Choosing Giorgio’s was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service was absolutely phenomenal — true white glove treatment at every moment — and we continue to receive nonstop compliments from our guests about how incredible every detail of our wedding was. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely made us feel like family. The Maitre D’s and attendants were beyond attentive, efficient, and kind — anything we needed was handled immediately and seamlessly, allowing us to truly soak in and enjoy every moment. Both our local and out-of-town guests are still raving about the cocktail hour and dinner. The food was absolutely outstanding — not just beautiful, but flavorful and memorable. It’s rare that wedding food leaves such an impression, but Giorgio’s delivered and then some! One of the biggest compliments we received from our family and friends was how joyful, relaxed, and fully present we were the entire day — and that speaks volumes about how well Giorgio’s took care of us. Knowing that everything was being handled so flawlessly behind the scenes allowed us to simply live in the moment, celebrate, and radiate happiness without a single worry. The venue itself was stunning, with the grounds impeccably maintained even for an off-peak wedding. The elegant, luxurious aesthetic combined with the heartfelt service created a day that was beyond anything we could have dreamed of. Giorgio’s didn’t just host our wedding — they gave us the gift of truly being able to enjoy one of the best days of our lives. I don't even know if I can put how grateful we are into words for having Giorgio's host our most special day. From the moment we walked in on our tour, we felt we were treated like family already. There was no hesitation when it came to choosing our wedding venue. Nick was there for us every single step of the way, answering all of our silly questions. He truly cares about making the day so special for the bride and groom along with their family and their guests. Everyone at Giorgio's made our day go so smoothly. George, George Jr, Tino and Jessica in the office were all such a great help also! The staff was so wonderful as well. The bridal attendant was amazing and another reason why the day was so seamless. We got ready there and got married there. The bridal suites were perfect for our large party. Everyone raved about the hour and a half cocktail hour, and the amazing FOOD and service!!! I’m giving this 5 stars because that’s the highest I’m allowed to give, I would give them a 10 if that was possible. I got married at Giorgios on 11/22/24. Everything was absolutely perfect, starting with Jess in the office right after we booked. She guided us through the process like a lighthouse guiding in a ship during a storm. While we were freaking out about all of things we had to do, she brought out the famous homework packet and told us that everything will work out and told us to give her a call whenever we needed to check in. That’s just the tip of the iceberg with how amazing the staff were for our wedding. Jean, the morning bridal attendant, had food, drinks, and the rooms set up for myself and my husband to get ready in. She even went and dusted our favors to make sure they were presentable for our guests. Alexa, our reception bridal attendant, was like my fairy godmother, she would pop up every time I needed something and then would run off and solve other problems that I didn’t even know were going on. She came to the church we had the ceremony at to help me get out of the car and the bridal party get down the aisle. She followed us to the windmill to help with photos and even offered us the sweater off her back between photos since it was cold. She would even offer me her sleeve to wipe my hands so I wouldn’t get my dress dirty (not that I would ever take her up on that offer.) Tino, one of our Matre Ds, was hand making the apple cider donuts to serve to our guests when they entered the cocktail hour. Those donuts were absolutely AMAZING. They were warm, soft, moist, and absolutely delicious, our guests are still raving about them. Once the reception started, he made his way out to the main room and handled out seating issue without us even noticing it. Jason, the other Maitre D, was also amazing. He took one of our guests, who has butter allergy, around cocktail hour and pointed out all of the foods that she could and couldn’t have. Nick, one of the owners, was on the property for the entire reception in case anything came up. The servers were courteous towards all of our guests and answered any questions that they had. They served all of the food with nothing short of absolute professionalism, and made sure every guest at the table was served at the same time. Speaking of the food, everything was delicious. The cocktail hour and a half food was perfectly cooked, and blew everyone away. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about that food until they were served dinner and then couldn’t stop talking about that. Everyone was fed constantly throughout the night and dessert was no different with cake, Italian cookies, dessert shooters, and warm chocolate chip cookies. And when I say warm, I mean melt in your mouth warm. The after party was just a continuation of the reception. The food was amazing, the bartender was friendly, and they even provided an amazing playlist and speaker for us to use We have had multiple family members tell us that their upcoming weddings aren’t going to live up to our wedding and they are going to have to come to terms with that. We highly recommend using Giorgios if you want a stress free wedding with wonderful people and memories that will last a lifetime. They will make your dream wedding come true.

The best thing I did for my wedding, was book at Giorgio’s. The entire team was thoughtful, professional, caring and extremely detail oriented. There was not a single hiccup on my wedding day thanks to them. My guests haven’t stopped talking about how beautiful it was, and saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. A big reason for that was the food! The food was absolutely incredible and I couldn’t be happier that I had my wedding at Giorgio’s. The staff treat you like royalty and family at the same time during your wedding. It’s incredible. Thank you, Giorgio’s!

Giorgio’s is the BEST. I had my wedding there in late June and it was the most wonderful day. Everyone at Giorgio’s is such a pleasure to work with and truly does everything they can to make your wedding day memorable. Special thanks to George, Nick, Jessica, Alexa, George Jr. and Tino for their kindness & support throughout the whole process. Everything about Giorgio’s is top notch. The venue & grounds are beautiful, the staff is attentive, and the food is DELICIOUS! Family and friends can’t say enough good things about the amount of food and how great it all was. I wish I could rewind and eat more! I could go on and on raving about Giorgio’s. It truly is a special place and I HIGHLY recommend it for all future couples!

