I got married 8/29/24 and still don’t have my final wedding movie. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because I actually really liked my photos. However I really wish I would have went with someone different for my video. They did not capture things that I specifically asked for. I asked for changes to be made for the first movie that they sent and it was still not what I asked for. They sent me second draft and it was worst than the first one, the contrast was horrible! People looked gray and like cartoon characters in the background. I asked for the raw footage because I wanted to see what they actually have so I can tell them exactly how I wanted my video. Since I got married a moved and updated my address with two separate people. I told them, please make sure you send the raw footage to my updated address. I waited a few weeks and I didn’t receive anything. I called and asked why it’s taking so long and it turns out they sent it to my old address . On 2/28 they told me they will send me another usb to my new address, it’s now 3/17 and I still haven’t received anything. It’s about to be 7 months of me being married and I still don’t have movie to show my friends and family. I definitely do not recommend this company. I went with them because they were more affordable but when it comes to your wedding day you definitely want the best. This has given me such bad anxiety, anytime I think about this situation it makes me upset. I hope this gets resolved soon.

We set up an engagement photoshoot and wedding photoshoot. The photographers were very professional, creative and very talented. The photo editing was a quick turnaround and we like the quality of the photos. Then they came for our wedding shoot, the head photographer and her assistant. They were very calm and professional during the chaos of the wedding and produced some fantastic shots. Same quick turnaround for getting the photos back and the George St website is easy to look at and download the photos from.

DO NOT use this company. You meet your photographer one week before your big day, and you have no clue who your second photographer is. We were not told this when we first signed our contract, and when I reached out to inquire about our photographer, that's when they told me. We lost our $500 deposit and cut ties with them.

Omg where do I begin. First of all, our wedding videos are so embarrassingly amateur that I don’t even want to show them to anyone. Secondly, this is clearly a soulless chain company that doesn’t pay well because there’s not an ounce of individual editing done to any of the photos. They just bulk add a filter over everything and send you a giant file of photos. Our wedding video was shaky and the saturation was terrible. making everyone look orange and red. Some of the photos we received were of very important family members and their eyes were closed. When I asked for them to edit them open, they told me I had to go into each photo and make a list referencing each file name and what we needed done- are you kidding? This is not a quality service by any means. They don’t pay their photographers or videographers well despite the price tag, not to mention they will charge you $500 just to keep the raw footage which is yours anyway. Utterly disgusted with my experience with this vendor.

Thanks to the George Street team! From start to finish, it was such a smooth and seamless process. Our photographer Steven was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our big day epic. We cannot overstate how pivotal of a role he was to the day and captured so many amazing moments throughout the evening. The only drawback was the wait time between the wedding and receiving the photos, but we can unequivocally state that it was worth the wait and we LOVED our photos. Soo happy we chose George Street for our wedding photography! We used them for both our engagement session and wedding. It was really nice to be able to meet with someone to go over everything and it was so helpful that they showed us portfolios of different photographers and then we chose from There based on the style we liked best! We had Katie Fisher and she was amazing! So Kind and helpful and funny and just made everything so smooth! I still look back at the pictures and am in awe of how amazing they turned out! I loved that George Street would check in with us and was very responsive to questions, etc. The website and payment system was also super easy to use and it was very helpful that we could pay the fees in payments spread out. We were more than pleased with the service and resources from George Street Photography! Our photographer did both our Engagement Photos and our Wedding Day Photos. He was cheery, arrived early for both days, dressed in formal attire for our wedding, and very active; he was always on the move, following the day's agenda that my wife shared with him. He thought of wedding day photos for us that we hadn't requested or even mentioned, but now that we have them, we love them! Being able to see the 5,000+ photos online from home has made ordering engagement and wedding photos really easy for us and all of our guests (since we shared the website link and password with them). We hope to use George Street again in the future for family portraits, and/or another family wedding. Thank you George Street for your incredible service!

