!! My husband and I were VERY involved (aka difficult) in all the decisions and yet she respected our inputs and never made us feel uncomfortable on providing feedback to her. She listened to what we envisioned, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect! Additionally, she has the biggest heart and the most wonderful personality! Throughout the planning process, Brittney was attentive, VERY organized and resourceful. To add to that, my husband and I traveled internationally frequently for work over the course of the planning period and she ensured to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. The first best decision was marrying my husband and the second best decision was hiring Gathered Events! You will NOT be disappointed. Best decision we made. Britney was great throughout the entire process. As the mother of the bride I walked in and didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. Britany had everything under control. Having everything decorated making sure everything was great. Highly recommend Gathered Events! Britany and her team were awesome!

One of the best decisions I made was hiring Brittney and her team at Gathered Events. I wasn't sure at first if I wanted to hire a wedding planner and I am so glad I did. While I had a vision already in mind Brittney and her team made sure it came to life. Our day was more than I could have ever dreamed of. From the start I loved Brittney, she is so sweet and personable and has an eye for design. She was a perfect fit for us. She had a great variety of vendors that she was familiar with or had worked with and I was able to find who I wanted with her help. I loved that every time I emailed, called or sent a text I always received a response within the hour. She is VERY organized from planning, to timelines she was on it, which made my life easier! She made me feel at ease through the whole process. We had some hiccups at our venue for rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding and Brittney and her team handled everything with such a top-notch level of professionalism and in the end, she made sure everything was just as we wanted. The extra time and work she put forth did not go unnoticed. It isn't often that you get this level of commitment. I know without a doubt that the day of our wedding wouldn’t have been the same and as magical as it was without her. So, a piece of advice for any couples getting married...hire Gathered Events. You will be glad you did!

I can honestly say that choosing Gathered Events was THE best decision I made throughout my whole wedding planning process. I thought I could do it myself, and when I didn't realize I actually needed to have a wedding coordinator until about 2 months before the wedding, I pretty much already had all my major vendors booked already. So, I booked them with the intention of having them just coordinate my ceremony. Lo and behold, there was SO much I was missing that Brittney brought attention to. She kept me updated and in the loop of things constantly and was so incredibly patient despite my busy work schedule. She was so flexible with all my requests as well and had so much to offer throughout the planning process. My wedding required a room flip which I was originally going to have my family and wedding party help with, but she so kindly offered an extra team member to help with everything so that they could enjoy the wedding themselves. Also, because a majority of the centerpieces was provided by me, a lot of setup was involved. I even gave her full control over how to decorate the head table since I couldn't think of a particular design. The team worked so fast and efficiently and made the reception room so gorgeous! You couldn't even tell a room flip happened that quickly! Everything that happened the day of went so smoothly. We started off the day late and there were some hiccups throughout the schedule because of that. Plus, I wanted to do some extra things that wasn't part of the original plan (ie going table to table during reception, taking family pictures in front of the altar) but she was so accommodating with every delay and change. Overall, Brittney and team exceeded all my expectations and my day truly couldn't have gone the way it did without their help. If you're on the edge of hiring a planner/coordinator, DO IT. If you're considering Gathered Events, DO IT! I promise you won't regret it!

Brittney has kept me sane throughout this past year in planning! She is extremely detail oriented and always stays on top of emails and planning. She communicates quickly and always provide me with many options and advice on my decision should be (I’m extremely fickle). I knew I needed someone to keep me line and not get crazy with budget and Brittney has been exactly that! She blew me out the water at our initial meeting! She made a power point of venues that fit my vision and even brought samples of fabric, napkins etc. From the start I knew she was organized and keen on the details. Brittney and her team are extremely professional, super sweet, and has been this process so smooth. I recommend every bride to Gathered Events!

Gathered Events is nothing less than amazing! I was so indecisive and I know it took a lot of patience to really understand what we were wanting. Brittney took the time to understand us and came up with so many unique ways to make the wedding personalized and about us, which I was grateful for. She created a mood board and plan that was spot on and really pulled our wedding together. To be honest, I really went back and forth on whether hiring a planner was needed, but after everything, I wouldn't dream of trying to pull off a wedding without Brittney and her team! They executed it perfectly. The style and atmosphere was more than what we could have imagined, and the team was with us every step of the way. We used so many vendors that they recommended, and they were all so easy to work with. Brittney and her team took care of everything and it really let us be in the moment and take a lot of pressure off of us so we could enjoy the time we spent. I really can't picture our day being the same without them.. They were the best decision of are wedding by far, and both my fiance and I are so thankful!