Brianna the bridal attendant is absolutely amazing. We had 250 people at our wedding and she prioritized us as the couple. She fed us and ensured we were in good shape before letting us leave her sight. We couldn't be more grateful. A lot of people don't eat at their weddings but the giorgios food is so good that I'm beyond happy she did this for us. Also my bustle broke a million times throughout the wedding and Brianna was right there helping me keep it together.

Nicholas is extremely helpful and kind. He went above and beyond for us and I would highly highly recommend Giorgio’s to anyone looking for a venue.

For weeks and months after our April 2023 wedding, we received an overwhelming amount of texts and calls from our guests about how incredible our wedding was. Some of the compliments went like this “the best wedding they’ve ever been to”, “the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding”, “the best cocktail hour they’ve ever been to”“the best service they’ve ever had as a guest as a wedding”. “Impressed how the food just kept coming!” The team at Giorgios makes everyone feel like family and they truly go above and beyond like there is no other option other than excellence. It was thundering and lightening the morning of our wedding. I was convinced the ceremony would be inside and I was okay with that. Nick said Giorgios has a special radar and they knew that the sun would be out in time for our ceremony. And just like that, With 1 hour until ceremony, the sun started to come out, and the Giorgios staff brought out stone heaters and blowers and turned the ceremony space into a dry gorgeous area that was ready just in time for guest arrival. We almost didn’t look at this venue and I’m SO SO happy we did. Many of the other venues don’t offer one wedding at a time options. We also really wanted a twilight wedding (late afternoon into the night) and Giorgios could also accommodate that request. It was also so convenient to use their two shuttle buses. We had about 100 guests at the river-head hotels and transportation was flawless. Seeing the joy in our friends and families faces as they were brought the lemon sorbet intermezzo, then chose from the generous 6 course option at dinner and then indulged in the huge chocolate fountain, the ice-cream station, the espresso martinis, the cordial bar and then joined us for such a fun after party in the pool table room…. It’s a night I truly won’t forget! My only regret is that we didn’t add a full hour of dessert and that we didn’t extend our videographer until the end of the night. Thank you Giorgie and Tino, our two maitre D’s for running the show so we could enjoy every moment! And thank you to our bridal attendant Brianna! The night just kept getting better and better and better and I highly recommend choosing them to host one of the biggest celebrations of your life!

Being in a lot of weddings at a lot of different venues I knew exactly what I wanted for my own wedding and Giorgio’s went above and beyond every expectation I had! We booked Giorgio’s over 2 years out from our wedding and Jessica was amazing through the whole process. Every email sent was answered quickly and with all the information I could’ve needed. We got married on a Friday and did the early morning package and the after party package and if you are debating doing either, DO IT! Jean was amazing in the morning she set up my whole ballroom before 8am and tended to all the bridesmaids needs. Brianna, the attendant for the rest of the wedding was out of this world! I couldn’t have asked for a better bridal attendant. She came to the church ceremony, to pictures and made sure we were well taken care of the whole time. Our matrie d’s Tino and George were amazing and made sure our wedding was perfect. It was truly the best night of our lives and the staff at Giorgio’s is amazing!

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding there on a rainy Friday. We had the early arrival package to get ready. The staff was amazing. Our bridal attendant, Brittney, made us feel like a very special family member was taking care of us for the day. She even attended the ceremony which was at Saint Isidore’s in Riverhead. We found the most beautiful church thanks to the suggestion of the owner, George Regini. Guests from both sides told us how beautiful the ceremony was and we have Giorgio’s to thank for that as well. MaitreD, bartenders, wait staff all beyond amazing; we went with such high expectations and they crushed them all. So far exceeded our expectations! Everyone was saying how great the staff was for days. The food was amazing! I had the best espresso martini ever. Giorgio’s is beautiful, the rain I mentioned didn’t matter. They had an area under the awning decorated beautifully for fall it was a wonderful background for pictures. Their staircase made for the most emotional first look for her dad that I had to walk away because I started to cry. It was such a beautiful moment. Our DJ, Barattini Productions, recommended by Giorgio’s, was so much fun! I will say hands down it is the best venue I ever attended!

Giorgio’s performance left us speechless, as well as our guests. Everyone enjoyed the most delicious food and drinks. Their menu is extensive, offering options for everyone. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring everyone had a good time and an even better dining experience. Every expectation we had was exceeded! While we knew Giorgio's would make everything incredible, we were still blown away. Beautiful”, “Elegant”, “Classy”, “Superb”, “Best Wedding Ever!”, These are typical of the accolades our guests used to describe their experience at Giorgio’s for my daughter’s wedding last week. We looked at 14 different venues. The moment we visited Giorgio’s, we stopped looking. They are head and shoulders above the rest! When we booked, Nick promised me he would give us the best celebration ever. He kept his promise! Nick and his team did an outstanding job providing delicious food and top quality service, making for a most memorable experience. The grounds and interior are spectacular! When you book here, it is not a wedding factory. There is only one wedding going on at a time. The sole focus was on our wedding celebration. My daughter was a little concerned about the distance as most of our guests came from Queens and beyond. I told her not to worry as Giorgio’s is worth the extra 1/2 hour drive. Father knows best as everyone was raving about the place. Area accommodations are plentiful. We put our guests up at the Indigo. If I could, I would rate Giorgio’s higher than 5 stars! It’s not often that I come across perfection! We did when we celebrated last weekend!

