The reason I ended up not even choosing these guys to do my makeup was the fact that THE WEEK OF MY WEDDING I had a deposit paid and everything, yet was still without a CONTRACT!! I also requested to talk to my makeup artist as I am very particular about my makeup and needed reassurance, and I did not hear back from here till the week of my wedding as well. While I was freaking out trying to figure out what I should do, I was seeing many people say the same thing about Glammed Up: poor communication. Another thing that turned me off to them was that they haven't posted on their Instagram in years, and every review I saw they would "clap back". The poor communication, blaming consumers for their complaints, and the lack of the contract was sketchy, and anxiety inducing. I ended up doing my own makeup! When I let them know I will be cutting my losses and going with someone else, they had no problem getting back to me promptly about how "disappointing" it was and clapping back yet again. I really do understand this is a busy time for weddings in Vegas, however this is not my business. I'm the customer, and should be respected as such as well as given the benefit of the doubt.

My trail for hair and makeup for my engagement shoot was beautiful and the wedding makeup/hair was even better. We had 13 people getting their hair & makeup done by Glammed Up the morning of our wedding and they did a great job getting everyone done within the timeline. All of my guests looked stunning. Each time Glammed Up came onsite to my hotel for getting ready. I highly recommend them if you need your hair/makeup done for an important event and they did a great job accommodating a large group in the morning.

Me and my now husband plan to go back for our anniversary next year, and I plan on booking them a second time for our bridal shoot! Would recommend them to anyone going out to Vegas to get married. We had 5 people which is more similar to a big wedding and they handled the time constraints perfectly.

ired with THIS WAS THE BEST CHOICE! We had 4 people who were getting hair and 3 for make-up (Me and my 3 bridesmaids). Elizabeth did our make-up and she was fantastic! I looked so beautiful- Elizabeth listened and worked with exactly what I said, I did have a few pictures of ideas that I liked BUT I am not really a make-up person so I was afraid of not looking like myself BUT I was so happy my make up came out amazing and it really was an enhancement, not a cover-up situation. None of my make-up messed up even through the happy/laughing tears., the makeup didn't even crease! As for my hair, it was the same (So sorry I don't remember the name of the girl who did my hair because she was so sweet)! I had a few inspiration pictures and no idea how to explain what I wanted but it was AMAZING! I looked so elegant and not a strand of hair (real or clip-in) moved through dancing, crying, a veil, walking the Las Vegas strip and just being my crazy self. Both ladies were energetic and funny- we had a blast singing and dancing with them in our hotel room. I wish they were located closer to CT because I would use them for everything!

went in a little hesitate not being able to have a trial since it was a destination wedding but this company and group of women completely exceeded my expectations. I wish we had them where I live! 5 out of 5 stars for me.

done early. We had a total of 6 gals including myself. For my make up trial, it was already perfect and I was able to envision how I would look on my wedding day. I didn't feel rushed and felt like both Dania and Sandy listened. They did not want to leave until they were able to get my look right. On the wedding day, I mentioned some tweaks and boy did they deliver. Dania made my hair look like beautiful loose hollywood curls. It stayed the entire day without the look of over sprayed hair. Sandy made me look bright and flawless. My face looked glowy and not cakey. After 5 ugly cries (like legit tears falling from my face cries), my make up stayed until the very end! My girls echoed the same. We all felt absolutely stunning for the day. I will definitely book with Glammed Up again for a special event.

I got so many compliments on how beautiful I looked and how beautiful my hair was. Her and her assistant did my bridesmaids hair as well and they all looked gorgeous. She also has clip ins if desired or will use your own clip ins which I highly recommend if your going for a full glamorous look. If your looking for a hair stylist in Vegas for your wedding day or even just "night out hair" because she also did beachy waves for my bachelorette hair which also looked amazing. 100% recommend Natalie! She is such a sweet person and totally professional. I will be a lifetime client of hers and every time I come to Vegas I will be getting my hair done by her! Hire her already!

he trial and also on my wedding day. Everyone else in our wedding party also enjoyed how their hair and makeup turned out. The only small issue that we had was regarding our timeline for that day. We originally had 7 people scheduled for makeup and 6 for hair. We planned to start at 7am in order to be ready for photos to begin at 12pm. Unfortunately, one of my MOHs could not make the cross country trip at the last minute, but we just kept the start time the same. That dropped us to 6 makeup and 5 hair. We figured if that gave us more time, that'd be better than running late, but that was not the case. Our hair seemed like it took no time at all and she left, but we still had multiple people to go for makeup. We did not finish with makeup until 12:30pm. I was planning to go last, but jumped in before my last girl so that I was done when the photographer got there at 12pm. We would have really been in trouble if we had the 7 girls we were originally supposed to have. We had enough buffers in our timeline throughout the day that it didn't cause a lot of issues, but it was definitely just unnecessary stress. I would encourage the girls to be mindful of the timing planned for that day and if it's realistic for the artist that is going to be onsite.