I don't know where to start, except my day was the most perfect because of Brittney and her team at GatheredEventsDFW. She was there through every step of the process. Her eye for design, recommendations of vendors, keeping you in budget, understanding what aspects are most important to you, putting together a timeline, coordinating with all your vendors (I had 10+ vendors that required outside coordination and very detailed design communication and she nailed it to perfection!) Britt not only was professional, and made sure everyone was on the same page...Brides/Grooms this is a must in a wedding planner, her communication was impeccable. Everyone at my wedding was not only wowed by her and her team, my family, the groom's family whom she helped coordinate rehearsal dinner for from out of town for 65 people, all said how impressed they were. I am confident Britt will make anyone's wedding or event experience perfect as if she were planning her own. I am beyond grateful for how easy she made the process on me and how beautiful and enjoyable our wedding was. She is so organized...such a great necessary quality!She knows the wedding business, vendors, and classy design in and out, and she's as nice and as genuine of a person as they come. Thank you Britt and team for all you did and do for me and other couples!

Words cannot describe how wonderful Brittany and her team are. My daughter was married August 31, 2019 and we hired Brittany as our day-of-coordinator. We met with her about 4 weeks out and from then on, we did not have to worry about a thing. She took our vision and turned it into a memorable day. She is so organized and communicated with all vendors and members of the wedding party to make sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the correct time. The wedding rehearsal and day went smoothly. My daughter and our family were able to enjoy the wedding without worrying about a thing. I would highly recommend Gathered Events and Brittany. She is professional and so personable, and she will bring your ideas to fruition while taking away all the stress so you can enjoy. Other vendors commented to me how easy and professional she was. I highly recommend Brittany at Gathered Events!!!

Brittney is professional and very up front. No smoke and mirrors regarding what is included in the package. She is very responsive and extremely thorough. She is a breath of fresh air!!

Gathered Events did a wonderful job organizing and coordinating our cross-cultural and bilingual wedding. Brittney was attentive, organized, and resourceful throughout the planning. She made sure that everything we might have needed on our wedding day was taken care of before we even realized we needed it. Besides staying a 100% focused and professional while working, she made it very fun to be around her and her assistants. They put their whole hearts into our big day, our guests confirmed that, which we forever grateful for.

I do not know how Tanner and I would have made it through our wedding day without Brittney and her team. We hired Gathered Events for month of planning about 20 days before our wedding. You might be right in assuming we are procrastinators but even though they did not have an entire month to help us plan I think this is more of a testament to how organized and professional this team is and you can be assured they will make your big day flow seamlessly. One of our biggest concerns was that we still had not found a cake baker when we started working with Brittney. I had been in contact with multiple bakeries and each time they either dropped communication with me or their quotes were just too high for our budget. Brittney got right on this. She found a baker that was absolutely amazing, as was her quote! I have never tasted such a delicious wedding cake and Brittney was a huge part in making that happen. Communication is something at which Brittney excels. Not only were she and I emailing back and forth most days but I found out she was also in contact with everyone in our wedding party to make sure they were prepared for the big day. The amount of stress this took off of myself and my fiancé was immense! I honestly do not think we would have had the time to send all these emails and contact all the vendors to finalize details. Speaking of details Brittney will make sure your entire wedding day is planned down to the minute and you and your wedding party will all get a detailed timeline. Something unexpected happens and the bride is slightly late getting to the chapel? Not to fear! The team will easily adjust the timeline and assure you that everything will be fine. Need a little extra time to get those super romantic couples photos at your ceremony venue after all the guests leave? No problem! Timeline will have already been adjusted by the time you arrive at your reception. You and your spouse can just concern yourself with having a great time and let Brittney and her team make sure everything happens when it needs to. There were so many small things they did that just blew my mind. The team was in charge of decorating the reception venue and they created such a beautiful atmosphere. All I had to do was meet quickly with the team to explain how I wanted the centerpieces arranged. Brittney did something super sweet and let me go up to see the space by myself once they finished and I was stunned! It was so special to be able to see everything in all its glory before the guests arrived. I had also been worried about how Tanner and I would be able to eat at least a little bit of dinner without having guests try to chat to us the entire time. I had seen this happen at other weddings, we even had some friends who didn’t end up eating anything at their reception, but I didn’t need to worry. Another stellar member of the Gathered Events team, Katie, stood watch and politely intercepted anyone walking towards our table and asked that they give us just a few moments to finish our meal. There is no one better than Gathered Events to help you plan your big day. I received so many compliments from our wedding guests, wedding party and vendors regarding this team. It was obvious to everyone that they had everything under control. If you want your wedding to be absolutely perfect while at the same time being able to relax knowing you are in good hands then set up a consultation with Gathered Events ASAP and you will not be disappointed.