We can not express in words how happy we are to have had our wedding at Giorgios! The staff treats you like family and we couldn’t have asked for a more magical day! Our vision came to life it’s more than we ever could have imagined. The wedding coordinator Ashley was phenomenal. Our bridal attendant Brianna was the most amazing bridal attendant we have ever come across. She treated us like friends, made us feel so comfortable and helped make it the best day ever.

I can’t express enough how PHENOMENAL this venue and all who work there truly are. Every single detail went above and beyond our highest of expectations. The grounds were absolutely beautiful with multiple photo ops. The cocktail hour is unmatched and food throughout the night the highest caliber. Our guests were gushing each step of the way and our Viennese table dessert room truly felt like we were in Disney World! Throughout the planning process Nick and Ashley would answer texts and emails immediately and were incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating. We felt so taken care of from start to finish from planning through the actual wedding day. Day of, everything ran smoothly and on time with every potential hiccup being taken care of immediately and behind the scenes so we had nothing to worry about. A huge part of that was the AMAZING bridal attendant, Brianna. You don’t realize how critical this role is until day of. From helping bustle my dress in < 5 minutes, to blotting a red sauce stain out of my dress (oops!), to getting deodorant, bobby pins, shoe glue for an uncle, a shirt and bow tie for a brother in law, and even a portable fan at my table to cool me between dance sets, Brianna went above and beyond to make my day special, seamless, and perfect. She helped give advice and comfort every step of the day and looking back, I can’t imagine not having her by my side. Overall, everyone at Giorgios (especially our Maitre d’ Nick) went ABOVE AND BEYOND on every single detail. Our wedding day was not just magical for us, but also all of our guests. Multiple people genuinely told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. This was the best decision we made in planning our wedding and would choose Giorgios 1000x over!!!

The entire team at Giorgio's was phenomenal and made sure our wedding went off without issue! Ashley helped us the entire way to organize and plan. And Brianna, the bridal attendant, knew what I needed before I did. She spent a ton of time with both my husband and myself and was mega fun to be around on top of being helpful. The venue itself was beautiful, we were able to set up games outside for the ceremony and the grounds are stunning!!

Wedding 6/3/22 I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. From the day we toured (even before that) I knew in my heart it was going to be where I got married. Everything at Giorgio’s is top notch from the staff to the food to the service. I worked with Nick & Ashley and they were so super accommodating and friendly and truly made you feel special and that you weren’t just another customer. Ashley answered all my emails very promptly and helped ease my anxiety with planning. Brianna, the bridal attendant, is a godsend. She was by my side for everything from fixing my dress for pictures to making sure my husband and I were fed for cocktail hour- literally grabbed every piece of food from our amazing cocktail hour and brought it to us in a separate area so we could eat alone and enjoy a few minutes to ourselves to helping me pee! I was in a ball gown and she took my underwear on and off and wasn’t even weird about it!! She also set up all my decor that I made. Tino was my maitre d and he was great as well, making sure everything ran super smooth and as far as I know nothing went wrong! The grounds are gorgeous, we got beautiful pictures at the venue as well as the beach and windmill in close distance. Last, but certainly not least, the food.. omg the food. Absolutely outstanding. We had so much food and variety for cocktail hour, I asked Nick for a bacon bar and they delivered! Dinner was delicious and they come out with seconds if you wanted to try a different entree than what you ordered at first. We had the mini Viennese as well and we also did a zeppole exit station. I could not have imagined a more perfect place for big day and we had an absolutely perfect day. Everyone is still raving about the food & what an awesome time they had. Everything was absolutely perfect for our special day!! Hands down best venue, you will not be disappointed!

10,000% BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER! I don't even have words to describe how amazing the treatment is a Giorgio's Bride and Groom. George, Nick, Ashley, and Tino are the best! From the time we went out and toured the venue at the end of 2020 until the day of our wedding 7.8.22, we have had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Every time we met, they were attentive and listened to our requests or concerns and assured us they would have everything under control. They made us feel like a part of their family and that's probably one of the many reasons why we loved Giorgio's over other venues. We felt like they truly wanted the best for our wedding day. They didn't just yes us to death, they genuinely took to heart what we wanted and did not want and how we envisioned our day to be. They went above and beyond everything that we had even expected! I am extremely blown away with how every detail came together beyond what I could have even imagined. Not to mention the FOOD! OMG I'm still stuffed weeks later! Our guests could not believe the amount of food and choices and options they had from cocktail hour to dinner and dessert. The servers are even amazing bringing all the food out and making sure it is cooked exactly to your liking. They were so sweet and kind telling me how beautiful I looked and how gorgeous my dress was. You could tell this was not just an act. They genuinely care about their guests and couples and absolutely love working at Giorgio's. Our guests are still talking about how it was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. Some of our guest themselves had been married at Giorgio's and had their receptions there. They were so excited to be back years later to celebrate with us and said how they remember it being just as amazing then! Giorgio's is the best there is for sure! I'm so sad our wedding is over, but I told Ashley, in a few years we'll be back to renew our vows and party all over again! * I can't leave a review without mentioning Brianna the bridal attendant... she is phenomenal! She stayed with me and my husband the whole night and made sure we were taken care of. From cocktail hour where she had a huge spread of all the food set aside for us to have together to enjoy before going out to see our guests, to making sure we each had a drink in our hand the entire night to continue to party with our guests. At one point I had to take my shoes off because my feet were killing me. I didn't realized how much shorter I was without them and that caused one of my guests to step on my gown even though it was already expertly bustled by Brianna. She brought me to the side and worked her magic to sew and alter my torn piece back to my gown so no one even knew anything was out of place. I was good to go the rest of the night to party it up! Giorgio's is the best of the best and we highly recommend them if you want a family experience with amazing food and service Giorgio's will not disappoint! I wish I could rate them more than just 5 stars because they really are that good!

