If I could give 10 stars, I would. GB Culinary is the most exceptional catering company in Colorado. I got married in Estes Park at The Stanley Hotel this past summer. I had a big-time vision, and when I tell you these people executed that vision - I mean it! The food was highly talked about by guests and vendors alike, and you know you can't say that about every wedding you go to. Everything GB does is made to feel personal, luxurious, and detailed. Claire, the director of operations, is quite literally the nicest, most thoughtful, and determined person I have ever met. Every person she interacts with comments on how much "she genuinely cares." I really felt that she wanted me to have the best day ever (which I did). If you are in her hands, you will not be disappointed! The food was phenomenal, the service was A+, and I couldn't come up with a complaint if I tried. The tasting with GB was hands-down the most enjoyable experience I had during the entire wedding planning process, and my husband stands firmly in his belief that it was the best meal of his life. The day of, there was no detail missed. The photos speak for themselves. You can even have a cookies and creme Oreo cake if your heart wants it (which ours did). If you are getting married in Colorado, take catering off your plate early on and call GB Culinary!

GB Culinary created a perfect dining experience for our wedding, they have an amazing attention to detail that took things to a whole new level! We spent Valentine’s Day at their farm doing our tasting and honestly wish that could be our new Valentine’s Day tradition because it would be an honor to dine with them again. They truly care about their food and that is easy to see in their farm to table approach. Our journey started with a phone call to discuss what we were looking for, followed by a questionnaire that allowed us to show our preferences/dislikes in flavor as well as share a bit about ourselves which allowed them to incorporate various flavors/inspirations from different times (and states) in our lives. When we did our tasting every bite of food was amazing. Claire took notes on the flavors and textures we preferred and Grant was able to combine things from our tasting to curate the perfect appetizers and meal for our wedding day. They created wonderful and unique cocktails based on our preferences that were thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. As soon as the ceremony ended waiters had trays of cocktails waiting for our guests to enjoy. We were quickly swept away to sign our marriage license and sitting next to it were appetizers for us as well as our favorite cocktails. It was so nice to have a few minutes to savor that delicious food before we jumped into socializing. At dinner Ned and I were the last to be seated, our friends were concerned that everyone else had been served a salad already except for us, as soon as we were seated our waiter swept in with our salads so they were as fresh as possible. We served our meal family style, which was enjoyed by all and I would highly recommend. Despite not being plated it was clear to guests what flavors were supposed to be enjoyed together and our guests really appreciated being able to try both entrees and help themselves to more food. Our guests with food restrictions commented afterwards how impressed they were with the waiters. They made sure to address each guest and let them know what they could/couldn’t eat. They made special plates for those with allergies to be extra sure there was no contamination. GB also created a chocolate cutting cake for us that was again, amazing. There was a miscommunication at the end of the night and our driver left before the leftover cake made it in the car. They reassured us they took it to their freezer at the end of the night and hand delivered it to us the very next day for us to continue to enjoy! What an unexpected but truly appreciated extra step that they in no means had to do. They clearly took pride in their food, drinks, and overall service/guest experience which was evident to everyone! I would highly recommend working with Grant and his team to anyone looking for a caterer.

We worked with GB Culinary as our wedding caterer and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. First, the food is simply amazing.  The menu design is all custom, utilizing the freshest ingredients and inspired by the season of the wedding.  The dishes themselves are fine dining level and works of art.  If you want to impress with food, then GB is the caterer for you.  They also take the service itself just as seriously - again elevating it to fine dining levels, with the servers taking great care in providing a personal touch for every guest. Just as importantly, Claire and her team were absolute joy to work with.  She was incredibly organized, responsive, patient, and wonderful to work with.  They provided so much guidance and helped us keep everything on track.  The detail-orientation and professionalism is well beyond what I have experienced working with someone, in almost any context.  GB is truly the best! Highly recommended!  

From the moment we read about GB Culinary online, we knew that we wanted them to cater our wedding. The tasting at the farm confirmed our thoughts. With their locally grown and sourced menu, and farm to table approach, GB Culinary does not disappoint. Every item is unique and well thought out. The level of detail in the the presentation and service is flawless. Food was such an important element to us in our wedding and the GB Culinary Team brought it 100%. They were able to accommodate a wide array of diets and we have gotten endless compliments about the quality and taste of the food. Claire and Grant and the entire GB Culinary team are amazing. They are kind and thoughtful and their communication throughout the entire process made us feel confident about our choices. I cannot recommend them enough!
