e are out over $5000 and had to scramble to find two photographers and a videographer. I feel so bad for all of the couples who recently had their weddings because now they have no idea what will happen to their pictures. This is a nightmare

FRAUD! Brides and grooms PAID THEM between $4,500 - $5,000 to shoot their weddings! They decided to close their business and are keeping the money!! It is all written out in a single email to their customers! ABSOLUTE FRAUD!

we wouldn't be able to get on their calendar again for a long time. However, within a few hours, the Glasser team found a new time within the same week of our original session day. During our session, our photographer, Stacia, was so genuine and fun to work with. Me and my fiance had never taken professional pictures together and she made us feel so comfortable and we had a great time! She went above and beyond and stayed longer to take more pictures in cool and unique spots. The turnaround time was fast and we're so happy with the images. We highly recommend to Glasser for their all-around professionalism, communication, and talented team.

These photos are now being kept between my husband and I as we refuse to share the humility. Also, the videographer never even got in contact with me for the music. There are better photographers actually worth $4,000. I was reached out to once to offer me $300 and once I went into depth all that happened, no one responded.

For our wedding we found out that Alexis wouldn't be able to be our photographer and last minute they placed Jacqueline with us. It made me a little uneasy but after looking at Jacque's work, my fears instantly disappeared. Then we met her and it was meant to be! Jacque seriously made our day SO fun. Her and Steven (second shooter), were AMAZING. I already know our pictures are going to be amazing. If you have the option to request photographers in the MSP area, REQUEST JACQUE AND STEVEN IMMEDIATELY. We didn't want to break the bank on wedding invitations, so we used Glasser for our "paper design". If you are picky about your wedding invitations and would like a lot of intricate detail work, Glasser might not be for you. Our invitations got the job done, and looked exactly like the examples I gave them.

edding video in 3 months, then 3 months rolled around and it was 3-5 months, 5 months rolled around and now they’re telling us it won’t be ready for another month. Maybe even longer. We are very disappointed with the lack of communication and change in timeline especially after the amount of money we spent on them. Hoping we get our video soon so that I can update this review!

When the pandemic hit, Glasser was flexible and they were easily able to change locations for the ceremony, reception, and getting ready. We were bummed to not have Nikayla shoot our wedding day but Kacey, Stacia, and Stephen were absolutely amazing! They were fun, respectful, and helped us to feel comfortable. They gave us direction for posing for pictures and video and helped direct our crazy families to get some pictures. I have seen a couple of the preview pictures and they are incredible! se have flawless faces, expect to keep your acne in your wedding/engagement pictures. When I asked them about this they stated that most brides are proud and want to stay true to themselves! I don't know about you, but i don't feel as pretty with acne! The one thing I wish I would've done differently in my wedding is finding a different photographer!

All of our photos capture the personalities of everyone in and at our wedding perfectly. As a couple who can feel uncomfortable in front of a camera, Kevin made us feel incredibly relaxed and at ease when it came to photos. And have I mentioned how amazing our video is!? It is beyond anything we expected and wanted and love reliving our wedding day over and over again. Joe managed to capture all the little things we may have missed or were a blur on our wedding day. He was even able to incorporate some personal videos into it and made it all the more magical. The thought and care Kevin, Joe, and the entire team put into our photos and video is and was perfection. We couldn't be happier! Even with living in Denver (where we had our engagement photos taken) and our wedding being in Chicago, they were incredibly easy to communicate and schedule with. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted by sending a questionnaire for special requests, wedding themes, etc. The Colorado photographers were really quirky, fun, and easy to shoot with In my opinion, the most important thing they did during my wedding was they were able to get all of these GORGEOUS photos throughout the ceremony and reception without being in our faces the entire time Do yourself a favor and book them NOW!! THANK YOU Glasser Images!!!

derful, we have little to no complaints about him. After our wedding we contacted Glasser regarding a timeline for a sneak peak and receiving all of our photos. Our consultant did not reply for a few days, so I called and asked to speak with her on the phone. She was out of the office and shortly after that we received a very generic email from Glasser being very vague about the time frame saying it takes about 90 days. We continued to wait and were very pleased when our sneak peak album included about 50 photos, which is much more than we anticipated. We then continued to wait for our full album with wedding party and family photos. When 90 days approached I called our consultant and she explained that 90 days was an estimate and we received the same generic email from them. We kept waiting and as we waited our sneak peak album expired. At 120 days (a month after their approximation) I called and my consultant was very understanding of why I was upset and said she would talk to the editing team and get me a more solid date and call me back. She did not. I called a week later and she said, "Oh I'm glad you called, I lost the post-it I wrote your info on." Then proceeded to tell me she talked with them and our photos would be up by the end of the week. They sent us a $100 code to use to order prints from them, but it can't even buy the cheapest canvas ($132.95). I don't really want to order anything from them because I'm afraid I won't receive it for 120 days. Our photos were finally posted, but there were photos that we had in our sneak peak album that were not in our final album or on our flashdrive, there were SEVERAL photos with eyes closed. I called afterward to explain these issues and she renewed our sneak peak album so I could download the missing photos onto our flashdrive myself. I had to send all the photo numbers with eyes closed for them to fix and they had them back to me by the next day. If it was that easy to fix them, why was it not done in the 120 days they had to edit them? There are still some photos that never showed up like the bride putting on her shoes, which I am positive they took photos of. We were very disappointed with how long it took for our photos to be finished and how it didn't seem to bother them at all. We got married in July and we got our photos ten days before Christmas. If it takes them that long to finish one photo album, they should have hired more editors instead of expanding in more locations. We love our photos, but were very disappointed with the process we had to go through.