George Street was the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning. We are super grateful we came across them because the experience and professionalism we received from them was unmatched. We had a certain budget in mind and they helped us stay within it! We are super grateful that we had our photographer Andrew be part of our engagement shoot and wedding day. Our photos are amazing - everyone compliments them! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be at my wedding. They were professional, nice, made everyone at the wedding very comfortable. And as a bride, I hate taking photographs, especially of myself. They somehow were able to capture images of me. That were very good day. Bottom line the team is awesome. Also, the headquarters is very open with communication always respond. They always make sure you have everything you need and if you don’t, they will resend it. We were very pleased with our photographer and photos through George Street! The employees were easy to work with and they answered all of our questions. Our photographer was amazing!!! We opted for the engagement package in addition to the wedding package, even though we were hesitant about it at first. In the end, we were SO happy we did because it helped us to feel more comfortable with our photographer on the day of our wedding. Oh, and having access to ALL of the photos online for both the engagement session and wedding session is PRICELESS!! We’ve been able to pick and choose which photos we like best and we’ve had them printed locally to then be framed as gifts. We’ve also backed up the 6,000+ photos onto a USB drive so that we have access to them forever. I’m so glad we went with George Street, they were such a great choice for us and I could not recommend them enough! If I did it all over again, I wouldn’t have bothered calling other photographers to inquire about their rates and packages…George Street makes it too easy for brides planning their wedding day!

We got married in May 2021; just when things started to barely open up midst pandemic. George Street made the process so easy and personalized when choosing a photographer in difficult times, which is why we are so happy we went with them! Our photographer was Alexandra, and till this day I remember what a gem she was! Not only did she capture our special day like the vision we had, but she went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She gave us guidance to achieve flattering poses while having fun, and even offered to help bustle my dress when my mom got confused. Thanks to her I was able to dance comfortably, and she definitely made sure to capture all the fun we had! She was so sweet and professional! You could definitely tell she found joy in taking part of such a happy day for someone else and that’s what made me appreciate having her there. Plus, the photography itself was stunning! Just the style we wanted!

The pictures are so bad, which I thought was due to over-editing. After seeing the raw images (which took an additional 6-8 weeks) I can tell it’s just poor photography. We originally chose a different photographer as her style matched the aesthetic we were going for, which mirrored what was on your website. When she was no longer available (after she had to cancel our engagement shoot at the last minute and we were told she’d be there for the wedding) and we were given 3 choices, so picked the only halfway acceptable option. The portfolio images we received for him do not match the pictures we received, raw or edited. That is completely false advertising. In the portfolio, people were only blurred in one photo, which made sense for the style of that photo. We have blurring in SO many of our staged photos: -Groom and Groomsmen- torsos in focus, legs blurry- why?? -Pictures of the two of us- randomly blurred -Literally all the pictures of me outside by the pond with nature in the background (I specifically chose a venue that had that) my dress is blurred or my face/body are blurred. I didn’t pay for hair/makeup/wedding dress to have them not be in focus. I literally don’t have one usable picture out of those, which I was especially looking forward to. As we’ve shared pictures with friends and family, we mentioned we weren’t super happy with the results and were waiting for the raw images. They said, oh yeah we noticed they were blurred and looked really weird. That is not the reaction you want to your wedding pictures. I made and submitted a shot list, which wasn't adhered to. We never got a lot of photos we would have wanted in the reception. I worked with Nora the whole time and she was incredibly incompetent. She could never give me timeline updates and didn't seem to understand anything. As this is something that can't be re-done and we're stuck with what we have, I asked the company what they would do for us. She ended up offering me a free photo book....until two days later when it was as though they forgot and they said we'd have to pay. I got them to stay true to their word and barely had enough photos to include in it. When the album finally arrived (it would have been $750 for the lowest priced album!) it was nothing special. Sure, it had a leather cover, but the quality of the pages was not impressive: Shutterfly is better. Overall, unimpressed with (most importantly) the pictures, but also the customer service. What you see is not what you will get.

Sarah was the best photographer we could've asked for! She was incredibly nice, gave direction, and extremely punctual. She remembered every little detail we gave her, and guided us throughout the entire day. I felt reassured by her confidence and wisdom. She understood that my moments with my mom were crucial, and made sure we fit those in for as long as we could. We had many different ideas about what and were to take pictures, and she worked with us for all of it. Next event we have we would love to have her again!

