ys before we are told we must find our own way of getting the setups to the reception, she comes and sets up half the tables the day of and then never comes back to pick up the table setups and boxes. She only did half the work and when she did it, she did a VERY poor job, I will be never using her again and will tell everyone never to use her

d. The day of the wedding she came in didn't speak she act as if she didn't want to be there she was so tired very unprofessional along with the help she had with her. On this day also some man I had never met before shows up says he there to take pictures because the initial gentleman I met was sick! She failed to tell me this! My head table where my husband and I was suppose to sit was supposed to be decorated when we came out to sit for the reception the table was bare!!! After several emails and calls I got in touch with her she claimed she was out of town and she would contact me when she got back about my refund for the things she failed to provide. It's been four months still no refund or response.. She will see me in court. Her prices cheap! YOU GET WHAT U PAY FOR!

all of the events she has done, I was set at ease. She even includes pick-up at no charge, if it can be done the same night as the event. I loved the way the chairs looked & would recommend Glamorous Elegance for any event.

ig, and some of the chair covers ripped. We talked back and forth, about the cost of replacing or fixing them. We eventually came to the conclusion that she would take $25 out of my $100 deposit to fix them. Ok, sounds great! She then told me she would put my $75 in the mail the next day. It has now been 4 months, and she does not respond to my emails or phone calls, and I havent seen my money. This doesnt even anger me in regards to the money. I think its based on principal. I dont know why she cut off contact, but I find it completely unprofessional, and just plain rude. I know we got a great deal on the chair covers, and everything seemed hunky dory. But, we do have a signed contract stating that the money is to be refunded to me after the wedding. Its not worth me taking it any further, but word of mouth is powerful, and im determined to make sure everyone is aware. I also have a cousin who used her a few weeks before me, she was getting married out of town, and so she picked up the chair covers on her own, then dropped them off when finished. She never heard from her again, nor did she get her money back either. So, its not a one time event.

covers, when my person bailed. Then during her set up, on her way some chair covers blew off her truck, so rather then put them on the chairs, wrinkly, she drove all the way back with new ones. WOW! Her pricing is also very affordable!
