she contacted our equipment vendor the day before just to verify everything one more time. She was told that everything was fine and the installation company gave the time they would show up for installation. The next day wedding day and Gina and her team of planners are onsite early. Gina receives a call from our installation company that they did not receive the proper licenses, and permits for set up because most governenment offices are working with smaller staff due to covid. Keep in mind their fee included all licenses, permits, installation etc. We were lost, we figured our wedding day was over before it even started. How could we possibly find an alternative the day of? Not to mention, the equipment company would not give us our money back. When Gina asked about a refund, she was told that it was our problem, not theirs. Gina got on the phone, made some calls and somehow found us a vendor that could do it for us that day, and it would not set our time back much at all. However there was a $3,000 fee for this and because we could not get a refund from previous vendor, we did not have that in our budget to pay. To our surprise, Gina paid the entire $3,000 fee out of her own pocket. The fee she charged us for day of was only $1,900. Who does that? I was in tears. Gina simply said to me." I promised you the wedding of your dreams, and by any means necessary, we get it done". OMG they just do not make humans like this anymore. Thank you Gina for saving my special day."

day of coordination so they did not pick any of our vendors or venue. Gina got on the phone and made two calls and within one hour we had replacement vendors. I do not know how she did that, especially since one was a food vendor. I am so thankful for the detail they put into our special day.

I have no clue how you plan for a pandemic or if that is even a thing, but Gina and Stacy my planner were able to get us a new venue on a boat that accomadated all of our 80 guest. Gina James took care of every last detail and had everything changed around within 3 days. Our designer Paula from Gina James also was able to change our design to fit the boats enviornment without loosing any esthetics. I guess it is true what they say, you get what you pay for. You cannot go wrong with Gina James Events and I can say without confidence that they are one of a kind firm.

price. We got married in beautiful church ceremony and outdoor reception. My planner was Tesa and the head planner was Gina the owner. I literally had no worries for 13 months of planning and communication was super easy, most times via text or my portal. Highly, Highly Recommend.

t venue tour and Gina and her husband had my future bride and myself picked up and dtopped off in a black sedan, we never had to drive ourselves anywhere. Our wedding design was do georgous and we could not be happier with the service provided. Exceptional service and totally worth their fee.
