Where do I start? Giulia was absolutely incredible to work with! Her attention to detail and organization helped tremendously and is the only reason we were able to pull off the wedding of our dreams. She was also prompt to respond to questions and provide assistance and guidance. We were planning a wedding remotely and she was instrumental in ensuring our vendors were on track, wedding items arrived to the venue, etc. If there were any hiccups behind the scenes I was completely unaware of them and never noticed anything amiss as she handled it all so beautifully. We leaned on her for so much of the design execution as well which she completely knocked out to the park! I am so thankful she was part of our wedding team and would recommend her to anyone!

I had the most flawless, fairytale, Hollywood glamour wedding thanks to Giulia and Tilly! Tilly was our on-site coordinator and she was joyful, beautiful, and so organized. She added the most gorgeous positive energy to my special day. Thank you ladies!!

From the very start, Giulia was extremely professional but also fun to work with. We decided to go with her because our florist recommended her. My husband and I planned our wedding in San Diego despite living in New York, so we're so glad we decided to hire Giulia as our planner. We also went with a rather unconventional wedding venue so Giulia offered to go visit the venue on our behalf, take measurements of the space to help us craft a floor plan, etc. We went once to San Diego before our wedding to meet with vendors and Giulia was so sweet and wonderful to work with in person in addition to making a great impression via phone/text/email beforehand! She's really everything you want in a wedding planner: she's extremely responsive, she's super organized, she thought of things that we should prepare that we would have never thought of on our own, she clearly has the experience needed in the wedding industry. Leading up to the wedding, she would answer any/all questions that we had. She would think through all the details like making sure we have water for our guests, making sure we had trashcans available around the venue, etc. She handled coordination with all our vendors during the month leading up to the wedding. She crafted a timeline for our wedding day and made sure that our vendors would adhere to the timeline she provided so that everything would run smoothly the day-of! She went to the venue the day before since our rentals were being delivered and she helped set up a majority of our rentals and chairs. She also came early in the morning on our wedding day to make sure that everything was in the right place - our whole day ran so smoothly and we didn't have to really think about anything because we trusted that Giulia could handle it! We'd highly recommend Giulia to be anyone's planner or coordinator - you won't regret it!!!

Giulia was an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I hired her to be our day-of coordinator for our wedding after finding her through the Knot and seeing so many other great reviews about her. Giulia handled everything with grace, calm, and a can-do attitude. We knew that we were in great hands on our wedding day and I felt incredibly taken care of. Giulia made sure that we had time to spend with each other during our wedding and brought us food between events so we were never hungry or thirsty. She took great care of us and all of our guests. She was always so easy to find when we needed her and everything about our wedding went absolutely perfectly. All of the decor and flowers were stunning and she made sure that every detail we'd planned was incorporated and that the timing of our ceremony and rehearsal was on track. We'd recommend Giulia to anyone looking for a capable, kind, fun, professional, thoughtful, and talented coordinator. Giulia was an effective communicator, offered great suggestions, and rolled with all of our updates in the timeline and made sure that all of our vendors were in the loop and supported throughout our wedding week.

I spoke to over 20 different people before hopping on the phone with Giulia and it was a no brainer that she was the perfect person to help with our wedding. We had a brief ceremony on the beach followed by a beautiful dinner at a house in Rancho Sante Fe with about 25 of our closest friends and family. Since this was a less traditional wedding, finding the right person to help elevate our event and make it run smoothly was important and Giulia did just that. Her calm and positive energy was exactly what we needed on our special day and everyone loved working with her. She also gave me the best vendor recommendations that helped bring our vision to life. Giulia was amazing! She did exactly what she outlined in our agreement contract and did even more in order to make sure we were happy. The day of is what we were stressing over the most and she made sure everything ran smoothly. We had the entire wedding to just enjoy being with our friends and family without having to worry we were on schedule. She made sure the small details we thought were important were followed and there wasn’t a single regret we had with hiring her. She was extremely reasonably priced and delivered in every way possible. Please hire her if you are looking to have a happy wedding!

Giulia helped plan my wedding and did a tremendous job from the start of planning all the way to the day of. After our initial conversation, we knew right away we wanted to book her. She is friendly, kind, did very well in trying to understand what my partner and I had envisioned, shared several ideas to ensure they were a great fit for us, sourced vendors, contacted vendors, coordinated with vendors, and so much more than I could think of. Bonus because we really love her style/aesthetics :) I’d 100 out of 10 definitely recommend Giulia to anyone looking for help with planning an event!

