Very organized and helpful for the month of wedding planning. She was such a peace of mind the whole time working with her. She helped make the day go smoothly and beautifully.

As soon as I met Geni I knew she was the person I wanted helping me with my wedding planning. She was so easy to talk to and made me and my fiance feel comfortable right away. She knows this industry inside and out so it was so nice to have someone who could answer literally every question I had. She has great connections to local vendors in the DFW area but also helped me with any vendors I brought in that she wasn't familiar with. Whenever I felt overwhelmed with everything going on, she was right there with a list of everything to check off and always calmed me down. She took a real interest in helping making this experience everything I wanted it to be, from being excited looking at pics of my wedding dress to helping me time my perfect aisle entrance. She goes above and beyond. The day of, we got a little (a lot) behind because of photography but she never made me feel rushed or feel panicked. She handled everything behind the scenes and I just got to enjoy the night. I couldn't recommend her enough -- will definitely be staying in touch after the wedding!

We selected Geni's full planning package and it was the single best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process. I cannot recommend her services enough. Geni is warm, professional, honest and prompt to respond with any and all of your needs and questions. Her professionalism and experience as a wedding planner made our day incredibly special because we had the right vendor team that meshed well with us as a couple and our venue. The timeline, vendors, and pace of the wedding was flawless because of Geni. Many brides lament they cannot enjoy their special day, but because of Geni I was able to enjoy every second of the day to the fullest. Hired Geni for both of my daughters’ weddings. She is an absolute joy to work with. She is very professional but made the experience less stressful and so delightful. Never felt embarrassed to ask her any questions. She will listen and help make your vision happen. Was never pushy or overly opinionated. She was the buffer we needed several times to calm the nerves between vendors and family. She was always quick to respond to questions, calls or texts. Was organized for rehearsal. Was absolutely amazing and calm the day of the wedding. If there were any glitches, we never knew about them. She handled everything with her sweet demeanor. Had compliments from all of our vendors that she worked with. I’m sad I don’t have more weddings for her to coordinate but will definitely use her for other events in the future. I know several of our guests have since used her for weddings and corporate events.

I hired Geni using her partial planning services. Working with her was an absolute dream. She was my advisor and confidant every step of the way. She made herself available to me day or night for any questions or concerns. She recommended some of the BEST vendors that she already had good relationships with, and developed great working relationships with the vendors I chose who'd she'd never worked with before. She reviewed every single vendor contract before I signed it and raised questions and concerns that I wouldn't have thought about without her. She made the weeks and days leading up to the wedding feel like a breeze. You can tell Geni has been in the business a long time and knows what she's doing. You won't go wrong hiring her!

We worked with Geni as a week-of coordinator for our October 2021 wedding and could not have been happier with our experience! Geni was so much more than just a week-of coordinator – from the first time we met with her, over 6 months prior to our wedding, she cared so much about helping us bring all of our ideas together, even helping to source many of our vendors and style ideas! Geni’s relationships and connections throughout Dallas served us so well and made it easy to hand over our plans to her, as she so easily was able to work with all our vendors since she knew most of them already! Geni is so warm, friendly, calm and collected, which is exactly what you need to surround yourself with during your wedding week. She brought such calm and organization to the wedding day, that even a super type-A personality, like myself, felt comfortable letting go and having her lead the day! Geni became a quick friend of the family and our bridal party so that she could manage the day and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out – literally perfect.

When I tell you that I would not have had the wedding that we did, without Geni - I mean it. She was so helpful and went above and beyond in every way possible. She was so organized and helped me with all of the little things and big things that I forgot about. She consistently asked how she could help and was so easy to communicate with (and super responsive!!) I could not recommend her enough to anyone looking for some help with planning/organizing for your wedding. I was not convinced that I actually needed a coordinator at first but I promise you - it was the best decision we made. She is also sooo sweet and easy going - a pure joy to be around! Do yourself a favor and have her help/guide/assist you. She has so much experience and has a pure passion for wedding/event planning and it shows!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Geni is! We hired her to be the month-of-coordinator for our wedding and couldn't be happier. Geni helped us plan the perfect wedding of our dreams. She is not only an incredible event planner, but an amazing human being. When my wife and I got married, we were a bit older and more established, so we knew exactly what we wanted and the budget we could afford. Geni went above and beyond to find the best vendors that could accomplish what we were looking for within our budget. For example, we had a crazy idea, since our wedding reception venue had no windows, to project a high resolution floor to ceiling imagine of a Chicago (theme of our wedding) skyline along a 100' long wall indoors. This would add a really cool element to our theme. And while this was unheard of, Geni found a vendor that made it happen! We were so impressed with the way it turned out. Geni kept me grounded throughout the entire planning process, preventing me from being a groomzilla, and engaged my wife to be more involved who is normally quite reserved. She knows how to communicate our wishes and has a gift for filling in the missing pieces that we don't know we need. She joined us on countless venue walks and helped us get every little thing perfect. As a "day of" coordinator, we would have been lost without Geni. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect. The day went off without a single hitch, that we knew of. Apparently we had a several issues pop up with the cake, some guests that showed up without RSVP and didn't have a place to sit, and several other things. NONE OF WHICH were made known to us until long after. Geni took care of EVERYTHING so that we could concentrate on the best day of our lives. Geni took special care of our older parents for the wedding and reception. She made sure my elderly dad (who couldn't get around too well) made it safely to the reception and after-party, and enjoyed himself fully. I was so appreciative of this, as there was no one else to really take care of my dad, and Geni was amazing helping him. The next day we realized that one of our Swarovski toasting flutes that we bought specifically for the wedding was missing. We LOVED those! Later we found out that one was broken, and we actually found some broken pieces of it in the elevator. We were saddened but that was the only thing that happened. One year later, Geni gave us a gift for our first anniversary. It was a new matching Swarovski toasting flute! That was so sweet of her to remember and to think of us. Almost 10 years later, Geni is still amazing, still our friend, and we still have the toasting flutes. What a wonderful human being, and event planner Geni is.