Had our wedding at Giorgio's on 6/18/22. Every single person was extremely accommodating despite some hiccups beyonds anyone's control. Ashley dealt with all 'crisis' situations without us even realizing anything was even wrong. They created the most magical night for us! The food was spectacular, and my bridal attendant, Brianna, had the full spread of the cocktail hour ready for us in the after party room so we got to try everything. Throughout the night, she was right by my side, even changing my shoes for me and fixing my hair and makeup after some pictures in the wind! The maitre'd staff, Nick and Kelly, went above and beyond for us. Nick was my husband and I's go to person when we had the smallest of questions. When do we mingle with people, how does the cake cutting work, can you turn up the AC? Just some of the small things he walked us through all night. Last but not least, when we had some rather large issues with our hotel for that night; the owner, George, took matters into his own hands and contacted the hotel for us so no one had to step off the dance floor. Us, our friends, and family haven't stop talking about how much fun we had that night. We have the Giorgio's staff to thank for that!

There is a reason this place is rated so highly! They treat everyone that walks through that door like family and made our wedding the absolute best day of our lives. The views, bridal suite, staff and the food–oh my goodness the food, incredible. It made our very large Italian and Irish families very happy and we have been getting non-stop rave reviews about how it was the best wedding people have ever been to. The service and hospitality at Giorgio’s is like no other! Ashley was absolutely great to work with throughout the whole process and was great with getting back to me about any questions I had. George and Nick were so great everytime we went to visit and made sure our big day went smoothly. We had Tino as our maitre’d and he was the absolute sweetest and was so on top of everything throughout the entire night. But my bridal attendant, Brianna, was a complete rockstar. She made the day so incredibly smooth, set up all the decor we brought and made it look gorgeous, did my bustle within seconds, handed out toothbrushes to my bridesmaids who forgot theirs during our early arrival to the bridal suite and basically just made my day so insanely easy. She made sure we got at least 20 minutes of alone time after our ceremony and they brought us every item served during cocktail hour before we went out and greeted our guests. Brianna is a legend and I am so grateful I had her with me the entire day. She cares so much about her couples and she goes above and beyond, she is just the absolute sweetest person who truly loves what she does. Besides the main staff, I have heard continuously how amazing, John, the head bartender/ mixologist was and how he could craft the perfect drink by just naming a few ingredients of things you liked, numerous family members have told us how wonderful the wait staff was and that they have never been treated so well at a wedding before. Our whole experience was unreal and I am so grateful for everyone there that made our day so amazing. If I could go back and re-do everything again I would pick Giorgio’s every time. I truly could go on and on about them, but to sum it up–if you’re contemplating them, RUN DO NOT WALK!

Our wedding at Giorgio's was perfect from beginning to end. Ashley and Nick were attentive and helpful during the entire planning process leading up to the day. Day of, the grounds looked BEAUTIFUL! The food was amazing and everyone keeps raving about it. Tino, our maitre'd, the bartenders, and wait staff were awesome. Bri the bridal attendant was an absolute ANGEL! She sewed groomsmen's pants, bridesmaid's dresses, and even fixed the hem on my mom's dress (and did it all with a smile!) Bri helped me change back and forth between outfits and made sure my husband and I were fed and always had a fresh drink. Giorgio's is amazing at what they do, and I would recommend them to anyone getting married on Long Island!

I could not recommend this venue enough! Ashley was so on top of communication during the whole planning process. They made sure I had the most perfect day. My bridal attendant Brianna went above and beyond thinking of things I didn’t even know I needed the day of. She was constantly there fixing my hair and make up making sure I was always picture ready. She even fixed my dress when I got a tip from stepping on it. The rest of the staff was so attentive to our guests no one had any complaints. They were on top of even watching the weather doing their best to have my dreams of an outdoor ceremony come true. Even though it did rain on us as soon as I got to the alter it was still the most magical day we could have asked for. They rushed us all inside and in the matter of minutes we were all set for our ceremony to take place in our reception area. Their grounds are absolutely beautiful for pictures and I cannot wait to get them back from my photographer!

