Wow! My husband and I were both so so impressed with the service we received at Glen Oaks! Everything and everyone involved was amazing! Brian Shay was so helpful and we truly felt taken care of throughout the planning process, from the beginning of our venue search through the morning after our wedding. Our guests RAVED about the food, the bar, and the space. For dinner we had a buffet with chicken au champagne, beef tenderloin tips with spaetzle, and salmon with pineapple salsa. I had several guests tell me it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. The venue is BEAUTIFUL and everyone was very professional. They are definitely experienced in the wedding game. No complaints whatsoever. Hands down, I would recommend and choose Glen Oaks again and again and again in the future! Thank you to everyone at Glen Oaks for making our wedding day so memorable!!!

The staff (Bill and Brian) were so helpful during the wedding planning process. It was very easy to work with them and ask any questions we had. The venue is beautiful and we loved having an enclosed space for the ceremony and a beautiful indoor setting for the reception. The food was PHENOMENAL. So many of our friends and family keep telling us how it was the best food they've had at a wedding and I couldn't agree more. The biggest catch for me as the bride was the bridal suite, which includes 3 rooms and a bathroom. It was so wonderful to have so much space as my bridesmaids and I got ready for the day. It was stunning. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!

We had our reception at Glen Oaks and the staff was absolutely excellent. Even better was the food! We did a buffet with the dessert bar...and people are still talking about how amazing the food was and how full they were after eating. We ended up having about 210 people and it was just enough so that we could all move around comfortably. The bar was also great, very fast, never a line. Great venue and highly recommend!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! They have been so accommodating to all of our needs and wants. It's absolutely beautiful inside and out. I wanted to be married outside and the ceremony area is gorgeous! We both loved it. And inside was perfect for all of our guests. They loved all the room in there & the deck that over looked the gorgeous golf course. Also, EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE cannot stop raving to us about the food. It was delicious!! And the amount of items and different foods was the best for everyones different tastes and palettes. We just want to go back and eat again :) I will always have a special place in my heart for this place as they made our day that much more spectacular and amazing!! Do yourself a favor and make sure you check this place out, you definitely will not regret it.

I loved having my wedding ceremony at Glen Oaks. They met with my husband and I many times in advance in order to ensure they knew exactly how we envisioned our day and they helped to make it happen just like that. I put a 4/5 because we rented the space from 8am-4pm and the week before they let me know we needed to have the upstairs room completely cleaned up by 3 even though our contract and plan was for 4. It ended up being okay and we were allowed to remain on the grounds for photos until 4 but that was a little stressful. Other than that, it was a beautiful HOT day and they helped us by having a big bucket of ice available to put our water bottles in, having tables set up with linens for programs and at the altar. I'd do it here again in a heartbeat!

Glen Oaks and the staff are amazing! They were so well prepared for everything. There was a chance of rain on our wedding day and they made sure to set up for indoor and outdoor ceremony to make the decision as easy on us as possible! They kept everything rolling on schedule. The buffet I can't say enough good things about! The food was incredible and there were so many options (definitely something for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian)! The space was just perfect! Thank you Glen Oaks and your incredible staff for helping to make me and my husbands day everything we had ever dreamed!

We cannot say enough nice things about this venue.... The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the venue is just absolutely gorgeous! Our wedding was October 21- and as we are getting back from our honeymoon and seeing people, the very first thing they have to say is how amazing the food was as well!

Glen Oaks was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our daughter just had the best experience working with Glen Oaks on the planning, wedding ceremony and reception. The food was excellent. We had people tell us it was the Best Wedding Meal they have ever had! The staff is kind, always willing to go out of their way to answer any questions and just extremely helpful to make you wedding a wondering evening. These people are excellent to work, the grounds were beautiful, the getting ready day was absolutely wonderful for my daughters and bridal party in the bridal suite in the upstairs of Glen Oaks. They just go above and beyond to help you make your wedding the best ever! These people are excellent and the grounds, food and staff are amazing....

Glen Oaks was amazing to work with. The room and grounds are gorgeous. The food was amazing. Bill and all of the other staff were professional, quick at answering emails, and so kind. I would recommend for any event.

