e photographers, Auserine and Josh respectively, were very professional and make us feel so comfortable. They really understood what we wanted. We also loved our videographer, Dennis! He showed up early to capture our whole day. All three of them really were able to portray the love and happiness of the whole day and night! 10/10 would recommend George Street!!

He even airdropped a few sneak peeks to my Maid of Honor so we could get a quick glimpse of the magic he was capturing, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our backup photographer was also wonderful—fun, friendly, and made us feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our videographer was equally great, blending into the background while still managing to capture all the important moments. Unfortunately the photographer we chose was unable to make it a few days before the wedding. We panicked a bit but Nora secured us a replacement that same day. Both our photographers and videographer were great at their jobs and had great attitudes. Especially the photographer, who helped to calm my stressed out bride to be and remind her to smile in the photos. After the wedding all the photos we got back were great and the videographer did a fantastic job. We absolutely recommend them

g call. On the day of, his attitude was fine but the pictures turned out mediocre. Half were good, and half were unusable. We couldn’t pick out or meet our videographer before the wedding day. He was by far the worst part of this experience. The quality of his video was worse than if we gave a camera to one of our family me members. Some of the most important moments of my wedding were not even captured — such as: walking down the aisle, my first kiss, etc. I know the George Street package seems convenient and like a good deal, but trust me and save your money. You’re better off booking anywhere else. The quality of what you end up with is so terrible, it’s just not worth it.

a professional photo shoot before, the photographer made sure to pose us beautifully and find opportune moments to capture unique images. We were able to get all of our family pictures and we got them back so quickly.

e were unhappy with the final products. The video was zoomed in way too much and looked like a home video. We received thousands of pictures but there were very few we liked. Would prefer quality over quantity. Overall the pictures didn’t actually focus on anything. Many were off center and had no real focus or subject.

vice we received was far from satisfactory, and to our dismay, we were not offered any refund. Our main photographer, David, was extremely unprofessional throughout the day. He made inappropriate comments that left the bridal party visibly shocked and added unnecessary stress by trying to manage issues himself instead of deferring to our planner. He claimed not to have received the photo list my wife sent a week prior, despite her having proof of sending it. David continually brought problems directly to us rather than coordinating with our planner. At one point, he even called my wife a bridezilla when she asked to stand still instead of adjusting her dress and mocked our guests for 'abandoning us' during our planned photo session at the church. Michael, the second photographer, was largely absent and failed to fulfill his role. During the entire getting-ready process, he was consistently in the wrong place or missing, causing significant delays. He misdirected my father-in-law, nearly spoiling our first look. During formal photos, Michael was either idle or taking irrelevant candids, failing to assist the main photographer as promised. After formal pictures, he vanished without any communication, and I barely saw him for the rest of the event. Specific issues included: Negligence in Photography: Despite clear instructions from my wife, many photos were taken from her bad side, rendering them unusable. Lack of Coverage: The absence of photos from multiple angles and key moments indicates that the second photographer was not performing his duties, leaving us with an incomplete photographic record. Poor Positioning: The photographers failed to position the bridal party correctly, resulting in awkward gaps and unflattering compositions in many formal photos. Given these numerous issues, the lack of professionalism, and the subpar quality of our wedding photos, we are extremely disappointed that no refund was offered. This experience has left us with an incomplete and unsatisfactory photographic memory of our special day. We strongly advise future clients to reconsider before choosing George Street Photo.

Now, I have zero issues with that; however, I did not know who my photographers or videographers were until 3 days before my wedding. I asked for their information 2 weeks out and they told me it would take 3 business days to even schedule a phone call for some reason. The planning process was also a little strange. They wanted me to note down exact times for exact photos for each of the photographers and videographer individually. Not for nothing, I understand the need to have an agenda and a shot list, but who are the professionals here? It was just a little bit much for someone that did not have any contact information to be able to go over things before solidifying a schedule. I did eventually send the company an email saying I was a little bit lost, and they put in some of the timing for me. I will say that they were very affordable, and we did get a great deal (2 photographers, 1 videographer, photo album, and canvas photo). I am still waiting on my photos & video, but I have no doubt that they'll come out great. These people are truly great at what they do. I wish I could give them personal recommendations, but I was told that they were not allowed to share their personal information with me, as it would be a violation to the company policy.

right embarrassing camera work during your reception speeches, and only 1 photo of you walking down the aisle with your father. They should not have this many 5 star reviews based on my experience and the experience of others. The 5 star reviews are likely not really.

ie, and videographer Dennis, were so thorough and were always there to capture the perfect picture and moment! The planning process was easy and precise with them, as well, making sure they knew exactly what we wanted. I am so grateful that they were apart of our special day!

se my photos. The system forgets your password and locks you out. I created albums MULTIPLE times and they have been deleted. The customer service is not helpful. Once they have your money you will barely get a reply back. I wish I never went with them. Also, a lot of times we paused for our kiss. No good shots - only 2 without good angles. Poor quality all around.

Not only are great/expected moments missing, apparently the only editing that was done over the past 8 weeks was them slapping their watermark on every photo. When I say photos are crooked, I'm talking about hundreds of photos including family portraits, us at the alter, etc. I was hesitant to write this review, as we're awaiting the video that will take 4 months, but their response to our outreach about every photo being crooked was "You will need to share the photo names and the edit request comments..." We hired George Street based off of The Knot reviews and we hope other people will see this and not do the same.

count with George Street. The most recent - we FINALLY received our wedding albums just for all the photos to come out blurry and discolored. Don’t waste your money!! This is the most important, photographed day of your life!

Laurie was a spectacular photographer from the moment she showed up on the wedding day until the moment she left. She had a bright energy, was calm and made everything easy, exciting and organized. She was just what we needed and can’t wait to see the full final product!

He was also friendly, patient but focused in wrangling family members for group photos. Marcus was similarly organized and communicated very well. Both were able to work off the other in maximizing every minute of the day. Highly recommend!

ient but are desperate for this nightmare to end. 0 stars for photo, 5 stars for video. Very disappointed with our photos. Many were covered in odd, dated filters that we could not remove. They also looked rushed even though they came weeks later than we were told, without even a single preview photo for over 2 months. We sent them back for editing but since only 50 were covered, we still had plenty more with the awful filter. Most of our formal family portraits at the church and bridal party portraits are crooked, and the tilt was not fixed when we specifically asked for it in the revisions. I ended up having to fix the lighting in a few hundred of them myself. I would not recommend George Street Photos to anyone. I feel like we were misled by the friendly sales and customer support staff then given a bad photographer with no communication skills and mediocre-at-best photos. The one highlight of our experience was the awesome videographer from our package, Chris. He was thorough, knowledgeable and put together beautiful highlight and full videos.
