Delivered all suits to groom and groomsmen all living in different states on time. Everything fit and looked great. I won’t get married again but if I did I would use gentux again. They definitely took the guesswork and hassle out of the process. Also they make it very easy to figure out which groomsman needed to complete the next step so I could crack the whip!

Used them for my wedding July 1st 2018, they were fantastic throughout the whole experience. I had to send back the first jacket they sent, due to the sleeves being too short, and they were great. Good pricing for me and all of my groomsmen, nothing bad to say.

A few of the guys had misfitted items, but they were given to us in a timely manner before the wedding.

This was the best experience ever allowing Generation Tux to dress myself and my groomsmen to the T. Everything fit great and even allowed a couple of us to receive better fitting suits in crunch time. I will definitely use their services in the future; as their customer service team always answered my questions and inquiries promptly and never allowed me to feel like I was asking too much of them. Thank you Generation Tux for everything you do and have done. This is the 2nd event I’ve used your service es and believe me there will be others!!

I'm not sure if the reason why it is so expensive is related to shipping costs (including the price of re-sending correctly sized items) or to cover the "free" groom's tux but the cost is much more expensive than when I rented from MW Tux. Many people in the wedding party had sizing issues and although it was taken care of, it really is a hassle having to use the company's "smart" sizing when it would be easier to just input our sizes so we do not have to worry and go through the hassle of contacting the company. The suits, ties and especially the shirts arrive folded in a box and are wrinkled. So be sure you have a steamer for the suit and tie and an iron for the shirt. The tie I received was really short on me. Glad the vest covered the short length. Some of the shirts I also noticed had light colored stains on them. It is much easier going to a physical location (that has a nationwide chain) where they can size you rather than dealing online. Maybe one day they will get this right but Generation Tux just isn't there yet. Also, I noticed that there are a lot of fake reviews online for this company or at the very least they just sift out the bad ones and use the better ones. Beware of this company!

Second time using Generation Tux and the experience was just as streamlined and efficient as the first. They mailed me my tux with plenty of time to try on and responded to questions essentially immediately. Highly recommended.

These guys are truly professionals. I was very pleased with the fitting, I’m 60 years old I’m overweight and the pursuit made me look great, how’s that! Highly recommend these guys they were very helpful over the phone as well

Amazing customer service!!! We made a mistake and called for help. We were floored by the care we were given sorting out our issue and resolving it quickly, especially given the fact that it was our fault and not theirs. Remarkably fast, they had everything back on track. On top of that, the tux we rented was fantastic and worth the cost. I will recommend this company to absolutely anyone who needs to rent a tux or suit.

Used Gen TUX for my sister's wedding earlier this year and the process was so easy that I knew I'd want to use it for my own wedding later this year. The entire process from sizing the suit to the return was stress free and that's obviously important when you have so much going on around your big day. Would definitely recommend to people and will use again if I need another rental.

We didn’t have luck with generation tux. We did the home try on twice and both times they sent wrong sizing. The first time the suit was far too small. The second time it was far too large. We gave up. Their process of guessing based on arbitrary “body types” is terrible. My husband has a large chest but is quite sounder. I chatted with a. Girl for hours and told her the suit size and measurements he always wears. She said she changed the size on the backend but idk what she must have input because when we got the second suit it was entirely too large. Definitely will not recommend. Better to go in and be measured properly.

This was my first time using Generation Tux, and it was a really great experience all around. I was a little bit skeptical at first, normally when renting a suit I've always needed to go somewhere to have my measurements taken, but not with Generation Tux. I answered a handful of questions online, and then about 2-weeks before the wedding, Generation Tux sent a perfectly fitting suit to my house. It wasn't just my suit that fit perfectly, all of the groomsmen had the same experience. In addition, their customer service is phenomenal. I had a question and I used the messaging feature on Generation Tux's website, and within 2-minutes I was speaking with Bayley (who I presume is a customer service representative), and she answered all of my questions and was very friendly. This was on a Sunday afternoon, so I honestly wasn't expecting to have an answer until Monday morning.

I am impressed! I loved the online tux selector, I was able to get what I wanted and remove what I didn’t. The fit was on-point and it was clean, pressed and it was truly so simple! I’m so happy I didn’t need to go to a brick and mortar store... it’s not my thing! Would recommend GenTux to alllll my friends getting married.

Easy to use service that kept a lot of hassle out of the planning for the wedding. Everyone matched perfectly and any suit measurement issues were handled really quickly. As log as you try the clothes on quickly, there is plenty of time to easily call in for any necessary adjustments. No hassle.

I've used GenTux two times now for weddings where I was a groomsman. The process from beginning to end was simple and easy. Weddings are typically crazy enough already without the added complexity of suit fittings and returns. The first time I used them I answered a few questions about my body type and sent some pictures and they sent me my suit with plenty of time before the event to try on. The suit jacket was a little big so I called them up and asked for a smaller jacket. Two days later the jacket showed up and it was a perfect fit. Once the event was over, I put everything back in the box, applied the prepaid shipping label, and dropped it off at my local Kinkos/FedEx. Couldn't be easier. The second time I used them, they still had my measurements on file and shipped my suit right away. The suit arrived with plenty of time to try and get changes, but it fit perfectly the first time and the return process was even easier since they use UPS for the return shipment instead of FedEx. The suit and shoes arrived clean, pressed, and ready to go. The Men's Warehouse made a mistake dismissing George Zimmer and I'm glad he was able to revolutionize the suit rental industry.