some vendors that can be a major challenge, but they were top notch and had no issues meeting everyone’s beauty requests. Each person looked flawless and like they should be on a magazine cover. The hair/makeup team was on schedule the entire time and even had time to do a touch up for me (bride) prior to the event as the groom and I did first look/Vegas photos prior to the ceremony. One of my favorite moments was when my older sister was doing my niece’s hair (flower girl) and though she was never on our beauty roster, one of the Glammed Up team members did a quick braid for her. It made her day and was an emotional moment for me. They did not need to do that, but they did and in my eyes that is above and beyond. My hair/makeup lasted the entire evening even after crying a little during the ceremony. I have had my makeup done many times and their services are by far the best I have received. I would 100% use them again for an event in Vegas. Customer service wise, they were friendly and accommodating during the entire process, especially with the COVID pandemic. We had to reschedule our wedding and they did not charge a re-booking fee. I felt their prices were standard but the value we received was on-par with the pricing. My only frustration and recommendation for the vendor is to change the booking and invoicing system. We had a larger bridal party and I had to ask my MOH to keep up with it because as a bride it was stressing me out. It also tarnished our first impression of the vendor. The invoices were also messed up prior to our final payment. I recommend keeping tabs on what you pay/when. If they were to fix that, then they would be a force to be reckoned with in Vegas.

my wedding, I let her know she overcharged me (an insignificant amount) and it was never addressed or fixed. Second, I paid and did a trial (which both girls showed up to significantly late), yet the hair artist evidently took NO pictures. Day of my wrdding, she asked me if I knew what I wanted done because she didn't remember what she'd done the first time. It wasn't the same as what was done the first time. I had to give constant direction, and I didn't end up liking it as much. It was similar enough though, but frustrating. She also chose to not wear her mask over her nose the entire time. The makeup artist didn't have anything to give me for lip color reapplication, which I've always received from prior artists for prior events, as lip color doesn't last long. Both the hair and makeup stylists were very sweet and good at their jobs, but I'm not sure if I would choose Glammed Up again in the future.

y budget. I paid for a makeup & hair trial which I had prior to my engagement shoot. I really suggest getting a trial done! I switched it up a bit for my actual wedding day as the makeup I choose originally did not stand out in photos as I would have hoped. Overall, 10/10. I would definitely recommend them! Very professional, fast at replying, reasonable prices.

Details: I could not have been happier with my experience with the Glammed Up team! First of all, their pricing is on their website, which is so refreshing and convenient, especially when you're trying to book services for a destination wedding in Vegas. I knew we wouldn't be able to do a trial run, but I followed their Instagram accounts and really liked the looks I was seeing. So often it seems like you see the same sort of wedding makeup and hairstyles but I felt like the looks I saw from Glammed Up had more variation while still looking gorgeous, which told me they were open to working with the client on the look they wanted instead of just having a default look for all brides and parties. They were also very good at email communications since I had a lot of questions and moving pieces while getting the appointment booked. There were no surprises or miscommunications. In addition to hair and makeup for me, the bride, I had two bridesmaids and my mom, all of whom wanted different hairstyles. We had Natalie (one of the owners!) for hair and Lauren for makeup, and both were just outstanding. They were very friendly and professional, listening to what we wanted or offering ideas when we weren't totally sure. Everyone seriously looked so beautiful when we were done. One of my bridesmaids said she thought she'd never looked better, even at her own wedding. And my makeup and hair lasted all night, even though I cried throughout my whole ceremony and during speeches at the reception. I also had a photo shoot the day after my wedding with my photographer, so I'd booked Glammed Up for the next day as well to recreate the look. Lauren came back for my makeup though I had a different stylist for my hair, and the result was still fabulous. A great experience all around. OH plus - because of COVID-19, the whole team wore masks as well while they worked on us and gave us tips for how to avoid messing up our makeup too badly when we had to wear our masks on the way to the ceremony. 10/10 would book again.

My wedding day hair and makeup lasted, looked fantastic in photos and felt like "me" while still being very beautiful and put together. My only comment would be to be aware that while I communicated in emails with Natalie and Elizabeth, it was two separate vendors for hair and makeup who were there for my trial and day of services. They were fantastic - I just wasn't expecting someone else.