We had a wedding our wedding this past February, and our lead photographer was amazing! Sarah K. was very accommodating and helpful during the pre-planning process. She was also very helpful and knowledgable on our wedding day! My only concern is related to the communication process leading up to the wedding. It was not very easy to communicate with the company before we had our pre-meeting with Sarah K. about a week or two before the wedding. In the end, everything worked out well but I would just suggest a check-in system from the company in the months leading up to our wedding like our venue did for us.

Everything turned better than I could’ve imagined. From the pictures to the videos. The whole team was amazing in capturing our special day. They went out of their way on our wedding day and made sure everything went seamlessly along with our wedding planner. Our planner said they were amazing too work with. Even with Covid we had to last minute change our date and we were fully accommodated which just made it stress free in a already complicated situation. I was originally recommended them through a friend and now I know why, I 100% recommend them. It was worth every penny!

Our photographer, Joe, did an amazing job. I was worried about not having a solid day-of plan for photos ahead of time, but Joe got tons of great shots despite the desert heat and was a pleasure to work with. George Street was very accommodating even though we had to change our date and location twice due to COVID-19. Website was difficult to navigate but customer service was helpful. Great value for the price.

If this review were only for the day of staff it'd be a 5! Alexandra was a dream to work with! She was passionate and it was clear that she was doing what she loved! She made our portraits so much more fun! Each of the team members worked together and listened to all of our wishes. However, the structure of the organization is a little more challenging to maneuver. Their website makes it challenging to log in and make adjustments to plans. When you reach our for assistance, the company replies quickly but it often wasn't an answer to the exact questions we were asking. As a side note, the company will not share the social media profiles any of the staff before time.

The photographer and sales team we dealt with from George Street were amazing. Our lead photographer (Joseph Lenson) was on top of everything and communicated thoroughly. He accommodated to our needs and wants, as well as being flexible and understanding due to COVID (we had many changes and precautions to work with). He also did our engagement shoot 9 months prior, which gave us a sense of what we would be working with on the big day and we were NOT disappointed. He was a pleasure to work with and his personality just made me and the groom calmer during a hectic day. The photos we got back from George Street were amazing and the process of downloading as well as designing our albums was simple and easy. Budget-wise they were the only place we found that fit our budget Most places we were looking at were about double or triple the cost. I would recommend them (and have already).

The photographers we got from George Street were amazing. Our lead photographer (Ariel Marte) was on top of everything. She got all of our guest to exactly what she needed them to do without being rude or anything. She also helped us scout out the best spots to take photos. Her personality / attitude made the day that much better. The photos / video we got back from George street as well are phenomenal. Budget wise they were the only place we found that fit our budget considering we needed 2 photographers and videographer because of the size of our wedding. Most places we were looking at were about 15% ~ 20% more expensive. I would recommend them (and have already) without a second though!

Our photographer, Joseph was amazing! He really listened to us and respected our wants (not taking pictures during cocktail hour, not taking too many posed pictures, etc.). George Street was by far the best vendor we had throughout our whole wedding planning process and on the wedding day itself. The quality of the engagement photos, wedding photos and wedding video are absolutely on par with pricier solo professional photographers, we really didn't feel like we were being taken advantage of and that was such a relief when all other vendors seemed to want to stiff us with steep bills for every little thing. The photographers and videographer were awesome. They were all so personable and fun and really made the process that much more special. We honestly felt like they were wedding guests just like everyone else. We got married at an outdoor venue and there was a bit of overcast on that day, so their work was really allowed to shine given the lighting. In all seriousness, I would (and already have) recommend George Street to any of our family and friends. The price, quality and care that they put into their work makes all of the difference

From start to finish George Street was amazing to work with. Our photographer Scott totally understood our vision for the day, was totally professional and was so patient with my crazy family (and now in laws.) Every step of the process from booking, to the client login and profile they ask you to create, to the day itself was smooth and wonderful. Our photos came out beautifully and we couldn't have asked for a better person than Scott to work with. Highly recommend.