Giulia was such a pleasure and joy to work with for our wedding!! She was so incredibly helpful, communicative and so sweet throughout the whole experience. Having her as our coordinator absolutely helped take so much stress off me as the bride. I honestly wish I had hired her from the start (she came on as the "day of" coordinator) but she really went above and beyond in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She even handmade the bouquets and boutonnieres for the bridal party when the venue fell through!! Giulia truly made the entire experience more enjoyable and less stressful. She handled the venue staff when hiccups did occur the day of (always inevitable, right?) with such grace and professionalism and knew how to get things done quickly. Giulia went above and beyond jumping in on my special day. As a control freak who planned everything it was very hard for me to let go. With any other person I would have not been able to give up the reigns but Giulia’s Personality and approach to help sealed the deal! She did an amazing job at my wedding and people were asking me how I knew her the entire time because she was so good!

We could not have imagined our special day without Giulia! When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t know if was necessary to hire a planner. After speaking to Giulia on the phone I instantly felt at ease and knew that her knowledge and expertise were going to be invaluable. We are truly so grateful for her guidance throughout the wedding planning process. Giulia went above and beyond when it came to communication and building a relationship with us!

We had to find a last minute wedding coordinator a couple weeks before our wedding. We are SO lucky to have found Giulia! She immediately put me at ease and took over the responsibilities. Giulia worked fast and communicated effectively. She took care of any hiccups that presented themselves prior and during our wedding. I don't know what we would have done without Giulia. She played a crucial role in executing our dream wedding. Giulia was able to take care of everything and helped answer any questions/concerns I had. Giulia is the best!! If you're looking for a polished coordinator who understands the bride and groom's needs, she is the one. Back story: I found her on IG through "California wedding planner" searches and her profile stuck out to me. I messaged her and we connected immediately, and I asked her to be my day coordinator at Kona Kai Resort & Spa in San Diego. This was a destination wedding, so she worked really well with communicating with me on the phone and prepping everything before our first meeting. Her pricing was fair and her contract was easy to read. Initial Meet and Greet: During my food tasting at the resort, I met her for the first time face to face and loved her! She is polished, classy, and confident and became my friend. I trusted her immediately, and I would ask her advice on colors, decor, and other details because it was clear she was up to date on trends, style, ect., I loved how likable she was and confident in her answers, especially to my spouse who is very direct and stern with his questions (she handled him well). It really helped me feel at ease when she was "holding our hand" and asking questions/planning for things we would have surely missed. Prep for Wedding: One of the memorable moments for me was a conversation where we spoke on the phone after our meet and greet to discuss the wedding timeline. I am on of those brides that has an overall vision, but is not interested in details. I was explaining to Giulia that I want the guests to have fun and I don't want the wedding to feel overally formal. She was spot on with the timeline and was really great at being detail oriented but also understanding when NOT to interrupt a magical moment on the day for the sake of the "timeline and schedule." As she explained to me on the phone, sometimes interruptions can ruin the flow of things on the day off, and it can be hard to get back into the rhythm for guests. After these explanations of her experience with real events, she assisted me with my goal of an easy-feeling wedding via the timeline by aiding me in my decisions, such as suggesting when too many speeches would bore the guests, or when dancing would start too early or too late. This was one of the examples that demonstrated to me in real time that I was in good hands and she "gets it." Wedding Day: Fast forward to the day off the wedding, the prep work was executed really well and she was on top of everything. She helped my mom in law who is a florist with decorating the ceremony chairs with flowers, the cocktail tables with our decor, and of course, the reception tables and sweetheart table. She ensured the ceremony was not interrupted by people passing by, since it was at a public park across the resort. She got my girls ready and the groomsmen and cued us for the ceremony, grand entrance, etc., She did everything you would expect. Have you ever gone to a wedding where no one can find the coordinator? This was Not the case. My mom in law mentioned after the wedding that she was watching us and the vendors "like a hawk." I was able to enjoy my day and not worry about anything (seriously, I was lounging around while the bridesmaids were getting ready and hanging out -- there was no stress cause everything was being taken care of). Overall, she is absolutely qualified to coordinate or even fully plan your wedding. You will be in GOOD hands.

Giulia was nothing but the best in planning and organizing our wedding. We knew right away during our first conversation with her that she truly wanted us to have the wedding of our dreams and that she had the experience and knowledge to make that happen. Giulia is extremely friendly, but isn't afraid to take action with vendors on your behalf. Despite what we heard about the crazy challenges of planning a wedding during Covid-19, Giulia made it all feel smooth and calmed us even on the most difficult days, such as when we had to move our venue due to covid restrictions. Through this process, we actually became good friends with her, so it felt like we could always turn to her and ask even the smallest of questions. We would recommend Giulia to anyone as she will make your day perfect like she did with ours!

Giulia was a lifesaver for our wedding this past summer. We hired Giulia for two months of planning and day of coordinating and I was so relieved to pass things off to her as we got closer to the wedding. Planning during a pandemic was not an easy experience, but Giulia helped make things so much easier! She handled unexpected aspects so well that I didn't even know about them until after they were handled! Giulia helped me enjoy the weeks leading up to my wedding instead of stressing about every little thing. We are so grateful!