Giorgio's is the absolute BEST venue there is! Seriously, from the day we booked to our wedding day, they made our planning process so smooth and amazing! Our day was more than perfect thanks to the amazing staff they have. They truly know what they're doing and provide the best experience! Ashley was helping us with every question we had (which was many) but was so responsive and always put our minds at ease whenever I was starting to panic about something silly. The day of the wedding, our bridal attendant, Bri, was just incredible. She was with me the entire day and did pretty much everything for me. She decorated our cake beautifully for us, gave us anything we asked for and some things without us even asking, helped prep my dress, get me in it and even fixed it when my bustle broke (she even fixed one of my bridesmaids dresses!) She went above and beyond and I don't know what I would've done without her!! Tino and Nick were amazing, they made sure everything was going as planned and that us and our guests were happy and having a great time. The bartenders and wait staff also were just the absolute best and our guests loved them all!! And if you don't know Giorgio's, you need to head over there and try out their food because it is the best around, there's no competition when it comes to the food! The chef’s are top notch and there’s nothing bad you can get there, it’s all SO delicious! And of course the venue itself is stunning!! The views from the venue are incredible and you will get the most amazing photos there! We are so so happy we made the choice to have our wedding at Giorgio’s and we HIGHLY recommend them!!

I can honestly write a novel about Giorgio's and how amazing EVERY person who works there is. I cry WAY too often because of how UNBELIEVABLE everything was. My wedding was bigger and better than I could have ever imagined thanks to this amazing place. From Ashley being there every step of the way for me, answering my many questions, to Nick and George welcoming my guests and family, making sure mine and my husbands moms were having a good time and treating us like family, to the wait staff and bartenders - picture perfect, THE FOOD!! THEY ARE NOT LYING WHEN YOU HEAR GIORGIO'S HAS THE BEST FOOD- and last but certainly not least MY BRIANNA. My goodness, from the moment I met Brianna at my tasting, I knew that I was in amazing hands. The morning of my wedding she took control and care of everything, to the point were I had absolutely nothing to worry about with my ceremony and reception. She is the absolute QUEEN of bridal attendants, running through fields to get my lipstick, driving my husband and I to the most beautiful spots on the north shore to get our beach pictures, getting me in and out of my dress, making sure that I went home with everything I came with, she blew me away. Many key memories of my wedding, Brianna partakes in. I will truthfully never forget sitting with Brianna before my husband and were going to our first look. I felt like I was sitting with my best friend, her keeping me calm and talking to me like we've known each other forever. She is such an amazing person and hard worker, I couldn't imagine doing it without her. Brianna taught me and reminded me throughout the day to live in the moment and enjoy it. I will be grateful for her for the rest of my life because I can truthfully say we lived in that moment! Please for the love of god if you are thinking about booking Giorgio’s just do it. You will not be disappointed! We did everything there. We used their shuttle service, early arrival package, ceremony, cocktail hour (and a half! That extended cocktail hour time is TO DIE FOR), reception and after party. I can not express how absolutely perfect everything was. First we have to acknowledge all the hard work Ashley puts in on the front end of booking and communicating with us brides. She was kind, professional and really made me feel valued and important as a bride. I’m originally from Long Island but live upstate now and she helped put my mind at ease planning a wedding 3 hours away from where I live. Our shuttle bus driver Wayne was kind and professional. Definitely felt safe with him driving. Gene, their head waitress tended to us beautifully for the early arrival. Making sure we were well fed with a beautiful breakfast spread of fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, bagels, pastries, coffee, tea, juice and champagne. The wait staff and bartenders as a whole were phenomenal. I can’t rave about the service enough! Now we have to talk about the powerhouse dynamic duo that made that day run even better than I could have ever imagined. Brianna is a bridal attendant extraordinaire. Your bridal fairy godmother. Her personality is amazing! She says she is going to be your best friend for the night and she isn’t lying. A beautiful soul who clearly genuinely cares about making all of her brides happy and feel wonderful on their big day. She handled putting in and taking out my very long veil, getting me to the start of the isle with my dad, handling my touch-ups after my touch-up artist left, bustling and re-bustling my dress, helping me take my bodysuit off when I was ready for an outfit change, and yes, helped me use the bathroom. She gave my husband and I a lovely dinner service as well as make sure we had anything else we could possibly think we needed. She is amazing and honestly I don’t think there is a bridal attendant in the long island wedding circuit that does what she does. And finally the best maitre’d in the game, Joe! This man was part of the family by the end of the night. He kept our time line running perfectly, had everything set up exactly as I wanted to, no one in my bridal party could take a step without him making sure they were okay and had what they needed, and he did this all while bringing the best, most positive energy to everything. The day transformed for a moment in my dreams to reality thanks to his dedication. His professionalism and attentiveness is unmatched. I’ve been too and part of a lot of Long Island weddings and I promise you this man is the best around. Truly no need for a day of coordinator when Joe is on the job. He is detail oriented, attentive, timely, and just an all over mater of his craft. This 5 star crew is a testament to George and Nick’s care and love for this business.

