Paid in full for our wedding. Jack Glaser used our deposit money on luxury cars, eating out at fancy restaurants, and vacations instead of paying his own employees...and t...
hen blamed it all on covid.
Company closed and we did not get any of our money back.
Please mark this company as forever CLOSED.
So glad I didn't pay in full. So glad I eloped in 2020 and used most of my credits then, still out $700 from the unused credits. Is anyone suing because I would love to get my mone...
y back. The owners should serve time for scaming so many people out of their money. Shame on the Knot for recommending this company.
Sure glad the "Knot" recommended this company. Wedding was in June 2021.....Paid in advance over $4500 for package and now they are closed.....no photos, nothing and out the pre-pa...
id funds.
As you can tell by the number of poor reviews, Glasser screwed over hundreds of clients and employees. I found out through a wedding group on Facebook that they had closed and were...
not offering refunds. I attempted to get in touch via multiple emails and phone calls to the owner, Jack, and McLauryn, the wedding consultant I booked through and never heard back. I never heard from Glasser directly that they were closing and not offering refunds, I attempted to contact their attorney and he said he was no longer working with them. We paid over $4000 up front, they were offering a 10% discount to pay up front, which was a poor decision in hindsight. An absolute nightmare and very poorly handled by Jack Glasser. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If I could give zero stars I would. we booked with Glasser in September for our wedding in October 2022. They suddenly closed their doors two weeks ago and are not giving refunds. ...
I paid in full because they were running a promotion that gave you 10% off for paying up front. What a scam! They didn't even have to balls to contact all of their current clients (me included). Many had to find out through Facebook and the news. Glasser is also screwing over all his employees and subcontractors. Sorry excuse for a human. BOOOOOO đź‘Ž
DO NOT BOOK THIS VENDOR. My fiancé and I are getting married next month and found out TODAY (through a text of a random phone number) that we no longer had photographers for our we...
dding. We paid thousands of dollars IN FULL back in July 2021…the only reason we paid in full that far in advance was because Glasser convinced us that if we did this, we would receive $500 off of our package along with a “special print”. I am sickened by this company and am now out thousands of dollars with no photographer for our wedding in just a few weeks.
Need I say more^
Married in June of 2021. Didnt receive a sneak peak until September, 16 photos. Now they have closed the doors and we are left without our photos. This guys has to release them for...
us to get them and that has not been done!
If you are also a victim of this company, find information on Facebook page "Hold Glasser Accountable "!!
DO NOT BOOK THIS VENDOR. We booked both photography and videography with them back in April for our wedding in September 2022 and just took our engagement photos a few weeks ago on...
ly to learn as of yesterday through social media posts they are closed as a business (word is due to bankruptcy) and don’t plan on giving a refund or any of our photos. There are also many stories that they haven’t been paying their employees for months either. A disgrace of a company taking advantage of peoples biggest day of their lives. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
We are one of the unfortunate couples who got swindled out of $3,000 by Glasser Images. Absolutely heartbroken for those who had their photos already taken that will likely never g...

I am saddened and disgusted by this company. Not a word from them after the wedding and find out from Facebook that they closed their doors and are going bankrupt. They also refuse...
to either refund or give the photos I PAID for! now I’m out almost $4000 and no photos or anything to show for it. thanks glasser images for nothing and now I have no memories to show of my wedding.
This disgusting company stole $3,000 from me and hundreds of thousands from others. I am sickened by the way Jack Glasser handled closing his business. Couples left with no photogr...
apher 48 hours before their wedding, no refunds, and employees unpaid. He hasn’t even reached out to tell me. I had to find out on social media! Disgusting.
We booked and paid in full for our wedding photography and videography only for the company to close with no notice. We are out several thousand dollars. Luckily we got our engagem...
ent photos back a week before they closed, but we still haven't received word from Glasser in regards to our wedding next year. So upset and frustrated.
We used them for our wedding in August. Our photographer and videographer were amazing but unfortunately this company closed out of the blue, didn’t notify any of their clients and...
we will probably never get our photos or video. I’m sick to my stomach
The company closed with no notice and no refunds to current clients.
Closed without notifying current customers. We don't know when or if we will be getting our photos and will likely have to pay to get them edited.
Eight days from now will be the best day of my life. However it won’t be any easier due to the lack of professionalism from Glasser Images.
We have fabulous support who have agre...
ed to shoot our wedding despite the circumstances and for that I am forever grateful. Glasser cancelled on all weddings as of October 7 with no refund.
My fellow brides. I am here for you and we will stand together. I would NEVER recommend Glasser Images and if you call the owner Jack, tell them Addie sent you.
We shot our wedding with them in August and they closed out of the blue and we have not received any wedding photos and not sure if we ever will.
There were much better ways to handle bankruptcy but you continued to book events with people and steal their money.