list that came to do our hair, not Natalie or Elizabeth, did a good job. Worst communicating skills ever from business owners. I had 3 other vendors for my wedding and they were the worst. We would discuss things via text and whoever responds to emails has no idea what was already discussed. This is what they told me via email: “Yes for hair for the bridesmaid it’s $85 each and as well for the groom for hair and light makeup. Please book through our website. Click the “book your event” tab. Fill out the information first then click submit, then go back in and leave a $50 nonrefundable deposit that goes towards your amount. We will confirm with you once we receive it.” From that, I assumed $85 total for the groom’s light hair and makeup but it turns out it was $85 EACH, which comes to a total of $170. I didn’t know until a month before the wedding, which was after I paid the deposit. And speaking of deposit, nowhere did it indicate it was a $50 PER PERSON deposit in that text above. So I was notified I have only booked for one person about 3 weeks after I paid the initial deposit. They knew I was trying to book for more than one person. A week before the wedding, I receive the invoice. And a couple days later, I check the portal and see that it was PAID. They linked someone else’s receipt to the portal, so I couldn’t pay it (there was no longer a button for me to click “pay”). So I explained and asked them to send the invoice again. The response I got was, they sent that invoice a few weeks ago already but they don’t see that it had been paid. Too frustrated to even try to make them understand and just paid it once they sent me a new invoice. There are more small little things that I don’t want to elaborate on anymore but overall, not a business I would like to work with in the future.

Speaking with them over email was fantastic and they really helped me narrow down what I needed to do and what they needed from me to execute everything for the wedding day in a very professional and kind manner! When it came to the wedding day they were extremely prompt and helped organize all the crazy ladies to make sure we meet all photo and video deadlines and worked extremely well with our photographer adam trujillo! They made getting ready so easy too and really executed my wedding day vision beautifully. This review doesn't do them justice they are fabulous and HIGHLY recommend them for LV Weddings or events! he whole process. I wanted extensions and was scared they would look too fake, but of course Natalie delivered and everyone was complimenting me on my hair. Elizabeth did my makeup and it was flawless. It stayed on all night even after dancing like a fool! My bridal party loves all their looks (hair was done by JoJo) and the time management was executed perfectly. We never felt rushed! Honestly if you need hair/makeup done, these are your girls!!! Not to mention they are SUPER nice and down to earth! Thanks girls for making me feel like a princess on my wedding day!!

t by saying we had 9 people needing to get makeup done (3 full makeup and the rest were airbrush and eyeshadow only). So for 9 ppl you would think they would have 2 ppl come to do it and instead they sent 1 person..thought "ok maybe this girl who I hadn't met or talked to or had not seen their specific work since they just contract out girls would be able to handle it." I thought wrong.. first off she gets there and says everyone is doing airbrush and eyeshadow only.. which was wrong.. so the miscommunication from I guess the schedulers to the artist was off... That was fine.. just annoying to deal with..to have to call them and get it worked out..none the less pressed on. The day goes on and the schedule timeframe is running behind, 3 girls needed to get their makeup fixed because it wasn't blended along their neck because the airbrush was to dark if not orange....almost everyone had to make their own adjustments, including myself.. the bride.. then to top it off.. one of the girls that was to be getting full makeup didnt even get full makeup because she was behind... Just very unprofessional all around and a pretty disappointing service. Save your money and go to another person or team in Vegas.. because you really don't know what you can expect from glammed up lasVegas...

edia. I reserved a trial run for hair and make-up for my engagement photos. I was very pleased with the outcome so I reserved them for our wedding day. I reserved 3 hair and 2 make-up appointments. The mother of the bride looked absolutely stunning and she was extremely satisfied with the outcome. My maid of honor was naturally glowing. I felt so beautiful on our special day. The added extensions in long hair made my hair "full" and glamorous (I have very fine/thin hair). The natural make-up application was flawless. They are very well-rounded and diverse on all types of skin and ethnic facial features. We thank you very much for your exceptional skills and communication. for me, I also compared to a few others but I loved how efficient they were getting back to me about cost and booking. They also had other great reviews and loved their portfolio. My bridal party loved them and we loved that we got along with them so well. They were very efficient getting us all done on time. I would recommend them to anyone in the Las Vegas area. woke up sick on my wedding day. Natalie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She did my mother and all my bridesmaids first and we held off on mine until the last possible moment. She was very patient, understanding and very sweet and reassuring. I looked beautiful! She put color back into me and I got a million compliments. They were wonderfully easy to work with. Very responsive and helpful with any questions you may have. 100% recommended!

Scheduling my hair and makeup trial was so easy. I showed Natalie some inspiration photos for my hair and she exceeded every expectation I had. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, she went above and beyond with my hair on my wedding day! Same with Elizabeth. I didn’t have a vision when it came to my makeup so I wasn’t very helpful in describing what I wanted, but it’s like she could read my mind in what I thought was beautiful and she made me look better than I could have ever imagined for the trial. Then she absolutely blew me away with my wedding day makeup! Both ladies are incredibly professional and two of the nicest people in the world. They went above and beyond in making me feel special and look my absolute best on my big day. I am so incredibly thankful to have found a wonderful company to work with for such an important aspect of my wedding. Not to mention how AMAZING my bridal party and our moms looked. WOW! My girls all gave the same comments on how incredible they looked. We’ve all been in other weddings and have been made up before but Natalie and Elizabeth are truly the best we have ever seen. My wedding was in Lake Tahoe and I trusted these ladies so much that it was so important for me to fly them there to glam me up! I promise you will be so thankful you booked Glammed Up!