Although my wedding is not here yet, the process that George Street has has been great. They have great packages and everything available for you in one place. We got to talk to them and see different photogropher's portfolios and found our perfect match. We also have the perfect opportunity to meet out photographer for engagment photos which will allow our photographer to get to know us and our styles. They did all the planning, even gave us suggestions for engagment photo locations. I am so excited and cant wait.

Our photographer was great to work with! She captured some amazing shots without being noticeable, which is exactly what we wanted. Our only wish was that she was more directive during the family photo section in particular, in effort to take some pressure off of us on our big day. But overall, wonderful company to work with!

We had Carlo swoop in as our photographer at the very last minute when we received word about an emergency with the original photographer we had booked. I felt a bit apprehensive as we hadn’t seen Carlo’s work before and pretty much had my heart set on the first photographer, but Carlo sure did not disappoint. The photos he took of us came out absolutely stunning, at times even surreal. Communication was also excellent and the poses he had us do were fun and unique. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend George Street to anyone in need of a wedding photographer.

We got married in April of this year and our Videographer, Paul, did a FANTASTIC job. One major thing for us is that we wanted the videographer to just capture the day like a fly on the wall. He did exactly that. Even though we only had 1 videographer, he was able to capture so many angles and moments. It was seriously amazing. I would highly recommend George Street- and in fact I already have to other brides! We were so happy with the end result of our video too, we had no edits. Overall, we had such a good experience!

We absolutely loved our photographer, Milena! She was easy to work with and the photos turned out stunningly beautiful and came back in a month! The only negative was that we were never told by our wedding planning contact about photo permits. We reviewed our day of plan about a month out with the planning team and told them where we planned to take our photos (local park). It wasn't until we had the final call with our photographer the week of our wedding that she mentioned we'd need a permit. It was too late to apply for one so we had to change around our plans for the day, causing issues for transportation, timing, and the look of our photos. The planning team needs to be more informed about permit requirements and tell couples early on.

We recently got married this past September, and were very pleased with how everything went with George Street Photo. They were always very prompt in answering all of our questions before the wedding and made sure that we had all the photos we wanted planned out before the event (and of course, had lots of suggestions!). During the wedding, the photographer captured all of the moments that we wanted and more. Everything turned out really well, and we couldn't have worked with a better vendor!

There was always someone available if I had questions and I never felt pressured to “add on” or upgrade. We also had local photographers and videographer even though George Street is nation wide! Working with GeorgeStreet was one of the easiest parts of planning an outdoor wedding. They were enjoyable to work with and really partnered with you to make sure you were asking the right questions and thinking through what you wanted out of your wedding pictures to have a perfectly captured day. Sarah D was our lead photographer who took our engagement and wedding photos, and we absolutely loved her! My husband and I both had never had professional photos taken so we were both a little nervous. Sarah made sure to walk us through the process and made the experience fun, so we were able to relax and really be ourselves. On our wedding day, Sarah fit right in and made everyone feel so comfortable. The photos she took were absolutely gorgeous and we will cherish them forever. Thank you, Sarah!

George Street was wonderful. You initially talk to a sales rep who shows you the portfolios of several photographers dutch availability on your day. You choose the one you want and it goes from there. We were given a few options and were immediately captivated by David's photojournalistic style. I felt extremely comfortable on our wedding day, and Iam typically pretty camera shy. David is a true professional. Would highly recommend.

Jenny at George Street was just what we wanted. She took time to scout out locations for us at our venue and was willing to go with our ideas as well. Our photographer Monica was AMAZING! She was always there to answer my questions and help me with everything! She made me feel so comfortable, like a friend was doing my pictures !! I was all excited to have George Street as my Photographer choice. I booked them asap and got my photographer picked. I started to read reviews. To me photos are the biggest thing, being a photographer myself. As I started to read reviews, my thoughts became negative towards George Street. I stressed for almost a year on my choice. The week of my wedding, I spoke with Shannon the Photographer. She is seriously the sweetest lady. She calmed down my nerves and negative thoughts toward GSP. The day before the wedding rain was in the forecast. I kept in touch with Shannon on a plan B to have photos at the Hotel instead of the actual Venue since it was outside. The day of the wedding we decided to do the photos at the hotel. She came up with a new timeline and sent it to me. She met every single expectation, I had. She was kind, generous and made sure I was comfortable and everyone else was! I got a sneak peak of the photos and I am so happy I went with Shannon and George Street!