As you can see - everything happening with Glasser is an absolute mess - a heartbreaking mess. Photos/videos are such a huge part of a wedding day & the thousands of dollars stolen...
is incredibly devastating.
Where’s my damn money!!! You crooks should be in jail!
what they haven't even given me an email saying they are closing. what am I suppose to do about that money, I already paid everything upfront. I'm so upset hearing about this.
HORRIBLE! We paid them thousands of dollars and did not receive our services do to them closing on October 7th 2021. By doing that, they said all contracts were void and they would...
not be issuing refunds. Legal action is currently being perused by many affected by this.
Absolutely ridiculous that we've spent over $4,000 and got our wedding photos done just to be told that you shut down and now our pictures will not be given to us. I can not believ...
e how this business has been run and thst you guys are okay with screwing over hundreds of brides on their wedding day. We didn't have any other pictures taken, per the contract said no one was allowed to, and so now we are left with nothing. Thank you for taking my money, ruining my day, and with holding the only memories that were captured of my day. I truly hope karma bites you. This is so unbelievable.
DO. NOT. BOOK.
They’ve closed with no warning to staff or clients and are not offering a refund. Wedding is in 28 days and I’m out of luck. I feel for the people who have even le...

ing our wedding, oh and we won’t be getting a refund. So yeah, we are out over $5000 and had to scramble to find two photographers and a videographer.
I feel so bad for all of the couples who recently had their weddings because now they have no idea what will happen to their pictures. This is a nightmare
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They scammed us and thousands of other people. They are now permanently closed
You should really look into this company! Apparently they are closing! Many of us have paid and have not received the photos/videos. Some are getting married this weekend only to b...

They decided to close down their business and sent an email to their customers and say that they are closing! THEY ALSO SAID THEY REFUSE TO PAY ANY OF THE MONEY BACK TO THEIR CUSTO...
MERS WHO ALREADY PAID THEM FOR THEIR SERVICES! This is THEFT AND FRAUD!
Brides and grooms PAID THEM between $4,500 - $5,000 to shoot their weddings! They decided to close their business and are keeping the money!! It is all written out in a single email to their customers!
ABSOLUTE FRAUD!
Please do not book Glasser!! Just today they closed suddenly and are NOT giving refunds. Many couples are trying to navigate this, it just happened a few hours ago. But please be a...

So so happy with our engagement photos! Connor was amazing to work with and understand what we were wanting perfectly. We can’t wait for Glasser to do our wedding!
Glasser Images has been wonderful to work with! We booked them for our wedding in August 2022. The whole process was smooth and everyone was so helpful! We recently got our engage...
ment pictures back and they turned out beautifully! Natalie was our photographer for these and she was wonderful to work with! We can't wait for next August! :)
Glasser Images was outstanding and captured our wedding day beautifully!!! The day of team was on time, enthusiastic, and was EVERYWHERE capturing ALL the best moments! We experien...
ced some rain on our wedding day, but that didn’t phase our photographers or videographer at all! They still worked to make sure we got the most stunning photos and got everything that we wanted! We had Kevin for our photographer and Rocco for our videographer. They were a phenomenal team and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did! I highly recommend them for your big day!!
I am very disappointed with glasser images. After seeing nothing but beautiful pictures on their social media I thought it would be a great experience. It turns out the photographe...
r I was emailing with was not who we ended up with. They hire out smaller photographers to cover the events they book. Trisha did a great job and next time I will just book with her company. We paid for 2 photographers and the second one showed up smelling like weed and super unprofessional. We paid thousands of dollars and get to have pictures taken by someone who was high to cherish for the rest of our lives. Awesome…
Quality photographs from a professional, friendly, amazing team. Still waiting on our video, but can’t stop looking at our stunning photos.
Ryan & Kevin made us feel comfortable (...
both of us feel awkward in front of the camera) and kept it fun & light and added more fun to our wedding day.
We booked with Glasser in December 2020 for our wedding in July 2022. So far they have kept in touch with us wonderfully, and accommodated all of our needs. We got a 1hr engagement...
session for free with our booking which also went great. They turned out beautiful! I can’t wait for the big day!
Glasser Images has been amazing to work with. They are by far the most reasonably priced for their incredible quality pictures and videos! they always have promotional offers too, ...
they include a free engagement session or photo book. They value all of their clients and you can feel that in the way they prioritize you. And most important of all, for my fiance and I taking professional photographs seemed like it would be a super awkward experience, but our photographer Kevin made our experience fun and eased our nerves behind the camera.
I absolutely love working with this company! They took our engagement photos and they turned out absolutely amazing! I would seriously recommend them to anyone who is getting marri...
ed (I already have!) they’re so friendly and keep you updated on everything they are doing and check in to see if they can do anything else!