We hired Gathered Events as a "month of" planner for our daughter's wedding. Brittney went above and beyond the call of duty answering many questions and giving suggestions long before the "month of." We appreciated her quick responses and her upbeat, positive personality. Brittney did a great job in the days leading up to the wedding, working with the vendors and coordinating all the last minute details. She and her team really shone on the day of the wedding. I was impressed when she brought 4 people with her--I was expecting Brittney and one assistant. All the team members were very helpful and were with us all day at the venue coordinating every detail, beginning with the rehearsal at 10:00 a.m. and ending with cleaning up and packing up until nearly midnight. As the mother of the bride (and someone who is pretty detail oriented), I was able to relax and enjoy the day, knowing that Brittney and her team had everything under control. I highly recommend Brittney and Gathered Events.

Brittney is very organized, detail-oriented, kind, and overall great to work with! She covered every base prior to the wedding and made our wedding day seamless. We had a rather large wedding with over 400 guests and she handled everything exceptionally well. I’m sure her patience was tested, but she was always positive and managed the entire day with great communication and energy. She is the reason our wedding was everything we ever wanted and more!

Gathered Events Brittney and her crew were the angels I didn't know I needed. I can't say enough positive things about them. I literally could not have done my wedding day without them. She was there before anyone arrived and stayed to help my family clean up the place. Brittney had a hold of everything that went on and took so much stress off of my shoulders. I had no idea how much went into a wedding but she was one step ahead of everything that happened on my wedding day. I am a very "in control" kind of girl but having Brittney there let me enjoy my wedding day so much more than if I had done it all on my own. My family absolutely loved Brittney and her assistants. They had so many awesome things to say about them. Brittney took away the anxiety I had about the entire day. I initially got a coordinator because I didn't want my mom or family to have to worry about running things but oh my gosh I could not be more happy with my decision. I want to tell every bride to contact Brittney about coordinating your wedding! She is the sweetest soul and so incredible at what she does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Brittney saved our wedding day! Originally we were not going to have a planner at all, but I came across Gathered Events and had been stressing over the no planner thing for a while. I met with Brittney and we discussed all of the pieces to my wedding and she came with a checklist prepared with all things I could have or want for my big day and there were multiple things missing that I had not even thought about.. She got all of those things handled that following week and I felt such a huge wave of relief come over me now that I had her there for me. She had a timeline ready for everyone, she provided a emergency kit for the bridal and grooms suite, and she always knew what to do! The wedding day was so easy and she was so good at keeping me and the girls relaxed through out the stress of events. I wish I would have found her in the very beginning and booked her for the full and design, because the few things that I didn't like day of she was able to switch around or change without a thought. I truly believe my day wouldn't have been the same without her or honestly with anyone else. Brittney and her team are worth every cent and will make sure your wedding is perfect. My entire family is so thankful for her and we will always be recommending her to any engaged couple!

Brittney has an amazing eye for design. The wedding was absolutely beautiful but when I entered the reception I was absolutely blown away! It looked like a photo shoot for bride magazine. So detailed, talented and organized.

The most beautiful wedding that we have ever attended. The entire venue from the entrance table, curved staircase, to the Chapel area was decorated so beautifully and everything was amazing. The reception area where the sit-down dinner was held was the most gorgeous....a picture perfect setting just like out of a bridal magazine!! Brittney's eye for design and attention to all the details is impeccable! I highly recommend her.....you will not be disappointed

The wedding was breathtaking! I couldn't have pictured a more beautiful day and there was no detail forgotten! Brittney made sure every little thing was coordinating together and the entire wedding design was cohesive. From the little logo on the macaron wedding favors to the custom made donut walls, it was such an amazing day! She also handles extra events such as bridal showers and rehearsal dinners, which she did for us and those were also amazing events! The entire weekend was so much fun and so memorable! Highly recommend Gathered Events for your wedding day as well as any other events!