We used George Street Photos for our wedding and our photographer Sandra was phenomenal. Neither my husband nor I were very comfortable with having our pictures taken and she made us feel so comfortable and relaxed for both our engagement and wedding. She took so many beautiful candid photographs and gave direction to make our pictures look both beautiful and natural. She was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

This review is so difficult to make because I am torn about our experience with them. We had a relatively good experience with GS, especially with photos, but we had major issues with regards to video. We did our engagement photo shoot in Boston with Jessica, who was an absolute delight to work with. She also did photos for our wedding, along with Sergio. They were both amazing, and the photos came out great. We loved them. With video, due to religious/cultural preferences, we asked for a female videographer. However, we were first assigned a male (I found out by accident actually). At first they didn't budge about changing the videographer, and when they did find a female, they wanted to charge me a travel fee for her. At this point, it wasn't about the money - it was about the principle. As your customer, you should have figured things out on your end without getting me involved. Eventually, they gave in and took care of the travel fee. The day of the wedding - all goes well with video. Kendra was so sweet and managed to catch all the important footage of the evening. However, before the videos went for editing, I made some requests from the editors for things not to include in the highlight video. They've sent it to me twice, not taking into account those requests both times. It's now been 7 months since our wedding, and I still have not gotten that video. I'm pretty tired of waiting at this point, and just hope that someday they'll remember to send the corrected video to me.

Our venue recommended George Street and we're glad that we used them. The process was pretty easy from beginning to end. There was always quick feedback. Everyone was professional. The hardest part was picking the photographer! Brian was positive, energetic, and funny. We made an album of our favorite moments.

I got married in NYC on 8/18/18 and George Street Photo was there to capture the best night of my life. From the beginning, Chelsea has been so great. Every time I had a question or emailed her about anything she responded promptly. It was no trouble at all being in Florida and setting everything up from here. My photographer was Carlo and he was AMAZING!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, on time, but most importantly he was so accommodating! Every idea that popped into my head for a picture, he ran with. Everyone loved him. He took the most beautiful pictures and never said no to any of my wacky ideas. I am so grateful to them and so happy that I chose them for my big day!!

We used George Street videography and photography for our September 2018 wedding and couldn’t be happier! From our initial meeting to our wedding day they were great at communicating and keeping us in the loop on all details! Our photographer was Joseph and our photos came out beautiful!! From posed shots to candids, he truly captured the day! George street was quick to get us photos sending us a sneak peek within days and all of our photos within two weeks! Our videographer was also great, and was there for every shot. We can’t wait to see how it turns out!

If you like playing Russian Roulette, then this the choice for you! You choose a contracted photographer at random. The only factor you really have to base your decision is a handful of photos (the best of the best edits) by said photographer. Once you make your barely educated guess on a photographer you are locked in. A videographer will be given to you at random about a month before the wedding. They'll jokingly ask your opinion on specific shots you would like during the wedding. I say jokingly because they may or may not get the shots you asked for. I wanted a shot of my husband's face when he saw me coming down the aisle. We had TWO photographers and neither of them got that shot. This is only one of the few requests I made that was disregarded. I'm not even sure why we had a second photographer other than to have her photo bomb what would have been decent pictures. I gave specifics on family dynamics that should be avoided, this too was disregarded leading to awkward, avoidable situations. The pictures you do receive will be unedited and untouched up, basic things like cropping out the 2nd photographer. When we raised our concerns we were only given 50 free edits and an album of random pics that they deemed too dark/overexposed, and honestly you can never get the moments back to capture them at that point. We were told that we would be able to review the footage and make edits to the music in the video before it would be finalized. NOPE! One day we received an email saying our package was on the way and a video was shipped to us. The music skips in the video, transitions are awkward, etc. I cant wait to see how the album turns out... AVOID GEORGE STREET AT ALL COSTS!
