I absolutely hate writing poor reviews but if this saves the grief of other couples having to deal with unresponsive vendors and stress or worry about services being vendor then I ...
want to share our experience. We signed a contract and made a deposit with Glam to Go back in November 2020. Our wedding is in October 2021. I reached out to the vendor in December 2020 to request we add a bridesmaid to my original contract. I did not hear from them and just assumed it was because of the Holidays. No big deal. Well I have been reaching out almost every week trying to get a response and now see several others are having the same issue - and some have weddings scheduled sooner than ours. All of this has me uncomfortable and worrying about what could happen day of. I do not need nor want that stress. I have sent an email requesting our contract be nullified and hope we get reimbursed our deposit but I doubt that will happen.
Glam to Go is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had them booked for my wedding of May 1st, 2021, and they have since gone MIA. The lack of response o...
n their part is frustrating and very unprofessional. I have reached out via Facebook, Instagram, Email, their customer service phone number, and a comment box on their website. In the beginning, I was able to reach them fine for booking, payment of the deposit and signing of contracts. I was also able to get in touch with them about a trial, but getting them to confirm a time and location for this was like pulling teeth. I have spoken with someone, who was willing to assist me with my issues. However, three days later, I was informed that she was no longer employed by Glam to Go so there was nothing she could do any longer to help me. When I spoke with her, she gave me excuse after excuse as to why I wasn't receiving good customer service. As a paying customer, it does not matter to me what is happening in your personal life, figure out a way to delegate the duties within your company so your paying customers are still being taken care of. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you come across their business and think about using them for your wedding, I would STRONGLY suggest choosing someone else.
I have Glam to Go booked for my wedding party makeup services in November and I’ve been trying to contact them for over two weeks to schedule my makeup trial. I have tried to conta...
ct them via Facebook messenger, phone call (with voicemail), multiple emails to the customer service address and have received no response. I have tried to be patient in case something major was going on but I need a reliable makeup vendor who responds in a reasonable amount of time (and/or responds at all). I’ve already paid $158 as a deposit and I’m not pleased with their customer service. They were perfectly responsive through signing the contract and now nothing.
Honestly, I just want my money back and the contract ended so that this can be resolved.