Giorgio's exceeded our expectations!! From start to finish our planning and wedding day was perfect, not a bump in the road. They treat you like family and make sure you have the most amazing day. Ashley was great to run through all of the details with and she is readily available to answer your questions and put you at ease. Getting ready in their bridal suite is the best way to start your wedding day with your girls. Having Breanna by your side on your wedding day is the best gift of all. She is absolutely amazing and helpful. I could not have gotten through the day without her. And Joe the maitre'd is phenomenal. He really watched after my husband and me the entire day catering to our every need and making sure we were having a great time. He made sure everything was in its spot and the day ran smoothly. Breanna and Joe are wonderful, what they do is priceless and we could not have gotten through the day without them. Overall, Giorgio's just does right by their brides and grooms and know how to offer the best wedding from the bridal suite, to the food, to the run of show. We can't thank them enough for a memorable day!!

Had my wedding on 12/5/21 and it was the most perfect day. All of my guests are still raving about the food and the venue. The bridal attendant Brianna was a life savor the entire day! Joe the maitre D was so helpful and made sure the day ran smoothly. Nick was amazing and brought out homemade cookies at the end of the night. I will forever recommend this venue to future brides. You will be in the absolute best hands!

We got married here this past Saturday 12/4/21. What a beautiful day it was! We could not have ask for a better team! Ashley was amazing all the way through answering any and all questions. The day of Brianna, Joe and Nick were phenomenal! Brianna was so helpful and put me at ease instantly! Joe was also wonderful and a calming presence! Lastly Nick went above and beyond throughout the wedding. Picking Giorgio’s as our venu was the best decision!

My husband and I got married here on 11/21/21. We had the most WONDERFUL experience ever! Joe and Brianna were incredible from start to finish, from the time we arrived to the time we were getting on the shuttle. I had forgotten my veil and Brianna actually finished my hair for me with beautiful pins she let me borrow for the night. They made sure that we ate and attended to everything running smoothly. We had our ceremony on site as well and they made sure everyone was very clear on what to do. All of our guests were in complete awe. The food was amazing (they even offered our guests seconds!!!!) The grounds are perfect. I could not be happier with our choice!!!

My husband and I had our wedding at Giorgio’s this August and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The venue is beautiful inside and out, has the most amazing food, and everyone that works there is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond to take care of you and your guests. We did the early arrival package on a Friday, so me and my bridesmaids were there bright and early at 7am getting ready in their lovely bridal suite. Bri was my bridal attendant, and she was with me from the moment I showed up in the morning to the end of the night when the after party started. I cannot say enough good things about Bri and how amazing it was to have her helping me out every step of the day - she’s incredible! Joe was our maître d', and again he was absolutely amazing. He was with my husband and I in the early part of the day and throughout the reception making sure we were having a great time. We also heard from multiple guests after the wedding about kind things Joe had done for them as guests at various points throughout the night. Overall, Giorgio’s made our wedding day better than we could have imagined and we cannot recommend them enough to other couples in search of a wedding venue.

I would give Giorgio's 10 stars if I could. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect and were so helpful and accommodating during the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, the staff was amazing, and most of all the food was unbelievable. All our guests raved about how great the wedding was. We were so happy with everything and so glad we chose Giorgio's for our special day!

My husband and I had our wedding here last weekend and words cannot express enough how amazing Giorgio’s was and has been to us. I honestly never knew I could feel this way about a catering hall. Besides the breathtaking views (the grounds, the beach, the windmill) the staff (from waiters-shoutout to Jason- and bartenders, to bridal attendant-shoutout to Ariana to matre D-MAJOR shoutout to Joe he is unbelievable -to Ashley in the office who is also unbelievable to owners-George and Nick who we met with personally on multiple occasions) to food, everything is absolutely phenomenal at Giorgio’s. The entire day was just perfect and our two big Italian (and critical) families were raving about everything from service to food to elegance. They absolutely won over our guests and we are all from western Nassau. Our guests never had to go to the bar to get a drink as every glass was refilled by every waiter or waitress all day long. The service and energy of the staff is truly immeasurable. You can feel how passionate each and every staff member is about their jobs and you can see how well-trained they are. After working in catering for five years, the difference really is in their details. They are unbeatable. On another big note, due to the pandemic, we had three dates booked with Giorgio’s by the time we had our big day. I heard horror stories from friends and families about other catering halls, but Giorgio’s was absolutely amazing to us through the whole process. Their kindness, compassion, understanding, and willingness to work and meet with us through the confusion and wild process of changing dates made me love them even more than I thought I could. They were completely transparent, and not only responsive, but reassured us every step of the way. And they did this all while they were receiving mixed messages from the government about the latest guidelines and regulations. I will go back to Giorgio’s every chance I get. You NEED to book your wedding here no matter how far you live.

Just had our reception here and it was perfect. The place is beautiful. The grounds are breathtaking. The food is the best on the island!! And the workers go above and beyond for you. Ashley, the banquet director, was very understanding and easy to deal with during this whole covid craziness of having to postpone our wedding twice…she was always there with quick replies to our questions and concerns. On the day of our wedding, Joe, the maitre’d, brought laughs and life to the party and made everything run so smoothly. And Bree, the bridal attendant, made me feel like a princess the whole day! You will not regret booking here. We loved everything.