This place is awesome! Suits came in 2 weeks before the wedding and fit perfect for every groomsmen. They looked amazing and were a huge topic at the reception of how nice we all looked!! Would highly recommend!!

Great service. So convenient. Would recommend to anyone. I used generation tux as it was easy for all of my groomsmen who live in different areas. They also have a fantastic fit. Their tuxedos actually look great instead of the boxy fit other companies have. Recommended it for my cousin too! I had a small fitting hurt and they sent me a new one within 2 days. Go for it!

As a groom, there are a lot of things that need to be done for a wedding to happen. There's a lot of stress on what needs to get done. Renting my tux for me and my groomsmen from generation tux was the best decision I could make. They take care that the tux fits everyone. They made tux renting an easy process. I cannot believe I am saying this but Generation Tux is one of my top favorite vendors preparing for the wedding day. I was blown away by their customer service - amazing! You were not on hold like at all and was able to speak to a human person. They have such hospitality and care for their customers. They can text you to make things easier! And when a particular person cannot respond another person will text back to maintain contact. I had so many questions as a bride, and I felt silly making an account for my fiance at the time but learned that many brides to the same thing! We made NO mistake choosing this company for everything they did. My dad was not used to an online rental company and still put in his regular measurements over the phone which they were so gracious to record. As long as your info was in the system, they could find you within a minute instead of having to maintain a certain reservation ID and share it with the whole bridal party. I love love love this company. I was so hesitant on going with an online rental company (I even compared this one to like 3 other online companies) I love the quality of their fabric most of all and customer service. I wish I could write more about this company without rambling but honestly, go with this company. They allow a home try-on for the groom and when you have X amount of groomsmen, the groom is free! They will give you all the materials you need, great quality and good rates.

My husband and I looked at a few different places for suits for the men in our wedding. We wanted navy, and the national retailers always had something that wasn't our style (either the blue was too bright or the shoes weren't the right color at all). We tried Generation Tux with the At Home Try On, and we were so pleased. We had also tried another online company, and despite putting in my husband's measurements that suit was ill-fitting, but GenTux's suit was a perfect fit! Our groomsmen were located all over the country, so I was concerned about them only being able to try their suits on the day before the wedding (like most national retailers offer). I LOVED how with GenTux everyone would get their suits 2 weeks in advance so there would be plenty of time to fix any issues if we had them. They also had great customer service throughout the entire process. The only thing I didn't love was their choice of brown shoes as they were noticeably wing-tipped...almost in an ombre style. We ended up having the guys buy their own shoes, but if they had a more traditional brown style we would have rented through them for shoes too.

Generation Tux made renting a suit the easiest experience I could imagine. From ordering online to chatting with customer service to sending the suit back, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. They did an amazing job with the fitting to my suit so I didn't need any alterations, but when one of the other groomsmen needed an alteration close to the wedding date, he sent it back and had it corrected in no time. I highly recommend Generation Tux to anybody that wants to worry about one less thing for their wedding.

Generation Tux was one if the best decisions I made throughout my wedding planning. These guys were very timely and spot on with the measurements of my tux. The quality of the material was great and was extremely easy for me to shoo online and trust the process.

Generation Tux was one of the easiest parts of our wedding. My groom and I picked out a suit, sent the choice to his groomsmen, they entered measurements, and they got a suit two weeks before. There are step-by-step pictures to guide you in taking your measurements that make the process incredibly simple. The customer service representatives are always delightful. Simply mail your suits back within three days of your wedding. So, so simple and wonderful!

At first I wasnt really sure what to expect since it was hard not going into a store to get measured for a fit. But setup my profile online with measurements and everything came in and fit very well, customer service was excellent when asking for a replacement for shoes, it was an easy and great shopping experience!! As the groom's best man, the process of renting my suit through Gen Tux could not have been easier! I got it in the mail, tried it on, wore it to the wedding, packaged it back up, then sent it back! Only one member of the wedding party (the groom's dad) had to send any part of his suit back to get the proper size. I'd say 9/10 is a pretty good rate of success! The clothes weren't even super wrinkled when I took them out of the box. Didn't even need to have them steam cleaned. As a recent college grad who is working on a small salary, the rental was fairly expensive, but I'd say the price was well worth it for the ease of rental and the quality of the suit!

These guys know tuxedos. Fit perfect (I went with the muscular slim build). All the groomsmen looked incredible and all that praise goes to Generation Tux. I would never use another rental service again and will be recommending Genertation Tux to everyone getting started in the wedding planning process.

Generation Tux made my wedding day so smooth when it came to the outfit. From the day I set up our event on their website, to getting a new jacket shipped overnight, GenTux took so much stress away from my wedding planning by making sure to constantly check-in and make sure everything was going smoothly. Great suit! ordered a slim fit and it fit and looked great! It was a little tighter than I expected bit within the realm of slim fit but the quality was great and it held up. Shoes were comfy, shipping was easy. Would use again.

I was very pleased with my Gen Tux experience. I had guys of all sizes in my wedding and everyone loved their fit. During my trial run the pants were a bit too small and they promptly sent me a new pair to test. A 5 star experience indeed.

Excellent customer service. When you call they already have your account pulled up based on caller ID. I’d highly recommend having each groomsman call and adjust the order to measurements if the already know their suit sizes rather than trusting the sizing guide i.e. made sure I had a 16.5 34/35 shirt. When my suit came it fit perfect. The pants were tight so I asked for one size up which they rushed to me at no extra cost.