Glen Oaks did an amazing job with our wedding! We had our ceremony in the outdoor space and our reception inside. Planning Process: GO was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had through the planning process. They sent us pictures of things we asked for which was helpful when getting decorations and such together. They worked with us on having a beef or chicken option (rather than both which was standard). They asked that we put together directions as to where I want decorations set up and they did everything exactly how I wanted it! As far as the bar, we had a premiere bar. However we did ask if they could purchase Fireball--a crowd favorite! And the Fireball was being poured all night long! Ceremony: The ceremony space was beautiful. There were many flowers planted which was gorgeous for pictures. Our wedding was a very hot day. Luckily GO let us bring in water for the guests. GO put it in coolers of ice which the guests really appreciated. Dinner: Everyone could not stop talking about how great the food was! We did two hot appetizers with cheese, crackers, fruits, and veggies. In addition we had a chicken/ beef option for dinnre. As far as the late night snack we had soft pretzels and some cookies and brownies (for my husbands sweet tooth). I am a popcorn addict and GO let me bring in all the popcorn we wanted. The staff was very tentative to our needs. The food seemed to get out in a timely manner which is always important for party flow. Everyone raved about how good the food was! My only thing I wished was that they had a waiter designated to the bridal party. We had to ask random friends and family walking by if they could grab us a drink so we could eat quick! The bar tenders worked their butts off! Everyone was drinking all night and they did a great job keeping our guests "hydrated." Overall- GO did an amazing job!! I would not have changed anything!!

It is Monday morning May 16, 2016, my daughter was married and had her reception at Glenn Oaks this weekend. As a father of the bride this will be one of the biggest days of your life! I can not say enough about how AWESOME all the people are at Glenn Oaks. They OVERACHIEVED our expectations at every level. All the managers we dealt with for the months leading up to the big day were amazing, but I must give a huge shout out to Bill as he was the Manager the day of. We received "hundreds" and I'm not exaggerating one bit...it was hundreds of compliments from our guests how amazing the food, bartenders and servers were. The dessert bar was over the top! They went above and beyond to make sure every single detail was handled. My supreme compliment is to strongly encourage every father to seriously consider this venue for your daughters Special Day.

Glen Oaks was the most perfect place for our wedding reception. From the very beginning, working with the staff was so easy and they communicated so well with us, answering all of my pesky bride questions with the utmost patience. The food was EXCELLENT, the bar was EXCELLENT and the nacho bar was EXCELLENT! We are so, so happy with our decision to have our reception here. I cannot say enough about how accommodating they were to all of our needs for decorations and even a sweets table (my Mom is a baker). This is the most wonderful place and you will NOT be disappointed for choosing this location.

Loved, loved, loved that my husband and I picked Glen Oaks for our reception location! The food was crazy good and there was so much to choose from! We went to a wedding recently where no cost was spared, the food did not even compare to Glen Oaks (Oak Management's) food! The grounds are gorgeous, the staff was so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL! We cannot stop thanking God that we chose this location over the others on our list!!!! Our guests continue to talk about how good the food was at our wedding!!!! I just wish they would leave the Bride and Groom's food out longer or put some aside for them for later in the night. We didn't get to eat all our food and would have loved to ate more. We highly recommend Glen Oaks!

I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with the team at Glen Oaks. The facility is wonderful with all the windows looking out over the golf course. Having the entire place to ourselves really helped make the day feel extra special. We got so many compliments on the food, the service... I wouldn't have changed a thing! I like that they offer "all inclusive pricing" so you don't feel nickel and dimed at the end of the night. We were supposed to get married outside but thanks to mother nature we had to make a quick change and got married inside looking out over the golf course. The vaulted ceilings give the space a grand feel... and all for a very reasonable price. We had a blast!

Glen Oaks was amazing for our wedding day. The staff was respectful and very happy to make our day the best possible. Absolutely gorgeous venue! If I could do it all ove again, I would still choose Glen Oaks.