Our engagement photos turned out amazing! We had so much fun and felt very comfortable despite not being photographed often. Our photographer is Zach and we are out of the Denver ...
area. We highly recommend! We cannot wait for our wedding photos!
We used Glasser for our engagement pictures in Minneapolis and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We decided to move our engagement session the day before our original...
scheduled time due to bad weather forecasted and I was worried we wouldn't be able to get on their calendar again for a long time. However, within a few hours, the Glasser team found a new time within the same week of our original session day. During our session, our photographer, Stacia, was so genuine and fun to work with. Me and my fiance had never taken professional pictures together and she made us feel so comfortable and we had a great time! She went above and beyond and stayed longer to take more pictures in cool and unique spots. The turnaround time was fast and we're so happy with the images. We highly recommend to Glasser for their all-around professionalism, communication, and talented team.
We really enjoy having Glasser Images capture our special moments. In 2018 we had them for our wedding videography. When we were looking for someone to take our maternity photos it...
was easy to pick Glasser Images. Jadea was our photographer and she helped us relax as we had to quickly change our outdoor photo plan due to unexpected weather. Our in studio photos turned out wonderful!
It’s super unfortunate the pictures didn’t capture our wedding how we wished it be. The photos were repetitive, out of focus, proper lighting wasn’t brought for our venue and the e...
vent wasn’t fully covered. There is a photo of a cat! Plus empty perfume bottles that have nothing to do with the wedding and my flowers look like they died a year ago. I’m more then disappointed, I’m humiliated. These photos are now being kept between my husband and I as we refuse to share the humility.
Also, the videographer never even got in contact with me for the music.
There are better photographers actually worth $4,000.
I was reached out to once to offer me $300 and once I went into depth all that happened, no one responded.
We hired Glasser Images for our engagement photos, wedding day photos, and they also did our invitations. Alexis was our original photographer who did our engagement photos and she...
was amazing. She was incredibly flexible. For some reason it was 95 degrees and windy every time we tried to take photos, and with no hesitation she was able to reschedule.
For our wedding we found out that Alexis wouldn't be able to be our photographer and last minute they placed Jacqueline with us. It made me a little uneasy but after looking at Jacque's work, my fears instantly disappeared. Then we met her and it was meant to be! Jacque seriously made our day SO fun. Her and Steven (second shooter), were AMAZING. I already know our pictures are going to be amazing. If you have the option to request photographers in the MSP area, REQUEST JACQUE AND STEVEN IMMEDIATELY.
We didn't want to break the bank on wedding invitations, so we used Glasser for our "paper design". If you are picky about your wedding invitations and would like a lot of intricate detail work, Glasser might not be for you. Our invitations got the job done, and looked exactly like the examples I gave them.
So far working with Glasser has been extremely easy, organized and stress free. We recently took our engagement pictures and they turned out better than I could have hoped for. Co...
ntact with Glasser has also been exceptional.
It looks like my wife’s review was removed for some reason, so I am posting it here.
While I would love to give Glasser a great review, I can’t at this time. After our wedding re...
ception in September of 2020 we were told we would receive our wedding video in 3 months, then 3 months rolled around and it was 3-5 months, 5 months rolled around and now they’re telling us it won’t be ready for another month. Maybe even longer. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and change in timeline especially after the amount of money we spent on them. Hoping we get our video soon so that I can update this review!
Glasser saved the day! Our original photographer disappeared after we took our engagement session. After months of no communication we looked for another option. Glasser was availa...
ble, affordable, and has multiple photographers with amazing talent! They worked quickly to redo our engagement session for us and did a fantastic job at our wedding earlier this month! We got our sneak peak, and I'm so happy and grateful we booked Glasser!
They are easy to work with and responsive. I love they work all over, too! We also appreciated the discount of paying in full since we lost our deposit with our original photographer. You won't regret going with Glasser Images!
Great to work with! They were open to making all of our ideas work out, but also provided direction in the areas we needed help in.
We had both our engagement pictures and wedding day pictures with Glasser and loved everything! Connor did our pictures for our engagement pictures and he was so great to work with...
and took the nervousness out of the day; the turn around was amazing for pictures. Gabby did our pictures for the day of and she was so easy going; we can't wait to get ours back! Something that sold us on the company was having a payment plan option; things can get spendy and add up but having this option was amazing!
Glasser Images is a phenomenal company. They have exceeded my expectations for photography. I worked with Evan, Kevin and I believe it was Cory and they were incredible. The staff ...
is super friendly, funny and overall amazing. I just recently got my sneak peak photos and they brought tears to my eyes. They caught so many important memories, and they would hide in the background so you would not even know they were there. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it! :)
They were so easy and fun to work with, and our photos turned out amazing! We are seriously blown away!