The best decision we made for our May 15, 2021 wedding was easily having it at Giorgio's. Everyone at Giorgio's was super helpful and accommodating when it came to the numerous phone calls and questions in regard to COVID restrictions. Ashley was super helpful with providing information regarding rules, regulations, and of course, answering every brides last minute stressful questions. Giorgio's truly made us feel like a family when we walked in day one to tour the place. Both Nick and George made us feel so welcomed every time we visited for an expo, food tasting, drop by, etc. The venue is absolutely stunning, and the food is beyond amazing. As we went around to guests that evening, everyone kept telling us how great the food was. Huge shout out to the maitre'd Joe and Bridal attendant Brianna on helping everything run completely smooth the day of. They both took all the stress I had, and went above and beyond my expectations. Joe and Brianna made sure we had food, drinks, even changed my shoes when my feet hurt!

5/5, honestly 10/5. Giorgio’s never ceases to amaze us. Planning a wedding during COVID was a nightmare to say the least however the team at Giorgio’s worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision to move forward with our big day. Even before COVID when we were simply looking at venues we went to Giorgio’s and we were blown away by the venue as well as the staff. Each of the staff members were genuinely happy to be working there. Each one saying hello to us and making us feel welcome (unlike other venues we saw and the staff didn’t even acknowledge us) We made it to the parking lot after our appointment and marched right back in five minutes later and secured our date. The day of our wedding ran so smoothly, between the flow of the day and the bridal attendants being there the second I looked like I might need something. Every detail was carefully thought out. Our bridal attendants made sure we actually ate, we had drinks, and they even helped me change my shoes when my feet were sore! Everything was beyond beautiful and the food of course was to die for. The staff made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the night. We also did an after party and utilized their shuttles for transportation. Each of our guests has said they have never been to a more beautiful wedding! We cannot thank Giorgio’s enough for making sure our day was beautiful especially after the chaotic few months that lead up to it. They made us feel like we were family! We truly cannot thank Nick, George, and the rest of the Giorgio’s family for the most amazing day of our lives, honestly tearing up writing this! I highly recommend Giorgio’s to every couple that is looking to have a memorable, breathtaking special day where the staff truly cater to you and your loved ones. My husband and I got married here a week and a half ago and where do I even begin.. from the moment I met with Ashley, the banquet manager, I knew this venue was perfect for us- they went above and beyond every expectation. The staff was phenomenal (HUGE shout out to Joe (maitre d), Brianna (my bridal attendant), and Ashley), the food was delicious, and the venue is gorgeous. Ashley was always attentive and quickly responded to any question I had. She was also upfront and honest with us, which is appreciated in a business like this. It seems like Nick and George truly want their couples to still have the wedding of their dreams, as much as they can given the circumstances. I opted for the early arrival in the bridal suite and from the second we stepped foot into Giorgios, my bridal party and I were taken great care of by Brianna. She had everything we would’ve needed to avoid a disaster- she even helped me make fake straps for my strapless dress that kept falling down! Joe made sure everything went smoothly and just as we had envisioned it. Besides simple details, neither my husband nor I had anything to worry about because Joe took care of everything behind the scenes. Our vendors love coming to Giorgios because everyone works so well together. And THE FOOD- absolutely delicious. From cocktail hour, to dinner and dessert, I felt so stuffed by the end of the night because I couldn’t help but eat a little bit (or a lot) of everything. I was so worried that because of covid, our wedding was going to be lackluster at best. But despite everything going on, I can truly say that my wedding day was THE BEST day of my life- it really was beautiful and I felt like I was on cloud nine. That was only made possible because of Giorgios and the incredible staff. If I could do my wedding over, I would do it at Giorgios a thousand times over (and probably still only do 50 people... it was perfect!) 100% recommend and it was totally worth the money.

Hi, I would like to start off by saying I have walked in over 20 weddings and been to at lease 60 weddings so far including being a child. I have been to weddings all over from Oheka, fox holow,crest hollow,jericho terrace, pier 60 in NYC, Larkfeild manor, flower fields,swan club, etc.... high budget to city hall. We went to Giorgios for a wedding in 2011 and than another in 2014 and both time we had the best time at that venue. When I got engaged in 2019 we both chose Giogios because they had everything you could ever want!! We called to make an appointment and we booked what date they had left because they were filled!! The owners Nick and George are beyond amazing they are family for life!! Nick and George made sure our day was what we wanted and more!! Ashley is one amazing women! she always answered my calls ,emails, text so fast and was there all the way to the end!! Brianna my bridal attendant was fantastic!!! being a bridal attendant is not easy. you meet the bride the day of her wedding with an army of people. Bridal attendant making sure she pleases all of them is no easy task!! Brianna was up and down, fixing , fluffing, cleaning and reminding me when it was time to do things and made sure I had everything i need right next to me!! from venue to beach and than ceremony, reception she was great!!! I also have to thank the CHEF!!!!!!our wedding would be nothing without him!! and the team back there making all the delicious food every guest raved about and now mad at me because they ate too much!!hahahah we also had a seafood hour. JI wan to thank John our mixologist/bartender he was so sweet and knew how to make the best drinks for us all!! the staff was on point the whole night and Nick made sure everything ran smooth!! I can not thank them all enough!! George and Nick went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful!! I hope any bride who reads this visit your venue and book with you!! After months of heartache, due to covid and another horrible venue, my sister and her now husband were finally able to have there wedding at Giorgio’s! It was the perfect intimate “micro” wedding! Every single part of the day was amazing! The staff there was amazing! From the owner to the bridal attendant and the waiters! The bartender was the best!!! I felt safe seeing them constantly walking around cleaning all frequently touched surfaces! Hand sanitizer was readily available! It was an all around beautiful day! We were so discouraged from how our family was treated in the past but Giorgios was fantastic! If you are looking for a wedding venue or any venue to host a party I would HIGHLY recommend Giorgios! The most gorgeous venue on Long Island!!!