raphers were wonderful! We had Alexis H. for our engagement photos and Jenna B. for our wedding photos. Both did a great job and were super friendly which made it a fun and relaxing experience. The only downside is learning how to be patient waiting for the rest of our wedding photos. ;-) They do a great job editing so I know it will be worth it but we are just so excited it makes the wait hard! Ha! Overall, we are really happy with our experience and would recommend going with Glasser Images!

(which is fine) but I was disappointed to not get to work with the person we were originally told we would get. I was not impressed with the second shooter on the day of (they mentioned it was one of their first weddings to my dad which made me anxious) they were pretty timid about photos and it was a bummer because that was one of the reasons I picked this company - for the second shooter option. The second shooter struggled with our groomsmen photos - I'm nervous to see how they look and it should have been the job of our first photographer to jump in and make sure we got the shots we wanted with all the boys if the other person could not manage. At one point at the ceremony site, our second shooter said she had to go and get the other photographer to take pictures inside the church. Family members commented that they did not take charge at the event. During the cocktail hour our photographer was no where to be found and I called her to touch base as our ride was leaving for the wedding party and she needed to be with us. That was frustrating because on your wedding day you shouldn't have to locate your photographer ESPECIALLY when we had went over our itinerary prior to our wedding - which by the way we were contacted 20 minutes later for that phone call than our scheduled time which did not seem professional. It was warm out on the day of so our photos in the morning before the ceremony ended a lot earlier than planned (basically because the wedding party did not have other creative ideas nor did our photographer), but it was a bummer to have added time based off of Glasser Images recommendation for our timeline and then not have photos taken for almost a two hour timespan when the clock was ticking and that time was paid for. That means we could have started getting ready much later in the day - photographers have done this dozens of times, brides have not so they need some guidance on timelines. My mom was frustrated and I was trying not to let it get me down - but definitely an upset for the day. I was pleased with communication with staff while booking and it was always a breeze to get a hold of them. They are affordable and their site is impressive and easy to navigate, and I also love their images on social media so I am hopeful our images turn out but I am a little anxious to see. Photos were one of my top priorities for the wedding - we even skipped a videographer to put more money into pictures to stick in our budget - so I really hope they documented everything in the style I have come to love throughout our engagement as I'd follow Glasser Image's posts anticipating our wedding. Overall I like the product of Glasser Images (from what I have seen since we have not heard from our photographer yet since the event a few weeks ago or viewed a photo) but am frustrated with the customer service. I guess we will see how things turn out!

the photographers made sure to find an outdoor spot with the vision we had, but also making sure it could accommodate for when it rained. Connor was very nice, outgoing and helpful throughout the whole process. It started to rain during our first look pictures, but he picked us up in his car so we didn’t have to walk in it and also wiped all of the mud off both mine and my husband’s shoes - something we didn’t expect a photographer to do, but greatly appreciated! So glad we went with Glasser Images!

ings as bridal party members, family members, and guests, so we had a few ideas of what we wanted that day to look like. Videographer? Meh. Live band? Maybe. Cake? Whatever. But a quality photographer? Definite must-have. I have many friends and relatives that cite their biggest regret as not having at least a handful of quality pictures from their wedding day. They went the route of having a friend or cousin take photos- and they wish they hadn't. Everyone's intentions were good, but the final product fell way too short. I asked around and looked online. I knew Glasser Images on their reputation already, but feared they would be out of our price range. After shopping around, I found they were the most reasonably priced photographer, of that quality and style, by leaps and bounds. Also, from what I could tell, there were no hidden costs or surprises. Included with the wedding package was an engagement session, full day coverage, and access to all the photos they captured. The only optional extra cost/not included in the package cost was a wedding album, which was of the highest quality, and was far more beautiful than I expected. I highly recommend ordering an album through them. Sure, you can make a cheaper one yourself, but it's completely worth it to have them put it together and print it. Also included with the standard package: their complete professionalism, familiarity with weddings, incredible work ethic, pre-planning detail work, and expertise. Holy crap- these people know their stuff. We met with Jack about two months prior to our wedding day to discuss the flow, the shots we wanted, timing, etc. He covered every base, every possible scenario, every everything. We didn't have all that much planned at that point, but working with him got many more things lined up and in place- which was great- way way way great (and needed!). I've been part of weddings where the photographer added stress to the day; with Glasser Images, not only will your stress be lessened, but everything will be brighter and better. They are truly wonderful people who work VERY hard to get every shot you want and more. They made that day even more special and personalized, they stuck around the dance to get all the shots we wanted, and they gave us so many polished photos to choose from (but not a ridiculous amount to shuffle through), that we were spoiled for choice. I cannot stress this enough: hiring Glasser Images to do our wedding photography was the absolute best wedding-planning decision we made. I can't think of one complaint or one thing I would change.