Glen Oaks was the perfect location for our wedding. They have a beautiful garden that was a stunning background for our outdoor ceremony and a beautiful banquet hall with floor to ceiling windows where our reception was held. The staff is very professional and helped ensure that our big day was everything we ever dreamed. Glen Oaks does not do tastings, so we were initially concerned with how the food would turn out- but it was absolutely wonderful. We were very happy with the venue and would definitely recommend Glen Oaks to others.

The location was absolutely beautiful and so "homey". The people were extremely helpful and understanding and it was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding reception!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Food was fabulous, as well.

Glen Oaks exceeded all expectations, from the garden to the food to the service to the management team.

Glen Oaks Country Club was everything we could have imagined!! The setting was spectacular, the service outstanding, and the food was the best! Duet plate (plated dinner) consisted of a large piece of Filet Mignon and marinated chicken, potato, and veggie of your choice. We also had hot and cold appetizers, champagne toast for all guests, chocolate fountain, and late night fiesta bar. Everyone RAVED about the food! The manager kept coming up throughout the evening making sure everything was going well, and if there was anything we needed. They took great care of us!

We had a wonderful experience at Glen Oaks. The staff was great to work with and willing to accomodate all of our needs. The food was amazing. People are still talking about how we had the best wedding food ever!

Excellent service and the food was delicious! We received many compliments!

The staff was SO helpful with all my questions and had lots of good ideas for any concerns I came up with..for example, we had cupcakes vs. a traditional cake and they helped design a set up that looked great! They also helped me with a room set up that could accommodate our 200 guests that left everyone feeling comfortable and not "cramped". Also, the bar area is perfectly spaced out within the ballroom and it was staffed with enough bartenders to keep our previously mentioned 200 guests VERY well served :)Aesthetically the ballroom is also very pleasing and we have gotten a lot of compliments for guests on the beauty of the room as well as the view of the golf course.

Everything from the food to the friendly staff made things perfect. It is a beautiful setting and everyone that I spoke to was so helpful.

The second I pulled into the parking lot I knew this was going to be the location of our Wedding, I totally fell in love with the old world feel, from the quiet little library with the glowing fire place that leads the way into the most beautiful reception area, very spacious and wonderful wood workings, a very decent sized dance area and I just love how the buffet stations are in a separate room so that when some guests are done eating they are able to get up and dance and not have to worry about the food being in the way on the dance floor like some venues. The Ceremony locations (weather permitting) is located just out side the doors in this very beautiful little quaint garden area that seats 250 people and has a wonderfully nice long isle for you to walk down, it gives you a minuet or two to collect your nerves before you turn the corner to start walking down the isle to meet your groom. I just loved the bridge and the golf course right out behind the reception area such a wonderful area to take pictures at.

Staff was great with everything, I felt that I made too many "must do" requests but they did everything I wanted....just a great location and the staff were great with helping me to feel less stressed over the whole thing.

This beautiful venue located on a golf course, was amazing inside and our. The ceremony is in the garden outdoors, and is so gorgous. The reception is held inside, and the cathedrial ceilings and windows surrounding the dining area set a warm, elegant tone. The food was the best I have ever had at a wedding, salmon and prime rib just to name a few. The bartenders and servers were awesome, no one ever had to wait long for a drink.

I loved everything about Glen Oaks. For the moment I went to look at the place I fell in love. Its beautiful cathedral ceilings and dark wood kept everything else at a minimum. The staff especially Randy was exceptionally helpful whenever we wanted to come in a discuss things or if we had any questions. The day of the wedding everything look beautiful and the food was amazing. We did the buffet so there was plenty of food. Everyone commented to us on how great the food really tasted. My only compliant, if it is really one, is that after we tipped the bar staff, they continued to collect tips from our guests. I had told the staff prior that we would be tipping them and that they didn't need to collect anything. My dad had to go and tell them that there was more money in there than they would make in tips so stop collecting them. The bar staff worked hard that night and my dad even tipped them more. Overall, we loved Glen Oaks and would recommend this venue or any of the Oaks Management buildings

I was married in the fall and the building is historic and dark the trees were changed in red and orangee. The hall and outside matched perfectly