Yesterday was my wedding at Giorgios Baiting Hollow. We had our wedding postponed 4 times since our original date in April due to COVID. Our venue canceled our last date for 7/31 and we were about to give up with having a wedding all together because we refused to reschedule for the 5th time. I reached out to Giorgios and they told us to come in and see the venue. I immediately fell in love not only with the venue but words can not express how amazing Ashley, George, and Nick are. All three welcomed us in as if we were family. They made our dream wedding happen - even though it seemed impossible. Due to gathering requirements of max 50 people, we were torn about cutting guests off that we really wanted to celebrate with. They came up with this idea to do 2 weddings in one day. We had a day time wedding of just family with 50 people - and then a wedding later in the night with just friends. It was truly the best day of our lives. The food was absolutely incredible. The owners George and Nick were there throughout our whole wedding and helped us every step of the way to make sure we were having the time of our lives. Where else can you go that the owners there all night? We cant even describe the gratitude we have for them for making this happen for us. Im writing this to give hope to all the brides going through this right now. We felt absolutely hopeless about getting married. And then we found Giorgios and they changed our whole attitude. Instead of our previous venue giving us bare minimum information and impersonal emails .. Nick and George's attitude was "Lets make this happen!! whatever we have to do, let's do it!!" They were just as excited as we were. They literally texted and called me and my husband personally multiple times a day. Everything was beyond perfect. Nick, George, and Ashley - Peter and I love you guys so much and will never forget what you did for us. This will be the best story to tell for the rest of our lives. Amazing experience for me and my wife, all of my guests were coming up to us at different points of the night telling us it was the best wedding they ever been to. We were always told how amazing the food at giorgios was compared to most other venues and it was honestly better then i imagined, the staff was unbelieveably professional led by the Maitre D Joe who took care of Us all night. The venue and views are gorgeous and honestly can say me and my wife are so happy with our experience here. Nick made the whole wedding process so easy for us and we can thank their entire staff enough!

I cannot possibly say enough amazing things about this venue. From start to finish they were over the top excellent. I could not ask for a better group of people who truly care about you and your day. George, Nick, & Ashley were so helpful with every request and question I had. We requested special beers and drinks and they went above and beyond to make sure every need we had was met. My dad even wanted a podium to deliver his speech (lol) which they happily obliged. Day of, our maitre d Joe was AMAZING. Like, WOW this guy is great. He knew what we needed before we even asked for it. So attentive and nice and on point with everything. So many guests, especially my bridesmaids, told me after how great he was with every person at the wedding! I can’t understand how he was so attentive to literally ALL 200 GUESTS(!!!) and my husband and I. It was like there was a dozen Joe’s running around making sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was truly amazing but Joe deserves a special shoutout for how hard he worked and how great he made our day. If you booked with Giorgio’s, you will absolutely have the best day of your life. If you’re thinking about booking with them, THIS IS YOUR SIGN. DO IT. Best decision I made (besides marrying my husband lol). I had the early arrival package with Giorgio’s, which was great. The bridal suite is GORGEOUS and they served us breakfast and mimosas. We had a BLAST. I also used transportation through Giorgio’s. I used the small shuttle for my bridal party, my girls and I had a big sleepover at the hotel the night before the wedding with pizza and drinks and snacks. The guys all met at the hotel the afternoon of the wedding. I had the small shuttle pick the girls and I up early AM and the guys got picked up early afternoon. I used the big shuttle (60 people, or something like that?) for my hotel guests. The shuttles were prompt, clean and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more, really. Oh, and we got married at Giorgio’s too. Inside ceremony area. It was perfect! Several people told me how smoothly everything flowed. From ceremony -> cocktail hour -> reception, it was all so seamless.

I just attended my niece's wedding at Giorgio's and now I am really looking forward to the future for my (currently teenage) daughter to get married one day. I have never been to a more amazing event. To start with, the venue itself is gorgeous. Then add the incredible and abundant food to that. (I had a cappuccino that was enormous and delicious!) The owner came around with a platter for seconds after dinner to see if anyone wanted to try something other than what they ordered. We had a cocktail hour and a half, followed by a 4 hour dance extravaganza AND THEN a 2 hour after party with music and "pub food" in a "lodge"-type room with gaming tables, large screen tv and music- not to mention the still open bar. Our server Brianna was an incredible professional who fielded lots of questions from our table with some unique dietary needs. Arianna, Tatianna and Lexi were very helpful as well. It would be hard to picck a favorite food item, but fortunately, with the ability to taste everything during "seconds", we didn't have to. This was by far the best wedding I've ever been to and I look forward to spreading the word so I get invited to another soon! Thanks!
